    @SkyHelpTeam Can anyone help with ITV hub not working on our sky glass puck. Tried all the obvious things - switching off for 2 mins - resetting the itv hub and signing back in - checked for updates - hub loads and then won’t play any programmes

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadbands been down all day, all your online service checker states is it will be back up in 2hrs. 10hrs later, im still waiting and it still reckons 2hrs. Can you tell me what is the problem and when will it be fixed as your website has no information?

    @charles900 @SkyHelpTeam Still nothing!!! I cannot believe that we have had no broadband for ONE WEEK tomorrow and have no idea if we’ll ever get it back, unbelievably nobody at #sky knows any more details, used all mobile data, had to buy an #EE router for £50 to see us through more days of no service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already made a complaint but instead of a response I got a letter telling me my sky service would be restricted 🙄 I don’t have any sky services. Don’t worry I’ll wait for 8 weeks to roll around escalate it to the ombudsman

    Hi, @SkyHelpTeam why doesn't my BT subscription carry onto my Mini box upstairs. It work fine on my main Q box, but when I try to watch even recorded shows it doesn't work..

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, our WiFi has suddenly stopped working properly in WF5. Keeps dropping in and out every couple of minutes. Unplugged the box and plugged it back in again and still having the same issue. Is this an area service issue because of the bad weather?
