@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason, like I said it came back within 10 mins. I’d like to know why it’s suddenly so unstable after years of reliability!!

  • RichieWisbey Thatelbemethen (@RichieWisbey) reported

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband is down since last night. Tried the site but this just says there is an issue in your area. No mention of when it will be back up. Help. IP265AN.

  • jjnet123 jj (@jjnet123) reported

@mrmazsaleem @CaseyKe84284552 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah but sky's whole gimmick is their service is built into the TV itself. So it is a streaming TV in the sense that's its sole purpose.

@SkyUK Sky glass is a load of ****!! They dont advertise all the problems!!

  • MJRegan92 MJRegan92_TTV (@MJRegan92) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Day 3 of no Internet. No updates, no NOTHING. This is ridiculous. Please don’t send me to the status page either as that doesn’t show any issues. It needs sorting!

  • Tayles1985 Christ pher Tayl r (@Tayles1985) reported from Bridgend, Wales

@SkyHelpTeam can you confirm if there is an issue in Bridgend with Broad band? My Wi-Fi is working then not then working.

  • carefreejake Jake Ralph (@carefreejake) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - we’re still without internet and the service status just says it’ll be back within a couple hours which has been the same now for 5 days. I appreciate the problems but is there any update when we can expect it back?

  • mrmazsaleem Maz Saleem (@mrmazsaleem) reported

@Lene12622 @SkyHelpTeam Interesting. We have exactly the same issue except for its moving from BT to Sky rather than a house move. We are on day 9 without Internet. Though this time it turns out that it is BT at fault
