@SkyHelpTeam Yes and I’m getting nowhere. I keep getting told what a good customer I am having been with you over 23 years, but the service does not reflect that. I feel that I’m banging my head against a brick wall and it’s very sore.

@virginmedia It's a lengthy one, I've been a @SkyHelpTeam customer for many years. I'm moving house next week. It's an area of Gateshead that isn't anticipated to have fibre before 2026. The average speed sky could offer me was 1.5m. which is useless. The only option was Virgin.

@SkyUK As Sky VIP diamond customer I saw the app offer for free 3GB data rollover. I bought mobile and data plan but an unable to add the free 3GB data - calling customer services they claim to not know anything about this offer but can offer to sell me a 2nd sim - please help

@SkyHelpTeam we have tried this and it shows everything is fine. We have a bandwidth issue that has only occurred since last month. We have been fine for the past 3 years regardless how many devices use the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam HI @SkyHelpTeam, This would be ok for one person, but not for other that use your service. The site is incorrectly categorised. (new domain). how do I get it put into the correct category. Its for a client and your sky shield blocks it incorrectly.
