    @DavidCawdrey @SkyHelpTeam @x_Jables_x Sky broadband is down all over many areas in Ireland too. This is clearly not an individual issue. Please let your customers know what is happening. It has been several days now with no Internet at all. We will definitely be shopping elsewhere for broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Lilytas1 It’s very easy to fake an out going number and pretend to be sky or d&g. I get these calls regularly and they want my bank details and card details and as seemingly my current ones are suddenly not working! I tell them I’ll call back myself. Much safer

    For almost 12 hours I’ve been told there’s no problems on the @SkyUK Broadband network by the @SkyHelpTeam.. 12 hours. Only now has this come up on their website. Liars. Don’t use Sky Broadband kids. Get yourself across to BT.

    @shivpatel94 @SkyHelpTeam That is awful - they claim to have a Sky VIP service which includes a ‘dedicated’ team for ‘gold’ members. @SkyHelpTeam is there even a difference between gold and bronze?! What a bunch of money grabbers. We changed from Sky to BT - I would recommend!
