Steven 🏴 (@seernevets) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Exactly the same as me but also with their TV service. Quoted me a price, then couldn’t actually honour it. Spent a week or so ringing to try and get the deal to be told no. Left and never looked back. TV services are overpriced. Their broadband felt throttled all the time. Leave

Andy Middleton (@BremnersBoots) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Just leave and never return... It's that simple

CFCSal (@cfcsal94) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.
-
scatterbrainjoe (@scatterbrainjoe) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel the contract and get a house mate or your partner to join up as a new customer.

DS♟️ (@Carefree_WDS) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

Mark Carder (@Sparky_1968) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Hate the way companies treat loyal customers over new customers. It’s disgusting and no encouragement to stay
-
Boro (@stevecook1982) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Leave and let someone else in your household become a new customer- thank me later
-
J (@jarrel_e) reported@IconicGoal @BarcaUniversal @SkySports We don’t give a **** lol. Y’all still haven’t paid us for Torres. Pay full price or wait. Some things are principle.
