    @SkySports How may more times do I have to block mute & say I don't like this add before Google stop bombarding me with this ****. At least 30 times a day and you can't block the ads via Google manage ads. Google are an absolute disgrace.

    @SkyUK I have spent 7 days trying to get a complaint resolved with sky to no avail, following over ten hours on their messaging chat and 3 hours on the phone, so no choice but to go formal and go to CICAS under consumer rights.

    @jammierooroo @PetuniaSmith6 @SkyUK This is what they do,their customer services are really pushy and come across as very intimidating.Before you know it you are talked into taking a package that you dont want or need.Tried the same with my brother in law who has a learning disability,easy prey unfortunately.

    @jammierooroo @garethlewis1959 @SkyUK If she was crying on the phone agents wouldn't have resigned her in a contract terms and conditions are read and your mil would have agreed calls are recorded if bad agent behaviour would be monitored and looked into there is more then meets the eye with your tweet
