I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company ๐๐

He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldnโt get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

Just had to put complaint into @skytv as an engineer came to fix a SkyQ issue in 2024 & signed my widowed 80yr old mother up for @SkySports package without consent so he could get commission. Only just found out. Sheโs now terrified of having an engineer visit again.

Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same timeโฆ all for less money.
