    Looks like I’m not only one having issues @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK and all I see is u telling ppl to reset their internet. Have u thought it may actually be ur end if multiple ppl are saying there’s summat wrong with their WiFi #skybroadband

    @steven_stock @SkySports Good luck to him ! It leaves a bad taste when he came up with all that loyalty and integrity stuff but at the end of the day his family life comes first. If he wasn’t a good coach we wouldn’t be unhappy about him going . I have to say he looks extremely stressed and embarrassed

    Had no wifi for nearly two weeks. Sub par service @SkyHelpTeam. Fingers crossed the engineer will sort it tomorrow. It’s not as though I need to work from home at any point… oh.

    @MissySJR @SkyHelpTeam Its a domestic broadband product so if you rely on it for work you should either pay for a business broadband product that comes with the relevant SLAs or you should suck it up and face the fact you have to go into the office if its down like you did before covid

    @SkyHelpTeam My 88 year old mother with a history of falls was scheduled to have her phone/internet service installed on November 22nd. She lives alone and is reliant on Carelink to support her in an emergency. The engineer did not turn up - no further date given. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s more than disappointing, the service has been awful and especially since I switched, the Wi-Fi is so bad my entire months data on my phone has been used due to lack of internet which I now have to pay extra for, while you keep money for a service you aren’t providing

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any reason as too why my latency with my sky broadband is constantly stuck at 250+ and will not get any lower it never used to be like this when I first got it but now it’s everyday all day 250+

    Second night on the bounce I’ve tried to do some work and #SkyInternet has gone down on me without reason or explanation. Why is my family paying good money when we’re constantly let down on by a poor service? @SkyHelpTeam
