@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@Luk3________ @SkyHelpTeam I knew you were on a system like YouTube when you upload as unlisted then list it on an certain hour it's confirmed now but please set your computer to auto list whilst there's no staff the strikes are ruining the service for every content on Sky + & non app on Q and above.

@SkyHelpTeam Day 4 … still no broadband, no TV and soon we’ll have no mobile data left since having to use it all up because #sky gigafast all singing and dancing promoted expensive broadband doesn’t work and seems to be unfixable with no back up service!! Not happy customers at all

@SkyHelpTeam I did do on Friday and raised a complaint, a manager was supposed to call and and still waiting, and was then offered to open a new account to order again so I could beat the no more than 5 rule. #GreatTeamThatNot
