    @CindyTh3Dog @jammierooroo @SkyUK They’re the worst. All farmed out to foreign call centres who don’t speak good English. They mumble and constantly try the upsell. When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.

    @SkyUK Maybe the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Sending sales people to houses and initiating contracts on the doorstep with no agreement. Disgraceful. Trying to contact customer service is even worse

    So sorry to hear this. SkyUK are very demanding. I’ve had problems with them too. Very bad senior management I’d say.

    @jammierooroo @Bawbaw19933241 @SkyUK My 97 year old mother was paying something along the lines of £150 and barely using anything. So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!

    @LDNFootbalI @SkySports Hopefully he gets sacked. It's the worst manager in Chelsea's recent history. Loosing 5 games in a row and scoring 0 goals.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Do take a look at the distance selling regulations under the Consumer Rights Act if needs be. There's a right to cancel within 14 days. Sky should be fully aware of this.
