    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp I have called Sky 12 times since Monday and nobody can help raise a fault on my line to get this remedied bc the system won't allow it. This is ridiculous. :(

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok, what’s your complaints procedure please? I accept outages happen but at least with @virginmedia we always had an estimated fix time not still clueless after 3 days! Might be time to go back!

    @SkyUK Please can someone advise me on what to do. The service your providing for my broadband is next to useless. Maximum of 8MB down and 1.4MB up. That's if it works at all. Apparently this is your "Fibre" speeds. Then the TV is always pausing for a second and then replaying.
