@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam They had an engineer look at something received text saying resolved. Yet all day orange light / green light for internet connection. Called Sky took forever to get the guy to recognise there’s an issue then he did a check and realised an engineer is needed for some reason.

@SkyHelpTeam they charge so much to use their service and I can’t even access it. Now being told no delivery of box until 11th December. Brilliant… so hopefully they will not charge me for two weeks? Yeah right! Fed up of the awful service!😠😠

@SkyUK VIP makes me laugh, apparently it’s in place for loyal customers to give rewards, well I’ve been with sky for over 15 years and applied for loads and never won anything.

@SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of a what i suspect is a scam asking user to confirm which email address to use and enter a 6 digit code to verify.Did not receive any email with code so assume its an attempt to obtain customer information which is extremely worrying.
