    @SkyHelpTeam @BCVlogger I'm having the same problem. Trying to renew my contract (and also check to see if I can get Ultrafast Broadband) but website says there is a technical fault. I'd rather not wait in a call queue if it can be avoided.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you please help, when we try to use the Sky App through our Xbox it’s saying ‘an error occurred’ when connected to sky WiFi... but works fine when connected to my personal hotspot??

    @SkyHelpTeam Please see my previous message - phone is not an option. Please provide relevant online or email contact. I need to communicate with someone about the refund as much as removing the packages. Please do not redirect me to self-help I have exhausted all of those avenues.

    @SkyHelpTeam What are your procedures when an engineer drops by to fix slow internet\no phone and after he has left you are left with no internet, no phone and no tv? Blame the customers modem\router?
