    @SkyHelpTeam word of sound advise to everyone and please share - NEVER EVER BUY SKY GLASS ! Because when your internet is down you are knackered the relationship between @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp is non existent you can go weeks without a fault being attended let alone fixed !

    @SkyHelpTeam your customer service has been absolutely awful, as a relatively new customer I have been astonished at the lack of customer services from you. I can not recommended you to anyone, it's time to get your act together before you hemorrhage customers. Terrible service

    Probably the worst we’ve played all season. Birmingham should of had a man sent off but we still deserved to lose. The penalty miss was the nail in the coffin. Onto Norwich #BIRQPR @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest I am fed up, i would like to cancel my contract. In my opinion you are in breach of contract as I am paying for a service which is not being provided. Please see tweet at beginning of this thread with video of the state of the service being provided

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks! I'm having trouble signing up. I have a Sky iD, but when i try to sign up to sky stream (not broadband), it won't let me as my landlord has sky broadband at this property. Does this mean I cannot sign up cos there's already sky here? I just want sky stream on my account
