    @SkyHelpTeam No. I cancelled it because I was told I could still use Sky Go/Extra on my iPad. Except the Go app without a multi screen subs is terrible (borderline useless)

    @SkyHelpTeam help with my sky go plz. It won’t let me watch live sport. I’m using my iPhone on 4G. I have a good connection and have never had a problem in the past but when I try to watch sky sports, there is just a black screen and a buffering circle. Other channels work fine

    @SkyHelpTeam It's just that the website says there is no known issues which conflicts with the app and since the problem has persisted for 24hrs I'm a little concerned

    @SkyUK More desperation from a floundering company. I chucked their over priced and unreliable TV and Broadband three years ago and have never looked back.
