    @SkyHelpTeam could you help me with broadband installation delays? Ordered 16th June, still waiting for openresch to make the final connection. I have to chase this multiple times a week and no progress seems to be being made

    @SkyHelpTeam They have failed to make a payment, they then paid via the sky box and set up a direct debit, but the Q box hasn't updated and when we call it asks us to set up a payment again. We need a call to help. So they don't pay twice.

    Once again we have to put up with terrible coverage of actual golf from @SkySports @SkySportsGolf. 70 players out there, saw about 6 of them. Missing out shots from leaders for swing analysis and interviews from people not in contention. #bringbackthebbc #openchampionship #Open

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I managed to reset their password, small miracle in itself and sort. But it was frustrating that there was no option to talk to a adviser and they were blocked out of any help. They are useless with all tech, emails etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to someone today who said 'chase again Monday and we will probably cancel the order and start again'. Seems mad to me that Im still waiting
