    @SkyUK been without broadband since yesterday afternoon, woke up to same problem. Family need it to work from home. One text message yrsterday and no further info on my account. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @SkyHelpTeam can i take your hardworking engineers in Walkden failed and went home? Poor! Failing to update, especially when the problem persists is worse than the original issue. Problems happen and may be out of your control. Updating customers is in your control. You failed!
