    @SkyUK Is there a problem with the landlines as well as sky mobile? I have suddenly lost my landline and Internet connection! The WiFi is needed for homeworking urgently. The hub is only a few months old and working OK until 2 hours ago! Tried to ring and was told it is the hub!

    @Crumpyface @MonakaliNkala @SkySports I’m definitely not reading all of that, there’s obviously a distinction as stated as if we’re being pedantic, no two situations are 100% alike. Bringing your foot down studs up on someone’s head is a red card offence, no ifs or buts.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been a customer for 30 years and have just spoken to customer service who clearly dont care about their customers. why on earth would they not use their common sense when there are so many other options out there now ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Shame the person with the login for it is at work and not contactable. Would have thought that there would have been something on the system to say to customers but I guess sky don't work that way.

    @officialwrighty @AntonyOketch3 @SkySports All I'm seeing is a guy making a statement of fact, yes he's insinuating something, but there is no law against insinuation. I'm sure he's broken the rules of bundesliga so that's why he's apologising but Police have no business investigating an insinuation

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to start downloading a programme on the app, fast forward through and then it later appears on the sky Q box which isn’t ideal. Any help welcome.

    @SkyHelpTeam As an update, I'm on day 9 of 10 & my internet speed is 11Mb/s, only 44Mb/s until my min speed is reached. I am 99% sure at this stage there's an issues somewhere along the line, but I'll wait 2 more days, see where we get to
