    @SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    @skyHelpTeam - PLEASE HELP. Broadband isn’t working, I can’t get hold off anyone to speak to. I have run tests but it saying I don’t have broadband! I have been a customer for the last 12 mths. It’s impossible to work from home. #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    Just had a scammer on the phone claiming @SkyUK technical department I’ve had him on the phone for 20 minutes and he’s broke down crying admitting it’s a scam but he needs to provide for his family . Any laws it’s morally wrong but he needs to make money . One nil to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam nothing with the remote - the error is remote network issue. it failed to download something from skymax - constantly. the amount of times this happens makes me think you're trying to annoying people on Q to make them go to Glass
