@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been appalling for a good 2 months now. Signal doesn’t reach any bedrooms in the house at all, no matter what we try. Seems pretty pointless. Hopefully @virginmedia will have something to offer when my contract is up!

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
