@virginmedia Your entire offering is awful. Breakdowns, WiFi signal is often poor, your TV system is weird, your customer services are woeful. I was an @SkyUK customer for 20+ years. I can't wait to go back. 14 months of your abject failure to go. Thanks though

@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Glass is not adding the F1 races into my playlist, it does most things but takes days for them to show! At this moment the saudi GP is still not in my playlist. I work most weekends so this isnt ideal and looking online this is a big issue! What is happening?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have already done this and had a new sim card but there isn't any difference. I have even spoken to other people that are with Sky mobile and they say the same as I do. I will see how my phone signal is when get home without the WiFi on and see if it's just as bad
