    @SkyHelpTeam Please check your records, we jever had a call from broad band team tp confirm site visit ,i dont want to go back and forth, just need help our broadband is awful , was better when i had a vpn

    @SkyHelpTeam are the biggest waste of a customer service team , they do not vakue you as a customer , response back has been nothing short of pathetic Just sharing incase people are thinking of going over to sky .. dont 20 years VIP customer = 0 help ... time for a change

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well duh yes. I need to know what the problem is?? Not "have you booked an engineer". I need someone to test the line. It doesn't recognise my end that a line even exists. I am having to do all this from a tether on my phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ever since we have had the Q system the sky box struggles to connect to WiFi. We’ve upgraded our broadband router and that’s not the problem as we can access WiFi on the smart TVs. It’s the actual sky box.

    @SkyHelpTeam No help whatsoever! I can upgrade online but I have to contact @sky to remove a package, in this case a monthly subscription. It’s weighted against the consumer. Perhaps it’s time for a regulator to look into this.
