@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m using an iPad gen9 with iOS 15.4.01. Just on the play symbol. Ep 2 and 3 played without issue. I’ve tried to watch from start again but still cuts off at 14 mins.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.
