Once again been let down by @skytv and @SkyHelpTeam WiFi engineer came yesterday and confirmed known fault with Q boxes. Said he would arrange visit to install cables within a week. Rang today to book appointment for 7th January! 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Can I actually have a contact number to actually speak to someone? This is a joke, pay for a service and don’t receive it. You’ll be quick enough to charge if I cancelled but you don’t turn up and I get a poor reply

@SkyHelpTeam I am fine with the not being able to get up on the roof in the dark, but the driving off without letting me know when the next visit is going to be, that is what’s bothering me. As I am now paying for a service that I can’t use.
