@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam So. When are you going to fix your trash connection. Never had a more unstable connection my whole life. And don't bother sending your Quickest and easiest ways to fix your broadband issues because that **** does not work. The problem is on your end.

Been on hold over an hour to @SkyHelpTeam odd, when I went through to ‘upgrade’ hold time was 3 minutes. Now they know I have technical problem with the brand new box they sent out today hold time is over an hour

Online learning is impossible with @SkyUK , I can't do anything. I am like 5 meters from my router and I barely have a signal bar on any device. I can't send work, I can't attend meetings. This is so awful
