@SkyHelpTeam 7 times I've tried. SEVEN. Not once gave I been able to get help. Most of the time I'm taken to something completely different. I have the full sky package including sports and sky go. But when I try watch sport on sky go, it tell me I don't have the relevant package

@SkyUK we have been hounded by nearly 10 hoax calls from people claiming to be from Sky technical support. As a sky customer is there anything you can do to stop this? It’s invasive and although it you - it’s is damaging to Sky’s reputation.

@SkyUK trying to cancel an engineer visit for Mon as problem now resolved unable to do it online and have an email telling me to call customer services but not able to speak to anyone. Getting very frustrated at not being able to get through
