@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

You would have postal services in your area and a bank that people could open accounts with and drive new footfall through the door. Offer government backed mortgages, gov backed green loans. The list of possibilities is endless!

Hi @PostOffice, I dropped off 2 x ASOS returns yesterday but only received a receipt for one of them. Only one of them is showing as dropped off on your tracking and ASOS has only acknowledged one of them too so I'm worried one of these wasn't scanned correctly. Please help?
