I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

We have been away from Sky from 27-Sep-20 although you keep charging us £28 per month; that may need to be refunded.

Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time… all for less money.
