    Seeing as @skytv won’t answer phones or online chat. Last time I phoned their 0344 number I got charged £15 whilst on hold to them. I’ve cancelled the DD and will consider them to have broken their own T&C’s. Feel free to call me @SkyHelpTeam.

    @SkyHelpTeam @hoohoojohnnyhoo So you reply to him but not me? This service is disgusting! It hasn't been working for THREE days. I called customer service and they said 1-2 days. It's been 3 DAYS!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to buy a movie in the sky store and every time I put my pin in it says incorrect pin. I’ve changed the pin and it’s still not working. Is there an issue with the store?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi our WiFi appears to go down for hours every night recently however when doing all checks on the app and or restarting the router everything is all OK but none of my devices or TV will connect again until the morning.

    @SkyUK Is there an issue in ME10 area with the broadband? Absolutely shocking service atm 😡
