    @SkyHelpTeam I’m using an iPad gen9 with iOS 15.4.01. Just on the play symbol. Ep 2 and 3 played without issue. I’ve tried to watch from start again but still cuts off at 14 mins.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.

    @SkyHelpTeam internet down since last night. Is this anything to do with maintenance work in Tonbridge. BT have said they don’t expect it to be working until Friday. Is this true?
