@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam dear sky… my parent broadband and phone has been down for over 3 weeks. The service from your call centre has been awful. They are in there 70s and it’s completely stressing them out!!!!!!

@matt_owen @virginmedia @SkyUK I ditched virgin after three years for Bt and wish I had done it sooner. Virgin service was so unreliable. BT not dropped out once.
