@SkyHelpTeam To be honest, I’ve spent enough time trying to get some info out of sky today, time I won’t get back, and as usual it’s just a bit of a headache. As it seems you misdiagnosed the issue this morning, you’d think Sky would double check the line.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but the issue the signal strength from the HUB through my home is too weak. I have no problem with the internet speed. The hub just isn’t powerful enough to provide a good connection.
