@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkySports 4 channels of cricket last night showing the same game and no RL coverage despite 2 separate games being available. Difficult times I know but with little RL scheduled in the coming weeks on TV this is poor.
