@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

My sky broadband is down FFS, when my step son just started a new job from home. It’s bad enough when it’s working (only in some parts of the house) Time to change providers, had 2 years of poor service. Even with booster add-on its poor. Come on Sky @SkyHelpTeam @moedybluz

@SkyHelpTeam And I’m only able to speak to you via the internet because my 4G isn’t provided my Sky. If it was I’d be waiting 12 hours for a sarcastic response anyway. Thanks for giving me another avenue of complaint though.

@SkyHelpTeam Nah struggling to get an answer from Sky on what the issue is with the BB and Sky talk.. Just give people what the issue is and set expectations on when it should be back up.. Don’t hide as people would except a reason than a standard message we’re down..
