Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
