    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    @PhilBillingham @RoyalLondon @santanderuk It cracks me up that these same firms and many other life co’s are now actively promoting and being involved in financial well-being… great service will contribute to that well-being, not some ‘research paper’

    @santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

    @santanderuk Bet365 said unable to make payment with this card.. when contacted their customer services they said there were problems with Santander card payments yesterday afternoon and issue was Santanders.

    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST £100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @santanderuk This is not olden time with typewriters or carrier pigeons. We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help
