@SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkyHelpTeam morning, is there any update on where you’re at with fixing your broadband? Been down in the M43 area for almost 24 hours now despite your tests saying everything is fine. It would be nice if you would address the fact that there’s obviously an issue.

@SkyUK Awful had ours since December keeps turning off on its own for no reason when your watching something, doesn’t record everything properly, whe. Your internet goes down yiu have no t.v we totally regret purchasing it

@SkyHelpTeam I have enough issues with my damn phone adding stuff to the cloud then can never find it. The cloud keeps nicking my photos so no thanks no fan of cloud based storage.
