@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Maybe instead you could reconnect my broadband that you and #bt have managed to disconnect between you. If it wasn’t enough to cope with a bereavement we how can’t work because no broadband. Shocking inept service

@Plusnet please explain why I put up with having constant issues with your service, after having 10+ engineers at my house trying to fix the problem. This service is appalling.
