@SkyHelpTeam So I'm eligible to pay more than someone else. Essentially, I'm punished for being a loyal customer. Careful, creeping into a treating customers unfairly scenario here. Thank you for the link, doesn't work. What number can I call. I'd rather speak with someone about my concerns.

@SkyHelpTeam getting really fed up of your Netflix app not loading on Q. Everything else works fine and it’s just Netflix. So it’s not my connection. Sometimes loads. Sometimes just won’t open up. Really poor and frustrating. Box reboots don’t solve either.

@SkySports after a 7-0 derby game you don’t have carragher and Neville on MNF. Wow. What a shambles. For both to break down the game blow for blow would have been class. Not surprised
