    Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

    @Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Sport is the worst for lagging but the whole app in general is very slow. When flicking through different categories and pausing/rewinding the programme, the app is very slow

    @SkyHelpTeam how comes I can use my online account to add on a package but I can’t seem to take off sky cinema… which I never signed up for just been told it’s “2 months free” at installation, then suddenly having to pay for it and impossible to cancel.
