@SkyHelpTeam 2 days now and I still can’t pause Sky Sports online. Either fix the issue or automatically pause all subscriptions.

@SkyHelpTeam just got a call from 01835597084 with a recorded message saying my router had been identified as having problems and would be shut down in 4 hours. I take it this was not from Sky.

Wow!! @SkyUK I shouldn’t be surprised but I am at the claim that you can’t fix our broadband quickly, even tho we work from home, as broadband you supply is 4 personal use! So what else are we meant to do? As loyal customers we’ve now paid to have an engineer come out in 2 days!

@SkyHelpTeam We have already spoken to the help team. 9 days with no TV - what exactly are we paying for? Its definitely a sky issue as netflix and disney plus are working.

@SkySports I know it is a time hono(u)red thing for fighters to stare each other down like this and I also know they would destroy me within seconds but they still look ridiculous getting into each other’s faces like this.

@SkyHelpTeam Told me all systems were fine and that everything was okay. There clearly is an issue as we have to reset the wifi 7 tikes a day and even when it finally reconnects it doesn’t work at all.
