    @SkyHelpTeam I had to download the HD Version not SD it would not download. We are in a poor speed internet area averaging 15-25 mbps!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no help. You simply cannot switch of parental control when you don’t have a credit card or a credit agreement. I rung 3 times already. I will cancel my Sky.
