    @SkyHelpTeam good afternoon, my mother is waiting for a @bt_uk Open reach operative to set up her internet. This is the second day she has waited for them to turn up with no one arriving. She is fairly isolated and depends greatly on the internet, any help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam FFS sort you're internet out in the Durham area it's a joke, you quickly put you're prices up and deliver terrible service, if you ain't increasing your prices fair enough however you are stopping me working from home which will affect me in the pocket then you lot

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband went down on 30 March. @WeAreOpenreach have failed to attend appointments made for 5 April and 6 April. Very poor service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Has got to be the worst firm going. Last few months taken out the direct debt late and today, (on time) have taken way to much out 🤬. Time to kick off at senior management.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will be on there and everything working fine. Then every few minutes the tv tries to turn off (power saving) so I’ve to constantly pick up the remote and it also will switch back to Sky multiple times without warning. Half the time causing me to fail
