@SkyHelpTeam It's not a widespread issue but you will sort it out with an update? You clearly can't be unaware of the numerous forums reporting issues with the SKY Q box including HDR and Audio dropouts since 2021. I researched after 2 months of a new HDR box with no problems of any sort.

@SkyHelpTeam FROM SKY COMMUNITY FORUM 30 JULY 2022 - So that's the dropout problem that Sky are aware of and are working on a firmware fix. Presumably you have a v3 box? Nothing you can do with different TVs, leads, etc., just wait for the fix from Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam when will our broadband (Hertfordshire) be back up? It has been down since Friday and when we called it was just an automated message saying you are aware of the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for reply entire package sky q broadband telephone and it’s beyond difficult to sort thanks maybe sky can contact me rather than expecting a paying customer to sit on hold for hours and bounce between teams
