    @KDumanois @SkyHelpTeam Out in Exeter as well. The line is fine (shows line speed in settings) but the hub cant login to their network.

    @kellyvicker @gummy_bear1973 @SkyHelpTeam They never do, tbh. We're not a priority here in Mordor. lol Their site at least detects a connection issue to our router, but I've not once seen it say when there are Countrywide issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam For the second day this week , I’m expecting sky engineer today. Sky customer service & technical team both advised by me of new mobile number plus I’ve edited my profile accordingly . On tracking my order it states my old number. Why can’t SKY listen ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband seems to be down in Exeter. Can you confirm? 3 People I know have no internet. Hub has a connection speed reported in settings, but hub cant login.
