@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

@santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

@santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?
