    @SkyUK I really need some assistance with my new phone purchase. So far I have been passed from pillar to post by your customer team. How can I resolve, I have spoke to 6 advisors so far and had no success

    @SkyUK Your customer service used to be excellent. Now it is a nightmare: 4 months + to get Sky TV and broadband working. More than 10 phone calls. Probably 6+ hours and counting on the phone. Mistakes and incompetence at every turn. How do you run a business like this?
