@SkyHelpTeam No it’s not. Like I said it been going on for a couple of months. The signal drops out for hours at a time. It’s just taken me over an hour to book a hotel online that should have taken 5 minutes due to the poor connection

@SkyHelpTeam hey could I ask when to expect a call from the emergency engineer for my broadband. 72hour lead time to call started last Friday and it’s getting worse…agent admitted multiple faults on my line I have been reporting for months and been fobbed off and still waiting

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried to “watch from start” on channel 106 and “Because of a technical issue, your download could not be completed. Please try again later.” Appears. I have been through the other potential issues on the page and nothing applies.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - our Sky Q box has developed a fault and has randomly stopped recording series links the past few days. Now nothing at all has recorded this evening. I’ve just checked my recording schedule & there are NOT EVEN ONE programme down to be recorded on any day. WHY?
