    @SkyHelpTeam just tuned in to Sky Movies at 7am (something I never do normally) to watch new Zack Synder movie which has received tremendous amount of publicity either side of the Atlantic only to find Sky have pulled it at the last second. Typically sky giveno explanation at all

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @SkyHelpTeam I did, unfortunately those steps didn’t seem to fix the problem. We’ve had technicians visit a couple of times in the past which fixed it temporarily. Not sure what to do this time.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issues are sound drops, the Q box hogging the bandwidth and slowing down the internet for anything else in the house, mini box pixelations and disconnections and incredibly poor WiFi speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you please check my video and read my post again, it clearly shows and states that the app also stops working when the line is down!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I’m aware of this now, still, for everyone waiting on this film to air, to take it down in replace of a Christmas movie without any prior warning was a failure to your customers.

    Consider me completely unsurprised that @SkyUK isn't signed up to the ombudsman scheme so I can’t escalate the complaint.
