    What is going on with @SkyUK @skytv My Sky Q mini box is playing up AGAIN and won't switch on at all. I have done all the steps they tell you to do on their Help forum. And still won't turn on. Surprise Surprise their customer services number is out of service.

    @SkyHelpTeam utterly appalled I had an engineer appointment for 13/5/2021 it was a no show! Spoke to a customer service agent she promised me one 14/5/2021 again a no show! An now the customer service number is down! And I'm still with out broadband
