    @smithy_jack1 @SkyHelpTeam You’re not kidding! I can’t keep talking to their customer service bots! I know I have to ring up! We do on a daily basis and just get lied to. Unsure what to do at this point because they are treating us so awfully! Aghhhhhhh! Awful!
