    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    @antisyzygy @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for about 13 years, both in England and when I moved here. First real issue, but it doesn’t half leave a bad taste. We’ve got Virgin and BT fibre to the door options round here now, will be checking later

    Me: I’ll pay for the visit and use the refund I’ll get from the GUARANTEE to offset some of the pain @SkyHelpTeam: well, about that. You’re out of contract so the guarantee doesn’t apply. But I’m paying every month for a service at a certain level. One which you admit 3/

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you not see the messages from yesterday? We had an engineer booked to yesterday. They cancelled and done it remotely. We have run all tests it is not working and we need it sorted today because of work. That is why we booked an engineer in the first place.
