@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, the customer service one. 0333 759 1018. It just says the number isn’t reconsider but it’s definitely correct as I was giving it past week by another member of your team when the Internet had dropped again

@SkyHelpTeam The problem with sky is if they say sorry they seem to think that’s ok but you do not have any programs sometimes I think how about a refund
