@Paul__Buckle @DannyCowanVO @bt_uk @Plusnet I've been with Plusnet for several years now too, never had an issue (touch wood)... only issue was @BTCare refusing to believe that I had actually left them, and sending me emails threatening to cut me off, and telling me I owed them money for a service I was no longer getting.

@Plusnet my nanna's internet went off last week. We phoned Saturday afternoon and your agent was amazing & did a lot to help. He sent out a new router which has resolved the problem & even kept in touch with me personally to tell me he'd sent the router. Amazing customer service.

@Plusnet Hi there, I got solved in the timeframe the bot said, it was just a little disappointing to see these two systems not communicating because the status monitor website is more accessible than the tech-issue bot.

@WeAreOpenreach My service provider ‘ PlusNet ‘ has contacted OPENREACH on several times about a new port being installed in the cabinet, after breaking YOUR PROMISE to get it done by 2nd November which wasn’t done OPENREACH have told PlusNet that you don’t have any plans to fix it
