    @SkyHelpTeam I've already rung once today. I was told I would recieve a text when the problem was resolved but I haven't received anything. I'm getting frustrated that I have to keep ringing up to solve an issue that should've been over a month ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam No offence but it’s been off since at least 3am and all your website says is that there is an issue in Norwich but stuck in shielding with no internet other than barely any data in my mobile is not on anymore, two months I’ve used all my data and had to buy more!

    @SkyHelpTeam internet down since last night , unable to work. Known issue (Norwich) I understand but any indication of how long will take to be resolved . My boss is keen to know ! Used to be with BT and never had single outage . Looking forward to end of contract to switch !

    @SkyUK Is there any hope of getting this internet fix sorted in the OL8 2SD area sometime soon? Have any engineers even bothered to start a fix? Absolute rubbish customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you get some info as to what is the cause please ? That way a rough estimate of when it will be fixed might be possible ? I would hope someone must know why it is down ?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there something wrong with the you tube app. it's not streaming any videos.main page comes on but when go into any videos it goes blank.have tried everything under your help page and what I can find out on the web but nothing is working at all so can u help pls?
