    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk closing my local pets wood branch is one thing. The ATM not working properly is a nightmare. 3x Now I haven't been able to pay cash in via machine. If you would prefer me to take my acc elsewhere. You only have to ask

    @CraigDu62835353 @santanderuk I was recommended to @AllenBelay,they were able to successfully regain access back to my account. They also work on banned, hacked, disabled, locked accounts. I recommend them✅.

    @santanderuk no communications or guidence to warn me of these new charges? Being abroad is hard enough, as well as communicating back to UK to resolve these issues, is again time and money for me. Please can I ask that we are fairly treated and diverse as stated on the Covenant.

    If anyone has a current account with @santanderuk seriously consider closing it. All funds stolen yesterday no contact, no OTPs. Response from @santanderuk we’ll look into it and you might hear from us in 15 working days! Unbelievably poor response
