@SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed with the service provided tonight. I work 6 and half out of 7 days a week and only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a late Christmas day zoom call with my 13 children (who are all crying now, thanks) and my WiFi cut out for the entire time.

@SkyHelpTeam Shittiest network ever, byeee, heyyy virgin, bt, nowtv or any other network sounding real fine rn 😝✨, sky has always been **** for over a decade of having it myself, I hate myself that it took me to this day of the whole damn thing shutting down for a min for me to decide byeee

@SkyHelpTeam I switched to Sky two months ago and it’s the worst broadband I have ever experienced!!! If two game consoles are running in the house that’s our lot. Tv won’t work upstairs. Phone WiFi doesn’t work. Absolute joke!! As soon as I can I’m off!!

@petmad53 @Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam We didn't have internet for a few days in the middle of the year and i reckon it was because of the discounting of Huawei parts but they'll never explain why which is stupid cos we know and a lot of ppl have had the same total knock out with other providers.
