    @SkyHelpTeam is there actually a way of contacting sky without spending an age on the phone? My broadband (yet again) is shocking and if I hear someone tell me to switch it off and on again as a solution I will likely scream 🀯

    @SkyHelpTeam That means I lose 19 years of Sky Benefits, and involves you taking my Q boxes (so I lose all the films I’ve paid for) only to replace them - which is utterly ludicrous and environmentally unsound. What exactly is the rationale for such a customer unfocused β€˜business decision’?

    @virginmedia Not since the first conversation earlier. They wanted to offer a bigger package at a slight discount when I wanted to help by reducing their bills in light of the cost of living crisis. They couldn't offer anything below Β£54 a month when @SkyHelpTeam have offers from Β£30-40

    @SkyHelpTeam I gave 21 days notice to leave so at most I owe you is 10 days you are harassing me now for both a full monthly payment plus Β£10 late payment when it’s you I’m waiting for on a final bill !! Your customer service is appalling. Best you contact me or your get nowt..

    @SkyUK Hate this tv wish I’d never brought it constantly freezes cannot delete added programs this tv needs some serious updating bring back Sky Q !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for reply Heather, what is the reason it keeps dropping? I keep restarting it, unplugging.Have a green light,than after few minutes blinking orange light and than no light at all.Its started few day ago. Is it a router issues?
