    @SkyHelpTeam They told me if issue exists tomorrow to call Sky back. @SkyHelpTeam i am working from home full time. I am unable to work. Can you please advise on when issue will be fixed please ? I upgraded my broadband 2 months ago to have quicker internet and paying more for that (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky is such a scam the wifi always goes down at some random time in the night it’s ridiculous and the bill is so expensive for what. Clearly the west midlands issue has not been fixed if it’s still down for people.

    @SkyHelpTeam The lady is sending me a new router, which I'm 99% certain isn't the issue. I'm frustrated with how long this has been going on for now. I'm consistently 16 mps lower than my guaranteed speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Below is a message from O/Reach this morning. Who do I believe pls? What should I do..... No service for 12 days isnt acceptable! Your provider will be able to get more info on this for you and let you know of the exact timescales as they'll be managing your fault.

    @SkyHelpTeam So, I've been a @skytv customer for 20 years... and my ancient Sky+ HD box is no doubt past it's best. Phoned up today and was surprised to be told it's £99 for a new one. Doesn't loyalty count for anything these days?

    @RicardoSpratt93 @SkySports The current barca revenue to wage ratio is 115%. Even if messi plays for free it will be 95%. And the laliga salary cap is set at 70%.so they cant register him. Even the new signings cant be registered due to this issue. And i think so 50% pay cut is also against the law.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam I've been trying everything since yesterday night. Internet is still down, and I need to work from home. It appears other people have been affected in N1. I would appreciate if the problem was solved immediately, it's the second time it has happened this week.
