    @SkyHelpTeam customer service is shocking. Internet has dropped 4 times today and I’m told ‘everything is stable’ and basically made out to be a linear. Sorry but I don’t ring you for the fun of it! I’d rather actually get on with my day and my work! #poor

    wouldn't recommend @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ upgraded a week ago and the internet has been absolutely terrible, lagging like crazy, can't view any videos because it's so slow and sluggish, and just keep being recommended to check out the help section which is no help!

    @SkyUK 10 days without workable internet. Was measuring in kbpm! Had 2 engineers out and Sky kept saying nothing wrong. Eventually admitted there was an outage but guess what? No compensation. Now today speeds have halved again. Fed up with Sky.

    @DailyMailUK @SkySports @talkSPORT Graeme Souness is a dinosaur of a pundit. His comments, not just yesterday, but previously on other issues such as Tyrone Mings, are unacceptable and so far out of touch. Time to move him on and bring in some fresh faces.
