@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

@TfL @TfLTPH @santanderuk Monday 2nd August I used your London Bikes at the Westfield branch. I paid for 1 bike and no codes I printed worked on several bikes. So I gave up - it was £2 wasted. Check my account today and on the 5th I am charged £14 extra. PLEASE FIX THIS!

@santanderuk advised me months ago that if I was an existing customer I could port my mortgage to a new home that is equal or less value, avoiding the full application process. Today I applied online and got declined. Can you call our buyers and explain? And console my wife? 😡
