    @SkyUK any reason its impossible to talk to someone over the phone about a payment when you try charging my parents more than you told them they have to pay, then restricting service making it even harder to talk to a real human?

    @SkyHelpTeam help! My Sky Q box keeps getting stuck on standby so if I’m not home to switch it on, it doesn’t record stuff. I’ve tried doing a manual update but that hasn’t helped. I’m sure there was another fix last time this happened?
