He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldnโt get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company ๐๐

When my mum wasnโt budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and theyโre just as bad.

So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!
