Jono Wilmshurst (@JonoWilmshurst) reported@SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the fix steps several times. Q box won’t come out of standby. So I get told another team will call me to arrange engineer or replacement but I get told they will try and call me once and only once and if I don’t answer they will try again the next day!
