@SkyHelpTeam My internet has intermittently lost connection and regain connection (after 5+ mins) circa 20 times in last half a day however your status says there is no issues. This has never happened before so suspect there are. How can I take this forward?

@SkyHelpTeam I think your website might have an issue. I've been trying to sign up, multiroom says it has an offer if you add ultrahd, but when you add both it doesn't change the price. It worked fine until yesterday (been pricing up a few days). Any ideas?

My issue is if I’m taking £7 increase then OK, but can’t then issue further increase within 45 days of contract start date that’s unreasonable isn’t it @MartinSLewis ? I even suggested manual credits to balance the net charge, but a flat no from @SkyHelpTeam
