    @Jme23uk @SkyHelpTeam Yes it really is a question when you rely on broadband to get on internet because your 3G and 4G are useless in the house … oh and you forgot 5G … just as bad

    @SkyUK sky broadband down AGAIN. Unbelievable! Student upset as was in middle of vital work. Haven’t had my refund from last outage yet! Fed up with Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky This is getting beyond a joke now. How can it take over 12 hours to sort such a wide spread problem? What is the ETA for resolution? If your service technicians are any good they would give an hourly update. Please be good enough to share with the rest of us. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam @benage87 Status page now finally says there is an issue but the info is for upgrade work in scotland nothing to do with outage in redditch which is in midlands, not impressed at all
