    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I’m having issues logging back into Apple TV+ via Sky Q. Was fine yesterday but seems to have signed me out. When I try to login it tells me I need to subscribe but I’m already an existing Apple One customer. Other Apple devices all login ok so it’s a sky problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet is working ok. It passes. However, all of my FIXED lan connections on cable, are not working. Says a line speed issue. I checked the switch, its auto. So something changed on the router as the logs say it was rebooted and changes applied
