    @primevideouk @SkyUK you need to sort out the issues with prime video as it keeps stopping/freezing and it’s annoying and not worth paying £7:99 pm for this appalling replay of tv shows and films!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Still no explanation as to why, no apology as to why we had to ring Sky at 14:00 to find out was what happening to be told ‘wait a bit longer’, no resolution other than wait till Jan but if we need to cancel it will cost us £25! What about compensation for us?#badcustomerservice

    Is it just me? Is it acceptable to pay @SkyUK over £120 per month but have to wait 7 for an engineer to come and check my broadband? I'm thinking it's crap service....

    @SkyUK @EE if it’s not you guys and it’s source get on this “source” back and chase them for an answer it’s been going on since Friday they are paying for a service and not getting anything out of it

    @SkyUK any chance of answering your phones! 45 mins yesterday and you got it wrong now in a que for over 30 mins, not great service for a loyal customer of over 20 yrs

    Can’t get away with this **** coverage from @primevideosport picture is constantly blurry. How they get away with this is ridiculous! It’s worse then SkySports were in late 90s!! #PissPoor

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, go-live of my Sky broadband is 17th but you’ve prematurely taken over account from my old provider and they can’t reactivate it because of you. URGENT HELP!
