    @YAmujee @virginmedia I'm the same, I'm a new customer and I can't get any internet, tried calling up and they are saying that there servers are down until tomorrow. So if that's the case I'm leaving already and going back with @SkyUK

    Had a broadband order on since August with @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp had numerous visits, phone calls, messages and still no further on! chased today and get told that my order has been cancelled?!! What’s going on? Very Poor service

    @SkyHelpTeam Its not a wireless issue because the router repeatedly syncs with the exchange.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have just had a sky q box and are disappointed with the pic quality. There is a red pixalated effect in the background. We have a 1 yr old lg hour and tv. Pkease help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Team. I'm getting a bit fed up with the lack of updates. I know you've been telling me to check the status page it literally hasn't changed since this first became an issue at 9pm on Tuesday night. I need an ETA to give my work, even just a status update ETA.
