    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q installed 3 months ago worst thing I’ve ever done. Customer for 19yrs and get fobbed off with too many appliances in home slowing WiFi. My old boxes gave me no trouble at all! And I’m paying extra cover for every room boost. The mini q cuts out and buffers every day.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. Yes its still down and according to the bt engineers working on it we won't have Internet for 2 weeks. Surely you've been advised of this by now

    @SkyUK, Avoid sky mobile at all costs. £254 repair by bill for a 3mm unrelated hairline crack which won't sort the dangerous overheating issue that it was sent in for repair. Appalling 😡

    @virginmedia the worst service ever been on call for past 2 hours no answer still on hold no one answering chat service pathetic service the worst of all I'd rather be with @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down again 4 children trying to home school has the been the same all January. Usage gone down by three quarter this month shows how bad it is!

    @SkyHelpTeam It will do this roughly every 20 minutes, just feels like the mini boxes are simply not fitted with sufficient signal strengths for the purpose they’re there for

    @virginmedia your advisor madesh comes online doesn't complete the query and leaves the chat room. This is pathetic no customer service. I'd recommend every virgin customer to @SkyUK best customer service better deals and promt replies
