    @SkyUK 23yrs Sky VIP customer and won sod all !! And as thousands have stated on here and other forums it's really bloody annoying when internet goes down at midnight most nights !!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Stephanie, the link says there are known outages in my area, and has done since late yesterday. I was wondering if there was any way to get further info and etas on a fix so I make plans. At the moment it seems very vague, but given the length of down time must be serious

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom 1/2 help!! I’m begging. Internet has gone down. The whole road of 14 houses are in the same position as me. I’m told an engineer won’t get here till December 23rd. So we are isolating, working from home and have two young children

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried several ways to contact Sky to ask how much will it cost me per month for Sky TV + Sky Sport +Sky Broadband+ Unlimited landline phone calls... help please is there a phone number so as to speak with a real person
