    @TheDogFix @SkyUK It's like sending an ambulance when you house is on fire ! Send the correct resource first time round and listen to your customer, aren't we supposed to right , even if we aren't???? To big to be bothered with the odd customer whining. Only other provider is Virgin. No way 😒

    @SkyUK It would help your retention figures if you offered loyal customers the same (20+ years with you) but... Too late, I've left for another BB provider and my TV is about to end as well.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken with tech services, there is an issue that they are looking into & I shall pursue reimbursement for services paid for and not received 👍🏻

    @SkyUK 17years and 10months as a sky customer, and for my loyalty they want to give me a deal which will cost me more tied into a 18month contract, than having the service without a contract. I genuinely think I will not make my 18th year. Looking else where now for the first time 🤬🤬
