@SkyHelpTeam Hi are there any known issues with Satelite signals in the Whitehaven area of Cumbria. We have lost ours and have tried the usual steps to restart etc.

@SkySports Agree. Even the fans don’t know which team will turn up for a Utd game. There has to be consistency. But he will need his players and staff and complete support from the glazers

@SkyUK I have an idea for someone with a bit of pull at your end. Instead of the circus of threatening to cancel every 18 months (that I'm sure 99% of people do when you whack the price up 100%),why not just set a price, then do small yearly increases, like a mobile contract? 🤷

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in PL5. The box is connected and reports normal. The help app says everything is normal. But have no internet access. Any thoughts on what's best to try next (have rebooted box and run line tests)

@SkyUK when I ordered my phone it said 1-3 weeks for delivery, I’ve not heard a thing from sky and when I phone I’m now being told 4-6 weeks which is not what I agreed to! Absolutely shocking service
