    @SkyUK 13 years as a loyal customer and broadband/phone line cut off (skys error) and likely to be without both for 3-4 weeks. Pretty unfortunate when you work from home as key worker. Dont EVER use sky. #poorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that. Complaint submitted. But how do I actually get a broadband service. How can all the hundreds of houses around me all have a telephone service yet you can’t get me connected up

    @SkySports Curbing the abuse is not difficult except the coy aren't ready to do it. Solution: every subscriber must produce a traceable Id, name and address.

    @SkyHelpTeam The person I spoke to on the phone said there was an issue in my area. When I ran a test it says no connection no fix
