    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    @Jamiep7 Skys UHD is terrible at the mo @SkyHelpTeam are aware but refuse to do anything. The football league games are embarrassing. I've complained to their viewer relations team and they don't give a hoot and say it's my tv. Sky are massively cutting costs and UHD has taken a big hit
