    @SkyHelpTeam Recording doesn’t help you remember it’s on when you want to watch it live so being able to record so much doesn’t take away the need. I can see many other people saying the same thing on here and when I googled it so maybe Sky should actually take this on board?!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I sent my complaint email, Can someone please reply to my email, before adding late payment fees on customers monthly bill, you'll have habit of doing that quicker than replying to customers emails
