@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have just been upgraded to a Sky Q box, however every time I try to watch a Sky channel it tells me to "click the red button to upgrade". I have gone onto my Sky go and the same channel works fine. Can you help??

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran a test through my sky and it says no problems. I have data from speed test that would indicate otherwise. Who can I contact to share the data and get it resolved please. Clear drop off since May this year.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
