@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Excellent service from @SkyUK today. When I explained I was out of work for 3 months they reduced my bill significantly so I could still enjoy my shows while I’m off.

@SkyHelpTeam My internet is fine for a couple of months at a time. Then for a week or so it drops out every 20 mins usually in the early evening. Very frustrating when I need it for Sky Glass never mind general use.

@terryflewers @GiveMeSport thought this was a joke until i saw the lad at the end giving his best rendition of a Gary Neville - Jamie Carragher SkySports segment. if you’re going to rule out a 24 year old off the back of one of the clubs worst seasons in its history, at least bring up facts not opinions.

@SkyUK NEVER rely purely on an internet connection is the only advice I can give. I’ve the normal Sky Q UHD 2 terra box and it’s supported with a satellite dish They never fail. Internet can drop out lag and cut out at any time generally.
