    @SkyHelpTeam are you having internet problems in Norwich? I can’t access the internet. I have done a troubleshoot through my sky app. It says everything is fine. It is intermittent, but 95% of the time off. I have sky broadband and sky q.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why don’t you admit you’ve got a national problem? Nearly 2,700 outages reported in last 55 mins. And your website help page isn’t working. Stop treating your customers like idiots. Tell us when it is going to be fixed.
