Bairdy π (@bairdyblues) reported from Church Village, Wales@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me Β£28 for 18mth contract. I pay Β£27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Β£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
