    @SkyUK what is going on with your #skytalk service? All 4 lights are green on my fibre hub but when someone tries to call it just says, "it has not been possible to connect your call. Please try again later". Endless issues with the landline since upgrading my contract! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam despite going round and round on the website & app, there appears to be nowhere for me to report the fact that my broadband keeps dropping out every 20mins for last 48hrs which is hugely disruptive for WFH and now I can’t watch TV either. Who can help me resolve pls?

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm sorry I'm having these problems too as I've been having them on & off for a mth & all I'm being told to do is reset & turn the hub on & off but what happens when that no longer works? I'm paying for a full service that I'm not getting & I'm sick of calling the call centre!
