    @SkyHelpTeam @Liam_J_Wells I fail to understand why you can’t give an update? Or reply to your messages?? I moved to Sky, from Virgin, back in October. The minute i’m out of contract i shall be moving back. I hope we’re getting refunded for the loss of service too. Not impressed at all

    @SkyHelpTeam hi! The internet has been down since 9pm last night (area is DY2) do you know when it will be back up and running? My sister had a weird phone call from someone saying they were from Sky - she asked my sister to download the “Team Saver” app, what’s all that about?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Internet has been down since 8.30pm last night in Kingswinford. Many in oldbury, sedgley, Kingswinford, wall heath all having the same issue. Can we get an update please?
