    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyUK absolute disgrace to be charged call charges of £70 to set up another account with sky in Southern Ireland - loyal customer off over 8 years three accounts and I will be making sure they will NOT be renewed!
