What exactly is the rationale for such a customer unfocused βbusiness decisionβ?

They wanted to offer a bigger package at a slight discount when I wanted to help by reducing their bills in light of the cost of living crisis. They couldn't offer anything below Β£54 a month when @SkyHelpTeam have offers from Β£30-40
