    @SkyHelpTeam your fibre broadband had been non existent since switching over to you. And the customer care team are not writing notes so now the 4th time of calling you I have to go through everything all over again!!! Awful customer service! Wish I hadn't left BT

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me. The problem was I could only get information on help online, but if my internet is down that won’t work will it. Sorted now but still bloody slow. internet on my phone is faster

    @SkyHelpTeam having issues all the time lately trying to access Netflix and it just hangs on intro screen and on Discovery+ the sound is always dipping in and out and breaking

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting in touch, in reality, it's your awful automated assistant when you call in, the second time I called it recognised that I had called previously and put me through. I'd like to shout out to Gillian, somewhere up in Scotland, who helped to sort the issue

    At the in-laws whilst 13yo is at scouts. Trying to watch the last episode of House of Dragon as they have @SkyUK and I don't. Their WiFi is so shockingly poor it keeps pausing for me to wait for a bit more to download. 😡
