    @SkyHelpTeam Answer these 3 questions first: 1. Do you charge a £50 ‘admin’ fee for each puck? 2. Is that non refundable if you cancel? 3. Does that break distance selling regs? Not going private as public deserve to know

    @virginmedia you need to sort your services out. Bought and paid for the #furyvswhyte fight and your app isn’t loading nothing. Just a blank screen! And your customer services won’t help with any issues either! Looks like I’ll be moving over to @SkyUK

    Absolutely disgusting service by @skytv @SkyHelpTeam after 10 years plus as a customer. Called to cancel. They can’t and will call me back in two weeks because she’s on Annual leave and no one else can call me back. Absolute farce. Have to call again on Monday and go again!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well other than my weekend of @SkySportsF1 viewing being ruined. Expected Sky Glass service to end on Tuesday, not today, half way through the sprint race. Gutted.
