    @SkyHelpTeam hi, internet keeps going down intermittently throughout the day, i get a yellow/amber LED showing on the sky router for about 30 secs & then it goes green & everything start working again, its plugged into the main BT socket & i swapped the filter, several months.

    @SkySports Why can't a men's game be refereed by men? First, female pandits commenting on men's game, now this? I know the current crop of refs is ******* **** and we should retrain willing fmr players as refs but this??? What's the rationale? Is she the best? Or just more ge crap?

    @SkyHelpTeam Nah...tried all that. It's not anything to do with customer end its your service. The fact that it happens part way through the day suggests a concurrency issue on your servers. You did something to fix it yesterday...suggest you use the same resolution now

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have a Virgin box. But we have Sky channels as part of the package. All other sky channels and sky Cinema movies have audio. But not Cabin Fever. It's not a huge deal but just wanted to know of this problem was on my end.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK After another 45 mins chat on Twitter with @SkyHelpTeam, got directed to Sky customer care which had earlier directed me to the Open Reach team who had pointed me back to Sky. Stuck in this endless admin loop! Can I get a call back to resolve this pls?

    @SkyHelpTeam Other people are phoning in and being told line speed is fine and if there was a problem open reach would know. Not a line speed problem...and now its crashed into life again. Somebody rebooted something somewhere!!!
