@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam my 84 year old mum is having trouble with her landline. They need to dig the road up. U've given her a number to ring which she says she's tried 5 times today for an update or a website. Sadly for my elderly parents this isnt an option. What can i do to help.
