  @SkyHelpTeam I’m in South Wales and once again no broadband. I’ve seen your replies to others…. Clearly there are problems with the service otherwise there wouldn’t be people complaining at the same time.

  @allypally01 @SkyHelpTeam Same here. Even weirder, apple devices connect and Huawei won't. Doing a line test tells me there's a known outage in the area - but why is it only for some devices?
