    @SkySports is it just me but sky sports standard definition is practically unwatchable. Why is sd even still being broadcasted. Slow uptake on the 4k I reckon.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have sent you several direct messages but I just get a bot saying it doesn’t understand. I want to know when the broadband service will be restored and why it’s so bad the last week or so. Finally what sort of refund am I getting?
