@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer for 17 years. Broadband up by £8 on renewal. All rivals BB £10 less as well as Sky’s own offer for new customers. Sky said we won’t offer any discounts despite spending £150 a month with them. Bye Sky, will move everything. Loyalty dead

@SkyHelpTeam it always says no issues and my internet is working fine, but yesterday it went down at 10pm and didnt work again until after midday today. The it went down at around 1600 and just came back

@SkyHelpTeam I have had continual issues today with connectivity with my broadband and Wifi. The online checker says it’s ok but it is intermittent. Are there any known issues please?
