@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve lost broadband connectivity. I’m in the IG6 area. Is there a known issue. The ‘check connection’ options on the router all report that connectivity is normal which is completely misleading

Hi #skyhelpteam is there an outage in Norwich? Just wonder where to look for updates. Sky website says page not working. I guess you are having issues as well.
