@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK it’s the second time in less than a year that my internet is inexplicably out and there is no reaction from Sky. So now I’m off to a new provider. Bye and good riddance to your terrible service.
