@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam That’s almost £72 versus buying it direct from Disney for £49.99. I asked if I could buy direct and still sign in like Netflix or Spotify and watch it on my A boxes but that’s not been answered in your reply.

@SkyHelpTeam could someone help me with my broadband, the download speed is good at 34mb/s but my upload speed is only 0.7mb/s, normally it’s between 7 and 8 mb/s, not sure why it’s sudden dropped so low but it’s making video calls and gaming impossible

@SkyHelpTeam It NEVER works. For example today i was sat in a car park where I supposedly had full bars and 4G but NOTHING would load, at all asif there was no data at all. Spotify always takes stupidly long to work too and i am sick of it
