    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. Status is good, 67mb download speed. It's only a problem when we use Paramount - not the end of the world obvs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, 26 hours without internet. The only info I get is the same as yesterday, that an outage is affecting my area. It seems like @SkyUK doesn’t have any customer support numbers. Do you have a number I can call? This is unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam TOTALLY USLESS SKY MOBILE TEAM. 3rd day trying to get PAC code going abroad tomorrow. Katie/Claire/Paul/Morn (tech) and Daniel no one can solve ‘my’ issue only back office team no reply from Twitter either?? Any help out there?

    Imagine having an almost three month long complaint with @SkyHelpTeam about virtually unusable broadband, and the closest they can install fibre is a month from now. Absolute jokers

    When someone pertains to be calling from @SkyHelpTeam about your internet and you let them talk knowing you are with @BT. Eventually ask for IP address, you refuse obviously....Are you stupid? Are you stupid? Call disconnects..hhm.. legit??

    @porscheuro @SkyHelpTeam Thank you John. This is what I was told too. @SkyUK turned down my request to upgrade to Sky Glass because I naturally did not want an engineer in my home. Can someone from Sky please confirm the facts here?
