@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam - plse help can’t get thru to elderly vulnerable Dad as phone line not working. Fault been ongoing since 1430hrs apparently and chat box useless. Dad has no other way to contact anyone - not even sure that his Careline fall alarm will work without phone working

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't spoken recently, as every time I call the waiting times are horrendous. Last time they weren't very helpful, eventually sent new sim at my insistence, but with today's issues where I can't even make a call, it's getting ridiculous.
