    @SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me how long it usually takes for an eVoucher to be ‘dispatched’? I got this in my rewards following complaint, I clicked to claim it a week ago and it now just says ‘awaiting dispatch’. Surely being an eVoucher you’re not sending something in the post?

    @SkyHelpTeam is it normal that my wifi signal reaches only the front half of my house where the router is? Been like this since 2016. Have put up with it but seems wrong.
