I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

We are still left with 2 problems 1)SkyQ hub or Sky+ box do not communicate bcoz Sky+ box is not connrcted to Router

Our A/c ref is;623910063071 dated 31-Jul-20. There are 5 errors and we need urgent help. Our phone line has been DEAD for past 15dsys so Sky talk does not work.
