@SkyHelpTeam I can’t believe how you treat loyal customers. You’ve hiked your bills up so much that they’re no longer affordable - the only solution is to downgrade the package but want a huge fee to do it but won’t let me spread the cost!

@SkyHelpTeam But you aren’t directing me to where I can get further support. You keep directing back to a team who aren’t currently giving me any support. To get “further support” would require escalation, which by your own admission you are incapable of doing.

@SkyUK Can I point out how utterly woeful the support is from sky, multi room is not working on sky stream, using the laughable chatbot is a lesson in ineptitude and then a 30 min wait for call to be answered (this is after 2 hours last night). Utterly shambolic.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping at various points today, I have reset the router and ran the sky app tests it says no issues everytime! Your help desk is not open. I need broadband to be able to do my job

@SkyHelpTeam You are advertising Formula 1 in UHD. Currently only the 1st hour of the race is on the Main Event UHD channel before the Liv v Man U game. Please ensure the ‘select’ button Ultra HD channel is created for the Formula one. Another false advertisement issue!
