    @SkyHelpTeam Was told external problem told engineer would attend no need to be at home ! at this moment in time I have 3 engineer investigation in process 1 from 22 June. 1 from 23 June and 28 June !! Still no broadband !!

    Why does @SkyUK make it so hard to change my package. All I want to do is cancel sky cinema but got to talk to a automated service that can’t understand me. So frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank for this, still not solved, went through process which suggested booking an engineer then promptly crashed and said I should test again later. Please help assist

    @skytv @SkyUK WOW ! I’ve been paying you £17 a mntb for 9-10 mnths for a service you’ve never really provided ( my broadband) at YOUR contractual speed. You advised I should leave you and you have offered me 1 payment of £17 back, out of £153 worth of payments I made already 🤬
