    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to raise a complaint about my broadband. It is constantly dropping out. Had the same issue a week ago and received a text to state engineer would be out. However got a text couple days later stated it was fixed. It hasn’t.

    2/2 @SkyUK internet connection. So, this was put on hold because NOW #BT has to change the pole first which could be months! So… we have no new package and no old package BUT still paying for the #Sky experience! What a faff all round🤬 Can someone help?
