-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet Having to call again- might be quicker to cancel my dd with you or go to @Ofcom

Olliemorr2017πΎπ±πͺπΊπ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about Β£90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
Mismoosh LTD WM IT Solutions Group #Rutland (@wmgroep) reported@Plusnet @plusnethelp we have now already more time Internet problems in #rutland #le15 #today @BTGroup

MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
