@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

Godzilla vs Kong. I wasn’t expecting it to be Oscar quality but I genuinely think this could be the worst film I’ve ever had the misfortune to watch. And just to add insult to injury I’ve spent £13.99 on this shite. @SkyHelpTeam I feel violated. Any chance of refund?!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve followed this link but it just takes me round in circles until a link to the replacement form which when clicking on it opens an email, if I paste it into google it just takes me to a sky page which isn’t the form page. Please help
