    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that numerous times and get put on hold for hours on end! Can’t I cancel based on the sky speed guarantee? It’s been this poor for as long as I can remember and now we are all at home more it really is shocking

    First 15 minutes of this Manchester Derby and De Bruyne has been dog shite. Undoubtedly one of the current greats in Europe but @SkySports NEVER criticise the big players like him, Salah, Kane etc when they're off the boil. Why the special treatment?

    @SkyHelpTeam - Sky saying that broadband not available at my son’s new address yet current owners have Sky Superfast! Cannot get thru to customer service and have tried to order Tv/broadband bundle twice today without any joy. What do we do next?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have the time to spend hours on end on the phone to you, can you get someone to call me? Or I can cancel my direct debit in the hope someone will contact me? I’ve been here so many times and noone answers the phone or wants to know! Such poor service
