    @CityFibre @SkyHelpTeam Installers of Sky Full Fibre Broadband finished job then went off no. briefing and zero warning that the landline would be dead .Till we figured it out As a couple in our seventies leaving us without a working is a major safety issue Shocking Liaison

    Terrible start with @SkyUK broadband. Our BT internet ends tomorrow after switching and still haven’t received our box from you to begin our internet. Both work from home. Even though we tried to move the start date was told it was “guaranteed” to arrive in time…

    @SkyHelpTeam just had the most rudest member of staff , who quoted me £21 for a package , then phoned back and said £27, I challenged and he said no i quoted you £27 , I said no and cancelled , his reply was thanks for wasting my time in very rude manor 😡
