    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to them again, and now they are saying my modem is too old and a sky engineer is booked to come tomorrow, so why have they been waiting for Openreach for 10 days if it’s a modem issue. Totally incompetent

    @SkyHelpTeam I hot sky go in June and its just so **** I absolutely hate it. Renote doesn't work, menus don't load, this morning it won't even play a C4 show from last night. I wish I could return the whole thing. Absolutely shite

    @SkyHelpTeam I am currently abroad & yet again unable to access data, receive or make phone calls. I’ve reset the network settings taken the SIM card out and still nothing please suggest what on earth I am to do.
