@SkyHelpTeam hi we seem to have an outage in the FY5 area sky TV not working or Internet everything has just gone off blue screens on TV stating due to technical problems your sky TV and Internet has been suspended

I've been a @SkyUK customer for years & until this year barely called them about anything, but this year has been an abbsolute joke! Customer service = horrendous!! Not the people on the phone, but the timescales to get people out to fix issues has been unbelievable. 😤
