    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Q. My internet signal has at times gone down and when I try to get catch up it comes up that it's no signal to watch it

    We’re always quick to complain, but I’ve just had exemplary service from @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam - 1hr 50mins on the phone to completely reset our whole broadband & Q network. Back to full speed & intelligent grid to fuel #HomeSchooling video classes & video meetings.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s all use ever tell people to do! There’s obviously a problem I’ve seen loads of people on Facebook saying theirs is down Also absolute nightmare for broadband won’t be picking sky again for broadband!!
