    @SkyUK really disappointed! Been without 90% of my channels due to a signal fault, having to wait two weeks for an engineer to come have a look but yet I’m expected to pay full price for my package!! What a joke! But it’s ok I can watch sky on my tiny phone, so that makes it ok!

    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t want to explore any more robotic options. The broadband is crap and it’s as simple as that. And we will be leaving right away been far to long.

    @SkyUK my parents have now been without a landline for 4 days & are STILL waiting for it to be resolved despite saying that they have no other way of communicating & are waiting on an urgent hospital call!! Really disappointed & unacceptable ‘service’!!
