@SkyHelpTeam yes claire i understand its working now. That message is from this morning when the network goes down i go to the mysky app which doesn’t work as it says sky have a issue. The screen shot is of the my sky app which displays this message every time the network drops

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I recently upgraded to sky multi room and today I received, and set my my sky mini box. But I noticed there’s no Discovery+ app, I purchased discovery+ through sky, and use it on my main Sky Q box. Does the mini box not support this app?
