@SkyUK my wife was not able to do her job today helping people on 119 COVID test booking support calls because you’re broadband was down most of the day. Hope you sort it soon.

Lovely evening working from home ... Oh wait that didn't happen, I have @SkyHelpTeam wifi, please be more upfront with us about what's going on, only takes a BT search to find out there's an issue when the sky website says everything's dandy

@dave_n84 @SkyHelpTeam You are lucky. I am on SKY's superfast broadband with a rated top speed of up to 60mbs but I get less than a quarter of that - I have never achieved more than 14mbs on all the speed checks I have carried out over past 15 months.

@bencooney3d @SkyHelpTeam It is not that people think the poorly qualified peeps behind @SkyHelpTeam are fixing broadband issues, it is the formulaic responses that people object to. When there clearly are problems would it be too much to change the good night tweet to let peeps know they give a damn??
