    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I don't know if anyone else is affected. Maybe Openreach know what the problem is. They won't tell me, they say they can't, but I imagine they've told sky something over the last 10 days. Or maybe they haven't! That's something that'd be worth finding out for starters.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. Trying to access Netflix via Sky Q and the pin takes me on a loop back to the profile screen and when I click it asks for pin again. Can you help?
