@SkyUK What very little on sky and reduced my Laca Kate tk a minimum. Products are poor and I watch far more on Netflix which is miles cheaper.

@SkyHelpTeam, @skytv not very helpful, flexible or ethical during a cost of living crisis to charge a £60 upfront fee to change packages. Especially when thenew lower mthly cost doesn't kick in for 31 days. Wanting to reduce outgoings, not leave Sky completely. Poor cust service

@SkyUK Only when the bills come through and they are wrong - i call the call centre and get no-where so put in a complain & 5 days later still Radio silence - been a brilliant customer since 2005 - what a way to treat us!

@SkyHelpTeam No one seems to be able to help or know what the hold up is. Waiting 8 days for a sim to be activated is unacceptable. Will be cancelling tomorrow and going elsewhere

@SkyHelpTeam Hey, having dramas with Sky Q just disconnecting from WiFi all the time. Not a problem with the broadband as everything else working ok. Please don’t make me spend hours in a queue calling! Have tried all ideas on the help pages online. Cheeeeers!
