@santanderuk fed up with this bank and decided to close account , they will block your account for transaction, they done 9 times in one year and you need to call to bank again and again . Worst bank service ever

@santanderuk 2.0 Your customer service frontline (your customer service frontline 2nd person) hung up on me!!! After that failure, I had to go trough the whole agonizing process. 3rd customer service front line was exception, she valued my time, she had a pleasant attitude and very helpful.

@AmySharrocks @santanderuk Amy, when I (was lucky enough to) buy house/get mortgage, @bancosantander took weeks/made it super difficult to access v hard earned savings, delaying completion, jeopardising the sale. I vowed never to bank with them again and have not. Hope sorted soon.

I also discover that @santanderuk decided to make the account dormant. I am now good friends with the lady in the Kilburn branch, but 6 weeks later I still cannot get my money returned to me, I’m not even getting called back. Don’t bank at Santander. @santanderukhelp #help 6/
