    @SkyUK 7 times in the last 2 weeks I’ve attempted to order a sky glass tv wasting over 2.5 hours on the phone and STILL the order doesn’t complete with zero explanation??? Any chance you might pull your finger out or shall I just go ahead and cancel my account? #jokers

    @SkyHelpTeam tried 4 times to cancel our subscription today and get cut off, training, can’t help with this enquiry at this time and systems are down. If I wanted to upgrade call was answered immediately!!! Still not resolved

    On the 4/9 will be 2 months since I place an order with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband and still no connection due to @OpenreachHelp cabinet capacity issues this is the same as @virginmedia meaning I haven't a way of getting a broadband connection in Greater London anymore. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Any channel , for example when I was watching news on C4 / BBC they kept appearing especially when I switch the tv for the first time so I cancel them, the repeatedly come for the 1/2 hr or so. Now am watching BBC iplayer and want them and can’t get them!
