    @SkyHelpTeam hi getting constant unknown silent calls and can’t activate talk shield as link not working... how can we sort?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had 9 calls this morning between 0742 and 0950 all from different numbers claiming to be be from Sky (the scam to 'fix my broadband problems'). Had 7 similar calls yesterday. Is Talk Shield the only way to fix this? How do I set up?

    @Kieran_hunt_007 @libs7350 @SkySports Just because you do fine doesn't mean others do. When our hard working nurses have to choose between feeding their kids or heating homes then it's clear there are problems. A simple search of the increase in nos of people using food banks over the last 12 yrs is proof of this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate you can’t help, but surely someone can connect me with someone who can. It is objectively not good enough to be 2 months down the road and the support team are still at the stage of telling me the app is fine surely?

    @SkyHelpTeam So where does this leave me? You are saying there is no issue, but my self and other people on the street are saying these is an issue, all starting on Sunday.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s all well and good. But this back and forth by email has been going on for two months. The team that sky have told me to contact are not being helpful. How can I escalate this, or at least speak to someone who wants to help?

    @SkyHelpTeam So it’s acceptable to get 1.2mbs over your super fast service and 37.46 mbs over 4g is it and signal not reaching security cameras! download speed to my iPhone with netgear router via Virgin is 160mbs.... Sky promised me a better broadband service! This is unbelievably worse!
