    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have the same problem as many others cannot connect to work network via VPN getting ‘unsuccessful domain name resolution’ what is eta for this to be fixed ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Several websites I've tried to access via Sky internet this morning aren't working: Barclays, University of East Anglia, and First Direct. All work fine using mobile data though, so likely an issue at your end I think?

    @jen__bowes @SkyHelpTeam Oh that's annoying! I'm on Lebara (they use Vodafone's infrastructure) which can access those sites fine, so it must be a Sky issue affecting all of their internet/mobile traffic.

    @SkyHelpTeam people UK wide are having massive problems connecting to multiple websites and VPN. I can access these pages fine if I swap to my mobile broadband..........

    @SkyHelpTeam Any estimate on how long the UK DNS issue will take to fix. Working from home is pretty much impossible today?

    @SkyHelpTeam All IONOS hosted websites won’t load if you are on sky. Sky any idea on an eta to fix? Been like this since 5am

    @SkyHelpTeam there seems to be issues related to connecting to a VPN today. Is this a known issue, and if so is there an ETA on repair?

    @SkyHelpTeam @MD11UK line test is fine and access to many websites works. but no access to my host fasthosts and therefore no email or website access. this is obviously not a problem with my router or equipment here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of any DNS issues at the moment as it seems that certain sites are not opening when using my Sky BB but can if I use a different provider
