@SkyHelpTeam Several websites I've tried to access via Sky internet this morning aren't working: Barclays, University of East Anglia, and First Direct. All work fine using mobile data though, so likely an issue at your end I think?

@jen__bowes @SkyHelpTeam Oh that's annoying! I'm on Lebara (they use Vodafone's infrastructure) which can access those sites fine, so it must be a Sky issue affecting all of their internet/mobile traffic.

@SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of any DNS issues at the moment as it seems that certain sites are not opening when using my Sky BB but can if I use a different provider
