It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

Your customer service process is poor too. 15 - 20 mins of automated nonsense before you can speak to a person! Not used Starling's CS, no need, as it works!

Wait for over 40 minutes every time to be hung up on or go through to an automated voice telling me I can’t leave a message! Absolute joke! Went in to the branch and couldn’t help either!
