@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@J_Tanswell @SkySports have never thought of the fans, it's utterly ridiculous. It happened in the 14/15 season as well, only that was the Boro fans who were hard done that day as it was and AFCB home game.
