    @SkyHelpTeam I have no subtitles on Shrek 2 in sky cinema even though they are available and worked fine on the first movie. Apparently they’ve been trying to fix it for days and it’s still not fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam I did you have to sign in before it gives an email address. I don't have a sky account. Even though I purchased sky products on the now tv stick. And my credentials for sky store and now do not work
