    @SkyHelpTeam @edwilliams88 We've had no BB connection all day (went off about 4am in Bath, occasionally on for a couple of minutes & then off ) we use Sky connect for the phone calls, so we never had that either, I will be putting in for compensation as promised in our contract. All my eggs in one basket🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s telling us our broadband is fine once we go through the steps, but the orange light is still on and we have no internet, so we don’t have that option. Is there a general service outage in the area, as other people seem to be having the same issue in Lincoln?

    @SkyUK I am a sky customer for years and they are rising my bill every single year and at the moment I pay £32 for essential Internet. I will get rid of them ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam On call for 15mins with an agent and then got cut off, not had a call back yet. Pretty awful.
