    .@SkyHelpTeam I’m having to reset my router increasingly frequently to ensure I get internet throughout the house as sometimes it loses the booster (resetting the booster doesn’t fix anything and the booster is new anyway). Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes I have HD. This sky mini box does this all the time. Always asking me to upgrade to watch packages I already have. Frequently says it loses@connection despite the booster box having all 3 lights on. I had the issue again on Friday

    @SkyHelpTeam unbelievable service guys, three weeks ago I had fully functioning broadband and now after upgrading to super fast broadband I've been left disconnected for two weeks after my activation date. I truly cannot believe you manage to retain customers. #SkyQ

    @skytv I would have voted no. I was a Sky customer for 20+ year & dreaded the annual argument with your re: the 100 - 200% price increase. Your unethical clause stating you can increase monthly prices whenever you want forced me to cancel for good. Miss SkySports; don't miss your lies.

    @SkyHelpTeam The overall quality of the picture is poor. Not worthy of a £1000 TV. HD isn't sharp etc
