    @SkyHelpTeam Once again broadband is down. Consistent daily issues with internet booting off and on. Got a new router sent out and still having issues, now another outage! Only just joined Sky before Christmas and got the Sky Glass package and I can’t even use my TV cos of these issues!

    It is my strong suspicion that @SkyHelpTeam drop the signal overnight in the how people won’t notice. Will they reduce the monthly fee appropriately? 4th overnight fail in 2 weeks.

    @jenhoughton @SkyHelpTeam Thats because no one wants to deal with your moaning *** and who would blame them. Faults happen and you need an engineer to fix it so get a grip and move on

    @SkyUK funny how you’re promoting your broadband to me and we’ve been without connection since last night with a message at midnight saying that service had be restablished only for it to be not working again this morning.
