    @SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of any issues with the IMAP servers on Sky Email? All of my mail clients have stopped being able to sync with my Email account but the settings and password are correct (confirmed by logging in to Webmail OK) & all 'missing' emails are there.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will have to try once again at the weekend as it took ages to get through before. Very disappointed with the customer service in handling this problem when it should be very simple.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there anything that can be done to stop my broadband from dropping out? We pay for fibre yet every time we play games online or stream, the screens are constantly freezing due to “poor internet connection”. It’s winding me up and thinking of a changing suppliers.
