Complaints have been filled with actionfraud UK, but no complaint option was available with the Santander Bank, it is unfortunate that the Bank does not block or black list such account.

Cameron (@camer0nnn_) reported@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Is honestly the worst bank I’ve dealt with, over 2 hours on the phone and still don’t have access to my account. The most unempathetic and unethical bank I’ve had to deal with. Now have to drive over 30 miles to a branch to sort this out.
