    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Disappointing lack of response to a formal complaint. This is not a standard support issue – it’s a time-critical network risk before pavement reinstatement. I’ve already been through tech support. Who can actually take ownership of this?

    Terrible start with @SkyUK broadband. Our BT internet ends tomorrow after switching and still haven’t received our box from you to begin our internet. Both work from home. Even though we tried to move the start date was told it was “guaranteed” to arrive in time…
