    @SkyHelpTeam all i asked is there problems with ure servers for example power outages or sumthing? if not il check from the link you guys gave me later

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope doesn't work, there is no help for PS5 either, the method for PS4 doesn't work as as soon as you open the app the error comes up so you are unable to enter username and password

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry to disagree but the easiest way to sort this is for someone to tell me what the problem is and how to sort it as usual Sky wants you to sort it yourself well at my age forget it , I want what I pay a lot of money for , service
