    @SkyHelpTeam something has happened to the signal near me.. for the past 8/10 months the signal is and stays at 1 or 4 bars outside !! we used have 3 or 4 inside .. have reported it a few times and each time you come back and say nothing is wrong ..

    Our @SkyHelpTeam mobile bill increases while mobile and broadband discounts are offered to people on benefits? Anyone who can afford mobile and broadband should expect no help to pay for those services.

    @Paulette_Weekes @SkyHelpTeam Thats the domestic broadband SLA for fault resolution. Hows about, you know be a good parent and do something with your kids instead of sitting them down in front of a TV or games console

    @SkyUK My broadband contract up for renewal. I click on the ad for £23 but it still tells me I have to pay £30.50 a month which no doubt will go UP again in April. I wfh so can't have any interruptions in service. Can I get the £23 deal? Would help me so much budgeting wise.
