He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldnβt of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company ππ

haks (@haks_e) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Β£170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even Β£110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

My MIL signed up for two @SunLife policies, has paid over Β£10k in, will get about Β£4k back. They won't listen to our argument about her dementia, won't pause the payments and if we cancel she'll lose it all..

BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

Jk (@JulieKay080619) reported@SkyUK I have spent 7 days trying to get a complaint resolved with sky to no avail, following over ten hours on their messaging chat and 3 hours on the phone, so no choice but to go formal and go to CICAS under consumer rights.
