    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. Balance was cleared by card payment on Saturday 17/9 and a new dd was set up on the same date. I was informed on the phone today that the reinstatement of service was approved on Tuesday, however there is a technical issue preventing resumption of service

    @SkyHelpTeam unless we are all complaining about the same thing - like broken episode stacking - in which case you can just watch the tumbleweed blowing past as weeks become months and @SkyHelpTeam are unable to fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam move to our address 30 june, had ultrafast and boost, can't get it so now superfamily and boost since its been active we lose broadband connection no less that 3 times a day... yet you say no issues. So why's it keep cutting out and flashing orange on our broadband?

    Hi @SkyUK Someone must work on your mobile coverage checking device. I was told excellent, switched to Sky mobile, and very rarely get more than 1 bar of signal. Shocking. I can't even Whatsapp a short video. Misleading advertising and unable to cancel. From a customer of 9yr
