    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband in ME8 Rainham, Kent area was down yesterday for half of the day, and has just gone down again this morning. That's two days now that I have had to pay for temporary internet access elsewhere.

    @Suzy_Senior @Doodledodds I tried that but it still asks for second email address. Apparently @SkyHelpTeam have decided to cancel their email service with no notice overnight.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried that. Still not working. I have tried to call customer service but it is a 45 minute wait on the phone

    @SkyHelpTeam is there an outage in Lincolnshire? Broadband is very slow, media won’t load. All green lights on router.
