@SkyHelpTeam You are mis interpreting my tweet. I have no problem with Sky Glass. I had Sky Q prior and need to return my old Sky Q boxes etc and need a returns box sending out to do this.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam well, I tried them and the Bot link you shared...no one seems to have any valud info. This is a repeat fault that hasn't been fixed for weeks and Sky have no info on what the issue is or y the delay. Surely I am entitled to that from you??
