    @SkyHelpTeam when I make a call outbound, it tells me “the number doesn’t exist.” Looks like thousands of others are having the same issue. What is going on and when will it be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam To many issues. I spoke to an advisor a couple of weeks ago who assured my the issue was being escalated, obviously nobody has bothered getting back to me, and the issues are persisting. This untimely outage is unpredictable but added to all my issues is the final straw.!!!!!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam still nothing. This is honestly shocking! I cannot continue with a service that doesn’t work or give you any help or support when you require it. I will be cancelling my direct debit with you as I cannot find anywhere to cancel the contract.
