    @SkyHelpTeam I've had intermittent service on my Broadband all day. Its infuriating as it may work for a short time then go off for a few seconds or minutes then come back randomly. Please sort it or at least give an eta on a fix?

    @Iain_Chapman @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam I had sky initially I found it dropped out often. Funny how ppl have different experiences isn't it. Hands down I've never had a single issue with BT, never failed in 4 years. Went back to sky on a deal, awful decision for me. Hope you get yours sorted👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you confirm if this is a DNS issue? just changed DNS to Google's on my device and it works absolutely fine.
