    @SkyHelpTeam As I've said before, there is nothing I can do to fix this. The issue is on your end and needs to be properly investigated. Please stop sending me copy & paste replies and get someone on the technical team to do some network investigation.

    @SkyUK throwing ridiculous bargains my way in regard to TV packages, but unfortunately I'm tied in with @bt_uk. If I could get out of the contract I would tbh, as the box, memory size, reception, etc is poor. Stuck till 2023 😫

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to use the PS4 app and it's not loading. I keep getting the message "we're having trouble connecting to sky, please press the PS button to quit". Any help?
