Leona McConochie (@lonesmcc73) reported from Kemnay, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

Neil Cochrane (Owen James - Actor) (@OwenJamesActor) reported@SkyHelpTeam I'm aware that it CAN happen, what I'm saying is, I've had Sky for a long time at quite a few different properties and my current set-up seems to be much more susceptible to losing signal when there's moderate rain. Isn't it possible that this dish could need repair/replacement?

Mat Davies (@matgower) reported@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. When watching games on the red button it freezes every 20 seconds or so. Unwatchable I’m afraid. I resort to watching on my iPad. I didn’t have this issue with Sky Q. I have the fastest broadband speed available, with booster.

I've Live chatted with support a couple of times to rectify this, but I'm still being chased. I suspect the wrong email address was used by the account holder. Pls advise

I guess it is too much trouble to ask a sky employee in a customer service role to telephone a colleague in another department to find out the answer. Absolutely appalingly customer service.
