If I don't receive a call from anyone at @virginmedia today then my previous service provider @SkyUK have offered me a great deal to return and I'll be taking them up on it and will advise anyone thinking of using you in the future to think twice! Terrible customer service.

@MoneySavingExp was told by @SkyHelpTeam that if prices are increased by more than 10% then it was OK to leave penalty free. Only just managed to bring down Cody of parents now 2 months later they increase it by around 17%!! Looking now to move them elsewhere!!

@SkyUK Worst broadband out there. Promised 63, got barely 20. Then for some reason stopped taking the direct debit and cut me off. Changed providers, then got lumped with a disconnect bill. Nightmare of a company. Make Vodafone look competent

@SkyUK So why was I told the cheapest price i could get was £28.50 per month. I've been a sky customer for over 5 years and pay for TV and broadband at well over £100 a month. Why wasn't I offered this deal?
