  @SkyHelpTeam just had the worst "customer service" call EVER from a guy in your call centre!He was rude, unhelpful, uninterested.Could go on but not enough space!My problem hasn't been resolved & when main suggestion was for me to "take a day off work" I think that says it all!

  @SkyHelpTeam I will try phoning I tried on line no offer like this in SKY VIP I agree with what a lot of loyal customers are saying I have never seen one decent offer on SKY VIP its a con. Sky have only retained my custom cos of MUTV had they not had MUTV I probably would have left years ago.

  @SkyUK your customer service is awful, unable to get my refund from your care team. Charging me for multi room for year when never had it. Also charging for calls that hve not been answered gone to vm. Sort it plz...time to leave after 12years I guess
