    @SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

    Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

    @SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

    Our house have been on the phone to @skytv for two hours now.... the steps they told us to try to fix the slow wifi connection has broken the entire set up. And they cant get an engineer to us until next Friday! Nowhere near good enough for the prices charged @SkyHelpTeam

    Just wanted to hop on here and talk about @SkyHelpTeam for a second. Messaged them countless times to be told the same things. The "help" that they supposedly give you doens't "help" the issues which I find quite ironic. The funny thing is I didn't have this problem with the 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no broadband. Used the help for connections and the website states you are having problems with the test the connection tool. Tried all the usual disconnect and restart in the house. Connection only 2 weeks old. What next?

But we will never know bc again they werent invited, so they'll always be able to say they would never do that.
