    @SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam My entire work day has been wrecked due to internet connection problems. It started off as just problems with my laptop, but now there's issues with SkyQ and accessing websites on e.g. my phone. Not the first time this has happened and I'm not happy at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam not promising start. Back to Sky Broadband for the 1st time in 5yr after hearing good things & BT being rubbish, but we’ve had speeds of 8-12meg all day on day 1, been on hold to support for 55 mins before they picked up & then hung up on me. Paying for Ultra fast 🙈

    So my internet down once again! Because I have SkyQ I can't watch TV upstairs. Twice now in a month @SkyUK. Absolute joke

    My TV signal has gone and it is a lifeline for my disabled husband. I rang Sky and some automated service booked an engineer for the 3rd June. So that is 11 days without a TV. I have no way to speak to a person about this @SkyHelpTeam

    I'm looking to leave my @SkyUK broadband contract early as the speeds are shocking, they want £150 though, is this something @virginmedia will pay, if I move to them? I'm an O2 customer and want volt!
