    @SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam appalling service from Sky,set up a new account incorrectly,equipment sent to the wrong address,hours on the phone to multiple people and now,nearly two weeks later, they are still saying the issue is being looked into and cannot resend anything! Very poor!!
