    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My dad has been on at sky to try make you do something but to no avail. It’s amazing that companies such as sky haven’t managed to do all the work themselves, they can’t be happy having to apologise for openreach’s poor service all the time.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I switched to Sky Glass last week, in a room where net speed is picking up 100mb, but the TV is really choppy (keeps stopping) with live stream. YouTube/Netflix all work fine, but live TV is bad. Thinking of sending it back. Any advice on how to improve it
