    @SkyHelpTeam @Glo_Thienel I have tried to sign in with my previous sky id but does not recognise any details. Its not good that a new way of having sky is being advertised but the team is rude and condescending. Not had this before with Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s sorts it self out. But it happens everyday constantly. 4 times today and it’s becoming more irritating. I’ve been a customer for long and I only remember having issues like then when dial up was around.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a outage of broadband & phoneline for literally 48 hrs. I know ISP policy is compensation AFTER 48 hrs after you have been told BUT Sky website guides me to testing my broadband, which just confirmed you knew already and were working on it but who do I tell?
