    @SkyHelpTeam We were on the phone for 25 minutes and then got cut off. This is not good enough. Your customer service has always been top class - this is as bad as BT

    @SkyHelpTeam A week ago! The cable broke a week ago, this was reported immediately.. and there has been NO progress. I have a key worker at home who needs the internet first thing in the morning.... please tell me how you are going to resolve this issue...

    My internet keeps going down and has been the last 2 weeks, @SkyHelpTeam sort it out we are in a lockdown I’m sat in my room I need to pretend I have a connection to the outside world
