@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

DO NOT USE @santanderuk they have the worst customer service especially with disputes, you wait an hour on the phone to get through and then have to wait another hour as they have to put you through to someone else as there is NO separate disputes number!!

@santanderuk Don't be tempted to use this bank, probably the worst Customer service of any bank. Tried to complain and after nearly an hour on the phone the line went dead. This is how they treat their customers.

@santanderuk your online banking website is forever a pain in my neck. An unmitigated disaster. Garbage dumpster fire. Endless amounts of javascript bloatware. Some dubious security BS. Actively fighting password manager. Poor browser compatibility.

@santanderuk 1.your complaint process is a joke. I’ve been a customer for 34 years. I recently had money taken out of my account by a hotel I stayed in over a year ago and who must have retained my details. I phoned when it was pending and notified you that it was unauthorised.

Hi @santanderuk. Any chance you can fix your Credit Card repayment system please through Online banking if you don't have a Santander account, please? As much as I would love to root around and set up payments via other providers, settling it via a Debit card is a lot easier..
