    @SkyHelpTeam They've had ongoing issues for over a year. Called on numerous occasions, were told they only way it could be solved was to totally upgrade their package and get a new box. They are 90 and 76 and don't need an expensive package/latest box. They just want to be able to watch tv.

    @SkyHelpTeam @ShellEnergyHome have indicated that @OpenreachHelp aren’t able to do this. Can either of you three help on this and try to figure out why?

    @SkyHelpTeam sky glass is failing again. Same as yesterday it’s a Replacement glass 55 set, and will now not connect via wifi or Ethernet. Please help today or take the damn thing back.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having a stupid amount of issues with my medium Sky Glass. It constantly freezes, the puck switches itself off and I have to restart my TV at least 10 times per day. The remote control works when it feels like too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unable to get any signal. Think the storms might have knocked out our dish as everything else working and signal strength is 0
