    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve got plenty of space on the planner and nothing was due to record so it must be that because it’s now on the sky store, it’s come off my planner! Didn’t know it could do it! Bad that! Was in the middle of watching it! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Please reveiw the webchat from when the service was cancelled. Please review the recording from yesterday's phone call. I was promised twice that I would not be charged for next month and would receive a refund on this bill.
