    @jgill1986 @atpoetry @SkyUK Yep my thoughts too trying to work out how to work! Might have to take leave. Going on the £8 daily refund sky is supposed to give we should get about 50 quid back but hardly compensation for the problems it's causing

    @SkyHelpTeam My friend lives in that area and her sky mobile has gone down. No data whatsoever currently. Can't access Internet via her data. I'm contacting on her behalf because she's currently in area with no WiFi

    @SkyHelpTeam until fairly recently my things like my phones and kindle worked fine with my broadband in house but now I get messages that they can't find the Internet and when it does it is very slow. When I try to access info on my account for sky on my Q box it doesn't work

    Why is @SkyUK broadband so bad? Literally always have to hotspot and use my mobile data for EVERYTHING.

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet speed is shockingly slow and I’ve just had a letter recently saying my bills is now getting increased again. I’m barely getting 10mbps. I’m very unhappy and wish to cancel my contract because of this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I do know all of this but it doesn’t help and you are not addressing the complaint of terrible service and lack of communication. Please supply name and contact details of a supervisor or above who can deal with this. 1/2
