@SkyHelpTeam Its completely disgraceful that when customers shell out £100s for your service a year, if there's a fault with your service- you actually expect people to pay extra to you- for your engineers to come to fix a fault with your service! There should be 2 free engineer visits a year

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I was interested in sky football for 1 month only, my team play on 17th Feb and 13th March (if we win 17th Feb) I see you can get sky football for £18 pm, on 31 rolling contract on my sky online account, but how do I cancel the same?

@SkyHelpTeam Well you lot screwed me right over I cancelled my disconnection date to 25th feb however the incompetent idiot who dealt with me didn’t. Do that even though he reassured me my disconnection date would be 25 th feb not today, I called up got told nothing can be done
