@SkyHelpTeam not only do I pay the same price for “Super Fast” broadband, as people that receive 4 times the speed I receive. I also had the displeasure of dealing with a retentions adviser that was ignorant, rude and unbelievably patronising. What a shower of a company! 🤬

@vbrady6 @SkySports @BBCLookNorth I'm so pleased she has been seen by a vet , it's obvious from the footage there was something not quite right with her . I hope she will be reunited with her owner soon , poor girl , some ordeal .

@SkyHelpTeam Yesterday. Yes, and spoken to someone on the phone, they confirmed it’s a local outage. He assured me these issues are fixed quickly but it’s been off since 9am and I work from home. Not impressed, I was with my last provider for 3 years and this never happened.
