@SkyHelpTeam there is no broadband available on my router (internet light is orange/amber) and I have tried your testing steps to death. It can’t even connect to my hub as there is no signal. Is there truly no issue in London area per your site? My neighbour is down too

@SkyHelpTeam Oh that'll be good! 5 of us huddling around a tablet to watch the Queen on Xmas day! It's not good enough from @skytv installing boxes with known faults in customers houses and then not doing anything to fix it in a timely fashion.

@271Andy43 @SkySports The rainbow laces are a way of actively showing support for gay people. They are still subjected to discrimination and hatred from some people. Because of that, if someone comes out as gay, I’ll care in as much as I’ll want to support them in staying strong in the face of that.

@SkyHelpTeam can you sort out your customer service. Have a technical issue with an upgrade failing. Waste time on the phone only to be sent a text message. This is not service. Sales lines not interested in helping

@SkyHelpTeam shocking service from sky! Broadband due to be activated yesterday after 14 day wait, not activated and no correspondence from SKY throughout, no Internet as switched from previous provider and was just told by sky rep @BTOpenreach might take 14 days to come out
