    @SkyHelpTeam No he said we didn't need one as we already had one. We asked how we could fix the issue if that was our only option and he didn't seem to know either honestly.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried following the steps but got nowhere. My screen still says no signal. My Sky is not connected to broadband because I don't have broadband.
