    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. I just get referred to the self help section of your website. Nobody can offer anything actually helpful so I’ve just given up and accepted I’ve signed up to a network stuck in 2003.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe, yes I’m still having issues sending text messages. It doesn’t let me send them and then it does a few mins later.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nicole, the issue seems to be intermittent. I attempted to make multiple calls earlier and only 1 in 5 of the calls went through, this was approximately 17:30 this evening

    @SkyHelpTeam there’s a problem with my broadband. Your website says there’s an outage in my area but it can take a couple of days to fix?!? I can’t wait 2 days, please help.
