Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • mrparker666 Simon Parker (@mrparker666) reported from New Milton, England

@ejames500 @Plusnet Basically seems like a choice between Vodafone and Plusnet TalkTalk have many bad things said about them.

@Plusnet Hi I cant seem to get though to the business support on 0800 028 0282 I do option one but then it then doesn't ask me if it residential or business which is what it used to do 2 weeks ago. I can only normally call after 8pm. I have already log a job.

@Plusnet Been a Plusnet customer for a few years now and it's been great in my area, must have only contacted customer services only twice. Great team, only wish for a faster line. Guys please get us a 100mb package on FTTP or even to cabinet🙏

  • JulianArthurs71 Julian Arthurs (@JulianArthurs71) reported

@Plusnet no it wont do. Shockingly bad, almost criminal service. How many times do I have to ask to go to Ombudsman?

  • GreenDragonpip pip Dorset (@GreenDragonpip) reported

@angrypiln 12 years ago I was on orange broadband barely getting 2mb on a bad day 4mb on good day. Then got email saying my bill going from £14 to £20 I phoned got you can get 10mb in your area. So switched to (new) plusnet not looked back. 3 years ago finally got fibre in area.

  • BadgerOfSteel Badger Of Steel (@BadgerOfSteel) reported

@O2 checked your online tool and it says no incidents but our landline from @Plusnet is down in the area. (Confirmed it's an issue in area with plusnet). I have no data service from you guys... (TN31) could you confirm if you have an issue to? Turned off my WiFi but no data.

  • Kjvincent1979 Kev (@Kjvincent1979) reported

@triscoe @Plusnet I moved to them as Tiscali merged, so stayed under their arm but with a new name All was fine till issues then I struggled to get stuff sorted. Though that is similar with other providers

  • BombeDeChaton Katharine (@BombeDeChaton) reported

@Plusnet Thanks Tony, as my WiFi went down for a few minutes just after your response, they problem definitely isn't solved yet, unfortunately!

  • AFZOK P Stone (@AFZOK) reported

@Plusnet More likely your sales system just itself checks if a referred customer is 'existing' and if yes doesn't confirm the order to the affiliate network it came from. (I realise Aff. Window & Quidco never see one's account details)

  • Jav_1882 Javad (@Jav_1882) reported

@Hotspur67 I’m not going to ask but I bet whatever you’re paying BT it will be cheaper with PlusNet. If you’re looking to make some savings I’d go plusnet or ring them up and get a quote then go back to BT and speak to their customer retention department and they might make a counter offer.
