BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

GioP13 (@GioparkZ) reported@SkyHelpTeam Absolute worst thing ever trying to log in to the ‘free’ Disney Plus service. Trying to accept/consent to terms on your yahoo website doesn’t work then 30 mins of messing about trying to link and activate my sky account with the Disney home page. Useless.
