    @StevenGreig85 @SkyHelpTeam What gets me is they just don’t care and nobody seems to want or even be able to help. I shall be using my 30 day cooling off period to look at other providers so will look at that. Good luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam I arranged for a call back from a manager this morning between. 09:00-10:00 didn’t happen!! I would like to speak to a manger and have been waiting all day for one to phone! Terrible customer service

    If you’re thinking of changing to Sky @SkyHelpTeam DON’T. Two months to get internet and still not completed. Don’t be fooled by any reply here either as they don’t ever help you. Utter incompetence in every area.

    @SkyHelpTeam Every time you send that response. It doesn’t fix the issues. I want a credit for the constant downs we keep getting and the service you are not providing. Or how about I stop paying my bills ?
