    @SkyHelpTeam Do you have a contact for your complaints department or senior management. For the past 2 months trying to get my elderly parents phone and broadband activated i have witnessed the worst customer service. I myself have been a loyal sky customer 20 years. Never again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Who does have the info then? surely someone who is at the source of the problem has some idea of how big it is and feedbacks. Whats the contact number to ask someone who might be able to advise?

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed to receive an email increasing charges from April for HD/ signature/sports package. Just what every customer needs , time to leave. Fed up with these constant changes

    @SkyHelpTeam your dm advising me to call to see if there issues in the area has not helped. Can you confirm with your technical team if there are issues in Sheffield S12 as it is impossible to get through the recorded messages to ask the technical team myself
