    @alanfergs @SkyHelpTeam Its the problem with entitled people Alan, they think they are the most important people on the planet and treat others like absolute shite. I think its terrible there is only a rating service for the agent, there should also be a rating the agent gives to the customer…

    @alanfergs @SkyHelpTeam The worse that customer’s rating the more money they are charged and if your customer rating is so bad you have your services cancelled for being a bad human.     @SkyUK since the text I got yesterday saying I can now get 5G, my signal both mobile and broadband has been even more appalling than normal! It needs sorting out! I’ve been with sky for years and this signal issue has me seriously considering moving!
