    @OpenreachHelp The problem now with our provider @SkyHelpTeam they are no longer giving us any feedback or passing on updates that we have been told you have given them. Is there anything legally that says they should be passing these updates onto us? Many thanks Andy.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, Openreach tried to install Fibre last Friday and encountered a problem. So far they haven’t been back to connect me (it’s a fault outside the house) and as I’m (presumably) already paying for something I haven’t got yet can you say when I might be connected??

    @SkyUK why is it you are really not accessible at all. Your customer service is not reachable at all. Only your sales team is reachable, rubbish service!!
