@SkySports it has been for 3 years that ******* has been on the wheel

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, any idea what's going on with the broadband issue in S17? No broadband since Friday. Thanks!

  • R0BERTJ0NES1 Rob (@R0BERTJ0NES1) reported

@Wyndbhoy67 @talktomeless121 @SkySports Current standard is very poor. That was mg point not something in 1967 🙄

  • Ennileah Ennileah - NW4Noobs 🐲🎮 (@Ennileah) reported

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 My issue is degraded lines leading to my home which you guys refuse to come out and check. I had the same issues at a previous property where openreach replaced the overhead lines. When it rains the water gets in the wires and cuts out my connex.

  • DelFinchio Riccardo Del Finchio (@DelFinchio) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to sky on Friday who advised openreach needed access to the property - they did today but it was a complete waste of time, as the fault is at the splitter further up the street which i still have no idea when they’re planning to fix

  • Ennileah Ennileah - NW4Noobs 🐲🎮 (@Ennileah) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe you ought not to assume. Some may have had to travel to use a public wifi or a friends connection and my point on not being able to line test on an alternative connection stands. For me, my connection always seems to go down after midnight when your phone lines are closed

  • paulsfreeman Paul Freeman (@paulsfreeman) reported

@SkySportsPL @SkySports @SkySportsNews What a mess! I just want a £10 wifi booster to improve my signal throughout my house. But no, I’m forced into pay an extra £5 /month forever, for a one time engineer visit. Is £140/month not enough to pay you. Daylight robbery. BT?

  • kharmon67 Kevin Harmon (@kharmon67) reported

@SkySports What was the point of having Neville in this debate, everything’s terrible but don’t change anything?

  • Ennileah Ennileah - NW4Noobs 🐲🎮 (@Ennileah) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Already tried that.. twice now. Nothing happens and your CS agents dont leave notes about my issues on this. All I get told is to run line checks, which when it isnt raining heavily come back fine.

@R0BERTJ0NES1 @Wyndbhoy67 @SkySports Do you watch Scottish football week in and week out? The standard of the Premier League outwith the top six can be terrible as well and they have millions of pounds to spend compared to Scotland.
