@SkyHelpTeam Sorry broadband is at best hit & miss with devices having problems finding WiFi signal. I'm not wasting time resetting my system as it doesn't work & I'm clearly not the only customer with problems.

@SkyHelpTeam Says no broadband issues in my area, lights are on my hub but no connection. Happened yesterday. We though your online help told me to call sky. Can this be resolved without me calling you as I expect current situation you guys are extremely busy on the phones
