    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. Sadly there's an outage in my area tonight from 00:00 - 06:00 am. This wouldn't be a problem for most, but working nightshift from home. It's not good. I'd there anything I can do, or set up to be notified in advance of outages?

    @virginmedia You’re an absolute joke!! Scam even. After all the lies made to me to sign up, then screw me over my cooling off period… now I NEED to have the wifi pods to get any use of this… and I’m only told now that they a for limited registration only! Help @bt_uk, @SkyUK,

    @SkyUK my skyQ voice controller is no longer picking up voice commands, tried new batteries, reset system, everything suggested but still not working. Please advise on what next to do

    @SkyHelpTeam SERIOUSLY!!! 1am and like clockwork the internet just cuts off. Furious doesnt cover it. Switching provider first thing tomorrow. Theres no excuse for this unreliable service. Sky have had too many chances to sort it out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband down yet again. Paying for guaranteed WiFi - service is shocking. Want my refund
