@SkyHelpTeam Have spoken to them and they can see it’s a outside problem which very likely to be from the engineer yesterday cleaning the pole but can take 5 days not including weekends to have it fixed, how’s that good service for people who are working at home in this current situation

@SkyHelpTeam recently we have had Superfast broadband installed. There are now two networks available, standard and 5ghz, yet my laptop (HP) only recognises the former. All other devices (phone, other family members' laptops etc.) are able to connect to it. Can you help?
