@SkyHelpTeam I know deco’s don’t play nice with sky q in mesh mode, but I have mine set up in AP mode and I’m still getting stupid slow access speeds to web pages etc… not@al speed tests are good but it takes ages to load a page… any tips? (Sensible ones)

@SkyHelpTeam I have no signal followed everything I need to do to try and resolve this with your automated service, and it said to book an engineer visit so your adviser decides to send me out a new sky box?? Why when it's the signal wire that's the issue.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam been waiting since 21/12 for WiFi & landline to be installed since my mums house move. Every call to the helpline just says please wait until 20/01. An entire month feels shockingly slow.
