    @skytv spent 75mins (most on hold) going through Sky contract renewal y/day. Fought hard for a “deal” but when I check the “deal” I’m still on OLD products (paying extra for Sports HD) & therefore still paying more than a new customer, so there’s no “deal” at all! @SkyHelpTeam 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky TV has been down since last night saying there's no signal. I live in Aberdeen AB12 3HW. My account number is 210102595746. Is it down because of the weather?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is out. This has happened a couple of times around this time (just past midnight). I have work to do, as many people do outside the 9 to 5, but I can’t. I never had this with my previous provider. Your helpline is not open. Not acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again it was Sky’s internet service dropping again. Nothing to do with my set up. Yet when you check on Sky’s site it says there are no problems & to book an engineer. Thank god for the websites that are reliable enough to show that it was a problem everywhere. #sky #skytv
