@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet I purchased WIFI with plusnet as they advertised a £75 reward card - after chasing for two months they've decided it might be due to my browser cookies interrupting the sign up process - but I have no reward card linked to my account. What a load of crap.

@rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE

@plusnethelp im starting civil proceedings against plusnet/open reach your service is disgusting. Nothing but lies and negligence and I am almost £500 out of pocket from days off work for no show engineers..
