  • CressidaFord Cressida Ford (@CressidaFord) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice Hi Jess - I'm through the queue now though it took a decent while, about 20 mins' wait I think so not unbearable. Credit to the staff who remained cheery and efficient throughout; seems the self service POS were down, which explains the extra queue-y queue! Thanks for responding.

  • Caddy9274 Caroline vickery (@Caddy9274) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice Hi Tom, there was a queue but the problem is only having one post office for the whole of Cardiff city centre.1000’s of workers with only an hour max for lunch, my office is at least 15 min walk away, 3/4 of break spent trying to post a parcel!!!

  • BlockA_Row3 Ben Maizey (@BlockA_Row3) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Many Thanks - have tweeted as customer services weren't too bothered or concerned when we raised the issue yesterday.

@PostOffice Nonsense. I've never heard of a tool hire place that doesn't want a card or an account to hire, neither of which want cash. There are great reasons to keep cash. This isn't one of them. Arguing we need to 'save' cash when you don't support it yourselves is cynical hypocrisy.

  • goodpsych72 Claire 💙 (@goodpsych72) reported

@PostOffice My parents in their 80's are paying £30 a month for a rubbish WiFi service that does not work &you want to charge £11 a month if they leave their contract. They could have fibre from other providers for about £6 less...and the WiFi would work!

  • pmsantosh1 Santhosh (@pmsantosh1) reported

@IndiaPostOffice Post office at Mandya KA state Pincode 571401 is not accepting Book-Post. They always create problem in booking stating that the packaging is not right etc. When we book same in other location postoffice they accept without any issues

@PostOffice @Glenlyon17 “If you’re abused, use the post office” is seriously bad tone.

  • maatmouse Michelle L-Jones (@maatmouse) reported

@ursa_marmalada @PostOffice That’s terrible. Hope your life is better now.

@PostOffice @peewee_boycie A cashless society won't be bad for the people, but would be bad for financial institutions.

  • las2950 CoraBlimey #TheyLie (@las2950) reported

@PostOffice Not many campaigns from private companies I support but this is certainly one of them. If we're all now apparently 'free' I'm going back to cash as much as possible. They'll happily remove it like everything else that enables freedoms.

  • SteveB72574675 Stribo 3.0 (@SteveB72574675) reported

@LogicalFallac18 @PostOffice Where's the proof to support your assertion?

  • A_Labour_Knight Andrew Knight (@A_Labour_Knight) reported

@_RobbieMoore @HouseofCommons @PostOffice Wasn't his biggest fan, but Corbyn could've helped you with your broadband issue. Perhaps another policy of his to take and wrap in a Tory banner?

  • plugwash Peter Green (@plugwash) reported

@robarrypotter @PostOffice Nah this is buisiness disguised as public advocacy. When you take out cash at the post office the service is free to you, but the post office gets paid by your bank. Afaik how much they get paid isn't public but it's likely more than ATM operators get.
