    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been without broadband access since 10.30 this morning. When I’ve rang it’s an automated message to say there’s a telephone outage in my area and will be resolved asap but nothing more. Can you give me some timeframes on the issue? It’s in the Wigan area.

    @SkyHelpTeam But how many Sky Glass customers do you have? Sky Glass isn’t really a streaming service. You’ve just put a sky box in TV.
