@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

No one has apologised I just want the internet back, we have had no internet all over Christmas and was told it would be back yesterday but sat here today and nothing Plusnet are the worst internet provider I have ever been with.

@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

Any strong views on the following ISPs? Reliability and customer service wise. Plusnet, Zen, Sky, Virgin, "Now TV" For some reason, despite Vodafone being LLU on the local exchange, their site says they can't serve us (and they don't answer their _sales_ line)
