    @SkyUK I was working, but now I can't due to being kicked off of the Internet due to it being "down" There is a green light on the left, orange in the middle, and a green on the right of the router. I've restarted it, turned it off, and back on, but nothing seems to want to work

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. My home wifi isn’t working. On the broadband box all the circles are green however whenever I attempt to connect to the wifi it says that the network is unavailable. This happens on all my devices and on my siblings devices as well

    And I’m back on 4g to do something I’ve never had an issue with prior to having this **** broadband put in. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam It’s 2023 - should I have to use 4g 2 meters away from my hub?

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky - any update on the FTTP outage in AB22/23 area - we were told it would be back up and running on the 16th - tbh not holding out a lot of hope and am looking at @CityFibre options
