    @SkyUK are absolutely useless. Sky stream is an absolute rip off- remotes faulty and don’t work due to a “bad batch” yet still waiting for replacements. Customer service are less than incompetent and don’t deliver on their promises #skytv

    @drewsnx @SkyHelpTeam Does he have broadband? Keep in mind that no later than December 2025, he won’t be able to use his landline without broadband as the current system is being shut down entirely.

    @ChrisC_CFC @SkyHelpTeam ..and then "there's a problem" in the email after he said "yes", but before the call to finalise. As such his mind was in "it's happening" mode, so after highlight he'd been told otherwise (and hearing the awful "you were told the wrongly" thing from the same company) he gave in

    @SkyHelpTeam you aren’t going to believe this…. After the ENORMOUS saga to fix my remote for my other puck… now the remaining ones remote has packed up and died!!!! How long / how many requests will it take this time to solve???

    @SkyUK Wouldn't be so bad if you actually had a 'HighSpeed' broadband service in my area. Instead stuck on £40 a month for pitiful connection.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalling service, still waiting on an iPhone weeks later which was next day delivery and keep getting promised a call back but not had one???? 0 customer service!!!!! NEVER ANY SIGNAL, DO NOT USE SKY MOBILE!!!!

    @SkyUK £67 p/m for sky tv package and broadband that works in half of the rooms in my house……🙃 I think I am being shafted here! Help!
