@SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland hi I have lost my satellite signal since the storms. Who or where do I contact to get the signal back thanks

  • Sharich69 Richard L Robinson (@Sharich69) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I am tired of complaining. The next time I have to call and complain I will list the issues and send my complaint directly to OFCOM and still hold Sky liable for CONTINUED loss of service. Sort it out. #noCustomerCare

  • christieanne04 Christie (@christieanne04) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Would really like to just speak to a person and not the automated messaging system. All I want to know is if there is a service issue in the dartford area at the moment? I have no internet

@Richtbiskitt @DerekHu66372170 @SkyUK A correctly aligned, good condition dish should need a tropical downpour to affect signal.

  • Garto75 Dava (@Garto75) reported

@SkySports Serious financial help, not that you need, all’s we want to see and hear is the actual sport you have paid billions for the right to air in your name, we don’t care what the “so called experts” have to say, pundits ex professionals, whatever!! I speak for majority too.

  • OllieGill1 Billy Joel Rock Band (@OllieGill1) reported

@SkyHelpTeam seriously, please tell me when my broadband will be fixed. M19, everyone is complaining and all you do is tell me to do a health check, or call and they can't help either

  • flyerinfife Dave Cunningham (@flyerinfife) reported

Anyone else lost all their series linked recording on their @SkyUK Q boxes overnight? Everything from scheduled has vanished, just wondering if it was just me, or was there maybe an update overnight that's caused an issue

  • cefasox36 Caro (@cefasox36) reported

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK You use the O2 network, they've promised they won't introduce roaming charges whilst in the EU, why will you be charging your customers from 3rd May £2 a day? We stayed with you as you said you had no intention of introducing this charge! Disgraceful!

  • DEastDulwich Didier Sicoit (@DEastDulwich) reported

@SkyHelpTeam If you need help, do not expect any from Sky! Totally useless, one of the best companies to ignore customers yet they do not forget to take payments!

  • st_design Steve Thomas (@st_design) reported

@SkyHelpTeam no broadband in NN5 area since 9:30am this morning. No issues locally according to your website. Can you help?
