@holly If your new broadband speed is lower than what you signed up for you might be able to find a way out if needed, we were on a 54mb broadband service with @SkyUK mpved house and the best we could get was 8mb, they honoured that they couldn't offer what we signed for and let us out.

@SkyHelpTeam It literally says whether the service is on or off (thanks, I can kind of tell) or that things will be fixed "ASAP". No cause, no ETA, no info of any use.

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam Do they know what the problem actually is, though? I mean, this is not very reassuring. I wouldn't normally expect an outage to last this long and there's zero sign of any improvement any time soon. Why has this happened at all? The link never provides updates. Ever.
