@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @saltnsauce10 same problems in BT24, have been through all the checks etc and waiting to speak to customer service about 45 minutes so far... Poor poor form, especially given the prices Sky charges.
