    @SkyHelpTeam Yes which is why I was told to have a booster box upstairs where my office is despite having 2 multiroom boxes upstairs that are supposed to be “hotspots” I dont even use wifi on my phone in the house now because its so ****, honestly I just need to change

    @SkyHelpTeam despite the broadband check saying everything is fine, the internet doesn’t connect to every website and is impacting our ability to WFH. Can someone help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, I know. Engineer has been out to "fix" the issue for 7 days but we are not really getting anywhere are we?! Look at original message, nobody has actually checked if the issue is with the phone line installation that is hanging by a thread on my window sill.

    @XboxMjh @lollujo @SkyHelpTeam Unless the newer ones have changed the wireless boosters are just repeaters, repeaters reduce the whole WiFi throughput as they need one of the pairs of antenna pairs be exclusively reserved for backhaul. And the Sky Q boxes don’t even connect via that network that it’s boosting

    @SkyHelpTeam Screen is blue and at the top it just says "There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later. For help press ?" Been like this since 8:30 last night

    @joelycett @SkyUK @CrapBroadband My Sky broadband continually drops and doesn't reach all rooms. There's some "engineer" page they keep showing me to "prove" its fine but all tests i do show there is a problem.
