    @SkyHelpTeam Why does it state £8.40 in my contract for loss of service? A lot of other people in Basingstoke are receiving the £8.40 per day.

    Why is @SkyUK so ****! Updated my sky package to cut down on price.. But yet on my bill they’ve charged me DOUBLE?! Plus £40 of admin fees? Is this some kind of SICK JOKE? They said I would receive a refund.. 15 days ago.. still waiting. Off I go 2 virgin👋🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey.. yes. They came a few weeks ago for external work and then everything stopped working. Called the weekend and they said there may be a problem in the area and they’d come back Tuesday. But still nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam Called sky end of march about my bill Got reductions and was offered bt sport at £25 pm which I agreed to Was told that Sky would handle everyting regarding cancel my bt contract. They DIDN'T. Since then I am paying Sky £25 pmand BT Sport £28:49 pm Sky owes me £65

    @SkyHelpTeam First world problems. Are you aware of an issue with Sky accepting pin numbers? Used it yesterday and worked fine, same pin today and saying incorrect. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam every single day this week broadband has gone down during the day. I know you say this is @bt_uk doing work but this is #Ridiculous! Funny that it is off all day but comes on around 1am until 9.30am. #cantwork
