    @gwalltgwyllt @SkyHelpTeam For them to refuse to pay comp directly to you rather than crediting it to an account not even providing service would, legally speaking, be theft. An attempt to stop you cancelling your account without penalty due to their failure/incompetence/contempt for their customers.

    .@skysports @SkyCricket please get a qualified umpire into your comms team. Simon Taufel would be superb, but he's a busy man. So sick and tired of these lazy, terrible interpretations of Laws. Most viewers won't know the intricacies but these guys really should.

    @gwalltgwyllt @SkyHelpTeam Also, legally speaking, *on top of the compensation*, you would be entitled to cancel your contract *without paying a fee* if they can't fix the problem within a month. Considering their incompetence/contempt it sounds like they have treated you with, might be be the way to go.
