@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed. The sky Wi-Fi is not very good. I’m using all my data up they said sky you get your money back if the broadband is not good can you help me why is my Wi-Fi not good?

@utdlee7 @Magman55 @SkySports I think you thinking of Amanda Staveley not PIF she was interested in Liverpool yes but that was with another consortium not PIF and the only club that PIF were linked too was Man Utd and that was Man U owners offering them shares for 700M which they turned down

@SkyHelpTeam They're not but can be understood in the right circumstances. You could have gained a level of respect back by apologising but instead you gave a stock answer. How do you think I feel after budgeting for a package but receive a price increase within 8 hours of being a customer?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

How do you get someone at @SkyHelpTeam to call you? Been trying to get someone on the phone for days! Actually weeks but the past few days I’ve called, been on hold, waited, been sent down options I didn’t need, want or ask for etc! Just want to actually talk to a human!
