    @SkyHelpTeam Please come and collect your Sky dish and broadband box, it is not fit for purpose! Paying for a service which is yet to work properly after 3-4 months. Angry doesn't even come close to how I feel, wasted my money on empty promises 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam But the point is there is always an issue we pay for a full service last time it was a whole day how long is it going to be this time. This is in less than a month so why on earth am I paying for a full service when I am not getting it?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am utterly fed up with it. The amount of money you lot take every month it is not good enough. I would like to know when my broadband will be back in my area and when we will get our money off for all the time we don't have any service at all
