    @SkyHelpTeam can’t actually help you, they just ask you to PM them so they can tell you they can’t help you in private. Even when they’ve cut off someone’s sky who has advised them of a bereavement and transferred the details. Horrific.

    @scott_malus @SkyHelpTeam I have had no internet and phone since Boxing Day. I have rung sky nearly every day I have had 4 engineers booked and none showed up. Absolute shambles. Can you help me.

    @SkyHelpTeam I thought I had but went back in to check. The app is now saying there are no problems even though Sky Q box still won't connect and speed is still on 4 mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam Spent 45 mins on hold to your customer service line, finally get through and get asked for my name then your customer service agent hangs up on me! You've taken my direct debit payment despite telling me you can't complete my installation, how do I get this refunded?
