@SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyHelpTeam They may be open but impossible to get through. Emailing not possible and Sky removed the previously useful option to chat online. The website was dumbed down so that things that could be done online now require a call. They have moved in completely the wrong direction.
