    @SkyHelpTeam There is definitely an issue with the line and I have gone through the connection test online but why is the response time so slow? 2 - 5 days to get someone out to have a look? The utility companies are a minimum of 3 hours so what’s your excuse?

    @LauraMChiverton @SkyUK Literally the worst broadband. Had to leave. Minimum download speed I get now with Virgin 220mb was getting 20mb on a good day with Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me that its not just a coincidence. A week after receiving a letter to tell me my warranty has expired I am having constant issues with my broadband connection. And if I want someone to come out and fix it it will cost me £65!!!!

    @SkySports Why would he. Another 18 months on his contract, gets the sack & banks a few million quid and goes & sits in the sun for 6 months before taking another job. What ******** does he have to worry about
