    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyUK So you've given up trying to resolve the Sky Q issues are are now expecting clients to pay for a new service? Will you be honest enough to advise clients in rural areas with bad Internet connection that this will not be reliable for them?

    @SkyHelpTeam By the way, if you don't understand what nslookup is or what the screenshot shows, you should escalate this. It is not a problem with my connection or Openreach. It is a specific configuration problem with BSkyB's core infrastructure.
