    @jammierooroo @LeeIsTweetin @SkyUK Comcast own them so their customer service is outsourced to the Philippines/somewhere like that. They tried stitching me up by agreeing a deal on text chat & then reneged, but I’d screen shotted the message exchange. Threatened U.K. legal action, soon backed down. They’re sharks.

    @minimee61 @StretfordPaddck @FA_PGMOL The club dont have the brains to make an official complaint ffs😡. No one on talkshite, skysports, motd mention the hair pull in the Brentford vs fullham game and wont mention this either

    @SkyUK I have spent 7 days trying to get a complaint resolved with sky to no avail, following over ten hours on their messaging chat and 3 hours on the phone, so no choice but to go formal and go to CICAS under consumer rights.
