    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband is down and has been for around 2 hours! Is there an update to the service? Clicking “let’s fix it” and getting asked if the router is plugged in gets boring about a couple of attempts

    How come @skyuk can work wonders with technology except for timed appts? All day appt 8am-5pm unlike @britishgas who offer 2 hour slots. Even am or pm would help.

    @SkyHelpTeam why will sky not answer my phone calls regarding my 82 year old fathers broadband issue. All i keep getting is some pathetic non useful text message directing me to the sky website
