I am 87 and earlier today lady at Sky kiosk advised that installation needs rectifying.

I ran all 7 steps of the test. I don't know what it measures and detects; but basic installation seems good; but our Home phone line does not work.

They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.
