I’m trying to show you why this was never the focus when they came but all of a sudden see the need to come out publicly and back something they have been forced into doing. @SkyHelpTeam Ah ok, Thankyou, my parents don’t have internet or a phone line and don’t want one due to expense, but they have no tv signal due to mast burning down and could be after Christmas. Will have to think of something else

@AFTVMedia @SkySports This is the wrong approach though, because if we stay bad or get worse our reputation will be further damaged then it already is. We needed immediate success not this. Now this is reality we should back but if this doesn’t work out Everyone needs to leave, everyone.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we do this regularly and it comes back normal. However sons ps5 and computers upstairs and phones keep dropping signal.

@Jayp6181 @SkySports @Arsenal I agree with what you're saying, Jay. Saw the interview as well. I think most of us fans are looking for a quick fix, whereas they're making solid structural improvements. No doubt, certain things could have been better, but what they're doing now is pretty promising as well.

@SkyHelpTeam There are no issues internally everything checks out fine. The service continuously drops out from the provider end. I am not the only customer experiencing these issues

@SkyHelpTeam Yes i have, currently waiting on engineer to visit Monday... 5th or 6th engineer callout in last year. Each time the fix one component, then another one goes a month later. Whole thing in the offending green cabinet clearly needs replacing 😡
