    @_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam Sky always ask you to run the self diagnostics on the hub hoping it will identify the problem. Throttling has become more of a problem now throughout the day due to Covid and more people using the internet causing internet dropouts,it only used to be a problem in the evenings.

    @SkyHelpTeam has the internet gone down in Ne34 area as it was fine first thing and now can’t get online and I’m working from home so need my internet!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam this was the first thing I tried and there are no issues on the line hence the Q Hub gives good speeds

    @SkyHelpTeam It's a Q. Just went black (audio still playing) during a show and stopped responding. Powered down and up and it came back to life again.
