@SkyUK No broadband since Friday, that’s 5 days!!!! And nothing has been fixed, it’s an external fault and therefore managed by @WeAreOpenreach engineers have tried to fix it but its still NOT WORKING! The kids are climbing the walls, we can’t work from home, Please FIX this!

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@SkyHelpTeam Look at ways to improve wifi connections conveniently once again pointed in the direction of boost package. There is nothing wrong with my home set up, it’s been the same for 3+ years, things don’t fail for no reason out of the blue

@SkyHelpTeam It's not like I want to discuss anything sensitive ie bank details. This is the 3rd skyQ box I've had since last Sept! I've only had this one since Dec! Why should I have to jump through hoops for your inferior product? I'm paying a fortune for this poor service. I'm appalled!
