    @SkyHelpTeam how come the new sky glass puck can’t connect to my sky broadband and stay on for more than 5 minutes but the sky q mini box never had an issue sky glass massive waste of time

    @SkySports will the sky sports red button be available to use on a laptop tomorrow for championship games? It seems to say it will be able to on your website but never seems to be an option to select

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been through to your Indian call centre advisor and he is unable to stop the cancellation process - I've only got 2 days left before it stops. He couldn't tell me why. He's now put me on hold to another deperatment. I've been on the phone an hour now. Seriously poor show.
