    @SkyHelpTeam This is a shambles. I’ve arranged my working day around a visit between 8 and 1 o’clock because that’s what I was told. There was never any mention about the possibility of it being later. If there is an issue, surely that can be communicated so that plans can be changed…

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, we were supposed to have our internet switched on on the 29th April. Still nothing and each time we call no one has any updates and openreach have said you haven't even made contact with them despite telling us you had. Pls help these are shocking scenes 😭
