    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    @x_mrsdaws_x @santanderuk in my honest opinion, I think there's a good chance of recovery, I suggest you reach out to hackerreedex04 on Instagram who helped me recover my account which was hacked initially, i hope this helps. Message him on WhatsApp for help +1 (707) 706-3578

    @santanderuk why are you forcing me to tell you my employment status and restricting my access to my finances - how is that legal? What mandate do you have to collect this information and for what purpose? You’ve given zero explanation. I’ll be moving banks now thank you.

    @santanderuk Help! My mortgage offer has been approved but isn't being released and we can't work out why. We're set to complete next Friday, living in an airbnb and I'm about to burst with a full term baby😳 Everyday we're told the offer will be with us next day. What can we do?

    Last week my son got scammed by a fake profile on @yubo_app . Today @santanderuk managed to get his money back. 1st class service from Santander. No help from @PayPalUK and I wish social media would do more to verify accounts to stop enabling scammers!

    @santanderuk Well it bloody well isn’t up and running. My daughter and 8 year old granddaughter have had no access to their account since Friday! My friend also cannot transfer money from his account! What the hell is going on?

    @santanderuk I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday and was told to all beck today. I was waiting 90 minutes and no one replied. You have cancelled my card in error. I am in Brazil without access to my credit card
