This isn't acceptable, we should be given full updates of what is happening, estimated time to fix the issue and details of compensation.

Can you please explain if we need to contact you, as per your policy, or do we not need to contact you as you say you're aware of the outage... Has Boris Johnson been writing your policies?

The people over this feed are not the people trying to fix it and are as frustrated as you. Try not to be so rude. It’s not their fault.
