@SkyHelpTeam They tried to fix it, decided they couldn’t, and then turned on paper statements that now bill us £ monthly. We need the details to show in the app so we can get the bills out for work.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, ordered a broadband upgrade to 'Gigafast' from the tier below, email said it would activate on Thursday, have restarted router a few times since then but still getting the exact same speeds (around 450mbit down / 70mbit up) - anything I need to do?? Thanks.
