@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

Not impressed with @santanderuk Daughter has had fraudulent use of her card with someone buying things from Amazon. Santander seem to not give a **** and have told her to ring Amazon. This is from the fraud team. Glad I am with @HSBC_UK as they could teach how to handle this

Two days after switching from @firstdirect to @santanderuk and it has been farcical. No access to my accounts and extremely poor customer service.
