@SkyHelpTeam None at the moment. This has been my experience recently when trying to get help. Phone numbers that don’t work, or that have messages directing you to webpages. Thanks for getting in touch though. Perhaps consider redesigning your help section so it’s actually helpful!

@SkyHelpTeam on the back of complaint to you, an engineer was arranged this Friday btw 1/6pm to install Sky fibre optic ,I got a text saying Lewis from open reach is working on it and he would contact me shortly. It’s Monday noone has contacted me and the job incomplete. HELP!

@mouthwaite @EE I’m due an upgrade with @SkyHelpTeam but get refused even though I’ve been a customer with them for 15 years and had 3 phones and 2 sims on contract think it’s the industry have gone to **** I’ll be leaving sky for sure I need a new phone
