@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam I can do but as they removed the pole and are putting a new one in I think I know there is an issue, my point was there was no warning and your app was wrong (causing me to spend time trying to fix an internal issue that wasn't there).

@SkyHelpTeam our sky experiencing internet issues in the BD22 area. I’ve been offline since 0900, run all the tests, checked all the cables but the sky router/WiFi box is showing orange light for internet. WiFi is green so expect this is a service fault in the area, please help
