  @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me where I make official complaint. Had acall from a reps telling me if I took SS F1 my price would go down. Said didn’t want as would never watch, again told my price would go down. Price went down if you don’t count extra I am paying for the channel

  @Jcaird2 @ScottishFA The same ultras that were banned from their own stadium due to repeated concerns about their ability to behave. Precedence set after final league game though, Green Brigade never allowed at Ibrox again. Even better just ban all their fans and devalue the game for @SkySports

  @SkyUK wow, try to sort out swapping over mobile phone contract from another supplier and call taker cuts me off when when I ask him about the deal that shows via my VIP app. Great customer service not!!!!

  @SkyUK Could this be the worst service provider in England? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he immediately paid the £115 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days, and there will be additional charges for the connection! He is now having to request the phone call recording, and a discussion with the manager, and may need to get ombudsman involvement - what a shame. We should have just gone with @Starlink. If we can switch now we certainly will try!

  @SkyUK right now im getting pissed of.. my account says iv got missed payments... i went through and manually paid them..did the comfirmation through my bank for eachpayment.. yet still says after a few our iv still got missed payments.. WTF!
