@SkyHelpTeam No. The engineer on 30th said he needed a hoist and would be back last week (promised last week). Never showed. The engineer on Saturday came to inspect a pole. He promised it would be finished today after doing some of the work as a favour. Sky tell us now 19th April.

@SkyUK this is a nightmare even after updating sky software on my sky Q box the ch. 738 is still shutting down and jumping to another channel and I am a vip customer now 22 years
