    @SkyUK wow, try to sort out swapping over mobile phone contract from another supplier and call taker cuts me off when when I ask him about the deal that shows via my VIP app. Great customer service not!!!!

    @philiphiggins @CherryWhitePins I find SkySports+ to be poor. Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time… all for less money. SL on SS+ been a waste of time!

    @SkyHelpTeam please can I get assistance with my complaint #5157294322? You have taken hundreds of pounds more than was agreed for my confirmed package. Now getting a message on my tv that my access will be cancelled. Not the service I expect for a loyal customer.

    . @SkyHelpTeam My elderly mother has Sky landline, internet & broadband. Landline has been down since Saturday. Tried various phones & all don’t work so it is NOT a phone issue. Please advise your cancellation no. as looking into the issue in 72 hours is NOT good enough.
