    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Looks like it is a Sky Glass specific issue. I can see future episodes on Sky Go, but would rather not watch on ipad. They were appearing yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. I called to cancel my sky TV package. Nearly half an hour later I'm no closer to achieving this despite talking to a service rep. I appreciate you don't want to lose customers but this is actively making me want to quit @VirginMedia_TV @bt_uk

    @SkyUK Yet, i got a letter saying my contract is up, but never fear we've given you a great deal of £30.50 a month... looks like another 40min phone call wait to speak to someone who refers you to another and then another, before you finally get to talk to somone. #everytime
