I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company ππ

He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldnβt get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

Crypto_crazy (@GunnerXI) reported@SkyHelpTeam Getting the automated test you have just confirms the problem doesn't solve it. I've just spoke to a sky engineer who's confirmed and booked an open reach engineer. You got to start giving people realistic meaningful responses other than copy n paste.
