    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband would be good. Promised it on 15 Nov and still waiting. Update is we should have an update by the end of Jan. Complete and utter car crash in terms of customer service. Come back virgin all is forgiven!

    @SkyHelpTeam do you have any updates on the phone & broadband outage that seems to have hit the Lytham St Anne's area hard today? Our service vanished at 1415hrs. Your website is pretty vague and has no useful updates or possible ETAs.
