    @SkyHelpTeam It confirms that our phone is not compatible to your SkyQ hub so we need compatible set of Twin phones; base set has answering machine and upstairs ordinary phone. We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

    Can someone from @SkyHelpTeam help me, I’ve cleared my account and can’t seem to get reinstated. I’m a key worker and can’t sit in the queue for the phone as I am working all day, but really need the tv for the kids!! Please help 😥

    @SkyHelpTeam I need help with our Sky installation where most of the Settings are incorrect. Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.

    @SkyHelpTeam now been trying unsuccessfully to contact you for days to discuss my sky account. So I cancel DD & get snotty email telling me to contact you or get £10 charge added to my bill. I've even tried FB messenger route through app & been waiting over 4 hours for response

    @SkyHelpTeam As per your Facebool advisor our Setyings are incorrect. 2 days ago your help system confirmed that our system needs a reset and a re-initialising. I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

    @SkyUK shocking service on the phone rang up as our contract is due to run out this month and they offered us a lot more than what we pay now they didn’t even budge on the price that was given and we are a silver vip they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough and cancelledus

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately Sky talk is one of 5 faults in our installation. I just spent more than 30mins with Sky help o my computer. I could not find what I am looking for bcoz I don't know what it looks like. Next Tuesday I am going to cancel my Direct Debit and go to some smaller Company

    @SkyHelpTeam Today regrettably I had to cancel my Direct Debit. I am in the process of writing 7days notice to Sky to either fix the problem or remove your equipment. What a sad situation! A very poor Custpmer Service!

    @SkyUK I am very disappointed in Sky. Offering amazing deals to some and when you call them to get the same deal you get told NO. Worst customer experience ever. Long term customer for over 15 years , VIP platinum member #ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help: Thank you for providing the link last night to test our Sky system installatipn. I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

    @SkyUK just got off the phone with your broadband customer service. I can’t believe how unhelpful they was. I would rather pay the fee to cancel than stay with you. Absolute disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have broadband and SkyQ Multiroom with you. I live in a normal 3 bedroom house and the WIFI signal is terrible and the Q Mini is dreadful. Your engineer seems to think all is well, it is not. I have videos of how awful my viewing experience is. Please DM me.

    @InappPanda @hahmed3173 @SkySports He couldn’t put weight on his ankle, the same ankle that had to have surgery a bit over a year ago. For all they knew at the time, it was fractured again. Taking precautionary measures isn’t stupid.

    @InappPanda @hahmed3173 @SkySports The amount something hurts in the moment of the injury doesn’t necessary reflect the seriousness of said injury. He stretched his muscles the wrong way, I’ve done the same, hurts like a ************, but if you avoid serious damage it’s quick recovery time.
