    @SkyHelpTeam please see this tweet as a bill towards yourself for your failure of service with your broadband outage! I am billing you: £30 fuel 10 hours work at £20 ph - £200 £15 lunch Total - £245 due to having to travel for stable broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam It was already down since last Friday morning!! I still have no internet and phone services since then. Very much disappointed. Should have stayed with virgin media. At least they will fix quicker.

    No internet most of the day working from home. Not losing my **** like everyone isolated to sky network but I feel if they were more open about why and it’s a massive fix or likely to be sorted soonish that would be much better customer service than vague non-updates @SkyHelpTeam
