    @SkyHelpTeam TBH IF I HAD BEEN OFFERED £31pcm A MONTH AGO I WOULD NEVER HAVE MOVED - BUT THEN BEST OFFER WAS £37 (DOWN FROM INITIAL £44) BUT MY SKY TV WAS RETAINED AS CONTINUOUS SINCE I JOINED IN 2000 SO GUESS IT WAS MEANT TO BE XXX

    @SkyHelpTeam there seems to be a problem with the Ultra HD, the picture is darker when switched on and definitely didn’t happen last season
