@SkyHelpTeam as a subscriber for 30 years I was extremely disappointed with my call to your call centre earlier. You wouldn’t help because I did not want to change to SkyQ and wanted to keep My 2x 2tb SkyHD boxes. No reward for loyalty with you. I guess I should contact Virgin 😢

@SkyHelpTeam I'm sick of a poor/no picture and shocking service. Tried all your online tips and booked an engineer for next wednesday. Im not paying for something I'm not getting. And your phone lines have terrible waiting times. Time to leave Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep but not until 11th. It is absolutely disgusting. I was aware having the correct engineer is an issue so I called in a couple of times to ensure the right one was sent. But alas, the wrong one was sent and now we have to wait longer due to Sky’s gross incompetence.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any issues with the Sky Go app currently? Trying to catch up on a show and every time I try to click on the most recent episode, I’m getting a “there was a problem with the search service” message pop up, even though other episodes are working!

@SkyHelpTeam your lovely engineer came out today & put in a new signal thing & now I can’t access my books at all and the nearest appointment I’m getting is the 19th this is unacceptable and I will be looking for compensation any chance of getting hold of me so we can solve this
