    @niiciidee @SkyHelpTeam Hope you don’t mind me following you - we have same problem with Sky at the moment and I can’t get through to anybody at there HQ. My husband has a heart condition & is diabetic and we need to be able to use phone - it’s so frustrating! Please let me know if you hear anything. Ta

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are dreadful. My broadband is not reliable and tv has been down for 3 weeks. Phoned customer service Delhi to report told it was because of heavy rain and too much cloud. Still waiting for engineer visit. Run far and fast to another provider
