I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company ๐๐

He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldnโt get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost.
