    @SkyUK your customer service has become awful over the years. It's impossible to resolve an issues or get someone to call you back. When is this going to be addressed?

    Has anyone else been having really bad customer service from @SkyUK in the last few months? They’ve given me mixed information, false advertisement on their products and their specialists aren’t helpful at all. My Dads had issues recently too - wrong info, no applying deals etc.
