@SkyHelpTeam Is that automated? Why do you have an admin team sat in an office that no one is allowed to escalate anything too? My bill is 140 a month and this is the service? This seem ok with you?

@SkyHelpTeam I have been WFH for a year and the internet is an issue daily, I disconnect to WiFi and use mobile data on my phone but unfortunately my work laptop won’t allow me to do the same, we pay for a service we simply do not receive!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply ER, I was hoping someone was able to give a time estimate on the repair, I have been following the updated information but so far it's talking about switches down. It originally says it takes a couple of hours which started at 10:45 and just want an estimate.

@SkyHelpTeam your wi-fi is shocking! £40+ a month and you can’t even provide wi-fi that works to people who are working from home and in need of your service (that we pay stupid prices for!!) How do I escalate this please?
