@SkyHelpTeam He had to come in but basically changed the old socket and connected the hub. This house never had broadband before so assumed they would run fibre inside

@steeleyp_ @SkyUK Not my problem i havent signed a contract with sky and should they have even offered to take it down with me paying i would have agreed but beacuse of their poor customer service people that wasnt even offered to me and im sure it is their responsibility seems as they installed
