    @SkyHelpTeam As soon as you get onto the screen to order, it just says that I can’t order using the sky q box and to visit the sky viewing help page. (I did but it wasn’t much help) so I tried to order via the box office website and it said my viewing card number was invalid. (It wasn’t)

    @SkyHelpTeam BT won’t be able to do anything about not being able to order through my sky Q box though are they? That’s the real issue here. I’d like to fix that piece of the puzzle ideally. Why can’t I order through my box when I used to be able to?
