    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection and others in the same street have gone down and at the same time there was a bt openreach engineer doing works. I am working from and need connection. Also the send engineer option isnt working on the my sky app.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem only started when there was an engineer doing work in our road. If they have created the fault why can you not get him to return and fix it. This acceptable considering the amount we pay for sky broadband. We need a resolution this afternoon.

    Anyone on here have Vodafone Broadband? Is it reliable? @SkyUK starting to annoy me with poor offers when I've been with them since 1992!
