    @SkyHelpTeam @bessieboo23 Here you are saying it is Openreach. To others it is ‘our engineers’. Is it Sky engineers or Openreach engineers? If it is Openreach, why is it just Sky that is down and not other Openreach providers?

    @SkyHelpTeam @LisaMorg22 But surely you can give regular updates? Pretty sure someone at Sky must know if this is a quick fix/longer job & what’s the cause? Pretty major outage to be fair & zero information. Many people wfh today severely affected by this

    @virginmedia Its not as soon as possible it clearly states in the English language that they will be starting work on the 3rd, that is not ASAP. @SkyUK Help me.
