@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Right now yes but it's a on going problem? Remember I will only see shows I want to record and series link when I click on them? Overall the recent changes on that section have made it IMHO far less customer friendly and harder to use also!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I've had a look at the link. Please could I have a phone number to speak to a human regarding a booster, I don't need to do any of those steps or take photos of router, I just need to boost the signal from one side of the bungalow to the other as it's over a further distance
