@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports If it were up to me I’d want another 6 months to think about it & then approach him to see what he thinks & then give him some time to think about the potential ramifications of thinking about signing for us once we have decided to properly sit down & think about it.

@SkyHelpTeam Considering no updates since 11:15 AM. Not knowing what to say to my employer it's amazing . No mention of fixes or anything just a problem reported. :( sadly can't rely on my phone 3 tethering because I not strong enough for the systems used. 5 hours and ongoing....

@SkyHelpTeam I emailed a complaint yesterday and I've emailed 2 today still awaiting a response. I was told I'd get a call tuesday morning but never received one.
