    @SkyHelpTeam Might be just us but you're Sky Q boxes are terrible. Had one a few years and just kept freezing so you sent me one out after a engineer come to visit. That just turned itself off and didn't come on for hours at a time so another engineer came out.......

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky broadband has been on and off for the last week, is there an issue in Leeds ls11 area ? I’m WFT and this is not helping. Will be looking at moving providers.

    @SkyHelpTeam 6 months of problems, misdiagnosis and failed fixes. The call centre manager refused to talk to me direct. Unbelievably bad customer service. So I said I wanted to leave and they just suggested I stop using my mini box. Bizarre. Help please.
