  @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

  @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.

  @santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.
