    @SkyHelpTeam WiFi is working but no internet connection. We have phoned sky automated service. It carries out a line check says there’s a problem and cuts us off Don’t seem to be able to talk to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam It is a recorded message saying there Is a problem and it needs to run a second test which may cut the phone off. It runs the test and cuts the phone off. We have tried a spare router and it has the same issue which points to a connection issue as the phone line still works

    @SkyUK Nice, should Pledge to sort your **** internet out too. Why do I get 9mb when I should get 70?? Cause your service is SHITE that's why.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I've been told that it's an error with the system. Out TV package deal has expired but broadband hasn't. Your system has charged up extra for broadband even tho still in contract. Been confirmed that you have broken our contract!! Not good, not good at all.

    Anyone else having trouble with @netflix app on @SkyUK ?? @SkyHelpTeam it’s been going on for weeks, app keeps closing before a show can load.
