    @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband a large part of middle England (much of Northants, Cambs, Rutland etc) has been without Sky broadband for 16 hours. Helpdesk says it may take 2 to 4 days to fix... can Sky please put a wiggle on, and give updates on twitter? Us WFHers are high & dry.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have not had any internet in NN14 for nearly 24 hrs and no updates from you. Constantly telling us to check for updates and no information! Found out from others there is a major outage. Please update

    @JUNKIEJUNI @SkyUK it broke down 13 times this past week, idk if it’s correlated to the weather somehow but it was irritating during the day, couldn’t even get my work done
