    @SkyHelpTeam Im afraid it’s your mobile team exhibiting the dreadful customer service I mentioned! They are the ones that called, couldn’t get through so closed the case(!), then wrote in the notes that they’d spoken to me and I’d refused to provide evidence - none of which is true.

    Has anyone had any issues with a @SkyUK mobile order? Specifically that you have signed agreement and item not in stock, with no courtesy update from them to say after waiting beyond the 4-6 weeks, it will be another 4 weeks?

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband has got very very slow to ver these last two evenings. Currently 380 kbps. Not exactly superfast

    @SkyHelpTeam I did a search for ‘Secrets of the Zoo’ and Sky Q says season 1 is available on Disney+. But Disney+ seemed to have taken it off their service . Can you rectify the search results to take this into account.

    In 12 months I’ve had to reboot my Sky Q box more times than I did my old Sky box in 5 years. @SkyHelpTeam sort out this annoying “waiting for tv schedule” issue please. I feel like I’ve downgraded my system & regretting it now. #skyq #useless

    @SkyHelpTeam How about the superfast broadband I'm paying for doesn't keep dropping out? Honestly, had standard broadband with you for years and no issues, since change over its far too frequent and interuptive, especially as I work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam please help, order placed in Nov, 1st delivery stolen by DPD, 2nd delivery being held in their depot since December. Your investigations team are treating us like we're the criminals in this!!!
