    @SkyUK disappointed with customer services, had an issue with my wages so I couldn’t pay my bill this month and my services were cut off. Offered to pay in 2 days time but yet nothing could be done to reinstate my services. Is this how you treat everyone facing financial hardship

    Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I rang yesterday. The guy I spoke to was very helpful but it will take up to 2 days to fix which I am not happy about. If this was a one off incident fair enough but this happens a few times a year. Very bad service
