    @SkyHelpTeam I am on the phone trying to sort it now. It’s very poor service you have provided, as this is the most painful process possible.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. It then says it can not connect to the hub and to switch of the router and restart it which then fixes it. Wonder if there is a firmware issue given others reporting the same issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Over the last 14 years we have been with you, I repeatedly go through these steps. It is not the wifi, as the modem goes down too.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done all of the troubleshooting if no one has touched the hub then how can this happen? this is definately a Sky issue not a hub issue
