    If anyone’s @virginmedia red button plus channels aren’t working for the football the best thing to do is login to the sky sports app/website. Click login with virgin media. Once logged in you can watch the games. 👌🏼 #virginmedia #skysports

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky service is costly and slow. Never used to be like that. Customer service are now also awful, because a lack of understanding about consumer protection.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it
