    @SkyHelpTeam Test result say ok but even when a foot away from the hub doesn’t work. Going to cancel my direct debit have to watch Netflix through tv app mini boxes never work. Been with sky for over 15 years, but now a poor service that never works.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband been on and off for the last couple of days ( currently off! ). when it is on not even getting half of the speed I’m supposed to. What’s the problem?
