@SkyHelpTeam I’m truly appalled by your service. For over 3 weeks my broadband connection has been awful. Despite emails, logging in to sky and following the troubleshooting directions nothing is sorted. You’ve cost me money due having to by more data phone provider! #fuming

@SkyHelpTeam No, why would I do that when they refuse to help, waste my time and hang up on me? My time isn’t worthless. Can you get the engineer here on Monday. I’m not waiting seven weeks for something that was meant to be installed yesterday. Have DM’d my account number so you can sort.
