@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that does not work as we have called everyday for 19 days and keep getting fobbed off constantly. Just wondering we havent been able to access netflix either should i cancel it for next month also?

@SkyHelpTeam done all the tests including removing all devices but phone alone gives no dial tone and no broadband. Stopped about 5pm last night. Next door on sky and it's fine for them. 2 kids to home school and me to work from home. Any help appreciated.

@ianwilliamsraci @SkySports Your client should stop watching TV altogether if they get wound up about an advert, albeit a bad one. Likewise he or she should never venture outside just in case they catch sight of any billboards or posters. They should also stay off the internet, as it's full of ads imo 😎

@SkyHelpTeam incredibly it’s now feb and still not had any resolution to a pathetic broadband service. Promised to call back no one did. Now spent most weekends since dec on the phone. Today won’t put me through to anyone just offering text message to go on line ! Need help !!!!!
