    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, just a follow up. I've spoken to Royal Mail. They don't know what's happened either. I've been told it'll take them up to 10 working days to get back to me. At what point do you get involved as its your property they've lost (I assume, as I never got it)? Thanks 😌

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks - but I don't wish to loose all my recordings again. It's known issues with the boxes according to your forums. There is no fix, only replacement!
