@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s cause next has scaffolding up (for 6 weeks) and blocking our signal, engineer booked but not much he’ll be able to do, so seems a bit pointless but that’s what they suggested

It’s customer vs supplier in the annual Sky fall out. Costs going up by 70% to stop that you must endure the multilayered mess of accessing the “retention” team. So I get a call not from said team but someone who’s going to put me through in 8 mins. @SkyHelpTeam a joke!!

UK Public Service Post Years ago I had a running battle with BT (domestic and business). It took months of effort to resolve. I left and vowed never to use them again. But BT are looking a good option now compared to @SkyUK broadband. Seriously, don't go near them. @SkyHelpTeam
