@SkyHelpTeam hey there I need your help getting my mothers phone line installed,I’ve been told it’s going to take 4 weeks, and as she is a pensioner who needs her phone as it’s connected to a 24 hour carer helpline i think 4 weeks to connect is awful service can you please help

@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam Tx. Is now updated posted 9:08am saying it will be this pm.....that’s pretty vague given we’ve waited 14 hours for that update. It takes time to resolve, but many people are WFH and we need a better view of resolution. Last night a 2hr resolution was mentioned: currently 16hrs
