    @SkyUK Never had customer service as bad as this in my life. Anna Cook should be looking at my case and seeing what I've had to deal with. No wonder people suffer from stress when there is scant regard for customers wellbeing. What a horrific customer service experience.

    @SkyHelpTeam How can you not have a timescale. We are paying for a service and rely on the internet to work from home. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. What are you doing on the twitter page if you can’t provide no update or timescale?????
