My view for what it’s worth is ‘soon’ expired some time ago. 2 days, 1 hr, 23mins and counting. No ETA and you don’t have access to the fault information. 😐

I’ve already seen that and disillusioned at the fact you are content for customers to be without the service they pay you for for two full days before you feel obliged to be penalised for it…and the clock starts when the customer reports. 😐

Greg Mendel (@Gregmendel1822) reported@Tonysop13463030 @SkySports They’re trying their best, bless them, to drag a story out involving 5 or so individuals, out of a population of 68 million, to suit their weird narrative. It exists in tiny pockets, but it is not a problem in the UK. Nowhere near like it was 40-60 years ago, not even close.

Twice been told I will get a call back, haven’t. Shambles.Will now start to look to move tv and internet somewhere else.

James Morris (@laser72) reported@SkyHelpTeam Continuing the painful saga of my mother’s broadband, her amazing fibre service was finally activated on Monday. Her speed is now just 0.5MB, ie more than twice as rubbish as it was before. You couldn’t make it up. Call me please.
