@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Your "CPI guide" online gives example with CPI for Jan 2023 at 2.0%. Which idiot wrote that example. CPI in January is likely to be around 12%+. Get a grip PlusNet. Come March you will be unable to cope with influx of complaints re possible increase of 16% or thereby.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow (Mobile phones too!) Find the cheapest rate on the market and negotiate. Plusnet broadband £34 down to £19 Inc line rental. Keep your contract short too. I just saved 35ish/month on my car loan this week. Don't forget they need your business!

Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.
