    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is an outage in TN38, but no sign of it acknowledged anywhere. My Sky Hub router homepage says broadband disconnected, some local shops reporting problems with payment machines, any idea what is going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there, done that and still problems. The solution is cancelling the contract, getting a new provider and letting as many people as possible know how poor SKY is. 👍 I never had one drop off/slow broadband problem with BT.

    @breslinik @SkyHelpTeam It’ll be a big issue and its down to Openreach to fix as its their network. Just wait patiently like everyone else and stop moaning, then and only then might you get some money back via Ofcom’s autocomensation

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s an existing connection but I’ve been lied to constantly, promised call backs within 72hrs, promised manager call backs, sky engineer been out and said it was open reach issue. Open reach booked twice last week and didn’t turn up. Spend two hours on call and Sky book

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I usually watch EFL classic matches on Mondays at 1030, but its been replaced by the funeral. If I wanted to watch the funeral I'd put on Sky/BBC News, so why have you taken the choice away from a paying customer?
