@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. Yes, it says ‘in progress, Wednesday 15th’. Clearly, it’s not in progress. Have received this info ‘I can see that Openreach are installing cables on their network to connect your property to the telephone exchange. There is no set timescale for this to be completed’

@aernai99 @SkySports But i was. End of the day, the mainstream media were the ones at fault by not giving the fans like you the correct information. Anyone who did some actual research into what happened knew this was never going to go any further.

@SkyHelpTeam We recently had our phone line moved from my office into the house. Sky gave me digital line with a new number. My wife is a Councillor and the old number is plastered all over and it will cost a fortune to change. Also, we have very poor mobile signal here.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet I’d down for two hours now. The connection options the help section shows does not have my optical set up so how am I meant to bypass open reach if I don’t have the correct cables ?
