So @SkyUK offer new customers TV + Broadband for £43 a month but best they can offer a long-standing customer is £66 a month. Pretty rubbish way to treat your loyal customers, plus you've now lost a potential broadband sale #seemsdaft #pooreffort #treatyourcustomersbetter

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv that is surely not the case I have been explained today. On top of it you can’t let the customer cancel the contract, saying it’s gone past 30 days. Forcing the price rise on a customer. Selling the product as half price later not applying the discount when the price rises
