    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam still nothing. This is honestly shocking! I cannot continue with a service that doesn’t work or give you any help or support when you require it. I will be cancelling my direct debit with you as I cannot find anywhere to cancel the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam looks like your internet is also SLOW im getting 0.99 - 4 Mbps this is a terrible service . I cant wait for my contract to end

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to call my children urgently today, and was unable to as they are with a different provider. Very poor show.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am not able to make phone calls as I get a message stating the number does not exists this has been happening since 2.30 this afternoon, is this a network issue or maybe just isolated to me? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I hope you will be refunding customers the cost that they are paying for a service they can’t use. I’ve had many important calls I can’t make because of this!!!! Knew I shouldn’t have changed to sky

    @SkyHelpTeam - plse help can’t get thru to elderly vulnerable Dad as phone line not working. Fault been ongoing since 1430hrs apparently and chat box useless. Dad has no other way to contact anyone - not even sure that his Careline fall alarm will work without phone working

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m not with Sky Mobile and every number I try to contact Sky is saying it’s unrecognised. I can see that others are asking this question but they’re with Sky Mobile. I’m not. What’s going on please? Do you have a number for Customer Services that DOES work?
