Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@brianleedsluke @SkyHelpTeam I do it at least every other day and Netflix hardly ever works when going through sky. Don’t ever go on sky community full of sky staff and trolls got nothing but abuse....I’ve been a Sky customer for over 30 years, like I’d be making it up.....just sick of it now.

@brianleedsluke @SkyHelpTeam Good tip...I’m a platinum customer but they’ve scrapped that using COVID as an excuse. There is no reason why phones services should be affected by lockdown. Tbh it’s been a problem from day one having to reset, upstairs hub recording terrible but definitely been worse lately
