    @SkyHelpTeam I’m unable to connect to the internet in the TW7 area. It says there’s an outage but it’s been down since 21/8/21 at 18.06 and there’s been no updates since then. I’ve tried all the recommendations on your website but nothing is working. Please help!

    @SkySportsNews Skysports brilliant that clubs think that your money is more important than fans. Sky and clubs should be putting the fans that travel to games 1st not those parked on sofas or getting blotted in pubs. As covid proved no fans in grounds =crap atmosphere.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. The instructions didn’t really address my issue. I used to watch shows on sky go without needing to download it but now the error message keeps showing up after I click the video.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but you could msg your customer service team and request that a customer wants an update on a complaint made a number of years ago..... even when I cancelled the TV I was assured that someone was going to rectify my complaint. Don't bother replying via twitter #believeinbetter

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that but there’s a lot of people complaining about it. I’ll save myself £30 a month and just cancel it
