You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

hamstrung (@92to1) reported@santanderuk So what were the issues ? What caused it ? Was it the same as the outage in May ? Think of the embarrassment for people in shops not able to pay...it's not just about compensation for charges you know. What others banks have had 2 major outages in 6 months ?
