  @SkyHelpTeam been on the phone for 9 hours total now over 2 weeks, across 10 calls, 4 scheduled call backs missed, broadband order reput through 3 times. A phone bill of £80 from the calls. 3 complaints made online no response. Help please!!

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I seem to be having issues with my Sky Q box. Twice over the last few days I’ve tried to turn it on and the box is completely unresponsive and has no lights on the front. Have to unplug and plus back in to get it to work. Any suggestions?

  @SkyUK my Internet is down. When I try and run the tests through the app or a computer it tells me I can't and that the tests are down. How do I resolve this issue? I've lost the last half hour of my working day trying to fix it with no success

  @SkyHelpTeam We have already had an engineer come and do work on broken cabling near our house. More problems keep coming up with your service lately and I am not impressed. Your help section also does not help with the problem we are having.

  @SkyHelpTeam Not exactly helpful when it’s preventing me working. The initial report was because of poor speed and magically when that was attended by openreach at the exchange we then loose internet completely! Clearly my time will be better spent looking for an alternate provider.

  @SkyHelpTeam Also, despite sorting out a new account on the phone today, so I could sign in, your system will not recognise me. I’m not very happy!
