@SkyHelpTeam Both were ok, til about a year ago. When BT (I think) were doing work in the road. At one point, Sky paid me a sum, due to problems. (Said not enough space, or similar to that) It’s never been the same since.

@SkyHelpTeam of 400mbs. But BT informed me maximum I can receive is 300mbs and sky can not better thos, so seems due to this miss sell sky could not switch me over and used technical issues as the problem....I wiil AVOID or switch in future to sky at my own risk

@AntStephen @SkySports Fair comment regarding the dough. Trouble is money is ruining football. Sky wanna only show the big clubs or those just down from the prem. good first season for Blackpool in Championship

@clasper_ken @SkyUK They give you 30 days after you get it, to return - I'm a couple of weeks beyond that. Just didn't get around to it, and haven't watched much TV - but I'm going to try - it is that bad, that I'd rather have the good old box and dish.

I can’t believe the treatment I’m receiving from @SkyUK! After being a customer for 10 years and a Sky Mobile customer for over 2 years they expect me to pay my bill without restoring my services. Platinum VIP counts for nothing!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband been down for almost 3 days and saying there is no issue in the area but yet still no working? Tried phoning and it says there is no1 that can help at this time? Absoulte joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Done that. I was able to view all channels for a few secs & now when I select STV I’m get the message I got yesterday saying my box isn’t getting a satellite signal. This was happening intermittently yesterday between all channel. 1 minute I could view them all and then only some
