    @SkyHelpTeam I know how the technology works. I’m telling you it’s not working like it used to within a home sky Q network. Just like the mini is streamed from the box, the app used to be too - this is no longer the case.

    @GNev2 saying how good the atmosphere is at Spurs v Arsenal on @SkySports. Doesn't sound amazing. Since covid, sky and bt, I'm sure have filtered the crowd noise right down. It's really annoying. Sounds like that fake noise they had as a option with the empty grounds.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I had an email to say my Netflix account was being reduced to the basic package because my SKY HD package was ending. Called up and sorted it but my Netflix is still basic? Can you help please as I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving
