@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@SkyHelpTeam I presume there’s going to be some compensation here because 1. He’s been without a phone line (that he noticed) since 12pm yesterday 2. Sky promised a phone engineer between 12-6 today and I don’t see that happening 3. Health issues require the care line & it can’t work

Sent my @SkyUK iPhone in for repair, tried to charge me £614 to fix the speaker. Took it to an Apple store, 5 minutes, some rubbing alcohol, a wipe and £0 later, I had a fully working phone. @SkyHelpTeam wtf?
