    @SkyHelpTeam Offline self-heal was saying the hub was the issue the past 15 hrs when it was clearly the DNS. Also, no automated message on 150 until late morning, so all of us wasting hrs trying to fix s/thing unfixable & getting misleading on screen messages.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I live rurally with no mobile data signal and rely on wifi but my internet connection has been terrible since a switch to 'superfast' fibre. Organising a funeral is traumatic enough without wifi dropping out all the time (despite engineer). Please advise.

    Any chance @SkyHelpTeam will actually help anyone? #internetdown and has been for ages….. how about a timeframe for it being up and running? How you going to compensate customers? Can I cancel my contract as it’s clearly not fit for purpose?
