    My mum has been without broadband and her phone line for over a week now! Both @SkyUK and @BT are shirking all responsibility to fix it. A disgrace that it has gone on this long! @Virgin you'll be getting a new customer very soon. They should be ashamed to take a pensioners money

    @SkyHelpTeam Fault in the line. Hopefully they’ll have it fixed within 48 hours. :-/ Inconvenient & expensive paying for service not receiving (& an international call on mobile without a plan for such calls). But, at least I know what’s going on now. Thanks! :-/
