    @SkyHelpTeam shoutout to costumer services who misinformed me. Not only have I had to wait 6 days for a replacement TV I now can’t change to the colour like I had been told I could on Sunday. Like it’s my fault a 5 month old TV has broken.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t want to cancel my tv contract, it’s due for renewal on the 19th but I can’t afford to be paying what I am. I’ve tried calling to speak to someone but the automated voice either doesn’t put me through, or the line cuts off before I get through to speak to someone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is it , whenever I attempt to watch BT sport's , the stream continually lags behind then speeds up the actual stream to catch up, making it damn near impossible to actually watch normally ? SG1 postcode , and on a Phone , the PC won't hardly work at all ........

    @SkyHelpTeam help! New fibre package activated on the 7th supposed to be 80/20, and you say it's running at 59mbps at the box, but no more than 15-18mbps in use, and new smart TV won't load, or install apps, but was working fine if slow, on old system?

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK our visit was scheduled for 08:00-13:00 today and the engineer marked the work as having started at 12:54, but it’s 16:12 and he’s still not here. We’ve waited in all day and been unable to work. Can someone please help in getting this rescheduled asap?
