    @SkyHelpTeam After the 2nd call no, a log was made of the issue and forwarded to openreach.. no booking for an engineer coming out has bn made

    @lukkee_99 @CFCAzza97 @SkySports I have no problem with that. I just don't like players declaring for our country, taking the place of some other young lad who got left out of the youth development system the whole way up, just so he can leave when it suits him. It's the system that's wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes they did run through the steps, but I have done this several times in the past year and it only fixes the issue for a few weeks before breaking again. It’s not just an issue with WiFi, it’s my broadband altogether.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, please direct me to the right place. I ordered a charger from the accessories store online on 23rd February. It still has not arrived. I understand there is an issue with @RoyalMail but other deliveries have arrived perfectly fine and on time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we’ve done this it states there’s an outage, we click what to do next and it says it’s fixed then we run a new test and it says there’s an outage problem still
