    @shonaarabella @emmy84 @SkyHelpTeam I've got a huawei and I'm seeing these issues, but my partner has a Samsung and she's also having the same issues. Only difference is, my Huawei shows the ! Next to the WiFi and hers doesn't. Neither does the ipad so maybe it's just Huawei phones highlight the issue more clearly.

    @officialnucky @EE @SkyUK Well that's just what has happened in South Wales, Sky broadband is down but they are playing it down. My phone tells me 'no Internet connection'

    @JackieGMs66 @SkyUK Just checked all mine again and still ok. I had same problem about 6 weeks ago. It took a day and a half before it was ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam What's will be achieved by calling you? There is loads of people tweeting and complaining about this issue. A call to your tech team will not sort this issue out for us.

    Now my bloody @SkyUK broadband has gone down. Their automated system keeps running tests and then comes back and tells me it’s now working. It bloody well isn’t. This is driving me mad. Someone’s broken the internet good and proper today. #FacebookDown

    @SkyHelpTeam our Sky broadband in AL5 has been extremely disrupted since Saturday morning. You make it very difficult to report issues. I called your number but there is a 1 hour wait. Your connection checker implies that it’s our issue but other Sky neighbours have same problem
