@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice Hello wonder if anyone can help me here. I went to the post office as usual to send my large letters yesterday. They said I couldn't send anything outside of the UK. I understand this is an ongoing situation, I want to confirm I cannot send to anywhere outside the UK?

@SweetestJemz @PostOffice @PostOffice as I run a post office - at the moment the backlog is pretty big at the mail centres and with the issues with the flights as well- I would advise to hold off posting stuff abroad. Give it until January when things should improve.

@PostOffice Well, seeing as it was due to the post office branch that the posting was delayed, a guaranteed service should have been offered as a way of apologising. It's not my fault the staff couldn't figure out how to sell a few postage stamps.

Odd thing happened today. I wanted to post a letter to France, but the @PostOffice in our village refused to frank it. Postmistress said she’d had instructions not to accept any mail bound for Europe until further notice. Is this an isolated incident or is it happening elsewhere?

@PostOffice hi, is it common practice for drop & go items to be left sitting for 48 hours before being processed? I get it’s busy but really this is terrible service!! (2nd time it’s happened and I’ve only used the service for 5/6 weeks)
