Dave Byrne (@LindaElizabethB) reported@sianwilliams100 @SkyUK Similar experience Sian, when my wife was seriously ill in a nursing home I stayed with her so many hours.I was late home each evening decided to cancel Sky, but they let me have a free subs for 6 months then £11 a month for 6 months.And they sent Linda a lovely bunch of flowers.

justK-DOG (@KdogTrue) reported@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already done that. This has happened before where it’s an issue on your end not mine. Can you update your servers/do whatever needs doing on your end please. Using the work one you test with won’t show the same results as customers.
