@SkyHelpTeam Six days on and I am still trying to talk to someone about a Sky Q mini box issue. I call, get told the queue is 20 minutes. You then send me a text message to a link on the website and tell me to hang up? Who are the people who actually get in the queue?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I've just done all that when I've phoned up to cancel. Thanks so much for looking after your customers who are short of a their full wages in a pandemic by charging for 3 months of something they are not able to watch like I said 20 years customer for what?

According to #RoyalMail my Sky parcel has been delivered. Its online tracker doesn't allow me to query non-delivery. No parcel and no notification card received. @skyhelpteam @RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail's 'Tracker Assistant' and online 'help' are anything but. 0/10 for 'service'.
