@SkyHelpTeam @mikejones1878 There's no issue to replicate. Unfortunately your TV just isn't bright enough for HLG HDR. Reason other UHD content is fine is because it's SDR. You can start by ensuring brightness is max + play with gamma settings but if still dull, you will need to change to 2160p 8-bit

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband and landline were down. Ran diagnostic on Sky VIP app "Need to send an engineer". I rang Sky. Automated service ran a diagnostic, both landline and broadband reconnected. Why did the VIP app think an engineer was needed, but calling resolved the problem?
