@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I got someone from Sky on the phone yesterday that told me there was a technical incident that is broadly impacting the London area and it would be fixed within 2 days, but when checking your website, it says no incident. Is there a way to get updates on this?

@SkyHelpTeam @jackkmorann96 No - actually the quickest and easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is to find another supplier. Shocking service, i left years ago but not surprised to see its not improved.

apparently @ITVX is coming to #skyQ today is there any truth in this ??? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam because if not there is few people on facebook spreading false information on the sky q issues group 🤔🤔🤔🤔

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, Any idea we'll have broadband back in the SG16 area? Has been down for over 24 hours now and your website just says outage (no update since 6am yesterday). I work from home....so pretty inconvenient as you can imagine!

@SkyUK sky have put my bill up by £10 this month. The internet still only works in one room and the quality of programming is in the toilet Time to cancel and go the same route as everyone else with firestick or iptv

@MartinSLewis Worse,prices going up again but wages aren’t.companies like @SkyUK agreed £74 a month for 18 month renewing my contract to now see my bill will be £102 a month been Misold a package their response was sorry but there’s nothing we can do. Who can help does anyone know
