@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Very disappointed that there is next to no Bundesliga on @SkySports this weekend (and probably all weekends for the next for seasons). Why not use the red button, or, one of the many football channels already available? Was looking forward to this addition.. now feel let down.

@SkyUK absolutely awful service. Waited 3 weeks for our installation, were told anytime between 8am-4pm, we said we could do any time up until 3pm as we work evenings. Engineer turned up at 4pm when we were on our way to work. Now the next available appointment is October??!

@SkyHelpTeam hey hey l am trying to watch football on sky go on pc and the quality of the stream is terrible even on hd and l am connected via ethernet and we have 500mb download, l know it has adaptive bitrate but its not adapting
