@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam The issue is sky keep changing the date. Without warning. The work required is to amend the dish and handover a sky Q box which I can easily setup. All cabling is in place.
