@SkyHelpTeam Hi - this says there was no network outage but our ‘network connection’ error is still happening - even though the wifi is working on all other devices but no the sky boxes. Any help with this?

@SkyHelpTeam your broadband services have been a joke recently. Work time is affected & your website always generically says there are no known issues. Your online tools don’t help either. Connection has dropped repeatedly these past 48 hours consistently. What is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Hey I’ve got a program downloaded I’ve been watching on my Sky+ box, now it won’t do anything (blue screen) it won’t delete either so I could re download it! How do I fix it?

@SkyHelpTeam No point trying as it’s just generic tests, the same robotic responses and no help. Look on services like DownDetector and clearly I’m not alone in the way I think. Pay over £130 a month for my full sky package. Time to move on I think

@SkyHelpTeam When Paramount+ launches in the UK, as a Sky Q & Sky Cinema customer I’ll get it free. But will I be able to use the Apple TV app or will I have to watch it via the Sky Q box?

@SkyHelpTeam It looks like the issue has been solved now so the engineer won't be needed.

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had a really poor experience whilst trying to speak to someone about my contract. I am approaching the end of a contract and the bill now is to high, let alone your “offer”. The line was awful (not mine) and was being sold things I don’t need.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, no worries, just seems odd that tv and internet and now mobile internet signal (sky) are all failing at the same time , be interesting to see if you get other reports from this area

@SkyHelpTeam happy to discuss this with someone who wants to have a sensible discussion with me. You also have never raised a credit as per your terms for 6 days total loss of broadband, but instead gave me some data for my mobile, far below what I used during the outage.

@SkyHelpTeam No offers or changes to service; I have had an extra multiroom box installed but was under the impression that the only cost for that was the one off £50 payment.
