@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam It came back on at about half past 10 yesterday evening. I think there was a problem in the area as many of the neighbours broadband also stopped working at exactly the same time.

@skytv @SkyUK what an absolute farce your company has been. Called to change my address and upgrade package/broadband, couldn’t be done, promised a call back, never got one, called again, still can’t be done. 22yrs loyalty clearly counts for nothing!

Hey there, @skytv | @SkyHelpTeam. We're now on week SIX of waiting for our Sky Glass TV. Had some hope that it would arrive today but it's currently outside our old house [😶]. Now have to cancel and start the order from scratch apparently. NOT impressed at all.

@SkyUK good evening. My parents sky router wired connection is 50mb per second but WiFi drops to 1mb per second upstairs. This has been happening for months and is unsustainable. Is an upgraded hub possible? They’re paying for a service they’re not getting.
