@SkyHelpTeam the broadband in my house has been shocking for weeks. At the end of my tether with it now. I pay for a service, so give me that service, or give me it for free. Sort it out!!

@SkyHelpTeam Online guides can't physically help you. They can't change my plan or explain why my bill creeps up in price or offer me a competitive deal OR explain why my Internet is slower than a one-legged turtle? All this money into online help when we just want to speak to a HUMAN BEING.
