@SkyHelpTeam Typical Sky, use a storm as a poor excuse not to fix the phone lines, Internet or mobile and make sure that nobody can make any contact to complain as its impossible. Can't even send a direct message as that's not working either. They seem to be as useless as ever.

@SkyHelpTeam can someone help me with one of my sky glass pucks. Literally nothing but issues one one of them. Constant issues with remote, and have the pull the plug on it nearly every time I use it. Now it just doesn't turn on and even resetting it does nothing. At with end!

@AbuAmaanah @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia I really hope they don't let you down now..lol. oh BTW its 18 months contract so make sure you're OK with it. But you don't have to pay for line rental unlike with BT and Sky I guess so that's a bonus.
