    Ugh - why is the @SkyUK Go app so terrible.. it's about 10 years behind Netflix et al. No UHD + terrible HD quality. No syncing to SkyQ box to let you continue an existing box set progress. Slow and unstable UI (it just crashed 3 times in the same episode... only after the ads!)

    @Samwhi @SkyHelpTeam 21 years apparently = Diamond VIP status. I didn’t know that until I rang them with a problem a couple of weeks ago. When they checked my account and saw that they became much more helpful. Worth dropping in if you haven’t already.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with the internet is south Lanarkshire? Ours has crashes 4 times in the last hour and a half.

    @SkyHelpTeam So as I say #skyglass is utter crap and a total waste of money. I sit here with the shiny box but unable to watch live television.
