@lindseyxrufc @SkySports Why are people surprised about @SkyFootball? Their distain for the percieved "smaller clubs" runs throughout their history. Remember Jim White & his infamous Countdown clock when Bury & Bolton were going bust? Only surprise to me is why people still pay for this crap.

@SkyHelpTeam All these have been tried. I have contacted your technical support and customer service multiple times. Been on the phone with the technical team for hours who basically kept saying the same thing that 25mbs should be a good speed- was fed up and felt like my time was wasted.

there is no improvement. I only use WiFi connection and I’ve followed all steps online to make signal better. Including changing channels and frequency. I now feel I am not getting my monies worth for this service. Ive requested line tests which have always come @SkyHelpTeam ...
