    @garethlewis1959 @jammierooroo @SkyUK Thats not the issue Gareth they clearly ripped off knowing she was vulnerable. That’s sickening. Thats what needs to be addressed. How many more have they done this to.

Sky are under obligation to record all calls. If they have broken the rules OFCOM Complaint. Cancel contract...

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK There’s a cooling-off clause on all phone contracts (ex-Sky customer here) so she should get it corrected.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK No ********. They dont even call when youre out of contract as it goes to a rolling contract. They NEVER call. It was either a scam or you're talking ****. I suspect the latter to push an agenda

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK It's not usually Sky calling but one of their affiliates. They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
