@SkyHelpTeam The broadband customer help team called me this morning and they are having problems booking an engineer to investigate/repair the fault, because there is an open job on my line from earlier this year 🙄 they carried out a test on my line and can see there is a fault

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer was installing Sky for our neighbour on Friday and in the process knocked out our internet and phone line! Booked an engineer to fix it but no one’s turned up except a guy who finished working on next door. Order status doesn’t even say when 1/2
