    @SkyHelpTeam so how much longer is the Internet going to be down for we have a contract that states you will supply my service if you can't do that daily without a issue surely that gives me a loop hole too leave my contract with you without a final bill or charge!!

    @SkyUK problems since last night with broadband. #skybroadband - what’s happening ? It came back but gone again. Have done all the diagnostics but it’s just a loop.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s absolutely not the quickest way at all! It doesn’t give me the answer I want after I have done everything it says. Load of ****. Terrible customer service! Absolutely sick of it
