  @SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

  @SkyHelpTeam Other services are either free with adverts or paid for with no adverts. Having a paid for service with adverts is quite frankly a disgusting business practice.
