    @jammierooroo @SkyUK The same company who demanded they speak to the account holder to cancel a subscription.. yet he was 5ft under in a box in lots of pieces, they didnt seem to grasp that fact.. 😬

    Really not happy with @SkyUK They called my elderly MIL today, a vulnerable woman who only lost her husband to months ago, and harangued her into a 24 month contract at £170 per month!!! She was crying as she came off the call and is so upset and distressed that she has called me for help. I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!

    @jammierooroo @bertrumtamblyn @SkyUK These companies make it so difficult to terminate contracts and the best way is just stop paying them.

    @jammierooroo @timcaulfield @SkyUK Well Sky should be able to track down the arsehole that sold her the package and at the very least deduct his/her commission on it and retrain him/her.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK There is a 14 day cooling off period, cancel immediately. Do not speak to the first 2/3 reps from India who call. You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Steer clear of @EE twice sky prices and want £300 to terminate contract, new customers offered prices cheaper than #Sky.. its all a rip off

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Send an email and mark it as high priority and get receipt of opening it . Cancel she has a cooling off period. And instruct the bank not to process DD saying she was confused .
