    Hi @SkyHelpTeam is there an issues with internet I should know about in NP4? For the last week or 2 I’ve had fluctuating speed between 3 and 30mbps & sometimes it just drops out totally. Thank you 👍

    @virginmedia Your entire offering is awful. Breakdowns, WiFi signal is often poor, your TV system is weird, your customer services are woeful. I was an @SkyUK customer for 20+ years. I can't wait to go back. 14 months of your abject failure to go. Thanks though

    Just had a phone call from someone saying they were from @SkyUK and wanting to save me some money on my bill. He asked for a password - now as I’m sure I’ve never set up any kind of password he was dispatched promptly!

    @SkyHelpTeam got a letter from sky about a refund , and its a £6 call with a wait time if 30 min, is this a scam ? its a unexceptiable price to pay for a help call

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said in the tweet above, I have used your line check and it sends me around in circles. It says there is a fault on my line and to check the service checker, the service checker says there is no issues in area. Can you please give me an update on when this will be fixed.
