@SkyUK what an awful service you provide and after the call I have made today I will be cancelling all services with yourself. I have had going issues with my skyq for over 3 weeks and now have no tv at all so can’t watch anything on my and get told 1st available date is 23 july

@SkyHelpTeam That is awful I have to wait over a month for the 1st available date and still having to pay for the services when I can’t watch tv at all for over a month. Totally shocking service. Surely a new box can be sent out quicker 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I left my viewing card in old box when swapping for new box this morning. Just been told I have to wait 3-5 days. Is there no way to get this quicker? I got the new sky box next day. Any help appreciated 😞
