    Hi @SkyHelpTeam just wondering if there is anything going on with the internet in the FY1 area in Blackpool? Internet just went down and there’s a orange light by ‘voice’ on the router. Can anyone tell me what that means as well please? :)

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had no service on my mobile all day, I have used your service status checker which claims only 5G is down but I can’t get any signal at all on 4G, 3G etc please can you advise how long this will take to fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam Who then said I had been given the wrong information. So they sent the link to link the accounts. Which we have done and was assured we had done on the phone to customer service. We have now been billed again for Netflix. This is not good enough, fed up of going in circles
