    @SkyHelpTeam First test said there might be a problem and check WiFi, checked WiFi and came back all clear, but the middle light on my hub keeps flashing amber or going out altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and am expecting my Sky Hub tomorrow however the @RoyalMail tracking hasn’t changed since Sunday saying “Item despatched to Royal Mail”. Can I trust that I will definitely get it tomorrow as I’ve taken the day to be there for it?
