@Plusnet how do i find out when my contract is up.. i hate awful service and was promised it would be better if I renewed and its not any better at all. I have done all the fault finding and still no better, have to keep resetting the router at least 6 times a day

No one has apologised I just want the internet back, we have had no internet all over Christmas and was told it would be back yesterday but sat here today and nothing Plusnet are the worst internet provider I have ever been with.

@musicmanleeds @Plusnet Absolute joke tbh told me I’d have 3days to fix it from my end which I did. Cut off anyway been told it’s sent to debt collection! Disgusting and completely unnecessary!

@Plusnet Yes, we were really pushed in to renewing a 24mth contract with/by you as we moved house to down the road. We had NO option as you were going to charge us a fortune to move house unless we renewed! We didn't have the money to pay for it so had no choice.

Another night ruined by how **** @plusnet is, really wish I'd gone to another provider. If anyone actually reads this, don't use Plusnet, service is poor and once they have your money they don't give a monkeys

@PScotfree @Plusnet @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!
