    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've had some connectivity issues with my sky Q box and had booked an engineer to come out, but had to self isolate, have rebooked but now no dates until 8th Jan. Am I able to get money off my bill as I've not been able to use my services properly since Nov? Ty

    @SkyHelpTeam I became a new customer today, TV is great but broadband not arrived, turns out you cancelled it for some reason and failed to inform us😡now expect us to wait until 22nd. Angry doesn’t come close🤬

    @MercedesAMGF1 They can just buy or pay fee for the video rights to air from SkySports or anyone else. That's what news network do. No difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam Got in contact this evening, spoke to a nice and knowledgeable advisor, Matthew. Will need to ring back tomorrow as we’re still not sure if we’ll stay being a VIP customer with Sky 🥺 Pricing still a bit high for what we’re looking for.
