    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderuk So i hang up as stuck in this menu option now. Back on your useless website and decide to use online chat..... surprise surprise something else that doesnt work! Whoever is in charge of your website and phone system need replacing with people that know what they are doing!

    @santanderuk because of how slow you are we are going miss our deadline for our transaction. Over the months which have gone by (over 3), you have seemed to be very hard work and not bothered by it at all. You already acknowledged ur fault on some delays but still make excuses
