@SkyHelpTeam We know there is an issue with connection to our property. The OpenReach engineer identified a fault 4m from our house, exactly where @CityFibre were digging.

The road to the europa league final was very flattering and we were awful in the final. Being good at europa league isn’t the level I want to be at. He’s a cup manager. Villarreal won’t be in Europe

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam no signal since around 7pm last night (restart and steps followed from help) still the same, booked for engineer on line, nothing until Wednesday 8th December. Totally unacceptable to wait for that long. Are you going to refund for over a week of no service.

@AbuAmaanah @SkyHelpTeam Definitely better...for years I was getting more than 100mb for like £24. They obviously upped it now but every time my contract runs out I call them and get loyalty discount. As new customer you might even get better deal. Broadband is reliable and its fibre optic.
