@SkyUK Sky Glass does seem good, but ultimately it's the dish that will remain reliable. The only issue with a dish is if the weather is really bad. Of course, you can get a bigger dish and then bad weather is never a problem.

@Jm_Kingy @SkyUK True. I was supposed to be leaving Sky tomorrow after being a loyal customer for over 12 years. Sky decided I should go a day earlier than planned, luckily my new broadband supplier cared enough to get me back online today. I was worried about leaving Sky, not anymore.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve had an email saying I can download the free movie on sky store when I find it, the price is £0 but it says I don’t have enough credit on my sky card?! Never seen that before. Can you offer any help?

@SkyHelpTeam To be fair you're just doing your job, it's me being pissy at the situation and being a smart arse about it. Still kinda pissed at @skytv for how it's being handled and still considering leaving but that's not the social media teams issue.

@andrewfoster101 @MartynSadler Surely more reasonable ticket prices might help? £86 for seats inside of the 30m lines?! I expect many who are already paying for @SkySports subscriptions and monthly extras for apps such as OurLeague and ‘Club’ TV would say that’s unjustifiable.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, i’ve had an engineer out today to install fibre broadband. There’s an issue which means it couldn’t be installed today. You’ve now activated the new broadband and disconnected my old one leaving me with no internet connection. Is there a way to reconnect me?
