    @SkyHelpTeam What’s the point? The broadband will always be crap out in the countryside until companies actually put the effort in to improve it. Absolute joke most barely get 10mbps yet expected to pay the same as others.

    @SkyUK what is the point of Sky VIP? It is rubbish and treats customers as though they stupid. ‘Your chance to win’ is not a VIP reward

    @SkyHelpTeam Again not helpful when you took the incorrect amounts on the incorrect dates yet you expect me to pay the errors you have made before I can speak to someone. Surely this is in breach of your side of the T&C’s @skyuk @Ofcom

    Moved into a house where you can only use internet providers people have never heard of. They charge a ridiculous about for terrible speeds and always unreliable. @vfastinternet please sort it out or @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia ANYONE please supply lines here so I can change

    @SkyHelpTeam But my issue is that I had an agreed amount and agreed date. Neither was adhered to by @sky Maybe @Ofcom will be able to help?
