So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

@BrittoMalcolm @weKFintech thank you..They are literally making full to customer..I have been given speedpost tracking number on 26th December and postoffice is telling that it's booked virtually only and not physically. @weKFintech I want my solution within tomorrow anyhow.

Another day of terrible service by @RoyalMail The 7th parcel missing in 2 months & another person charged extra postage because of claim it is not a Large Letter despite being weighed & measured by @PostOffice at my end. @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice We did and sat on hold for half an hour before the call was dropped. No option for a call back either. Woeful customer service.
