  @SkyHelpTeam Appreciate your response. I have done that 3 times. I had to hotspot off my partners phone to do is. As i have told you, i have no wifi and my phone signal isnt great. So your reply doesnt help. I need an engineer.

  @SkyHelpTeam From 2013 your DNS has also had issues, just allow us to change the DNS in the router settings

  @SkyHelpTeam It’s been fine since it was installed then on Boxing Day wouldn’t let me run any speed tests or upstairs the signal was bad
