    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah we have tried everything from the help pages and forums but the router is on and shows wireless but no Internet it was fine befor 11 so not sure 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. The connection cut out on multiple occasions yesterday and today is even worst. I’ve followed all the steps in the link you’ve sent and the issue is still occurring. What’s the next step please?

    @SkyHelpTeam no Internet or Talk in CR0 area since yesterday afternoon. Service update show this is an issue in my area and will take a couple of hours. Any idea what the timescale is currently?

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam I'm looking elsewhere, i live in the middle of London and i've given up,the level of bad service and disrespect i've had as a customer is mindboggling,i've even had one of their engineers call me a liar saying that Sky could n't fitted the original dish even though i was present.

    Hello @SkyUK Can you tell me if there is an issue in the Chester area? I have run the Test Connection service online and it says no issues but we are getting only 2mb/s speed on WiFi. This improves slightly when using a cable to connect to hub but not by much.
