@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@DannyWoodwad @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK We just came from there in May, they delayed our installation date by 6 weeks and blamed covid for it. Their customer service makes sky's abysmal CS look good

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. No matter what I do, with following all instructions, nothing works. My connection shouldn’t go down twice within the same month for no reason at all apart from a “whoops it’s our fault”. The app takes forever to load also when trying to do a service check.

@skyuk I thought a communication company would actually communicate with their customer to let them know they are not turning up to set up Internet. How wrong can I be.
