    @SkyHelpTeam Seriously all you moaning about the Internet. I've been with Sky for nearly 3 years and this is the first time it's happened. They use BT phone lines and unfortunately issues do happen. @SkyHelpTeam do you get a credit if you are unable to use your service due to this outage?

    @Bex57836285 @SkyHelpTeam Like I say been with BT over ten years and never been cut off once. I know numerous people who had issues with Sky broadband but if you’re happy then wouldn’t worry about it

    Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺
