    @SkyUK Slmost 2 hours online with Dky Customer did-Services. Still have not actually managed to cancel subscription. Sharp practice at its very worst.

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyone else having problems with Sky re cancellation. Spent ages on ‘live messaging’ finally told to answer security question. When I did, chat box had disappeared. Back to square 1. Piss poor Sky - again

    I’ve had #SkyQ for two years, over £1,000 installation and over £100 a month since then, been a @SkyUK Customer since 1988. No idea what’s going on, picture and sound keeps dropping out, been like this for weeks and trying to get through to Customer Services is so frustrating.

    @SkyUK And your Mistake is costing me 700 pounds. when the staff member that did this should be fired and taken the money off them but it seems like your company is backwards you would rather punish the customer instead and not fire the person responsible unreal truly

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK this has to go down as the WORST service I have got from any company which includes services from multiple countries. Internet in India gets connected in a couple of days. This is worst than anything. Look at @Hyperoptic they serve much better.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Your internet is the ULTIMATE worst I’ve ever known. Never use it half the time just use my 4g. Cannot be bothered to ring and wait 4 hours so let me know when you can sort it. Ta

    @SkyUK absolutely shocking service been waiting for our internet to be activated was supposed to be on the 9th then the 11th then the 13th still no communication and still no internet why pay for a service to not have it

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
