@SkyHelpTeam Don't know what that is. When she ordered Internet and phone she was told no engineer visit was needed so I came over to plug it all in. Ten minute job I thought. How wrong was I. Thanks for your help so far.

@SkySports No we don’t, cause there is never some consistency in these type of things. If Luiz got a red yesterday when he didn’t try to play the ball, tvn why did he get a red when he tried to play the ball against Chelsea last season? The FA and the refs are so pathetic. Give us answers.

@SkyHelpTeam hello I have moved home on the 22nd Jan and was due to have my TV set up however due to restrictions this hasn’t been able to happen. I’ve had an update to say it will happen on 20/4 but I am still being charged for sky tv that I don’t have? Can someone help please
