    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue for years was stuck on an old package that they didn’t offer anymore and the price would get increased every year it got to like £50 a month for just a 20mb line. They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky comes down Openreach fibre, like most other providers, so it is very easy to move elsewhere. They act like they have a monopoly on Broadband and TV, but the world has changed. They don't.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had a similar issue with Virgin and ended up leaving because I don't need endless numbers of channels, I just need something good to watch.
