We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
