    @SkyHelpTeam hello! I’ve been having internet speed issues. Called about 5 times already. The last call concluded in the need of a new router. I was told last Tuesday is should arrive on Friday, it hasn’t. Checked ‘my orders’ in the app and there’s nothing there. Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not an issue that is always there. It happens randomly. The actual stream needs monitoring and picking up on when it’s problematic. Last night during Adele live and I’m a celebrity both had random stutters where the stream seems to reset itself causing small breakups!

    @SkyHelpTeam leaving us now with no money for gas, electric or food until our next payday. Appalling when I have had the indignity of having to stuttter my way through two conversations explaining my condition, was told I would be contacted, and this never happened

    @SkySports Terrible refereeing that. Fan should be chucked out and given a fairly lengthy ban. Players held back IMO - most people would have decked the idiot.

    @SkyUK YET AGAIN I have no internet. At least once a day I have to reset my router; this morning it is dropping out every few minutes, making work impossible. The worst of it is we apparently have the ‘booster package’ - Christ alone knows what the normal one must be like!
