@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam Any news on this outage, down completely for 3 days now, burning thru data on 3 phones, other subscription services unable to use such as Netflix, prime, Disney, apple. 1st world problems and all that but I pay close on £200 a month to sky on various services. No good enough

@SkyUK you need to sort your glass TV’s out guys. Brilliant idea but I’m on my FIFTH replacement, and even that’s broken now. You have some of the best advisors but judging by this equipment they must be going through hell 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam @x_Jables_x Did you get this fixed? I have had the same issue, slow net since Tuesday and no net since Thursday. Sky say no issue, line test is all good. Yet there are lots of people on twitter reporting the exact same thing.

@SkyHelpTeam Why is my broadband so bad this weekend? I can’t even load youtube videos. Thank god i’m moving to Virgin in August at least the broadband won’t buffer videos or randomly kick itself offline. Also there is still no (Fibre To The Premises) in Brum @OpenreachHelp

@SkyHelpTeam @Michelle_Fitton I have done this, and was told there was no issue with my line so no engineer can be booked. The best that could be done was a message to the back office team, this had no timescale for a reply. That was on Thursday. Now I cannot even speak to anyone at sky.
