    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam a 3rd party accidentally cut thru a cable yesterday disrupting work & study across a huge area but, a bigger worry was loss of comms for those alone in lockdown. THANK YOU to your engineers who worked thru the night so we awoke to a fully restored service.

    @SkyHelpTeam The connection test doesn’t point to any internal interference. I always end up clearing the cache and following that I have to fully reboot the Hub but, although that has helped last night in particular it didn’t and service was lost from 00:10am until 06:30am
