    @SkyHelpTeam No, just keeps buffering. No error message, just repeatedly asked to sign in at random occasions. I’ve reset router, re installed app. Everything was fine after Q install 6 myths ago. Now keeps buffering and sometimes have internet connection issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it does. The service status page that links from that did also previously say there was an outage but now doesn’t. OK, so you’ve definitely got a problem. Any better update than a “few hours” to fix or is that as detailed as it gets?
