@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry broadband is at best hit & miss with devices having problems finding WiFi signal. I'm not wasting time resetting my system as it doesn't work & I'm clearly not the only customer with problems.
