Adam (@AdamH_Ash) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancelled just this week for the same reason. More than doubled my tv package and broadband and the best they could offer me was £3 off. Horrible to deal with. Their retention team used to be ok now it’s gone down big time!

Oli Williams (@oliwilliams85) reported@SkyHelpTeam you installed fibre at my parents and the landline now works intermittently and it seems to affect their mobile now. They are isolated without these. Can you help?
