@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Away with Yorkshire ambulance service at Huddersfield Uni and stayed overnight at the Premier Inn. Get there and @SkyUK are there filming Brassic season 5, met a few cast members too! Joseph Gilgun is hilarious and even sat down with us for a few minutes @tomhanson @michkeegan
