    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely not Ellie. My broadband is with @SkyUK too so am struggling to understand why this is so bad. My @AppleTV connected with ethernet too but stream is fantastic. Looks like it’s a common problem so needs to be sorted.

    @SkyUK what’s happened to sky , contract is up was on basic package , £47 a month an gone to £54 but with no contract will there be any more deals to bring price down ,been a customer 8 yrs ?

    @SkyHelpTeam please help me. I have an issue l need sorting with my broadband. My reference number is 1935123636. I have been waiting two days for someone to call but l’m being sent crazy by a virtual assistant who is no help at all!

    @MarkSkinner_ @SkyHelpTeam BROADBAND OUTAGE? my complaint is 5 weeks in without broadband with these people and apparently at director level..they are inept too. No service, no remorse lots of lies
