@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam Getting a little p… off my useless box randomly stopping recording things, recording rubbish I’ve never watched or have any interest in! Why on earth is the box so unreliable as tonight it’s failed to record my years Sports final ******. Having recorded all year!
