    @TheTrueEye @SkyHelpTeam @drew_milne25 The guy I spoke to last night agreed with me that the problem was external but couldn't escalate beyond an individual issue until 10 ppl logged the issue so I figure I keep making this as visible as I can.

    Seems to be that time again for my quarterly issue where my @skytv Q box cuts out and I can't get the service I'm paying for. Only about the 4th or 5th time it's happened since I got it... Not great service is it really @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi having trouble with my sky broadband. The app is saying no issues and the box has a smiley white face but still unable to get any WiFi. Please help! Working from home 🙄🙄

    @Ofcom @SkyUK Thank you Ofcom. I have been pursuing constant drop to 0.7 and 1.6 for over 12 months. Sky’s only solution is to take another 18 month contract for fibre or pay cancellation charge. I’m starting complaint process now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Called again spoke to Kevin; an asset to your team. Found a solution rather than a problem, Worked everything out and has upgraded me to sky boost with a new router being delivered tomorrow. A massive contrast to the numerous other call takers i spoke to. Good work Kevin 👍
