@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@digyerownhole @SkyHelpTeam Same here. I’m sure I saw that BT offer data when their network goes down. It’s not costing anything and would cut down on the complaints.
