    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you could fix and then prevent your broadband etc from having these regular issues? Your service is down in London too often. False advertising Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam @DuddyFiona How can you not know a timescale? You must be able to estimate based on previous outages. I suspect "no timescale" therefore means it's a BIG issue and we'll be lucky to get internet back within 24 hours

    @djdfuse_uk @SkyHelpTeam Same here mine has just gone down ........again and can't test it using app just says page cannot be found nice one sky 👍. Cant wait till my contracts up so I can go back to BT.
