@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkySports customer service is absolutely diabolical. 54 minutes to get fobbed off. I used to have boardband, mobile and TV. Now it's just TV and when this contract ends I'll be moving to Virgin. 35 years to be treated like this, over £19. I'm done. Netflix Firestick !!!
