@santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

@BarclaysUKHelp Managed to get payment sorted, but not via your CHAPS service. Saying @santanderuk 's details couldn't be verified. Your branch colleague was justifiably nervous about hitting send as was I. Paid by cheque in Santander. Saved £25 CHAPS fee, but probably covers our expenses today!

Nearest branches Shawlands southside, or Kirkintilloch, a town not far away. Head to Kirky. Karen dealing with us. CHAPS payment required to send ££££££ to @santanderuk Details given, Karen about to press send but error message comes up. Cant conirm Santander's deets are correct.

@santanderuk Clearly stated apply for loan and most decisions within 5mins. Once applied, got told someone will contact me within 5 working days. Not convinced most are contacted within 5mins🤔🤔 #banks
