@SkyHelpTeam I am M46 postcode and no service at all. Have had to pay to connect to a BT WiFi hotspot to be able to work. Any timescales. Also, the Sky web page still insists there are no issues with Brosdband.

@spanishsam @SkyHelpTeam Cancel while you can and go back to BT or get a 5g router. I had the same issue no problems in 20 years with other ISPs and am now a week without internet with Sky. Run while you can before you get locked into the contract

@SkyHelpTeam could you please confirm which areas are affected by the ‘Multiple Exchange Outage’, the timescales for fixing the outage and why the Sky website is misleading and claiming “no issues”? A central & comprehensive update shouldn’t be a big ask…
