    @handzia @SkyHelpTeam They do this every time there is an issue - deny it on the website, and vaguely mention it on twitter. @downrightnow is the only reliable source for when Sky is down

    My internet has been going on and off since 5pm, @SkyHelpTeam I know you're aware of the issue but surely there is an update by now?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is still intermittent. Currently down. Come on Sky this isn’t good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam Suffering repeated Sky BB drop outs in SW London and service been steadily getting worse over last few months - @virginmedia here I come
