Why does auto download on my Sky box only seem to work for some shows @SkyHelpTeam - rarely works for box sets and never works on Paramount or Peacock to download next episode of a show. Seems to only work on broadcast shows like Ackley Bridge as an example

@theblakemore @SkyHelpTeam Nothing from sky. Openreach via this platform have stated that there is an issue with the port that feeds our roads and it being a joint installation need sky to come and take a look. Someone is looking on Monday then they will update us further. Just blaming each other!

@SkyHelpTeam just to let you know you really need to improve your broadband connection as tonight I can’t get any sort of green light on my router, I would generally come to your HQ and help you guys out as the people you hire clearly don’t have a clue on what there doing.
