    My husband is attempting to watch West Brom v Charlton on the red button. It's really glitchy tonight - screen freezes, goes black etc - so he missed West Brom's goal! Really poor, considering how much we pay for the "service"! @SkySports

    @SkySports your app is awful tonight trying to watch the #lofc game and it keeps cutting out and throwing me back to the first half. I’m paying plenty for my subscription and expect a much better service.

    @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam Twice during the second half the Walsall game jumped back to the 38th min mark so switched to the Fleetwood game n that did the same!! £150 a month n this ****!!

    @RogerSpag1978 @SkySports I don’t tbh. I never watch the pre/post or ht analysis, all a load of shite. But after a 5-2 win at home I thought it might be different. Wrong.

    Very poor service from @dpd_courierhelp today. Driver didn’t ring the doorbell then claimed I wasn’t in. Customer service was dismissive when I asked to make a complaint. @SkyHelpTeam you should consider how delivery partners reflect on your service.

    @SkyUK 11 days without broadband. Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
