    @SkyHelpTeam I have sky HD and uhd on my package but my sky q box is old and doesn't support uhd how do I get a new one?

    @ameskidoodle @SkyUK I'd contact the ombudsman, i had to for BT and got a few months refunded and a couple free months, plus the problem fixed although that part won't bother you!

    @SkyHelpTeam tested it and it said ‘your broadband has been tested and is working fine’ or whatever but it’s STILL NOT WORKING
