    @SkyUK I hope to god you'll be giving a nationwide refund. This is beyond terrible service at this point. 4+ hours of no internet? I've been tethering internet with my phone, hope you'll pay that bill for me too

    @SkyHelpTeam Good night and good bye. Tomorrow I'm getting rid of your awful service. So supposedly I'm a patinum VIP customer and you tell me **** all about the problems? Virgin offers a service 8 times faster than the awful one you dish up via BT, so long and no thanks for the crappy fish
