@SkyHelpTeam Last update was it will take 72 hours to sort out an issue with my account so either a sky staff member or I can upgrade my broadband back to fast from essential package after losing Ultra broadband last week....which Sky cancelled by mistake

@SkyHelpTeam frustrated to say the least. Yesterday tried to review my package. Spent an hour trying to renew contract. Systems were slow. Was told by customer service they would ring back 13:00 today. My only window of the day. That’s 40 mins ago. Great!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok so what can we do to escalate this? If I’d stayed with Virgin, I could be working now. But because of mis-advice I’m now left answering to my boss that I can’t work until at least Monday. That’s not acceptable. So help me understand what we can do about this? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Last Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Monday and today. I have chased up each time and promised a call back, still nothing. Complaint number 1720230182. Can you OPEN it and get a manager to ring me ASAP.
