    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    @SkyUK Tried to cancel last week but got talked into a new deal, phoned today - well within the cooling off period, but I couldn’t cancel (clearly not smart enough) so I’ve somehow arranged an engineer appointment for an update I didn’t want, I’m genuinely crying at the moment 😢

    @SkyHelpTeam no internet Woodford NN14. Had an engineer booked but he called to say it was an outage rather than fault at my home which Sky implied. Can you advise when this will be fixed please as I work from home!

    My satellite signal has gone off so I can’t watch my telly glad I have @SkyHelpTeam as I can still watch on catch up. The Engineer is coming on the 31st but either comes on before then are you guy I spoke to on Sky Josh was very kind and understanding

    @SkyUK I've been having issues with my broadband today I call up to get it fixed. They do line test say my box is faulty and it will cost £50 And also inform me I'm out of contract apparently. Good to know I've been out of contract and your still taking my money

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I call sky who told me I need to turn my phone on and off. I explained I don't think the issue is to do with my phone but to do with Sky. He told me to just turn my phone on and off again. Did this and still doesn't work. Pt2

    @BrettMannion @SkyHelpTeam Yeah 6 days ago a lot of us all across the UK had no signal what so ever for a good few hours just emergency calls only. Can see from tweets from Sky they're working on it so no point phoning them. Glass I remembered to check here thought I was crazy
