@SkyHelpTeam 6 months trying to sort my account out !! Getting over charged every month !! Shocking customer service .. hrs & hrs in calls no call backs as promised so cancelled my DD and informed them when they sort it out ile pay them & within 2 days everything turned off !

@SkyHelpTeam @blabberingshin You advertise a product but then can't deliver it on the day its available! I don't get why it's so hard, if you have Sky Cinema you should be able to just watch it through that, but instead you set up a sign in page? Absolute madness.
