    @SkyUK I have spent 7 days trying to get a complaint resolved with sky to no avail, following over ten hours on their messaging chat and 3 hours on the phone, so no choice but to go formal and go to CICAS under consumer rights.

    What a disgrace @skytv are been on the phone for an hour my Aunty is expected to pay £50 a month for lowest form of broadband because she can’t have full fibre due to a care package on her phone, after 18 years as a customer I expect better @SkyHelpTeam

    @premierleague Pathetic schedule changes. They don’t give a **** about the fans, throwing in Monday night football at the drop of a hat to appease the revenue failing @SkySports the sooner that organisation is bust and away from football the better.     @SkyHelpTeam @skytv my Sky+ box appears to have lost several channels ie. "Not receiving a signal" message. I have just restarted box - it made no difference. Channels affected, for example. are ITV1 and GBNews. Any suggestions?
