After a full 2 weeks of @SkySports winding up fans over the #ESL @ManUtd supporters have taken their protest on to the pitch at #OldTrafford - now expect #Sky to go all innocent and virtuous and report “this is awful behaviour”.

@SkyHelpTeam No Stephanie. There was no issue with 'in-home connectivity'. The problem belonged to Sky Broadband, and was clearly illustrated in the post.

@SkyUK Support also said : "You can create a gmail address to attach this phone to, I can send you a link to do this." Asked if they could add the phone to the exisitng account, they said no." Surely merging accounts should be a basic system feature?

Due to a weird error on @SkyUK Mobile's Web site when upgrading a phone, go sent a new phone and sim, but they're not tied to my existing account still paying for old phone. Support: Cancel phone, send it back and go through upgrade again. NO! Poor customer service from @SkyUK

@SkyUK I'm a new Sky BB user (3 wks) after 2 yrs with Virgin. Just a bad experience so far. Lost broadband connectivity many times since joining and has bounced several times today during work-related MS Teams calls. Seriously regret switching services. Can you fix please?

@SkyUK Hi there, my grandmothers broadband and phone isn’t working. This is needed for her emergency alarm to work incase of an accident. I’ve been trying to get a resolution for about 2 hours and am unable to get through on the phone. Can someone please help?
