    @SkyHelpTeam Ive done it, said it could take up to four days to fix as its open reach. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service im not receiving. I know its not your fault and i do apologise but if open reach are having issues they should be informing you so you can inform us.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi is there an outage in Banbury,Oxon area-again? Open reach box shows: Red light on LOS and no light on PON 💁🏻 Do I need to book an engineer?

    I wouldn't recommend anyone go with @SkyUK. Internet is god awful and their customer "help" team aren't permitted to do anything. Leaving asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need a phone cable and junction box moving as part of a garage conversion, who do I organise this through? Do I go through you as the service provider? Your helpline was no help at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any issues in the Stoke area? Went to reset the router and the WiFi light is green but the internet light has been flashing orange for the past hour and a half

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes! Ive got a child starting her gcses on monday and revision is put on apps and my son is in uni and needs internet! One service system check said it was adverse weather! There is no adverse weather! Im disgusted this has been going on for over a week!
