@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a customer 2 years ! There was a fault I was informed openreach would be fixing as external issue last update 16 March. told you job was complete on 31st March I received no update/information until I rang yesterday.

@Lee82Sutton @SkySports Well they would still have to give money to the Prem for them. This was a decision by Prem teams to try recoup some money for no fans not hard to see that, it was why they never had pundits on there. There hands were tied. Also all the pundits on Sky complained all the time.
