    @SkyHelpTeam having sky installed today, except engineer can't come in to install it because if Covid restrictions. Expected to have my window open for three months Not told this because people in call centres on commission. Absolutly outrageous customer service.

    @NeilRay82 @officialgiggs @SkyHelpTeam Okay so let's say you've got an elderly couple or someone who generally isn't tech savvy or understands enough, you're telling me its fine to keep taking their money and providing a shite service because its their own fault?     @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. I'm having a lot of trouble with automated scam calls ringing repeatedly & was trying to turn on Sky Talk Shield to try to help with the matter, but the website won't let me go to the right page & when I try ringing the number suggested on the FAQ to turn
