@SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet Woodford NN14. Had an engineer booked but he called to say it was an outage rather than fault at my home which Sky implied. Can you advise when this will be fixed please as I work from home!

My satellite signal has gone off so I can’t watch my telly glad I have @SkyHelpTeam as I can still watch on catch up. The Engineer is coming on the 31st but either comes on before then are you guy I spoke to on Sky Josh was very kind and understanding

@SkyHelpTeam Main box and Q boxes (3) all on WiFi. Happens several times a week, Apple TV or Firestick never a problem. Every other device I have has no problem staying connected. Only Sky that frustrates me.
