    @thequentinletts Not only are they not found the banks are not playing fair. My mum (85, deaf, clearly vulnerable) lost £995 to an Amazon Prime scam. @santanderuk did not help .. still not helping. We are with the ombudsman. Taking months !

    @santanderuk I've lost my voice! I accidentally paid a closed credit card when I meant to pay another one, using bank transfer online. How can I fix this? Your chat functionality brings up a string of programming language, even when logged on.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk this is also ridiculous - there is nothing about the current situation that should stop you being able to service your customers. To fob me off and say just keep holding is again just useless service.

    @santanderuk not being funny guys, but if you're going to close your high street branches at the ridiculous time of 2pm on a weekday, don't advertise you have external machines that can be used to pay in money when they are out of service. What an absolute waste of an hour.

    Disappointing to see @SantanderUK are only offering the new Covid RLS to medium and large businesses. They couldn't organise the bounce back loans and now they won't pass on the government support. Time for a new business bank.

    @Calam1tyJan3 @santanderuk This is the second time it has happened with @santanderuk ... I had the same issue with a car loan that was paid back from my insurance company, #santander could not find the payment and then threatened to effect my credit score.
