  Internet is finally sorted!! Pro tip, when discussing compensation for outages with @SkyHelpTeam NEVER accept their first offer. They knowingly tried to lowball me and only when rejected did i get what i was actually owed! Shocking customer service!

  While i appreciate I am 1 customer out of hundreds of thousands and they wont change their ways, still a disgusting way for a business like @SkyUK to treat customers!
