@SkyHelpTeam I can’t get to that page. That’s what happens when the broadband goes down. Seems to be a few people in the area with the same fault.

@RuthlessRedcoat @ChristineJane90 @SkyHelpTeam Same problem it has dropped out 5 minutes each time. Sky if the internet has dropped offline, the customer can not go online to do a speed test. How about admitting there are problems and you are investigating it. Rather than blaming the customer through poorly thought out help?
