    Broadband back on. wasn't an isolated issue seeing as the whole area went out, not just sky customers. Why we weren't told this when others in the area were?! Or was it to get me to spend money on getting someone out to 'fix' it?? @SkyUK switching when the contract ends!

    @SkyUK I’m disappointed in your customer service. Appalling to find out that you want my unwell parents to pay for an incorrect phone bill. Bill came up to over £100+. Please can someone from your customer service look into this!
