    @SkyHelpTeam on holiday and can’t use phone ,sky helpline no help been through the online help and have spoken to help on another phone still no help . What a joke guess il be going back to O2 as never had an issue with them .

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been down for over 3 hours now. No TV as have Sky Glass but more importantly I haven’t been able to work and I have COVID so can’t work elsewhere! What is causing the issue and what is the approximate timescale for a fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam I do need to speak to someone. I am having issues every few days. It is a terrible service. It stops me working from home. To top it off your customer service is shocking.
