    Broadband has not been working properly for 40+days, numerous calls were made to Sky, issues not solved, network is completely down. Sky generously offers £2 for compensation but wants to charge £70 for cancellation! @SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam looks like I’m looking elsewhere for service again, yours at the minute is atrocious but your still taking over £100 off us? Why is your internet and broadband rubbish at the minute in the ST4 area 3 days it’s been bad. Had to relocate to help me to work!

    @SkyUK just had to wait on hold almost 30 minutes to sort out our broadband and Helen decided that she would cut me off rather than help. We have just moved and today was the day is was due to be switched on after almost two weeks with no broadband. Can someone please help

    @SkyHelpTeam why does the WiFi cut out every time someone ring the house phone ? Still doing it no Xmas tree up or anything like that I genuinely think I need a hub I’ve tried all the options to cure it and they don’t work

    @SkyHelpTeam 7 days later I'm still £67.50 out of pocket. Struggling to make ends meet because of an issue on YOUR SIDE! Now I'm currently on hold waiting for a manager to sort out the mess! These are hard times already. Never mind the added stress caused by you guys!
