@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice like it generally no matter when you go to the Lewisham store, one man serving feel sorry for him another staff member over seeing self service is rude. Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!

@PostOffice I don't live locally, I will be on holiday there and wish to use the Local Collect service - the retailer said they offer Local Collect and to write it in my address details. Does Kessingland 5331366 offer Local Collect as well as Poste Restane thanks?
