  @skyhelpteam what is happening with the broadband and phone down again, seem to be without broadband more than with it at the moment cf5 area

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes the screen goes blue and there’s a message at the top saying no signal - it’s only on some channels but on others the signal is interrupted and the picture isn’t great!
