    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam Last message from the network team was on Monday stating they will up date ne in a few days. Spoke to Open Reach engineer saying the problem is with Sky and round and round I go

    @gwalltgwyllt @SkyHelpTeam Also, legally speaking, *on top of the compensation*, you would be entitled to cancel your contract *without paying a fee* if they can't fix the problem within a month. Considering their incompetence/contempt it sounds like they have treated you with, might be be the way to go.

    @lucas_msc47 @MrNickKnowles If you knew F1, you would know the entire season was contrived for Max. Max drives his car at other competitors and expects them to move. Skysports F1 validated that in 2021. Max would have happily taken Lewis out in Brazil... 'let them race' WTF???... (CONTINUED)

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky Q app. I've just changed to Sky Q and my Sky HD app doesn't work now and directed me to get the Sky Q app. The link doesn't work. And searching for Sky Q on Google Play doesn't find a Sky app.
