    @SkyHelpTeam So, it’s ok once connected, but disconnects CONSTANTLY, I have to reconnect to do the check, so shows ok, as just reconnected. But drops again, soon after. A connection issue, rather than speed?

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand but I paid what was outstanding and after the balance was settled my bill was amended to make me pay the full balance. This is terrible service and I will be continuing my complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam Lose signal all the time, my mini boxes currently will not work. Only the main box. We tried manually fixing it and nothing happened. Then your team failed to book an engineer to come out so I’ve wasted an day in my house.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well you see we literally done everything to try and solve this issue we received a text from sky regarding the issue to say it was fixated but it still isn’t fixated

    @ShedtoMars @SkyUK Yep, I don't even think a software update will fix the underlying issues - so I'm on a mission to revert to Sky Q.

    Disappointing service or I should say lack of service and contact from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Should never have made the swap! No internet for 10 days and the promised engineer has failed to arrive with no contact or help from anyone at Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, everything is set up correctly and have checked all the help guide. Generally use ethernet for all my devices too. I believe myself to be pretty tech savvy. I feel the problem is outside the property.

    @BetterResearch @SkyUK Are you sending it back, because it sounds bad. I have never bought things like this, when they are launched, because they always have glitches, but I thought this must be a lot better. I am pleased we did not go for one now.
