    @SkyHelpTeam No, all other devices connect to the new hub fine and did so immediately. We were having q box connection problems with the old hub in the last few weeks though but after persevering it would connect. I assumed a new hub would fix that, but its worse.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had no internet for 4 days! We work from home how is this still an issue??? We have reported this three times and each time are told it will take 5-7 days to resolve this is not good enough!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @AwayDayJoe_ I’ve been given the customer relations email before about this and no reply from my email when sent. It becomes obvious we as customers don’t matter.
