@SkyHelpTeam After months of phonecalls reiterating the issue, an engineer finally came out - replaced some cables (which haven't made a difference) and advised us to get Fibre. We agreed on the assumption it would help the issue he was there to solve, connectivity.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all this..and spoken to customer service this morning. There is o ly an update from 30 Nov which is both incorrect and out of date. Sky can offer precisely ZERO help just blame @OpenreachHelp ..which is why I've emailled both CEO

@SkyHelpTeam I’d swap my SkyQ back to this straight away. SkyQ is awful, TV guide is a joke now. One set of recordings for the whole family. Is it possible to go back to Sky HD as I preferred it?

A year ago, @robkey612 was crying about the pitch, when IND won by 10 wickets and @akshar2026 got 11 wickets. He gave a definition on @SkySports that a pitch is poor when it does not allow even contest between bat and ball. Where ******** was he yesterday? #ENGvPAK

As if moving house without a car isn't stressful enough ..the utter ineptitude of @OpenreachHelp and @SkyUK is astounding. How difficult is it to reconnect a service that was there the day before ? Emails to both CEO with "please do better" sent . Let's see if either read..

@SkyHelpTeam Why is my data being used so quickly? I added an extra 1GB from my rollover only 2 days ago, yet it’s nearly all gone? I’ve been connected to Wi-fi all the time and there is no valid reason why it should be going down this quickly!
