    @samsaysmusic @SkyHelpTeam Again sounds like you’ve done no real troubleshooting to get the bottom of the issue. Unplugged and disconnect everything and just connect your device either over WIFI or directly to the router without the switch. You will see speeds near to 900

    @SkyHelpTeam no message other than incorrect password and username yet reset password is not working and u dont get a reset email as well. cant log in via web or sky app. 100% i have the correct email and password also before u ask

    @SkyUK wtf is this broadband service 🤬 I was looking forward all day to watch singham and when I get 10mins into the ******* movie the wifi decided to say **** you no Singham tonight and cut out i reset it and got back into bed and cut out again sort it out u bunch of *****.
