    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly shocking wifi, and the team are never any help. Devices getting just over a mb of download speed consistently.

    @SkyHelpTeam one for tomorrow. Issue with broadband (again). Online checker says speed to hub is fine so won’t let me escalate. I’ve checked speed directly at router 1ft away from main incoming. 6mbps. So issue with line in or sky router. History suggests line in.

    @AnakhaMavila @SkyHelpTeam I’m having the same issue and I checked the forum and everyone else in the USA is having the exact same problem. can we get this fixed bc I’m here all week and it’s impossible to get any texts or calls or use data

    @SkyHelpTeam when will you fix the ITV hub app on your sky glass platform. People have been moaning about this for months and it’s still no better. It crashes every time there is an ad break.
