@gazsc @SkyUK @virginmedia I was with talktalk for years no problem then sky offered us sky q on too good to be true deal. Now every night around 9pm have to reset router as it says no connection. Also our dog cameras and CCTV was on the 2.8 MHz ( I think that’s right ) sky is 5mhz so nothing worked after

@SkyHelpTeam No - but it was never a problem previously. It’s not a phone issue. The phone had very strong reception prior to “upgrading”. Not so much anymore.

@SkySports The ref did get a couple of decisions wrong. The free kick for Lpools equaliser wasn't and he also let them take the kick 5 yds further back from the incident giving them a better chance of scoring. Also the free kick at the end wasn't a foul.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems to have fixed for the time being. But even running through the help page above the service can be really intermittent at times. The test state's all is well but download speeds can reflect otherwise sometimes.

@SkyHelpTeam @skyuk yes it tell me everything is okay basically and also when I check on my devices what signal strength is for them they all say *Network Connection good and sometimes flickers between Excellent* infact I'm Stood in the kitchen right now next door to the lounge and no wifi

@GNev2 @SkySports don't you think its in extremely poor taste to compare Man Utd to a Train off the Track so close after last week's horrific Train Collision in Salisbury? Or doesnt lives in small cities matter? I am sure your words will be very upsetting to the affected families

@SkyHelpTeam so internet in TW11 has been down for over 8 hours on a Monday and the only update all day is the one line you posted at 1032. Any chance we get something more or should we just guess what’s happening??? #customerservice #sogladipayforthis
