    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response

    Argh @santanderuk I spent 14 mins on hold only for you to hang up on me as you answer, no doubt because it's 5 mins before hometime. If your website was better, I wouldn't have had to call in first place ...

    @santanderuk well done to santander for cutting off all communication with customers (webchat/email) and closing more branches....and demanding customers have their apps and phones to access their account. did you think about broken phone problem??

    so, @santanderuk, even though "you're sorry to keep me waiting" every fifteen seconds, I've been holding on for over 35 (thiry-five!) minutes, and counting. Hmmm. Not sorry enough to employ more staff to help customers? I'm only glad you don't tell me "you're important to us"

    @santanderuk I have set up a direct debit to pay the balance in full which hasn’t been taken. Not able to pay online as the statement is incomplete. Santander charges me every month for it’s poor service?
