    Absolutely appalling service from @SkyUK at home today. For the second time they come out to install Sky Q and for the second time say it is too dark. Pathetic and disgraceful. Am looking forward to moving to @btsport

    @SkyHelpTeam That is the problem. They don’t get back in touch. We were told after the first visit an engineer would get in touch and they didn’t. We set everything up as requested, and were told by the engineer today it was too dark. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Most people in UK know it is dark at 4.00pm this time of year so wouldn’t turn up to do an outside job at 4.45pm to a site that you know has poor external lighting. This is no way to treat a customer of the last 18 years. 2/3

    @SkySports From what I've seen the woman wasn't unhappy with the situation, quite the opposite actually, but yea posting it as a video on Instagram or any other platform was a stupid thing to do.

    @RealRakMannan @CFCJIMMY14 @SkySports As a Spurs fan, Tripps last couple of seasons at the club were horrendous. Genuinely used to cost us so many goals. His lack of pace let’s him down badly against powerful/quick wingers

    @SkyHelpTeam we have really bad static on out landline, had it for ages, thought it was the phone, bought new ones and still static, need it looked at but can never get to speak to someone
