@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Will have a look. We have 2 remotes - 1 from our main box and one from mini box. The main box one doesn’t work and have changed batteries so restarted sky box. Still nothing and now can’t get it out of standby. To try, I bought the other remote down but no response.

Nearly 3 days without broadband @SkyHelpTeam the problem is with BT apparently quite a few people in my area in same situation it’s a nightmare now

@SkySports They are all in a "bubble" and very frequently tested. If it isn't safe to celebrate with the people in your "bubble" then it isn't safe to mark, tackle, close down the opposition etc. Either stop the season or stop with ridiculous new rules.

@SkySports it was a Derby game of course they are going to celebrate. if you don't want people to celebrate a goal then postpone the season until they can.. they have all been tested so whats the problem
