    @SkyHelpTeam Well that was painful Website goes in a loop and you can't call unless there is an active fault - useless if recurrent issue but currently on Had to use the wrong option to speak to someone as the number isn't listed anywhere A pain for an IT technician to go through this...

    Well @SkyUK your operator telling me that it’s not ‘Sky’s fault your house is too big’ isn’t really the answer to the broadband problem I’ve been calling about since December 2020

    @SkyUK sends out a engineer says the line is fine it’s your transmitter, seriously sky you don’t even know what one is, it’s a bloody plug, 1 whole year over a plug and best part they won’t send another router even though advised by the engineer, customer service stinks..

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there an outage in TW13? We've had almost 48hrs of problems. Diagnostics don't work. And nowhere to report / ask for help. Urgently need it sorted as chewing through phone data to try and work!
