@SkyHelpTeam appalling service from you today. My partner clicked a link which signed up to a18 month package. It was not at all clear this link was the final confirmation stage for agreeing to this and the person we spoke to refused to terminate this despite cool off period

@virginmedia custserv refused to switch my account from TV/Broadband/Phone to Broadband only at £33 (256MBps) as advertised on their website. I had no choice other than cancelling it!!! It is now cancelled. If @virginmedia can help with this -> message me. Otherwise -> @SkyUK

@dazholmes @SkyUK Probably the same with all these companies if you are new customer you get the better deals. If you’ve been loyal you get shafted. Better to cancel your subscription and then sign up again. Certainly true with Virgin. EE putting my mobiles up by 14% and with 4 phones it’s a lot !

@SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous
