It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

Sick Side (@SickSide3) reported@santanderuk The other issue is when I ring up your CS, it normally takes 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone Once answered, details taken - I’m put on hold for another 20 odd minutes Then when I do speak to someone - they tell me I need to go to a branch!!!
