    @Lauren170194389 @SkyHelpTeam My husband been on hold for 35 mins to be told they are updating the masts and it should be resolved in the next 48 hrs. Which is much help when you can't use your phones xx

    @SkyHelpTeam @craigburder And there we go sky have ducked out of replying because they shut at 9 and cba. I once got beat up because sky phones went down and I couldn't ring for help just for walking past a gang they didn't want to know on here then and call themselves a Help team now my mother 1/2
