    So apparently there is a fault outside AGAIN engineer will be out between 5 working days. I only had a engineer out October last year for the same issue. Really thinking of cancelling @SkyUK when I can get it cheaper from BT.

    Can someone tell these bellends on Sky that there’s more than one way to win a football match. They hate the position we are currently in. Never seen so much negativity towards a certain club. Going to have to start watching matches in mute. #SkySports #COYS

    @SkyHelpTeam Not if your automated system sees that there is good download speed etc. You get to a 7 step program gram to help you, which is the basic info on keeping your router away from other things like cordless phones. A step is getting WiFi boosters, and it then stops. No contact no’s.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says my speed is fine, which it is when I check elsewhere. But it’s my latency and packet loss that’s the issue
