@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@Official_NickT @SkySports If you are that upset that at 2am in the morning they are showing one game free to air then just go and cancel Sky. You going to ask for your money back for the Rugby League games on Channel 4 ?

Currently 40mins and counting on hold to @SkyUK The @SkyHelpTeam are really poor. Seems like it's not just me cancelling our package today. They've really missed the mark by putting bills up by £20 at a time like this! First thing to go when times are tough!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have a mobile with sky and wifi calling has stopped working. I've restarted, removed sim, tried different wifi networks and still doesn't work. The function is enabled but the icon isn't appearing on the top notification bar.

Over an hour so far, 3 different departments to terminate our @SkyUK broadband, still being mugged off😡
