    @vickycarmichael @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam That’s absolutely appalling Victoria. Open Reach are awful and will blame it all on Covid and not their total incompetence. Try writing the their MD. xx

    @SkyHelpTeam Just comes up with ' A error has occurred, please try again later, it's only started doing it the past few weeks on certain channels, but then other times they will play no problem, getting very annoyed with it now tbh

    @SkyHelpTeam The guy on the phone told me to put the router on a wooden box and that should fix things. He's away on holiday tomorrow and Wednesday but will text me on Thursday with an update. lol

    @SkyHelpTeam @cjmefmer The outages are showing on here but I was told by sky tech team there’s an exchange fault logged at 12:55 today for Holywell & Mostyn but it’s also impacting Flint. Our streets had no service since 1pm!
