    @SkyHelpTeam No offence but this is called ‘help desk’ I’ve been contacting you for days but it appears you don’t have any access to customers details or means to escalate a problem? ... I’m sure you’ll say ‘sorry’ and give me another number that I’ve already called 10 times since Christmas?

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea why my fibre is so shocking? The signal in the house drops out all the time, I was expecting issues from time to time but the last few weeks have been horrendous? #anyhelpwouldbegood

    @SkyHelpTeam @P700DDY That web site is not good enough, we were with BT and in 5 years I never had a problem, your router keep disconnecting .

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband isn't working and there is a 45 min wait for someone to answer the phone. Can you advise if broadband is down generally? We have tried all diagnostics

    @SkyUK clearly not happy with the service and your member of staff kia continued to keep lying and lying when I queried the bill... lying is wrong

    @Bharat_LearnAca Sod that! I'll shred the mobile phone sim and recontract with @SkyUK. I've been with them as a TV customer for 20 years but may look at BT for phone and broadband. I'll keep an eye on the bank account and contest any direct debit if Virgin try it on.

    When does @RokuUK plan to bring @discoveryplus over. Hate having to watch it over @SkyUK when their signal is so crappy that it freezes all the time!
