@SkyHelpTeam It's been 24hrs as of now and could be another 48hrs. If I don't hear about auto compensation I'll get in touch. I'm getting 2gb mobile data but it's not great. Hundreds of people up here are effected over all the networks, big outage

@SkyHelpTeam still really slow internet speeds, have been below guaranteed speed for longer than the last 14 days, Openreach should have been out this week but still not better yet and no update. How do I get an update and a refund or something extra for this inconvenience please

Got a call from @SkyUK today, finally after trying to contact them for a month now. Advised to call back as was in a bad signaled area. Let down of course!
