    @SkyHelpTeam seriously losing the will to live with your broadband service! I’ve had BT openreach out six times in the last twelve months, the last time was Saturday - worked fine on Saturday - now dropping every two mins again! Online checker is useless

    @SkyHelpTeam No service in Alton. The app is about as much use as Boris Johnson. Can we get an ETA for the fix as I have work to do and will need to drive to Bristol if I can’t get online. This is neither suitable from a practicality or COVID point of view.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not happening online, there’s just an error page and then it returns me to the login page (when I’m already logged in) hence asking for a number to speak to someone please
