    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam What an absolute disgrace of a company. Sold the dream of super fast broadband and ‘amazing’ tv streaming. 3 weeks of constant issues. 5 days without internet, 3 hours on the phone this morning only to be told you can’t provide an engineer until the 17 August

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on with the network lately even just to make a call the signal is shocking the amount of money I pay for the 5 contract I have I expect better. Won’t be renewing this year after 10+ years

    @PLorenzo559 @deanobaby89 @SkyHelpTeam Found this thread after having the same problem. Three ad breaks, three crashes. Only thing I can do is reboot it till the next adverts come on and it goes again.

    @NatWest_Help well done for stepping in to prevent an elderly neighbour from being scammed of £90 by a caller pretending to disconnect her @SkyHelpTeam service in 30 mins. Sky didn't assist despite her paying £135 a month - which is a ridiculous scam itself for an over 80!

    @SkyUK why is my tv freezing during adverts. I did a software reset which helped for a few days. Now the problem is back

    @SkySports & @NOW why am I paying £34.99 for your steam to look choppy. I have blazing fast fibre. It should be silky smooth. I don’t have this issue on any other platform. Signed up just to watch the rugby’s greatest rivalry.
