  @SkyHelpTeam @tomjennings In addition to this, its been down since Wed lunchtime with zero updates bar 1 text message saying you knew there was an issue but no further updates. Seems it is affecting a large area around ched/pitstone/berko/tring etc so seems pretty major and not just an isolated issue

  @SkyHelpTeam I have just had a call from 01344649632 claiming to be you saying I have errors on network router and they want me to check router to fix it. I know a scam but making you aware of number. I ain't on sky, I don't have it.

  @SkyHelpTeam I need to cancel my subscription as I am moving home but I would like to keep the Netflix account. Is it possible to transfer? Also how do I go about cancelling? Can I do this online?

  @nicykp2 @SkyHelpTeam 48 working hours the SLA set out by Ofcom so if you don’t “prefer” that then take it up with them. And as per Ofcom’s autocomp you’ll get a money if its been down for longer than 2 full working days so it would still need to be off on Monday for you to get a penny. Glorious
