    @SkyHelpTeam Service in my area (Edwinstowe, Mans) has become a joke over the past 6 weeks, some of us have had no connection, intermittently for around 12 days. Communicate with your customers, something you should be good at you know, seeing as your a communications company..

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that but why hasn’t somebody picked up on my email and come back to me within the 24hrs stated? I should only have to contact yourselves once and this should be done or at least underway, however it seems to just have been ignored. Not great customer service really
