@SkyHelpTeam you are absolutely useless. Uts been almost 8 hours since the outage in MK area. There has been no updates other than you sent engineers out around 3 hours ago? Whats going on. And dont direct me to service status because the message on there is already useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Do I need to report that my Internet is down? Just in case it goes over 2 days? Can't find anywhere online saying how to do so, only that to be eligible for the compensation you need to report faults... its a known fault so not sure

@SkyHelpTeam I live just outside Milton Keynes and have been affected by the outage today. I’ve been without broadband since lunchtime today and therefore lost half a days play. Whilst I appreciate these things happen, what will happen about some sort of refund?
