My Paramount plus app has not worked since yesterday and all I’ve been told is to refresh the apps and wait 24hrs. Its still Just a black screen. How do I fix this? There is stuff I was watching. It was fine on Tuesday! @SkyHelpTeam @paramountplus

@SkyUK Had an ongoing complaint with CISAS about Sky since October. They've still not resolved the issue and refuse to call when they say they will. I've called them 3 times today,they're now telling me I'm not the account holder of this address despite living here for 7 years..

@SkyHelpTeam Hey! I had to cancel my direct debit on the day I was meant to pay you as I had to emergency close the old bank, I immediately made a payment via card to make sure everything was okay, today I get an email to say I could get restricted services.. is this standard?
