    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing from the engineer who was supposed to have been booked this morning and your call centre has no notes re any work so can only book another engineer for tomorrow. Absolutely appalling service. Who can I complain to? No internet or phone for three days now. Unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop palming off issues. I’ve already done all the steps and spoken to the support team numerous times; fix the fundamental problem which is the service

    @SkyHelpTeam No not at the minute because I reset the thing every 2 days. It says on the mini boxes can’t watch tv due to connectivity issue. Then main box in living room crashes. It’s crap. Thinking of getting rid

    @SkyUK if anyone thinking of getting a phone with sky dont bother if you send it in for repair while under warranty they will send it back with a completely different issue and tell you it's not covered and will want £900 to repair it

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, first tv install 9th Feb was a failed job as engineer needed access to property. It was rescheduled to 1st April but just got a txt saying still only external works can be completed. How do I cancel the slot/reschedule? No point in someone coming out again.
