Optimistically waiting for my new @Plusnet broadband to hopefully 🤞 go live today. Never have I changed providers and been cut off at midnight but hey ho, thats what @SkyHelpTeam have done. But we'll get onto my experience with them shortly....

@SkyUK You are messing up with customers! Got 2 emails following registering to say now ready, complete your order. Ends up with technical issues! I rang sky, 30 minutes later when transferred to the 4th person I got cut off! No call back, no help in tweet. Shane on sky!

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK Could it be interference with other WiFi networks? Have you tried using the ethernet connection? Also additional WiFi points around the house help too.
