    Imagine being a diamond Sky Customer to have 5 Sky Glass replacement TVs all with the same issue and the latest replacement being a 2nd hand returned model that still had the previous families Netflix logged in! @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that this issue has been going on for three weeks now across the whole of my town and no one has been provided with a reason why. Many of us work from home and rely on connectivity, the service over the last few weeks just isn’t good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we have had have no WiFi or Internet all day today, is there an outage in Croydon area? We have tested the broadband and it says the connection has been dropped.
