    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyUK no internet for a week, fixed and 20 hours later is out again. Rang to complain and told this issue can't be escalated to get an engineer out sooner and need to wait 1-5 days. Appalling, not good enough and don't believe there's no way to contact OpenReach to escalate

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done it all in the past, had enough of doing it all, "engineers" out, new box, signal extenders, channel changes, it's just not consistent

    @SkyHelpTeam well what a shower you are - call my dedicated VIP line - cut off twice - online assistant couldn’t help but tried to sell me sky cinema - wanted to move broadband from BT - but can’t talk to anyone - even suggested I ask the Sky Community 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, but there’s been a payment taken already without my consent and me being aware , so sky should refund it., also your agent said it was since 2009, which sky never contacted me about and randomly after 12 years start taking money

    @tweethue To your knowledge (and I’m assuming on the information above that it would work) the sky glass multiroom puck would work as it’s a hdmi device that passes signal thru the hdmi (@SkyHelpTeam I understand the puck looks and behaves like glass? )
