.@SkyHelpTeam not sure if you can help with this one See the light offering 4 months free BB, line and sky TV, but the tv is a separate contract. BB and line cancelable within 4 months at no charge, is the tv the same or is that an 18 month contract with no ability to cancel?

@SkyHelpTeam It says there issues with hub connection. Wifi access is dropping constantly and there are reports online of service issues

@SK21878 @SkyUK Haggle harder and don't back down. Eventually they will put you through to the retention team who will sort you out. 1 1/2 hours I spent, got my £50 package for 25.
