Has anyone else had issues with @NetflixUK on @SkyHelpTeam? When opening the app and selecting a PIN locked profile it gets stuck there. Workaround is to select a random programme direct from the planner then enter PIN. Weird

@MrDarrenFox @SkySports I’m fine, just hate the bullshit, Crawley had their best ever result at the weekend and the headline was about a Z lister knocking them out. Shame on Crawley for this sorry state. Must need the cash!! He’s not a bad player but **** me I’d probably still make it at 46!!

@SkyHelpTeam I cannot view subtitles when viewing downloaded content. It happens with multiple channels and I have to use 3rd party apps to get subs. The content has subs when viewed live or recorded but not when downloaded, even when it says they are on. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently it's an outside problem, a member of bt has been out but hasn't worked. But now we've lost the Internet, loss of data, loss of games consoles, and loss of q-box, 3 days already and won't be fixed until at least Monday

A week of home schooling done no thanks to @SkyBroadband @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam it would be lovely to have some help resolving our inadequate WiFi - which doesn’t cover all the rooms in the house. Your bold promise. Do you ever answer your phones?
