    @SkyUK Wouldn't recommend it. We've had lots of problems, had to have the TV replaced as everything went wrong with it, now this one sometimes just doesn't turn on so have to turn it off at the mains, wait a bit and try again. Not very user friendly, lot more clunky, too many kinks

    @SkyHelpTeam how do we email an actual person? Every query so far (for something straight forward assuming you want to keep business) directs us back online to phone but phone line says up to an hr wait so ‘go online’ in never ending loop. Tried DM here same. Not good service!

    @SkyUK 4 days without the internet I am at the moment on the phone with an operator who is losing his cool and is rude. was told it was work being done on the line now telling me there was nothing wrong with the line and I need an engineer 4 days with no service & a day off work

    @SkyHelpTeam I do not use Any catch up services such as Netflix BBC iPlayer I don’t use any of these things yet I’m being told I must keep my broadband if I want to have my landline. It wouldn’t be so bad but the broadband is costing me near enough £40 a month and I never use the broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been on the phone for 40 minutes with agents just passing me to others (and not explaining) I have elderly parents and can't seem to get anyone to help. I'm frankly shocked at how terrible your service is.

    @SkyHelpTeam why did you mess up my house move (u told me to take my box to my new property and of course it didn’t work) then you realised your error and reduced my bill to the very min,only my bill is £30 more than it was before. Denise in cancellations never called me back 😡
