    @SkyUK I've been without broadband for almost a month due to a Sky error. Still no sign of it being resolved. I can't face another hour on the phone to your contact centre. Can someone please help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I tried that, your system loops you round with irrelevant questions, you used to have the best service when you could pick up the phone and talk to someone about the issues with the service you pay for!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am aware how to do that and I would not have taken a contract if I didn’t have signal! It says 4g but I get 3G at best and cannot hold a call. It’s been the last month since you had all the outages
