@SkyHelpTeam My Twitter feed was down - again - hence delay in replying. The attachment you sent won’t open - bad internet connection. Sky Q is down too. All since we had the new router - and contract to super fast broadband. How ironic.

@SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

@SkyHelpTeam No not yet I’ve tried restarting the router in case it was that and ran a test have orange light on internet symbol and it’s saying problem with hub I had this last time but restarting fixed but not this time!!! Any ideas
