@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried calling before and because your help numbers aren’t free I had £15 on my phone bill that you refused to compensate. Live chat can’t even be found on the app or the website. For a communications company, it’s a bit of a joke don’t you think?
