    Anyone thinking about switching to @SkyUK for internet or upgrading to Fibre think again. Total shambles! We ‘upgraded’ over a month ago and since then we have had about a week total of working connection. Customer service @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp has been shocking.

    @SkyUK absolutely RUBBISH service 🤮 trying to connect for a month now, and I was told I can rebook visit for another 2 weeks 🙃 customer service is useless!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team just letting you know you have a widespread problem with ITV freezing on sky glass. I’ve let you know about this the last couple of days. Some on the forums seemed to think you don’t know. It’s getting worse.
