    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, 20minutes ago. There is nothing more you can do, even the guy I spoke to was happy to put me through to the disconnections team because he doesn't have the tools to see the spikes so cannot offer a solution.

    @stuegs @RyanMac97158556 @SkySports I genuinely sense an R9 1998 World Cup Final moment around the corner… I feel there is more to this story, sponsor pressure, fear of catastrophic failure, I don’t know what, but face value seems flawed. We may never know, I respect her assertion, but there’s more to it - IMO.

    @SkySports She’s obviously struggling and must have been for a while so why did she go? Mental illness is bloody terrible! Someone else could have gone and fulfilled their dreams.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I don't think diagnostics are going to help openreach have removed the pole to replace it , no notice was given by anyone to us that we'd be losing service

    Seriously the service to renew your subscription with @SkyUK is abysmal, after 15 years as a customer you get passed from dept to dept and then it’s insinuated you are a liar by the cancellation team.
