    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet has gone down yet again which isn’t a surprise but it’s very annoying as we need it for work. This seems like a nation wide problem you have that you are going to want to fix because you could be losing a few customers here

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @SkyHelpTeam after having phoned many times about not being able to use sky tv for months because we had to wait for an engineer to come out and then upgrading to the best broadband apparently, we still have no refund or credit and now have broadband because it’s down.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any idea on how long it will take to fix? Still no broadband - that’s 3 hours now, this is my first month as a sky customer after intermittent virgin media broadband! Not much fun whilst self isolating in a tier 4 area.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you share an ETA for a fix? I am afraid the heating wouldn't work too without the broadband and its freezing!

    @jcarlyon @SkyHelpTeam I'm also on sky and my speed is NEVER that high, think we get about 9Mbps max download :/
