    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam just FYI you have a widespread problem, service dropping out every day and multiple people in my street having the same issues. 📱 I have called in - no success 💻 And going on your website is NOT the quickest way to solve this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam since joining sky on 14.12.2020 our callminder on our phone no longer works, we are unable to set up Talk Shield as your web page for this appears to have disappeared. We are now getting plagued with junk and potentially phising calls any help would be appreciated

    Trying to speak to someone @SkyHelpTeam online is a nightmare. The “virtual assistant” is absolutely pointless and the sky app doesn’t have anything to help either

    @virginmedia will lie to you, will 'resolve' the complaint, then will carry on shafting you as before. Thinking about moving from @SkyUK ..... don't do it. Just don't!
