    @SkyHelpTeam Just FYI, you’ve lost me as a customer over this. Sky customer service should be held up everywhere as an example of what NOT to do. Customer service is supposed to be about helping customers, not fobbing them off.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've got SkyGo on my laptop and phone but that's not really family viewing! I know this isn't your fault...just wondering about ripping the neighbours scaffolding down in the middle of the night and selling it on? 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please help with broadband not working. All the app tells me to do is test speed but it’s not working to test speed. I’ve tried everything else advised and still not working

    @SkyHelpTeam I was involved in a chat but it seems to have disappeared and I needed the numbers I was given for technical help for broadband being terrible and the complaints dept as I wasn’t given the right info and specifically asked that they not renew my contact. But they did anyway.
