    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @santanderuk So, your online banking’s NOT working & you put up a page saying you can call #Santander 7a.m. to 9pm Monday to Saturday. On calling, though, you say your line’s closed ‘cos you f**k off @ 8pm. Kindly EXPLAIN.

    @santanderuk horrendous problems with your online service at the moment. Trying to transfer money from savings accounts to pay bills and it's not working. I better not be charged for this.
