@SkyHelpTeam Makes no difference all the talk of we check your broadband once a week to maintain speed is about as much good a chocolate fireguard. Simply the worst broadband you can have, a family of 4 and cannot use it as it is that poor

@SkyHelpTeam I did cancel it, but Sky still seem to have created a new subscription despite the cancellation of the engineer installation which was back in late January.

@SkyHelpTeam The issue is fixed the same way I have to do it everyday. Pull the phone line cable out of the router and plug it back in. Now getting 17Mbps. Is 17Mbps super fast as promised?

@SkySports OK everyone, pens out... its time for our letters of disapproval because of human rights issues.. I expect to see khashoggis so called widow pipe up against this aswell... I await the absolute uproar this will cause 🤔🙄🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Yes usually with no problem but as I said over the past couple of weeks I get messages like this even on catch-up and some films work and some films don’t work

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 tradesman is out there working to keep Britian running. Sky engineers ? Apparently not available. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. I’m looking at other providers. I’m sure they will happily tap up to proved a service for my £80 a month.

@SkyHelpTeam hey, I’m clearly being stupid. My deal seems to be coming to an end as I have letter saying price is going up. Want to discuss it, but website is sending me in a contact loop.
