    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I am trying to activate a new Sky sim and switch from my old provider. I am getting nowhere, being told my details are not recognised when I follow the steps. Can someone help me asap? I will need to cancel the service if I can't activate and get my number.

    @SkyHelpTeam These are not working. I have tried a few browsers, the 'link your mobile account' page is letting me nowhere and not recognising my existing Sky details, despite being logged in already. Can I chat to a person? I cannot call as the sim in the phone is not activated...

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam Sky Go app isn't starting on my Chromebook. Error [-20190001]. I've restarted app and uninstalled and tried again and still not working. It was fine a couple of days ago. How do I fix this?

    @SkyUK must have the worst broadband ever, constantly dropping . Had engineer visits and it still hasn’t fixed it.Time to move I think . Any suggestions?

    @nicklewisno8 @SkyUK We had issues with Sky broadband in Hardwicke and, despite best efforts, they couldn’t solve it. Turned out it was a local who had a wind turbine which gave off a certain frequency of interference which ruined the signal. Moved to fibre with Virgin and problem solved.
