B) Because the incident was actively reviewed by the VAR official, yet the clear and obvious handball infringement was completely missed anyway. C) Because PGMOL regulations state that formal apologies automatically award one point back to the aggrieved team. D) Because Manchester United fielded an ineligible player during the second half.
