@SkyHelpTeam I’d rather ask actual people who’ve used it. @ThreeUK ‘s checker said it was brilliant coverage at my postcode but I have to hang upside down off the edge of my bed to make a call.

@SkyHelpTeam Completely useless, I call you - you then contact OpenReach and get vague, useless responses. NO ONE WILL give me answers. I have to explain this whole saga each time I call you, no one can or is willing to escalate my 4 months of no service! Take ownership! Customer for 9yrs!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I was told it would be resolved yesturday and if wasn’t working today to restart router so i have still not working what happens now this is day 4 without internet and tv … what now ?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle. Happy to also contact @peacock - do you have contact details for them? Standard response from Sky is always it’s not our fault but do nothing to help to fix it like make it a requirement for broadcasters on their service. (Not having a go at you personally!)

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, Heather, other colours are in stock now but we were told we would have to cancel our order and then reorder (at a higher cost as it's went up). Is this correct? Seems silly as we really don't care about the colour!
