@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

@Plusnet I have private messaged but I doubt I’ll get a reply. I’ve had enough of the bloody awful WiFi in this house now ! I’ve asked so many times for help sorting ! When is it up for renewal because I WONT BE !

@Plusnet You’re not doing everything you can to help at all, Our plusnet broadband is broken & plusnet won’t give us free data Bolt ons to try and tether our 4 plusnet mobiles. 1 child and 1 adult now unable to work and really unimpressed with @plusnethelp & @Plusnet’s commitment to help

@ColSkye I'm with Plusnet atm. I'm switching to BT this week i was with BT for 10 years, very happy with the service, but I got fed up seeing great deals for new customers, but only price hikes for existing ones. 20thC Customer Retention Marketing hasn't reached @bt_uk yet

@plusnethelp Now all out of data for 1 child from tethering 1 of our plusnet mobiles as still no broadband service. Appalling customer service to be told you won’t help when we’re trying to home school and work.

@matthfield I had connectivity issues with two routers from plusnet. I ended buying a BT router on eBay and it works wonders.

@LetsTalk_FPL @MMABrad48 Think it's 75mb with Plusnet, using ethernet direct from router into mains and get the full 75. Never any issues with lag at all

Anyone got the email contact for someone that can actually help at @plusnet? They lost me my phone number, admitted their mistake then charged me to put it right. Complete **** up on their part and I'm now stuffed!! @MarcAllera
