Really disappointed with @SkyUK as they say it will take up to five working days to fix a dropped internet connection! Then the Customer Service agent on a far and crackly line has the cheek to ask for a high score in a forthcoming customer service survey! 😡

@SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

@SkyHelpTeam The engineer advised we weren’t able to have Sky Q with the dish being where it is. It is fixed to a large pole (old telegraph pole) at the bottom of the garden the problem being the engineer wanted a stone/concrete wall to fix the ladder to. The dish is only about 8ft up.
