    @SkyHelpTeam I just did and same issue. It’s usually all or nothing but can’t for the life of me work out why smart TVs and sky boxes not connecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Called to renew my expiring TV & Broadband told it will cost £17 more per month for the same! Platinum VIP never did reward anything! Looks like @bt_uk @BTGroup will be new provider #CustomerService
