@SkyHelpTeam been told I’ll get a call back last week……. Still waiting and apparently the team dealing with your mistake cannot be contacted??? Seeking advice from the ombudsman seems my only option now! DO NOT ORDER FROM SKY MOBILE THEY WILL NOT HELP IF THEY GET IT WRONG!

@SkyHelpTeam Internet has been on and off for a week and today went down for an hour. After calling I was told that it would be off for 2 days but is back up. Very confused by this and also that I wasn't informed of a "Planned outage".

@SkyUK Two years since I gave Sky the elbow and I can get all the documentaries that I want on Disney Plus and Netflix. Additionally, I don't miss their unreliable Broadband either. Good riddance from this former long time Sky customer....

@SkyHelpTeam That's a long time to have no phone/broadband, especially as I work from home. Is that really the soonest they can do it? Also, will I still be charged for the days I have no service?

@SkyUK No very happy, feel like we have been scammed with this product. Called Customer services for some help and advice, they were really rude and unhelpful about it.
