    @SkyHelpTeam It's been five days now with less than 1MB internet and no phone service. Am I eligible for the auto-compensation scheme yet, @Ofcom ? How do I start that process? I should be getting £8.06/day?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry too! I’m very sorry that I’ve experience such terrible customer service. I’m sorry my husband has spent every day for 3 months calling sky. I’m sorry he spent his day off not with his family but waiting for someone to install but not turn up. No! No you haven’t!

    @SkyUK How can one report cases of identity fraud to Sky? I tried your customer service hotline, and the guy was completely out of his depth. There are no email addresses available online. Someone placed a Sky order under my name, which I never placed. Pls assist. Thanks, Jan

    @CrohnZone @SkyHelpTeam Definitely not Crohn’s issue. Same issue here right at the start of the football, friend in a different county has exactly the same issue too
