    @SkyHelpTeam we seemingly have good broadband with you but our glass tv, and pucks seem to be buffering loads since our tv contract was paid off. Use the sky app but although 3 of our pucks show issues, sky determines our tvs are faulty?..

    @danielsjourney1 @SkyHelpTeam You are surely trolling with this post? No one can be this stupid surely. WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
