Excellent service from @SkyUK today. When I explained I was out of work for 3 months they reduced my bill significantly so I could still enjoy my shows while I’m off.

@SkyUK Slmost 2 hours online with Dky Customer did-Services. Still have not actually managed to cancel subscription. Sharp practice at its very worst.

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

@SkyHelpTeam hi could you please help , I my sky+ box keeps freezing and this happening since Friday , I have done multiple resets and so on , it’s taking me 3 hours to get it powered on and then it cuts off again within hours , I also get the message insert sky card even though

Yes it was truly awful today from United and Ole’s time probably is up but the magnifying glass on Ole presented by media team @SkySports was a disgrace. From zooming in on management team, to shots from outside the ground during the game and then post match interviews with fans

@MrGaggies @SkyUK Depends on the device (iOS, Windows, MacOS etc.). Looks to be working again now though, they keep having issues with their DNS servers. There is nothing wrong with the connection just their DNS servers which is why a VPN client works well.
