    @SkyUK I've always had excellent customer service from sky but some of these replies suggest that's not the norm. Maybe they aren't very polite when they call?

    @sharleenelliot3 @DrVenkmann @SkyHelpTeam Surely even you can see Sharl that there are so many things that can impact a fix ETA that it would do more harm to even guess and given one that just to say there are no updates at this time? It’ll be fixed when its fixed so just be patient like a good lil girl

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just had a parcel delivered without the item in it the box was broken, was supposed to be delivered and was out for delivery yesterday but returned back to depot, arrived today empty with only SIM card I have inboxed you.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I'm a Sky TV Broadband customer, I'm missing World Cup matches because my my Sky service is miserable, missing channels, No ITV, No TPTV, No Horror Channel, this list is growing, contacted neighbours they have no issues. I'm close to cancelling my DD.
