@SkyHelpTeam when I registered for the sky glass it was saying release date of today. You never mentioned then it was priority for platinum members first. Very misleading and a lot of people have been let down by this. When will I be able to order mine? Or is my money not good?

It annoys me when @SkySports only highlight the crap officiating in the EFL when it’s done in a game on the tele, they do realise football existed before the Premier League don’t they. 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have just been on the phone for an hour trying to keep the deal we’ve always had. But you can’t even offer me that or even what a new customer can get?! Really disappointing, will be looking elsewhere now.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a pre-reg gold member who has only ever had issues with my signal. When am I going to be able to order Sky Glass. I know you are prioritising diamond and platinum (never mentioned prior) and I don’t want the same template response. Today? A week? Months?
