@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

Weird how my @SkyUK signal drops out much more readily when there's bad weather ever since they launched #glass. Almost as if they've tweaked the sensitivity to push their new product

@SkyHelpTeam @jemma_farrow I can add to this - can't download from My5 on an old Sky+HD box. HD downloads fail immediately, SD just download forever - Ben Fogle's latest episode started downloading at around midday and I just cancelled it at 22:00, incomplete. My Sky BB is fine.
