    @SkyHelpTeam we have no internet or able to make calls this morning in Silkstone/Silkstone Common in Barnsley but the website says no problems however alot of people are having problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did it said there was a problem AGAIN then they said it was known reason N,IRELAND I live I Sheffield !!

    @SkyHelpTeam my friend has just moved house. Sky were scheduled to come yesterday to set up her TV service but they didn’t come and now she has been told they won’t come until 23 December! A very long time to wait and very poor service. What can she do to get connected sooner?

    @SkyHelpTeam No internet in S36, I’m not the only one! What’s the issue & how long for you to sort it?! Please don’t reply standard how to test my line advice, it’s not my line or everyone else’s in S36, I am paying for your broadband service!
