    @SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for my sky broadband to bet set up since the 24th of November. There has now been 4 separate appointments missed by either your sky engineers or openreach without any real indication of solution. I wandered if this was normal procedure for Sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure you need it. There’s a fair few other people tweeting about down broadband in this area. The standard we’ll let you when it’s fixed is poor. When’s it being investigated, what’s the estimated diagnosis time etc would be much more useful

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t worry Louise, clearly you and Sky like to stick to procedures and won’t budge even if clearly it is your companies fault. A manager should have been on it today to arrange for a next day delivery. My partner a day off as this was the day scheduled for the service to start.

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make everything so complicated? I only want to move address and youve cancelled my broadband, but noone will speak to me bcoz there an "open" complaint on my account since OCTOBER!!!
