@SkyUK 13 years as a loyal customer and broadband/phone line cut off (skys error) and likely to be without both for 3-4 weeks. Pretty unfortunate when you work from home as key worker. Dont EVER use sky. #poorcustomerservice

@SkySports Curbing the abuse is not difficult except the coy aren't ready to do it. Solution: every subscriber must produce a traceable Id, name and address.
