    @SkyHelpTeam had sky broadband fitted Friday. Stopped working Saturday morning, now I’m told I have to wait 72hrs for a technician to look to see the problem. Great start

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently Broadband Buddy is broken, the comment on Sky's outage description suggests using the Broadband sheild to manage access levels. This misses the point for many of us that our kids are actually locked out from internet access completely. We need a work around

    @d5_rss @SkySports I’m sure people are interested & equally sure Sky Sports won’t miss you… I don’t have much time for rugby but it doesn’t offend me it being on… I just … don’t watch it. Problem solved
