    gotta love calling @SkyUK about an outage only to be told i can’t find out if there’s an outage unless my name is on the bill even though im asking about the postcode and not an address. they then refuse to transfer me to anyone higher up or give me any reference number for the call. 🙃

    @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam 100% this, the game I watched early in the second half kept jumping back to the first half! Constant buffering and poor quality @SkyHelpTeam
