@SkyHelpTeam my phone signal today is practically non existent! I can usually get signal everywhere in my town but now I can only get it it one spot! I’ve tried restarting my phone but it’s made no difference so I don’t know if you’ve got problems on your end

@SkyHelpTeam Ok this is my final point - on Friday SKY Broadband was down for 5 hours from 1600-2100 - I got my son to check down detector - the problem was country wide - nothing at all on your website - the phone (mobile) said that the problem was my “local” exchange

@SkyHelpTeam I've had the subscription for 10yrs they say all my end was fine they had no idea why it was saying that. Must be a area issue but like I said no1 elase5in my street has any bother

@SkyHelpTeam Screen is just black when I try and click on any tv channel, or try and watch something recorded. Netflix also doesn’t appear to be working through sky box either. Internet in house is fine as WFH and having no connectivity issues
