    @SkyHelpTeam Waited for 4 wks for the engineer to come & install SKY Q for my dad who is 82 years old & hard of hearing. Engineer came ,couldn’t fit the cable as they would have to drill inside said we had an old Sky dish & offered no solution. Very upset,payment taken weeks ago

    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband has been shocking here for days now. Disconnects every five minutes and your troubleshooting doesn’t see that there is a problem. Can’t wait to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam evening guys, my sky go isn’t working as it was and I believe it’s to do with a phone call my partner had with you guys today where we amended our package. We were led to believe that what was agreed would match our old package. Please could you help with this?

    You’re the worst @SkyUK. You sucker me into a new contract on the latest package citing ‘savings’, only to then hear you’re increasing your prices in a few months anyway. After nearly 20 years I’m utterly sick of it. That’s the last time, I can promise you that much at least.
