    @SkyUK hi Sky it is near impossible to watch anything over WiFi without constant buffering/freezing etc. Is there anything that can be done like a signal amplifier or something to prevent this. I have sky broadband superfast which is actually super slow at buffering.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a paying customer who is definitely being robbed. I do not want to have to put anymore effort into this situation you either sort it or give me my money back for the past months because you not giving me what you promised me.And that’s lying. I have had this problem f months

    @SkyHelpTeam why does SkyArts never work? Every other channel is fine but the minute we go on sky arts it claims we have no signal or the picture is rubbish?

    @SkyHelpTeam No, there is something wrong in general in the isleworth/Brentford area. It’s been like this for a few days now. Very frustrating when you are paying for a premium service. I doubt you’ll add a credit note to my account so just get it sorted
