    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages

    Also there seems to be some money coming out of my account as 'Leicester City' but it's from Google Pay. Over a hundred quid over numerous transactions. I'm confused af. It's not council tax or football. @santanderuk hi, help.

    @santanderuk guys, COVID is no longer and excuse for poor processes and customer service. I’m literally having to move my house into a storage unit because you guys can’t hit a print button (as emailing isn’t for you yet). Hugely disappointed.

    Hi @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why don’t you keep your Google branch listings up to date? They don’t correspond to your website even though Google has your logo against them indicating you have control of the information. Wasted a whole hour trying to visit a branch this week.
