    @SkyUK seriously need to sort out the recordings library, it's a complete mess. No stacking, programmes all over the place. Reset box, unlinked recordings and linked again etc. Still all over the place. Never had this on Sky+ box, only Sky Q.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. Suddenly, no internet, no landline. Disassembling as advised does eventually solve the problem, and I am unfortunately very well practised in the routine. However loss of internet on my computer/iPad interferes with my work as well as personal enjoyment.

    @SkyUK appointment for 12-2 Check CCTV they come at 11 No phone call No prior notice! Terrible Service…..

    @SkyHelpTeam Well... It seems your call handlers are confused by it and hide behind FCA regs. Phone returned but sim card still active, charged higher amount (wrongly) despite phone return... Now demanding payment of higher amount to reactivate service 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam and yet again, I’ve got no broadband! I’ve looked at your bitly link and it says there’s a problem. It then tells me to carry out the actions I can do in my sleep because I’ve had to do them so often. Is this Sky’s best service?
