    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    Nice @SkySports! I thought Spurs were playing Burnley. But wait the presenters are talking about Man U! WTF! Then say we must talk Spurs Burnley but we’ll come back to ManU later! Time to end subscription....

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the same information as given in the app when I login. It doesn’t explain the different date on the text! Really need my broadband ASAP!

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

    @SkyHelpTeam We disabled the broadband shield and it is still having issues. Can it take a while to take effect?

    Just love how @SkyUK offer a price freeze of £25 on Superfast broadband but yet me a loyal customer is still paying £29. Try reducing it for all and not just for new customers or those existing that call to complain!!

    @Anna_Kessel @SkySports A warning. Unlike the BBC with their licence fee support Sky rely on ratings, numbers etc. Suggest you never forget to temper your enthusiasm with a dose of reality.
