@clayblack75 When I heard the commentary, I did actually think of tweeting @SkySports to suggest that Martin Tyler may need to seek some counselling as he sounded so down in the dumps, they are a complete embarrassment at times

@GeorgeDG89 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Understood and agree, however this should of been stated when announcing Sky Glass. I have no issue with the priority, but to not state the terms etc isn’t helpful and left many disappointed. Just my opinion

@SkyHelpTeam That's quite disappointing. Not sure why a product launch would be announced for today when it's not actually available to all customers on that date. I'm sure I'm not the only let down Sky customer today.
