I left @SkyUK back in August as their service was absolutely dreadful, today (4 months later!!) I get a mail demanding £20 outstanding from my very last bill (which were always paid DD), I go on to check the site, it goes up to £30 I now owe!! What ********!!??? Thieves!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, Sky’s still down on the mini boxes. We have connection now downstairs and I’ve reset and followed instructions and nothing works. Any suggestions? Not the first time we’ve had these issues with Sky.. I doubt it will be the last.

@petmad53 @Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam When they were switching to newer boxes the other year they totally just discontinued the box and our cable was down without telling us why and then they usually just say "Oh it's probs the box we'll give you a new one" as if they didn't know🙄What is with this secrecy? lol.

@SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed with the service provided tonight. I work 6 and half out of 7 days a week and only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a late Christmas day zoom call with my 13 children (who are all crying now, thanks) and my WiFi cut out for the entire time.
