    Where is @SkyUK ? No Internet since Friday and there has still been no one near the box to try and fix it? This has cost me a lot of money to add data to all our mobile phones and all our devices, TV and cameras are not working! Please can you send someone to fix it?

    @Gbpeng4 @SkyUK Mine went down about 2 weeks ago and was quoted 5 days for an engineer! They suggested that I use my mobile data to run everything in the house!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Fix Norfolk’s broadband! And stop telling me to check my app as that says “no known problems in your area”. Yet your Twitter feed would beg to differ greatly!!

    @dansanderson84 @SkySports So she’s either using it as an excuse or attention seeking ( like Osaka ) and end up with loads of money in media deals . Or she’s been very very very miss managed as if this is true then it’s a serious issue and she shouldn’t be allowed to compete next week .

    Good morning @SkyHelpTeam, Your website is saying there are no known outages but my broadband is down across our village (Norfolk) and the same for a colleague in Suffolk. So I think there is a BIG outage - it would just be nice if the outage tracker would keep ppl informed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am coming to the end of my current tv contract (can’t wait for WiFi contract to end - ultra fast means extra cost with minimal difference from b4) Just been advised new tv cost increasing by 20% What’s the process to cancel and when can I do this?
