@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet connection has been up and down over the last 3 days. engineer due 12 days…neighbours having similar issues (ee) , So, openreach required support - how do I tell sky or openreach that this isn’t just me? I work from home and have kids doing coursework.

@SkyHelpTeam There is no broadband, I haven’t received any messages or emails. None of you posted anything. I had to go online on my profile to check if anything is down because the service check doesn’t detect any issues. 12 hours no broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, it says no known issues but when I test my connection it says there is an “outage on the network” which might be effecting me… this is the third time in a month. Why is the customer service number not working either as I would like to switch to BT
