My TV signal has gone and it is a lifeline for my disabled husband. I rang Sky and some automated service booked an engineer for the 3rd June. So that is 11 days without a TV. I have no way to speak to a person about this @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam your broadband is absolutely terrible... the worst! The internet connection is very slow, download speed is good around 40mbps but the upload speed is very bad - 3mbps! What is happening?! No wonder why you guys get a lot of negative reviews!!!
