    @SkyHelpTeam Intermittent signal loss - not being blocked by trees etc as I’ve had that before and it was different. Started a couple of weeks ago but then resolved itself, but started again this weekend. Have managed to get an engineer book now though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Go unwatchable as usual - requires an update download whenever it is started up, sound keeps cutting out and constant buffering. Why is it not a Web app like any other service?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. There doesn’t appear to be any issues reported here. Her broadband light is flashing amber and her alarm says the telephone line is disconnected. She says this happens on occasion.

    Can I, on behalf of every football fan everywhere, ask @SkySports @SkySportsPL that they NEVER show close ups of a player, a manager, a person in the crowd when the ball is in play. Nobody wants to see it. Ever.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's just not reliable at all. Constantly says it's looking for updates, and then just closes down. Even after multiple clean installs.

    @virginmedia @SkySports why does my virginmedia login never allow me to watch anything on the Sky Sports app? I either keep going round in a loop or get a message saying can’t play content!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, on my sky Q box I’m have problems when downloading on demand BBC content. It says ‘failed, no subscription’. I don’t seem to have a problem downloading any non-bbc content. I have restarted my sky W box and my internet router and this hasn’t fixed the issue?
