    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have the same problem as many others cannot connect to work network via VPN getting ‘unsuccessful domain name resolution’ what is eta for this to be fixed ?

    @SkyHelpTeam seems like there is a nationwide issue connecting to vpns via the sky network, can this be looked into as unable to log on.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is a DNS lookup problem affecting sky. Hopefully somebody is working on this as I can't connect to work atm!

    @SkyHelpTeam Your service is so bad. Constant issues, I can't connect to my work's VPN and I'm working from home so this is unacceptable. Swear no other internet provider has these problems.
