@MsCaitSpencer @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Awful isn’t it! It’s continually below the guaranteed WiFi speed, they sent an engineer out who put a new BT box in and it’s even worse now. Last phone call took me over an hour holding on, totally sick of it now, we’ve been with them since ‘98 😵💫
