@SkyHelpTeam @skytv Can you please just fix #skyglass, I don't know why I pay so much money to not be able to watch the football on my TV, instead I have to watch it on my phone. Red Button games haven't worked in well over a year now and you still haven't fixed it!!!! Terrible

20+ years a loyal customer of @SkyUK , yet after telling them our box was on its way out and them assuring us it wasn’t - which btw it has now shut down 100% - Sky is telling us there is a 2 week wait before we can get an engineer. Incredulous! #badservice #somuchforloyalty
