    @SkyUK hello, please can someone help. Recently switched from 02 and kept old number. I’m told my old number is now in use, I’ve activated the new sim sent with new mobile. Tried removing old iPhone from new mobile but says to contact old network provider?

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph I have been a sky subscriber for over 20 years, you wont let me add a second box that I all ready have as a multi-screen box because I am a HD customer, you want me to have sky Q that I do not want, sky Q customer can add a second box for £10 a month

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't see why an engineer would be required nothing has changed with my setup or my line all that has changed is that my minimum term for my contract has expired and you are trying to force me to renew by throttling my speeds im paying alot for a service I can't use.

    @Markhealy12 @SkyHelpTeam It’s crazy isn’t it, other than the voice control (Which we relied on for a couple of months as our remote is faulty but sky seems to think they don’t have to replace it) everything else isn’t too bad. Definitely tested my patience.
