@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@NaomiJCox @SkyHelpTeam Honeslty same we’re paying for sky each month and we’re having to use 4g in the house because it just doesn’t work at all, been with sky for two months now and honestly regret it so much. Absolute waste of money and everytime you try to call to get help you get nowhere

@SkyHelpTeam I have just received a call claiming to be from your help centre about my broadband router. I hung up as I believed this was a spam call. He called me from 001552293563. Then my broadband stopped working. Are these 2 things connected?

@SkyHelpTeam @On_the_Rug I think my issue is that sky have not admitted fault. If you don’t want people to use this cheaper subscription model you should withdraw the app not just let it break.

@SkyHelpTeam would be really good if your call centres were in anyway competent. I’m on Fibre Max (80mb) and can’t get super fast (67mb) as our exchange won’t support it. Despite this the woman on the phone insisted it’s the best deal. Despite the “upgrade” failing still

@SkyHelpTeam really disappointed in Sky. TV currently displaying “no satellite signal” so we have no tv. Earliest an engineer coming 23/12! and CS adv. said “they may not even be able to fix it” meaning potential Xmas with no tv!.Absolutely disgusting.

@SkySports Looks pretty good from a far (not a toffee). Their worst looks better than their worst has looked for a while. Their best looks a lot better than their best has looked for a while, 5th in the PL and as the consistency that comes with time sets in: think they could be contenders
