    @virginmedia What a shambles ! Installed Friday, broadband unstable, TV buffering, no sign of free 02 Sim. On a whatsapp chat with every department for the last 4 hours to be told the deal I signed is no longer available … @SkyUK please call me to reconnect me !

    @SkyHelpTeam really not impressed with yourselves. My 76 year old housebound mother was a customer of yours until today when you mistakenly disconnected her services after my sister called you to cancel mum's multiroom subscription. You've now left mum with no internet connection

    @SkyHelpTeam How can I get someone at sky to help me with the fact I have no phone or broadband and this has been the case for 10 days???? Called many times no help. I'm assuming I'm gonna have to go to Virgin instead

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we’ve been without Sky TV since last Friday due to an issue with the box, can’t get an engineer to come out until next Monday. Can you please confirm that we will receive a discount on the 10 days we’ve missed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there no way to actually find out what the issue is and how long it will take to be resolved? I have already been told its fixed when it wasn't and 10 days is a long time with no end in sight

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m thinking of changing my phone to iPhone 14 pro. I understand the new iPhone don’t support physical SIM cards. If I click shop now underneath the interested in a new device box on MySky app. What’s the procedure if I order a new phone, do I keep my existing number

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the renewal process so painful? Agree a renewal price on Friday - system fail so can’t process. You call back today and still fails. 55 mins later still not done. Diamond member counts for nothing. Just give your best price and remove this farce.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue sits with BT open reach but no-one can tell me when it will be fixed or what the problem is. The sky call centre has been unhelpful and I've just been told I have to wait
