@SkyUK You lot are an absolute disgrace not prepared to help a customer that has been with you for 7 years because of a banking error you want me to pay the full balance of my account bang out of order. Worse customer service I have ever received.

@SkyUK I’m so glad I’m changing my internet provider. Because Sky internet has to be the worst I have ever had! I have no big devices on my WiFi, and I can’t even FaceTime family off it and have to use my Data from my mobile phone! Even my Multi-Room doesn’t work! #sortitout

@SkyHelpTeam The issue seemed to resolved itself late last night, think it was a major outage in the area as quite a few homes were affected.
