    @SkyHelpTeam Whenever i check i probably average mid 80s on download. Theres quite a few devices connected to the wifi but during the football at its worst only the tv was in use. The puks/tablets were turned off. Maybe another phone in use at the same time. Everybody was watching football

    @SkyHelpTeam It happens on all channels yes. It was paticularly bad during the football though yesterday.
