    @SkyHelpTeam Some simple google research suggests that an iPhone can be used as a remote control by logging in to an app. As You claim to be Sky help can you confirm this is possible and if so it sounds like my account has been hacked. 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam I have changed the password but how can you log other users out if it has been hacked ? It is only happening with broadband on so assume this is the case. Perhaps you can confirm as a matter of urgency. Security issues are very much a GDPR issue

    @SkyHelpTeam The service status page literally says there’s no issue….. I just wish you all could tell us what the problem is. Or just say “we do not know what the problem is” if you don’t know
