    @SkyUK Why is your "Phone network" so rubbish?? I have 4 mobile phones in contract with you, and nothing but problems, from "Network Failure", "SMS text problems"! @virginmedia Can you guys help with a better service?? As I've had enough of rubbish mobile phone service!

    @CanaryEllis @SkyHelpTeam Did you ever sort this? Got the exact same problem even with a brand new replaced box (by engineer). Have turned off the eco settings and still does it every 5 or 6 hours!
