    Honestly, #SkyBroadband is the worst thing I've ever purchased. 3 months wait for them to put a line in outside and now then you get it, it still doesn't work! AVOID! @SkyHelpTeam

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow #MartinLewis should broadband providers be notifying customers of upcoming increase of charges and customer rights? I’ve heard nothing from @SkyUK and concerned there’sa lot of people don’t know. I can see they intend to April but so far no email, letter or account message.

    Seriously @SkyHelpTeam need to sort all the issues out with recordings saying incorrect episode numbers and not stacking. Putting bills up by £9 when I not getting the quality. Contract up in July 🤔

    @bt_uk I've just had my letter drop through the door, telling me my broadband is going up 14.4% to nearly£60 a month-@SkyUK and @VodafoneUK offering same service for half the price,bt do not want to know #btdontcare

    Never understood why Sky TV in particular, when your under contract, can just increase everything.. "just to let you know your monthly payment is going up a casual 10% in a month, EVEN THOUGH WE AGREED A CONTRACT RECENTLY!" @SkyUK #contracts #sky
