@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyUK thanks for the SKY glass… however still waiting for the packaging to send the sky Q back and don’t want to get unnecessarily charged. Also we’ve been paying for sky protect which we haven’t needed with sky Q?! Can you help. Thanks
