    @SkyHelpTeam #SkyGlass is still utterly broken. Please explain why I can watch (from the start, 8hrs ago) all of the Eurosport coverage of Lemans but I cannot restart the F1 highlight show on Showcase even though it was in my 'Playlist' to be 'recorded'. #SkyGlassShambles

    @SkyUK What about adding a NAS Sky Super Fast Broadband? Tried with two different routers and blocked by the router - horrendous customer service. Support have no idea what your talking about when you call them. Can't work from home without access to NAS and £££'s to leave - avoid

    Third night on the run @SkyUK. Appalling service for 63mb with your so called guarantee of 45mb. Only since I got rid of Sky TV have I experienced poor BB service. Contract up in early July. It's goodbye. Please don't bother with 'have you contacted us' blah blah.
