    @SkyHelpTeam It’s sooo frustrating that I feel I need to go over this all again! I’ve done that with a representative of the company, that really isn’t good enough to be honest. Why as a customer should I have to spend my time having to ‘prove’ how long I’ve been with you??

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, I had to literally spell out what I felt would be reasonable level of expected customer service. They wanted to just pass on the call to the app/ technical department, this is after I’d been on a call with them for approx 20/30 mins explaining everything and they (part 1)

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been without internet since Saturday. An openreach engineer was supposed to be here yesterday and didn’t turn up! I was then told the issue needed to be fixed outside. I’m still waiting and now been told they can’t tell me when the issue can be fixed!

    @SkyHelpTeam The technical team can’t help. The issue is outside with Openreach, but nobody can tell me when it might be fixed. I work from home and it’s really causing issues. It’s been down since Saturday!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, none, otherwise I would imagine that would have shown I think two months ago during contract renewal? That call is the latest evidence of the time I’ve been with you, plus all the comps I’ve entered as a top tier customer over the past however many years I suppose.
