He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldnβt of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

Was told there was an issue where I live, Lowton, Wigan 01942 WA3, but on service update, outages are London. Guy on the phone says North, South, but thatβs London and unclear. Can you help?
