@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

So, your elderly mother is a @SkyUK customer, your wondering why her bills have shot up, customer service unable to help because you don't know her password. No complaints procedure as customer service agent 'cant' access customer records without password. #joke #discrimination

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is working right now but it’s really slow especially on Sunday’s from last August till Christmas last year it worked great but then from January this year it’s been terrible. @WeAreOpenreach did some work in my area for about 6 weeks and since they finished it’s bad

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned them up and I got an automated message and they did some kind of internal investigation on the line and after a few minutes it was back up and running. And it went a bit funny this morning for about a few minutes but it’s very slow. Please sort this problem out.
