@SkyHelpTeam I'm experiencing broadband issues full stop. I'm paying for Ultrafast, up to 145mb, with 100mb guaranteed. I manage 80-90mb "next to the router", but barely scrape 25mb upstairs. It's dreadful.

@OpenreachHelp so my phone line has been disconnected or damaged since Saturday had a @SkyUK engineer come out today thinking it was router problem for them to tell me no phone line to house since then! Why???

@SkyHelpTeam You fitted sky q yesterday yet your engineer appears to have disconnected tv aerial. Reading on Google this is clearly very common and was not discussed and no other TV in house work. Person on phone says it isn’t your problem
