    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my grandad is currently having an issue with his phone line it is constantly ringing and has a rapid dial tone. I'm unable to receive calls or call out, which is important due to the use of a tunstall lifeline. The account holder is away and unreachable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep have had no signal for the last 4 days now! Like I have posted in my previous tweets there is upgrades going on and it should be fine by the 12th of may, but that is a long time with no signal…….

    @SkyHelpTeam Cause now confirmed locally and the fix looks like it will take about 2 weeks. Do we get refunded automatically for the break in service?

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Glad to see I'm not the only person sky has done this too. 4mths ago I cancelled packages so would be cheaper but now it's more expensive than ever the kick in the whatsits is I can't cancel anything more 2 lower monthly bill can't cancel either without being charged for 12mth

    @SkyHelpTeam xbox app not working, only shows sky news. Been like it alll day, F1 coming up....please fix
