@SkyHelpTeam internet has been down in the Bath and Northeast Somerset area since yesterday at 2pm. Many customers reporting problems online, yet no updates from sky at all. Your website claims there are no problems in the area, yet there is very obviously a wide spread problem.

@Lochsong6 @Kadswan @SkySports I'm not saying they're perfect, far from it, but there's a reason no ex-pro goes on to being a Ref, yet they love to comment that Refs don't understand the game etc. Yet no ex-Pro becomes a Ref. Why? Because of the **** they get from players 22 vociferous players vs 4 officials

Been with @SkyUK over 8 years, one time I need their customer service, they have been disappointed at the way I have been treated! Also Offcom can be used as red tape and a brick wall, and they @offcom should start looking at their procedures. #outofpocket #awfulcustomerservice

Getting divorced. Just moved house. Ported a mortgage. Switched about a dozen subscriptions/council tax/utilities. Most difficult thing I’ve had to do though? Deal with @SkyUK. Atrocious service. Customer for 5 years and can’t cancel a TV contract for the sake of 5 months.

@SkyHelpTeam @DeniseMcDonnel1 Given the scale of world issues this is nonsense but so 😤 frustrating - ITV Hub does NOT & NEVER will work. Other streaming services can manage to deliver a quality service, so why with all your advert income can you not design a HUB which is fit for purpose? Avoid at all costs.

@AbsoluteChelsea @SkySports Every season Chelsea start well, then fade slightly in November, December, January, then pick up form from February and scrap out points in April & May to make top four! The management really need to sort out why this problem has been a continuum.
