@Chris_Smeaton @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, after 133 days, I have just managed to get mine all fixed. 2 hours on the phone and it is done. The Department you need is called Active Management. They are like the Gurus of Sky. I got through by fluke but he advised you can call Tech Support and ask to be put through

@JamesDeanJD @SkyHelpTeam Sounds very familiar. Had been poor since at least mid November. Numerous phone calls, 2 visits but eventually found out BT Openreach had capped the line speed to 40Mb. Line reset 2 days ago and now back to Guaranteed Minimum Speed of 60Mb. Keeping a close eye on it....

@SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

@SkyUK can you tell me why your internet service is shockingly poor? I've recently switched to you from Virgin and it's the worst thing I could have done. It's pathetic, going to have to cancel it I reckon.

@SkyHelpTeam It says on my package that I have a signal booster! That was years ago and the engineer took it when I got Q installed from memory!
