    @SkyUK Tony, thanks but suspect you’ve not read my post properly. My Vodafone broadband is out, now my mobile 4G with you, SKY MOBILE, is also barely functioning. The link you provided was for phone lines/broadband. I was asking about Sky Mobile issues in my area.

    @pnefc @SkySports For the sake of the club, use the TV rights money to actually sign a player with a transfer fee as opposed to freebies and raiding Barnardo’s, never mind poundworld. Your fans deserve better.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello every few days we have to reset our hub as the WiFi stops working properly, as in our iPhones keep jumping into 5g which is using our data up , but every time on the sky app check my signal after the reset says it’s ok , but doesn’t load before a reset

    @SkyHelpTeam one of the things i forgot to mention was that BT were out the day the cables were broken to secure them in case of danger .... so Sky / BT knew what the problem was from Day 1 .....

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me please why you’re asking to do a fraud & ID check on a customer whose been with you for 23 years when you’ve contacted them directly about staying with you?
