    @SkyHelpTeam nearly a week of our Sky Q Mini constantly saying Technical Issue on every channel. Update done. Network connected. What gives. Paying for multiroom for this? Nah.

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of speaking to an actual human as yet again we have no Internet and therefore no TV...bet someone would be quick to call us if we cancelled our direct debit for a service we can't use and customer service we can't contact

    @SkyHelpTeam We called you earlier and waited nearly an hour to speak to someone who told us to call @OpenreachHelp but they don't deal with consumers. We need to report a fault, your website days no issues in our area but there is.
