    @DaveN68773368 @SkyHelpTeam How full is your hard drive? Go to your recording scroll down to manage on the left hand side and look at the % used. Bet it’s probably near to if not 100%

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes done all that and also registered for engineer visit but checked this morning and said there was an issue in our area. Now no issue on the system but still no broadband?
