  @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, not sure if this will help the engineers trying to fix this, or anyone else, but I have been able to use my Sky broadband via a VPN on my iPad. I can browse and use connected apps. Not sure why, but the VPN seems to be a successful work around

  @SkyHelpTeam we were told that this broadband would never go down as it’s a new one that only 10% of UK currently have. Absolute shambles! We need a response and either a credit or refund from not being able to use services properly for months
