    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again, broadband down! This is becoming a constant thing. Paying for ultra fast Wi-Fi and it’s the worst it’s ever been. Nearly every day there is an outage and it’s not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down, run diagnostic test, asks if some lights are on, yes some lights are on, then useless steps about cables, retests connection and determines the hub has no power, I LITERALLY JUST SAID IT HAS SOME LIGHTS!! UTTERLY POINTLESS. #sky

    @_bartonpaul @SkyHelpTeam That is odd. My in laws in Bishopsteignton are also affected so it must be more widespread. We are down near OLSP school. Thank god for a work mobile on Vodafone that actually has 4G in Teignmouth to hotspot!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anything you can do to help me get Wi-Fi from one end of the house. We have a really weak signal as it is, yet in the bedrooms it’s getting really annoying with the constant buffering

    @kiv0x @brianlcook3 @SkyUK They tried with me but couldn't compete with the prices I was giving them. Three broadband for 10 a month for 50mbps to 200mbps and they couldn't compete so I left. I was a gold customer aswell sky is that big now they don't really need us they have sky sport and everything

    @8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam And within 24 hours they send you emails talking about cancelling the entire package, how about give a customer a chance to make contact before sending that type of email? Who ******** do you think you are calling a cretin you dumb ****?
