So @SkyHelpTeam came to install sky today at my house as a new customer, yet they’re not allowed in the house.... so why did they book me in? Oh, BT are here now to install the broadband... and they can come in, and finished the job.

@SkyHelpTeam Connection seems to be ok now, I spoke to someone in Customer Services who said there wasn’t an issue but my local FB group page has a lot of people raising the same issue so clearly there was an outage!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK why when you ring sky can you not get through to anyone! 4 days without broadband. Paying for a service we can’t use. Can’t homeschool.Can someone please get back to me as this is quite frankly ridiculous now.

@SkyHelpTeam please answer this? My broadband speed is over 100mbps and that's distributed across the devices connected to the router? I've switched off every device connected other than my phone! Yet my internet is still running slow, I've turn the route on and off also?
