So after getting the IPhone 11 promax with skymobile @SkyHelpTeam yet again I find myself with calls dropping and myself chasing them up for help!Clearly being with sky for 19 years plus doesn’t count for anything #CustomerLoyalty #worstnetwork should of stayed with @EE😟

@SkyHelpTeam Can you confirm that the problem in East Yorkshire is being investigated? When I check the service status it still says there are no problems in the area but that isn't the case as many others in the area have reported problems.
