    @SkySports I’m all for calls being strict, and even wrong, but at least be consistently wrong. The Aussie ref had no control yesterday. He allowed time wasting to exceed 11 minutes in one half (can’t blame newc) and the Hugo incident looked ok until slowed down The West Ham call was worse

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we have. We have finally spoken to someone and they’ve said there isn’t an issue in the area even though our friend in the same area is without internet too x

    @SkyHelpTeam It wont record a series also wouldnt let me down load tv series that in normal definition not hd

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I had already done that. You have to go through that page to get to the chat client. My frustration is that your staff member told me to wait 30min while they had lunch and then they never came back half way through dealing with my request.

    @SkyHelpTeam If this relates to the speed, it doesn't make much difference between HD and UHD download speed, FYI all other devices on my network operate at the expected speed, again, your help forum is littered with people with slow download issues...
