    @SkyHelpTeam . Swapped over to another package of Friday night, which looked exactly same deal as had been currently getting, but cheaper, as agreed by your staff. Now had issues with broadband dropping out yest and now today lost all connection in the middle of teams training.

    @SkyHelpTeam having nuisance calls all hours of day tried to sort online no good phoned 20 mins at least on hold so much for help . Only solution is to unplug phone need sorted NOW

    @SkyHelpTeam any issues with sky broadband today? I keep getting disconnected and now not had internet for a while!!!! Only been with you for 2 months and it’s the second time this has happened. Not happy.

    @SkyUK blimey, just fell of my chair when I saw the email you've just sent me about my sky package increasing! Who do I speak to about this? Unbelievably zero long term customer loyalty taken into consideration at all... is it time to move elsewhere??

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, my sky box doesn't seem to be working (internet is fine). Box says there is no signal from the satellite. Tried to phone sky but there is a wait of 45 minutes.
