    @SkyHelpTeam Been through every help section you provide. I am aware a number of people are suffering the same problem. At this stage, all I want to know that you are aware of it and are doing something about it. I am willing to be patience before cancelling. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam @kieranc2k The sign in rather complicated I have given up twice. Probably Apple is the problem its not just a simple case of your email and password if you have an existing subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having trouble splitting my wifi. My boiler switch is on 2.4mgz so I have to be on 2.4 with my phone or my boiler won't work. If I switch to 5, my boiler follows!

    @SkyUK @skytv very disappointed I’m a sky platinum customer, my package has nearly doubled in price, I’ve called to say I can’t afford it and you just suggested to cancel as can’t do anything cheaper. Looks like you want to pass my loyalty to @virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nathan, that’s kinda the problem. While OpenReach have been and connected the ONT I’m not sure it’s activated yet and not sure what needs to happen for that to occur.

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t give an issue - I’ve been told it’s an outside fault but we are still waiting on an engineer date from BT to check this. It’ll be a week tomorrow. It literally comes back on for a few mins each time then cuts out again
