    @SkyHelpTeam I’m getting multiple calls per week from different numbers to my landline telling me that there is an issue with my broadband speed and they need to connect to my router to check it. When I challenge them they hang up! Can you trace the calls?

    @SkyUK trying to get hold of someone in your company is the worst! Spend 20 mins on hold to be cut off! Where is the bloody engineer?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. The same results as before. The problem is the intermittence and sudden dropouts during the day. Your test doesn't cover that!

    @SkyHelpTeam now four days with no landline or broadband.. not acceptable . No updates, no info on when it will be fixed. Pretty poor service and trying to work from home impossible 😡
