    @jukeyisdead @SkySports And this is the problem with trans community, they want to boil every complex situation around trans issues into simple binary solutions when they rarely are that simple. It's not even if there is such a thing as a 'trans person' because trans accounts for such an array of people

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope no faults. My landline phone handset states check phone line. This has been like this since but we’re messing about with things this morning. Had issues since we moved in and I’m a little sick of it now

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Broadband has gone down, which is a bit crap because every cable & piece of equipment was replaced about 6 months ago (because it didn’t work) and I can’t get a slot for an engineer for 2 weeks. How do I go about getting a refund?

    @SkyHelpTeam Now been waiting 80 minutes and still no reply from the online assistant who was meant to reply 75 minutes ago! All I want to do is cancel my subscription please
