@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

@SkyHelpTeam I already have Sky Q but when I turn the box on, no channels are loading. I’ve tried a hard reset but doesn’t solve anything. I’ve had the box for a while now so have been thinking about getting a new one anyway. Thanks in advance for the help!

@SkyHelpTeam Was told on the phone that a Booster 4 may help my issues with broadband and that it was free as part of my package. Wasn't told about 9.95 delivery. Cannot cancel the order for some reason and I'm not spending another 55 mins on hold. Can you sort?

@SkyHelpTeam my sky hub has been dropped connection since 11pm friday evening and still not working tried resetting, following instructions online and unplugged everyone then restarted routers still not working 🙄

Holy mother of god... I have spent the last 30 minutes going round in circles on the @SkyHelpTeam website attempting to upgrade to Sky Superfast broadband. As an existing customer it is one of the most frustrating things. I still havent managed it.
