@SkyHelpTeam we have an engineer coming to install full fibre broadband. Not our choice, yours. We have no problem with our broadband atm so don't feel the need to change. We have been assured it is free but I don't want to find afterwards that we are to be charged.

@SkyHelpTeam Diamond VIP here. Your customer service is appalling. Have moved home and you've managed to totally **** up the bill. And, I've tried to cancel a SkyQ upgrade three times so far, with no success. "Your bill will be sorted and I'll call you to confirm" you said. Nope
