    @SkyHelpTeam I rebooted the router and it seems to have sorted it for now. There was an issue a short time ago where the Internet was cutting out when the landline rung but that was sorted. I will monitor it for now and see how things go, if it reoccurs i will get in touch via the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam 10th non show today, guaranteed by Sky yesterday it would be sorted, booked not scheduled! No calls from Sky, rang this evening, can’t tell me anything, a complaint was put in on the 13th of January, emailed complaints to Sky complaints email, copied in directors....disgusting!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down for a couple of hours. The website says there are no issues in my area. What's the issue? (Yes I gave reset the router)

    @SkyHelpTeam I upgraded from essential broadband to fibre. It is due to go live tomorrow. Is it normal for my broadband to be extremely slow now? Like so slow its showing up a warning on the run tests screen and telling me im at 7mb/s download speed?
