    @SkyHelpTeam Done that called them and they weren’t really any help said there’s a problem and couldn’t tell me if it’s getting fixed only that it’s reported

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing it automatically sends me to the 2nd picture. The only thing I can click is service status. If I put my home number In it still shows no issues

    @SkyHelpTeam When I try to sign in it doesn’t allow me to access the app, also while we’re here the my sky app doesn’t let me view my bills or anything. In fact according to that app I don’t even think I’m currently a customer 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I have even tried it on a laptop that I have never used to access my Sky account before. I have reported this to you at least twice but it is still not fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam Do Sky contribute to leaving a broadband supplier early? I am fed up with being ripped off by @Plusnet to the tune of £44 (£48 from April) for an erratic service I am stuck with for another 15 months.
