  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, have downloaded Sky Go tried to watch shows and keep getting an error messages. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times now and still won’t work. Can you please advise issue?

  @SkyHelpTeam I have had to order an analogue phone line from BT for our house alarm but then in doing so it has activated cancelling my sky broadband and talk (I wanted to keep the broadband - not fussed for the talk but bought it as inclusive) can you help me?

  @SkyHelpTeam The broadband is OK and for some reason the picture and signal to the box upstairs is terrible. You can't even watch anything with it stopping or buffering. We have the top sky broadband aswell

  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rebooted and we’ll just have to wait and see, you sent an engineer last month and he apparently fixed the problem but it’s now reoccurring
