@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

Wish @SkyUK would allow you to pay for one off @SkySports games. I don’t watch sky sports but my dad has come round eager to watch the Man U game as his TV has broke. Feel so bad for now being able to let him watch it 😭😭😭
