@SkyHelpTeam Is there a known issue with hard disks resetting for no apparent reason on Sky Q boxes too? Ours has done just this and deleted all recordings, all scheduled recordings etc. It's like a brand new box

@SkyHelpTeam I have work from home tomorrow 7am. Its down in Gillingham Kent! an ETA would be nice so I can make arrangements. You do know most people are WFH.... its clearly a DNS issue because I can ping out to Google I just can resolve any names.

@SkyHelpTeam Interesting to hear this. The person I spoke to at sky told me that the issue was with my router and she has arranged for a new one to be sent out. Wonder how many other people have been sent out new routers when there was no actual issue with them
