@SkyHelpTeam The speed to the Hub is poor "We've checked the speed from your local telephone exchange or street cabinet to your Sky hub." An engineer came out a couple of months back and said there was a break in the cable. He sorted it out, it was perfect then slowed again.

@SkyHelpTeam more than 2 weeks without Internet. Clearly the resolution required is not on the agents script. Had to spend hundreds of quid on mobile data, still no closer to a solution in spite of several assurances.

@SkyHelpTeam conveniently my bill has jumped from £89 to £109 p/m and i go to check my bill to see why, but there's a problem logging in, and it's been that way for weeks. reset my password, tried different browsers and computers, nothing.

@JustMeNic @SkyHelpTeam ****. I phoned them up this morning and got some automated bullshit saying they're fixing the issue and will send a text when it's done. I do a similar job to their engineers and an outage lasting 7 days is ridiculous. They must be employing actual chimpanzees as engineers

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for checking in, basically not! I tried to upgrade and pay a small upfront charge but the links they kept sending me wouldn't work and I was stuck on chat for over an hr! I had work to go to and they wouldn't help! I mean as a valued customer they could have helped more
