@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

@SkySports Doesn't matter what they say it represents they did it after the copper killed George Floyd after BLM took the getsure it will always be linked to them. Is a stupid gesture anyway was only a protest during the American anthem. Crack on tho doesn't hurt anyone

@SkySports The only person I would take the knee for is The Queen. And looking at it taking place on one of our football pitches is quite frankly pathetic. Sky with their American owners are flogging this to death for an act that didn’t take place in the U.K. and hopefully never would.

So @SkyHelpTeam can't help and apparently they don't have complaints department. Explained they are leaving a vulnerable adult with message service... send you a new sim card. Won't add data so they can use WhatsApp instead. 12 days this has been going on.
