@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, the broadband in my house has gone down twice in the past two days, both after 10pm and not coming back until after 8am the following day. When I connect a device it says "connected without Internet" and your broadband test says everything is fine and there are no issues.

@SkyHelpTeam We need an app on webos, and smart tv’s that’ll allow people to subscribe to sky stream… or allow skyQ subscribers to sign in & watch sky at their partners etc there’s no Samsung smart tv app

@SkyHelpTeam @jackkmorann96 No - actually the quickest and easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is to find another supplier. Shocking service, i left years ago but not surprised to see its not improved.

@AnfieldEdition @David_Ornstein @SkySports So FSG gives us no money in the summer or winter. Therefore we have a bad season and struggle to finish inside the top 4 (think we still will finish there) and now claims that champions league qualification does have a massive impact on the money spend next summer????
