    @SkyHelpTeam What should I do as my Sky Q box is getting worse, I now nearly every other day need to reset it, its failing recordings due to ‘software issue’ I know I only hire the q box, how do I change it?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried calling before and because your help numbers aren’t free I had £15 on my phone bill that you refused to compensate. Live chat can’t even be found on the app or the website. For a communications company, it’s a bit of a joke don’t you think?
