    @adin2001uk @SkyHelpTeam I had the same , told me I was using too many devices and that’s the issue ! Not that they actually have an issue , he told me the broadband speed coming in was fine!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem wasn’t working on phones or tv, just turned the router off and on and all sorted now, everyone struggling maybe give this a try

    @StefOkroy @SkyHelpTeam I am exactly the same! Had no connection issues at all in about the 6 years I’ve been with @SkyHelpTeam for broadband but since upgrade few weeks ago, it’s been slow and poor 😡
