@santanderuk Your systems are still down and there is no one to talk to this is absolutely disgraceful. Do you plan to do another update as nothing has been done since 16:45. You bot on chat is absolutely useless. Please communicate with your customers as their loyalty is running very thin.

@KayleighHassall @santanderuk Technical issues require you to have competent IT and multiple technical and systems redundancies to ensure failures like this doesn't happen. All of which Santander have skimped on to benefit the bottom line. Lots of the "open" branches advertised are shut and won't be open Sun.
