    If @andyburnham wants to keep up his one-man crusade against these rip-off businesses, @SkyUK should be next. Doubling the price when your deal ends and forcing you to do the “I want to cancel” dance just to get a decent price is insane.

    @SkyHelpTeam you keep telling my that I'm a valued diamond customer. So why I am I left without broadband for 3 weeks at my property even though your agents tell me my case has been escalated I am the one doing all the chasing!! Appalling customer service!
