Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • mrparker666 mrparker666 (@mrparker666) reported from New Milton, England

@Plusnet No mobile coverage since 29th Nov, tried diff network, won't connect at all, web page is useless info.

  • wurdsmyth Miranda Dickinson (@wurdsmyth) reported

@Plusnet My internet is off again after reconnecting for an hour this morning. I work from home and do everything online so this is completely unacceptable. Your online troubleshooter isn’t working either. Please advise when I can expect the service I’m paying for to work?

  • Click_Write Allison Livingstone 🏳️‍🌈 (@Click_Write) reported

Yet again @Plusnet can't provide decent/any internet. I just don't get why the price we pay can't decrease based on the poor service we receive? No one should be paying for internet and then relying on their phone's 4g just to work and stay in contact with people...

  • nickschurch Nick Schurch (@nickschurch) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp struggling to get any mobile phone signal in NE Scotland - are there network problems?

  • OnlyAlex22 Alex 💙 (@OnlyAlex22) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. Every time I tried to connect to any other network than Orange or Movistar it kept saying error. I am in another part of Spain tomorrow so will tweet again if there's any problems, hope that's ok? Thanks for your help.

  • late4ausername Gerald (@late4ausername) reported

@Plusnet I am in hertfordshire. My broadband has now been down for 4 hours. Can you communicate on the problem and the solution for please?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@OnlyAlex22 Hi Alex, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you and for inconvenience that this is causing. It's likely that this is due to signal issues with the local network. I'd recommend trying to connect via a different network if possible. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

  • Click_Write Allison Livingstone 🏳️‍🌈 (@Click_Write) reported

@Plusnet Constantly dropping out. Use 4g at home 70%+. Wife has to plug in broadband to ensure she can hold meetings. Have a booster upstairs but little diff. Today, a total of maybe over an hr just searching for WiFi. Constant lack of service and then you tell us, there are no probs!

  • 000a959a6819 Jonah (@000a959a6819) reported

@Plusnet Hi, we need a basic landline connection. Not bothered about inclusive calls. Do you provide such a service and if so, how much is it please?

  • Mickjj1 Michael Jeffries (@Mickjj1) reported

@MartinSLewis another case of loyal customers not being treated the same as new. Tried to switch my Plusnet mobile contract to take advantage of the £30 gift card offer only to be told as an existing customer I was not eligible.
