@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam i moved my mum to your broadband as it's much cheaper than her previous provider, but i now realise that calls aren't included in her tariff and her bills are terrible. Is there a tariff that includes calls?

@SkyHelpTeam how comes I can use my online account to add on a package but I can’t seem to take off sky cinema… which I never signed up for just been told it’s “2 months free” at installation, then suddenly having to pay for it and impossible to cancel.

@RefaNona @empireofthekop @Telegraph During the international break, German journalist was on SKYSPORTS saying Dortmund where opening contract negotiations with Jude about a new contract with a buyout clause. It went on to say his agent (His Dad) will sit down with them later this month. This was 2-3 weeks ago.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam needs to put some money towards the Sky Go app, especially for PlayStation. Why is it so slow and laggy? Also, it needs to be much easier to turn subtitles on and off within the video player
