    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having major issues with subtitles the last 3 days. Incredibly delayed so I can’t watch anything. Or not even on at all. Both live tv and recorded. Can I have some help with this issue please as I rely on subtitles.

    @SkyHelpTeam No point. It's down for lots of people for a certain amount of time, usually at a time when nobody can call the help centre, then it's fixed an hour or two later. Rinse and repeat.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is his reply- Asks me two put my details in...I do it... Doesn't work... But there's money there to take now? Its asks me for full amount thou and the woman said last night £45 would be enough to get it back on

    @SkyHelpTeam Rebooted already, still doesn’t help. I’ve just tried to watch doctors (don’t judge me lol) and it was completed delayed. Both recorded and live. I’ve also done a hidden where you press 001 reset I think it’s called? That didn’t work either.

    @CieranOBrien @SkyHelpTeam Nothing to do with Sky. Ongoing issues from a fire incident at Red Bee on Saturday night (they play out TV channels). As a result they can’t get some channels back on air right now, but as The Box is on air, it is being used as a back up to have something broadcasting on the slot

    @SkyHelpTeam I ran a connection test and apparently an engineer has to come out to the local exchange cabinet so I guess I just have to put up with a subpar service until it’s fixed and waste hours of days queueing for the game each time it drops.

    @SkySports_Keith Major news? So much so that it’s 30th down on the @SkySports app when you select football. Trying their best to hide it. I don’t care what you say, sky and the media are involved in the corruption too. @SkySports_Keith
