@SkyUK About time the Sky Q minis got an upgrade to 4K and the ability to actually "see" 4K content and download to main box. But then everything about your support for 4K has been slow and poor from the outset.

@tomwinter999 @SkySports Proper 50/50 for me, Haye was arguably in his prime about then, and I would say Fury has gotten better since, agree Tyson is a master and using his size to wear people down, but I don’t think Haye would have been scared to let his hands go either, missed out on a great fight.

@SkyHelpTeam my parents were advised an engineer would visit today between 1-6pm and no one has showed up. Whenever we try and call your helpline, you say your automated voice service says you’ll put us through to an agent before promptly saying ‘thanks for calling’ hanging up

@SkyHelpTeam To be fair you're just doing your job, it's me being pissy at the situation and being a smart arse about it. Still kinda pissed at @skytv for how it's being handled and still considering leaving but that's not the social media teams issue.

@SkyUK Sky Glass does seem good, but ultimately it's the dish that will remain reliable. The only issue with a dish is if the weather is really bad. Of course, you can get a bigger dish and then bad weather is never a problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi do you still offer help over DM or Facebook messenger. One of my Sky Q Miniboxes is failing so need to arrange a replacement... dont need an engine visit just a replacement box.
