    @AnfieldEdition @SkySports We've been told for the last what, 5 years that we'll have a "big summer". It never comes. It won't come this summer or next summer or any other summer if FSG are in charge.

    @Slim_Kojo I've had no broadband for 7 DAYS. I'm leaving @SkyHelpTeam for Community Fibre - cheaper and faster so I've been told by a Sky technician. BT were a ripoff too. Sky your service is 💩

    @SkyHelpTeam You get the idea … what ever the “codes” are. The thing is I am struggling to see the point in this “help” team…. All you do is fob us all off to the phone lines, like me people work full time and don’t have spare time to hang on the phone, also I am waiting for itvx on SKYQ

    @SkyHelpTeam so the broadband outage continues in Caithness… 24hrs it’s been off for now ,is there an estimated fix time yet ?

    @SkyHelpTeam are there any issues in the CM18 area? Internet has dropped several times during the day for the last week. Now dropped and no come back with no issues in the house & a working phone! I’m working from home so need this sorting.
