.@SkyHelpTeam Now had 3 emails from 3 people about CRN: 1659716813. Have responded as requested and latest repeats earlier requests. I have no resolution after several weeks. Seems #sky is more interested in its own process rather than a good outcome for a 21 year + customer.

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately the broadband is in my partners name and he cannot chase the report he logged at the moment and we have had little to no contact on progress. Very poor service given he only switched to you in January of this year
