@SkyHelpTeam Thank you I have raised a formal complaint KMM53434767V31452L0KM as quite shocking. I subsequently called and found a super helpful customer care advisor who helped me reset my router and update software - however the first operator just hanging up on me is simply ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, wondering if you can help. My mother was supposed to have someone come today to install a new Sky box and realign the aerial. No one has shown up, and attempts to call and talk to someone have failed. Can you help?

@GaryLineker Why not have constant time outs and special teams as well .......extra advertisement times for @btsport and @SkySports Gary they have become part of the problem. CL used to be on itv or did you forget that in search of the coin? It’s already elitist in society against poorer fans

Super impressed with my new @SkyUK service already! The interface on the hub is amazing, so many extra features than @virginmedia plus I can access my account thru my box and get through to support in 10 mins not 2 hours. Cheaper package with more channels and apps included. yay.

Does anybody know a good contact number for high level customer service managers @skyuk ?5 months of no/intermittent phone & broadband service, 27hrs on the phone, 9 failed promises of manager call backs, zero accountability for my issue yet collected £698 in DD’s in that time
