    @SkyHelpTeam my Direct Debit keeps being taken a day earlier each month which is causing me problems with my bank as I wasn't expecting it so didn't have the funds available. Why is this happening?

    @SkyUK Finding all these negative comments quite amusing. Have absolutely zero problems with mine - very happy. Seems like a lot of people with trash broadband feeling the need to lash out. If you're that desperate for your SkyQ back just pay off the TV and sell it on. Cry less.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm in contract till August 23 but I may need to terminate my contract early due to.cost of living and my husband loosing his job. Is it just the £60 I would pay ?
