    @SkyHelpTeam @PaulMorris7777 Becca, this is a wider issue where lots of people like me are having the same issues. The website to test is not accurate and sending an engineer to everyone’s house will take months. Is there nothing that can be done centrally?

    @huntsblue @virginmedia @SkyUK I lost all 3 services last week, TV down today. Broadband goes down all the time. I’m self employed and this literally loses me income.
