    @SkyHelpTeam i cant get through and when i do i get cut off it seems like you dont care as long as you sign up at the moment i cant even watch bbc i player because of the **** internet and to think i was going to get sky tv i must be mad

    @SkyHelpTeam yes i`ve done all the steps many times over and still no difference i`m paying for the top package available and it`s shockingly terrible the booster only works when it feels like it unless this is changed then i`m going to cancel i have course work that i cant complete

    @SkyHelpTeam Check network connectivity and Sky Q minibox connections. They all appear fine. However I believe it’s an issue with my aerial as the standard TV is the same and intermittent. How can I book an engineer as a Sky Q customer. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam The line is tested and seems to be ok. The problem still continues . The Internet is dropping out all the time. Its very frustrating and leading me to maybe look at changing providers considering the speed we get is nowhere near what is advertised.
