Quick question, how do you expect working people, that work a 9/5 to find time to get to their local bank branches when they are open 9.30/3.00 everyday? Absolute joke that branches keep closing and hours reducing to save you costs at the cost of the public

The scam increased by £1200 before they answered the phone. 'The Bank of Pants and *****'; useless security and appalling customer service.
