    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    @andrewt1987 @santanderuk Andrew, that would be a problem. I was lucky enough to be able to leave money in my other bank account prior to today. To be fair this type of issue with Santander doesn't happen as often as some other banks. No consolation to you today though.

    @santanderuk This is unacceptable the fact that online, mobile and telephone services are all down is a joke. How are customers supposed to be able to do anything when you are not there to support?

    @santanderuk Your website is down, your app is down, your ATMs are down, even your branch teller systems are down. You are not fit for purpose. Not a bank. You wasted millions on Ant & Dec which could have been invested in contingency planning for situations like this. #fail
