    @SkyHelpTeam I got a package that my monthly bill should be £22 but to my surprised I'm being charged £33 and when I called to lodge a complain, I'm being told their is no complaint department by your customer service. Is that right?

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help I have sky Q and had sports and now the season has started every time I select UHD the picture is so dark now so now I have to watch it on hd on settings now it says HGL not gamma 2.2 I hear loads having problems can u help as I will have to cancel uhd
