    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    @santanderuk been locked out of my mobile app sending a payment, now been on phone 45 mins on hold to help desk. Despite the payment being to a previously paid contact this is really poor service

    @santanderuk I have put up with some terrible service in the past - including a bug in your app that accidentally sent my payment to the wrong payee... but preventing me making a payment to Binance is a step too far. Why should you decide who I send my money to?!

    @santanderuk hi. Several times I’ve tried to set up new BACS payment (which are increasingly the norm these days) & I get an “we couldn’t check these details. You can continue, but your payment may not reach the person.. you’re trying to pay”. Please can you look into this error

    @santanderuk - great service last week in a branch, now unfortunately awful service on contact centre. I’ve had a payment blocked despite being fully authenticated, spent 57 minutes on hold yesterday, now run back and still on hold- all I want to do is make a payment. V annoying
