Chris Lee (@ChrisLe15970575) reported@SkyUK Buyer beware! Do not get this until they have ironed out the HUGE number of problems. I’ve spent over 25 hours on the phone to sky and it’s still a crap platform. Sky blame the broadband but it’s the tv that is the problem. DO NOT BUY!!!

Shane Brown (@shanebrown74) reportedWell, @SkyUK is out after the latest bad weather. I'm not sure why we thought getting TV via a dish that couldn't stand being moved was a way forward with TV. So, it's The Wizard of Oz for me on 4K disc (not that my eyes tell much difference between 4K and blu ray).

wendy - still I rise (@mindisablank) reported@SkyHelpTeam I do. I need a reduction in the price of my new contract. As an existing customer you want to charge me £54 a month. As a new customer I would get it for £39.a month. How is that right?

Chang (@MarcusChang1990) reported@SkyHelpTeam please help. I've updated the sky store app on my 2 smart TV, and now it's saying they are new devices and won't let me play films on them. I've literally rented a film earlier today and now stuck watching on my phone. I can't make any device changes until March.
