    @jammierooroo @SkyUK yes same as my elderly neighbour because he doesn’t have an email address they charge him a further 30£ extra a month and still can’t get his new sky box and recording woking properly .. rang back and no one could help him solve this .. disgusting service for the elderly 😡

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I work for a finance firm and, despite not being customer facing, I have regular training on vulnerable customer management. Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @skytv phoned my disabled BiL who lives alone and takes him to upgrading Netflix to 4 accounts, and take up sky sports (he never even watch sports). We never found out until after he died and we saw the bills. This cold calling should stop.

    @skyuk continued to take money out my account without service, said they will refund . Until today nothing. No calls. Every time I call, they say the other person agreed to terms that’s incorrect.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I am going to terminate my contract with them . They make it so hard to do this online whereas naje it v easy to add products . Cruel company

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Good for you! That’s Sky for you! I no longer have Sky only use their broadband because their bills are extortionate. No value for money. Awful. BT are also the same treat their elderly and vulnerable customers badly.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports - Redknapp - never managed. Neville - failed as a manager. Keane - one good season. Richards - never managed. Carragher - never managed. Yet all presented as experts. FFS.
