@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but we were unable to resolve the issue in the time available (because it was nearly an hour later than expected). Another call back has been scheduled for Monday 8th Feb at 10am.

@SkyHelpTeam Furthermore this community support requires mobile data to access. if like myself your wifi is down, this completely excludes those without data. There needs to be a way of speaking to a person over the phone without internet access and without getting hung up on.

@SkyHelpTeam after at least 6 calls most of them over an hour over the last year I am still unable to use my piggyback on my mobile account and apparently I am unable to speak to a manager. Shocking service Sky 😡
