Really disappointed with @SkyUK as they say it will take up to five working days to fix a dropped internet connection! Then the Customer Service agent on a far and crackly line has the cheek to ask for a high score in a forthcoming customer service survey! 😡

@SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

@RayMairead @SkyHelpTeam If you have unplugged & reset it with still no joy and checked the cabling (sounds stupid but a good wobble never harms) and tried access via the Sky app on your phone I think you will need a engineering visit. Unless Sky reset the line if you ring them.

@SkyHelpTeam wait in all day for a 8-1300 ultrafast installation, told at 19:24 it's being worked on. Then asked to call. Reschedule for another weeks time. Sky q install tomorrow but multiroom won't be working as no BB. Terrible NEW CUSTOMER service! Wasted day.
