    Oi @SkyUK fancy actually providing with any of your services today? Have had no internet (meaning my dad couldn’t work at all today) and the Sky Q and mini boxes keep freezing / disconnecting. Don’t refer me to your help page as I’ve done everything on there several times over.😡

    Getting @SkyUK Q has to be the worst decision I made this year. Mini box hardly ever works the main planner has to be rebooted constantly as half the planner disappears anyone else have these issues #skyq

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to sort out my mums sky. It hasn’t worked since 10pm last night. Hence why I asked if there were issues in dl9. She has ran tests and done reset with no joy

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I finally got my sky q upgraded today and then tried to sort out being able to set recordings via my mobile but the sky+ app doesn't work with sky q and it says download the sky q app but no such app exist! What app am I supposed to use?
