    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I speak to an actual human being please? When I called the help desk just now the only thing on offer was a text with a link to you website. I just want to speak to a real person, with a pulse, ears and a mouth.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but it’s not going very well. I was told I could cancel due to below upload and download speeds and now I’m being told I cannot despite having terrible speeds for the past 12 months

    Trying to get through to @SkyUK is a joke, over an hour wait time, say to go online but can’t do anything as it keeps saying please try later. So now they will charge me for data use when they aren’t offering the service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, I signed up for a paramount+ account and successfully logged in on my Sky Q box, but when I log in on another device my subscription isn’t recognized and I’m asked to pay for a sub - could I get some help with this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband down in Haverhill, tried the online fixes but nothing works. Rang the helpline to be told it’s an external issue and to allow 2 working days. All service checkers say there isn’t an issue so is there an issue or is it just me?

    @SkyUK I am looking into moving into a property with no sky dish and have been a sky customer for over 15 years . I am not in contract so am looking at my options for moving . Could you tell me roughly what the switch price would be please

    @SkyUK It’s a great idea and streaming is the future. But the screen isn’t high enough quality for this price range, poor dynamic contrast and colours. I had it but sent back, went back to Q and got a Philips Oled with amazing picture and sound for same price.
