@SkyHelpTeam why is trying to contact you impossible. My broadband doesn’t work properly, tried the ‘help’ page online and it crashes, call and it wants you to do everything online. Also was interested in upgrading my sky package but that seems impossible too

@SkyHelpTeam I've followed all avenues online and the only place I end up is 'Request WiFi guareentee money back' I don't want to do that yet, not if boosters will help first. I can't get through to an advisor on the phone, it just send's me a text message to go online and hangs up.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I rang sky with a complaint last week and was promised a £14voucher for sky store as a good will gesture. This is because I’m not getting any live tv signal. An engineer is scheduled for April but I’ve still not received my voucher?

Reported no Internet to @SkyHelpTeam on the 27th of January... still waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to visit and fix, what happened to fixing within 2 to 5 working days... Absolutely poor customer service from both companies.

@SkyHelpTeam your Internet is rubbish, not worked since installed 6 weeks ago, tried to ring twice today to resolve ongoing complaint but it dropped out after 30 mins on hold both times. Is there an email address I can write to as this is ridiculous and I am furious.
