    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. For some reason I seem to have lost the ability to watch btsport on my mini box. I’ve had this for years but it’s saying check subscription allows it. Any help?

    @SkyUK thanks for the SKY glass… however still waiting for the packaging to send the sky Q back and don’t want to get unnecessarily charged. Also we’ve been paying for sky protect which we haven’t needed with sky Q?! Can you help. Thanks
