    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam is anyone working today? Been without broadband for 2 months yet your online help and phone lines won’t put me through. You still manage to charge me for the broadband I don’t have though!

    @Rovers @SkySports really. Seriously. It’s a slog to get to Sunderland on Boxing Day for lunchtime and it’s a slog to get to Blackburn on NYD for @CardiffCityFC you are ***************. Not a festive **** or thought given for the fans of all three clubs.

    @SkyHelpTeam What's the trick to get to talk to a person. Not a chat robot or automated call? I mean there must be a way. Please have a world with line manager and ask them. The system must have a work around. It is not right to leave a elderly customer with no phone for 6 days.

    @Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom appreciate the link. My mother is 70, lives alone and for 6 days no service. No one at @SkyHelpTeam is able to help.
