@SkyHelpTeam One was sent out on 8/12 and I have now requested another one. Obviously not happy as i need to access bank accounts etc and can’t do that without any service.

@SkyUK the customer service my partner and I are currently receiving from you is a total & utter disgrace. You made us wait almost another 2 weeks for our WiFi to be installed, outside of our original date, through no fault of our own, did not communicate that this was happening

@SkyHelpTeam So it just switches over on the contract part but the service stays the same as it is effectively the same product? Does that mean no line training either? i.e the 10 days of fluctuation

@SkyHelpTeam We had an engineer out last month to “fix a fault” in the line yet it now asks us to book another on the app all whilst we’re paying for a speed we’re not getting. It’s ridiculous
