@SkyHelpTeam Reported issue via app on Saturday when service failed and spoke to an advisor on Tuesday who said it should be fixed that day as it was then 2 working days. Still waiting

So my @SkyUK broadband has been down since 2ish…this is becoming too much of a regular thing now. And if they think they will hold me in my contract they got another thing coming. That became null and void the moment they gave me piss poor service. #skybroadbanddown
