@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@LeydenPete @PostOffice Hi Pete. One of my customers had some of her mail stamped with that; she’d bought the stamps from my PO & I can assure you that they’re not counterfeit. Royal Mail had made a mistake & reimbursed my customer, eventually. Shouldn’t happen tho’!

@PostOffice Is there an issue with the Click & Drop service today? I printed an International Tracked & Signed label this morning and took the parcel to two Post Offices (Station Road, Kiveton Park & Union Street, Harthill) and both are having trouble with it.

@PostOffice Kempston post office, no wonder it's got so many poor google reviews. Just wanted Special Delivery next day (for the tracking and better insurance) didn't want Saturday delivery but they added it anyway and fleeced me for an extra £3 after I said I didn't want it!

@PostOffice how about you update your DVLA service info?!! Just wasted my time & money going to Maidstone as you say you have this service on your website only to be told after waiting inline you don't there and nearest is either Dartford or Canterbury! Not very helpful! #Useless

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for the reply. I don't think it's the barcode as the woman at the Kiveton Park Post Office said they've been having problems with Click & Drop for a couple of days now. I have tweeted @RoyalMailHelp so hopefully they'll be able to help.

@PostOffice 'Technical issues' aside, her attitude stank. And what is technical about not having the forms available. Surely, if you are having 'technical issues' with computers you should have more forms available! @DVLAgovuk are you aware of these issues and why can't I just apply online?
