    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are a joke. I was also a platinum customer, but cancelled this week and told them to stick it. Funny how they came up with better deals as soon as I asked to cancel! Too late, I’m done being robbed.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yep, we have been loyal SKY customers for over 38 years, just cancelled my contract with them, now BT customer, £20.00 cheaper and yes they told us it will go up a few pounds during next 6 months, but happy with that! My tv Sky packages finish next week and 4 mobiles the same

    @SkyHelpTeam Got to say the discussion I've just had with your renewal team was one of the worst experiences I've ever had Kept on dragging things out Being sneaky when quoting prices and failing to disclose total price Avoiding answering simple questions and zero loyalty

    Hi @virginmedia so after a few years with yous it's time to say bye. Rang yesterday about my contract and it was going to jump from £86 to £161. After speaking to someone else they got it to £86.50. A new customer gets a better deal. Looks like I'm going to @SkyUK
