    @SkyHelpTeam That's not the overriding issue. Its the Top Picks...until they do not reappear all Top Picks have no image and fail to download. I have no access to back catalogue of shows too.

    @SkyHelpTeam had terrible broadband service this week in Southampton. What’s the issue? Not happy at all. It’s so unreliable.
