  @SkyUK Thanks mate! Asked to cancel on 18+ April due to move abroad. Instead got cancelled today, 5 April. Spent hour on phone to be told that the acct is gone once cancelled! Error couldn't be fixed. This after 6yrs paying £100+ pcm. What a waste.

  After years of poor service & terrible broadband with @SkyUK I left. I joined @virginmedia through @O2 and am saving £30 PER MONTH with better service & better signal. Sky’s weekly “please come back to us” letters are painful, even offering me a higher price than I’m paying now!

  Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’m curious, I’ve been a broadband customer for 10 years. I’m paying nearly £40 a month for super fast broadband but if I go online the price says you’re charge £28. What’s all that about?
