    Hi @SkyHelpTeam if you know there’s an outage, can you please fix it? We’ve not had access for 2 days and even before then it was really slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam No internet since before Christmas Eve, apparently it's @eir fault. Problems with the lines? Take your time @eircare, what do we need internet for, in the same area that is a Blackspot for Phone Reception, still in 2020.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky box won’t connect to the router for the last couple of days. I see on Twitter there’s been an issue with many peoples broadband. Is this now fixed and if so any ideas how I can sort my issue? WiFi is working on other devices (albeit. It as quick as usual)
