    @SkyHelpTeam so I tried to diagnose the problem with my broadband and the app tells me to call you. Sat on hold for 14 minutes and it cuts off! Call back and same thing happens again!! 28 minutes of my day wasted!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, multiple times, and every time it says there’s no issues. Yet the wifi still goes down quite regularly

    @SkyHelpTeam why won’t Netflix load on my sky glass? Just have a red loading circle going round and round, tried rebooting but still doesn’t work. Works fine on the 2 puks help please

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, this is the 3rd time since January there has been an Outage and my broadband, phone line and Internet are down. In January I had no Internet for 8 weeks. May 2 weeks When is this problem likely to be resolved and how will you compensate your customers

    @SkyHelpTeam Down in Bolton this morning when I left for work, I assume it's a much larger issue than Lancashire if these comments are anything to go by. You just did "essential maintenance" last week or the week before.
