@SkyUK total loss of phone and broadband service since the 12th of September. My husband works from home, in sales….. therefore impacting our income and ability to pay our bills. Sky’s get out clause ‘for domestic use only’.

@SkyHelpTeam why can't users just set their box time themselves? It's creating a lot of issues for people who are prone to confusion. It's Monday and it takes up to 4 days to fix it?!
