@SkyHelpTeam A generic reply as always, well the inconvenience has cost you a customer, this happens far too regular, it’s apparent that engineers have their feet up and don’t seem to be too worried about thousands of customers

@SkyHelpTeam Internet down all day in the B97 area. Lost a full day of work which im@sure you won’t compensate and literally no update or eta….. what’s happening? 3rd outage in as many weeks!! Safe to say I won’t be renewing the contract.

@SkySports He got Cardiff relegated and managed Molde, take away sentiment how ******** does he get this job? Moyes, LVG and Jose all got the sack for far less and he's still in a job! Man United deserve to be where they are simply because they won't sack a manager that isn't good enough!

@SkyUK seriously it’s half term have a 17 yr old and WiFi down now all day!!! Not at all impressed - minimal communication given about the problem or when it is likely to be resolved B98!!!

@SkyHelpTeam another day where I pay for a service with yourselves and dont receive what I'm paying for. 2 kids off for half term and a wife working from home. Any news on the broadband outage in Redditch?? Its nearly been off for 12 hours. Will your customers be reimbursed????
