@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam worst internet service I have ever experienced! Can’t even get 1gb now. @WeAreOpenreach engineer came out, great fella, told us to the box we get 42gb give or take. This service is horrendous! Unhappy customers remember you can leave in contract w/out penalty!
