Wonder how much #SkySports knew about this, how much they were involved and what their plans are 🤔 well not that they care but I will cancel my Sky Sports subscription if they have anything to do with it. #europeansuperleague

@joshybanyard @SkySports I think that any TV company that shows football from this abomination should be banned from showing any other football at all. Sky have to be behind it, or it simply doesn't work financially. Scum.

@SkySports @GNev2 **** idea. But ex players aren’t in a position to talk about clubs being greedy and the poor fans when they all made a fortune playing the game. Thousands a week some to sit on a bench or spend months injured. Football has no idea about the rest of us.

@SkySports @GNev2 Twice in a week I’m agreeing with @GNev2. Liverpool fan all my life but I can’t support this super league - if they go ahead with this, I’ll have to ditch the team I’ve supported for 39 years. I support football, not greed

I guarantee you right now that the likes of @SkySports & @btsportfootball are already trying to bid for the rights for this. If they do and try to make me pay more money for something I don’t want then I will cancel my subscription at once #europeansuperleague
