@SkyHelpTeam - since the clock change, Sky+HD doesn’t record the correct time, for example: Record something at 7pm, it records fine but the planner says it recorded at 6pm. It’s been like it since the clock didn’t change a few years ago! Can you fix it please?

@SkyHelpTeam not normally one for doing this but I am paying £35 for a basic package, and £35 for broadband. Been with you 20 years. Phoned your team cos that's a joke, he's prepared to bring it down by £9, and lock me into 18 months! Contract up in Sept seriously..toodleooo 👋

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely ridiculous that you would end the broadband buddy app. And to top it off not even tell customers. Broadband shield is pointless. Will not be continuing as a broadband customer.

@SkyHelpTeam So again Nathan, this tells me nothing about the questions I asked. 👇 What is causing the problem? When can I expect the service to be restored? Where can I make a complaint? And,as I'm sure you've guessed, my patience is wearing pretty thin. Third outage like this.
