@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been experiencing issues since upgrading to fibre. I have ran the checks and there are no known issues in my area but my internet has been off since 7 last night. I have had two engineers out, new wiring in the house and a new router. Please help! 😭

@SkyHelpTeam So as you raised the prices within the contract without a suitable term covering it, yes, it looks like I can leave. I know others have the term to allow it, but it really sucks in a fixed for so many months contract that you can change the price. At least I can leave it seems

@jjnet123 @SkyUK eh???? what planet are you on??? basic sky/virgin/bt £26 per month, netflix/amazon/now/disney/apple/britbox £6-£10 + broadband cost, all the aforementioned do provide ad free tv but there is a cost, no free (no subscription) streaming service gives ad free tv

@SkyHelpTeam Just that the line checks showed everything to be ok. We know it’s not though as we set up the new router for her. The internet only stays on for a couple of mins - the network always shows but there’s no internet connection. Her landline is also crackly so it appears to be ext

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I did as above but wasn't given an option to upload a photo. The system just logged that I needed an engineer. Now onto day 3 of no service. Is there any update on repairs to M19 /SK4 area? Thanks.

@SkyUK Lots of issues with #skyglass had been advised it would get better by Sky so persevere with it. Still have issues and now outside of the 30 day window to send it back and switch back to Q, nicely played Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam yesterday broadband engineer walked out half way saying he'd be right back and then went home without telling me as there was an issue.. now sky tv engineer today can't fit the ariel and we have been rebooked for a new appointment in 2 weeks!! What an awful start

@DerekHu66372170 @SkyUK The ONLY positive I have found is the fact bad weather doesn’t block it. Everything else is a downgrade from sky q and an average or better smart tv
