    @SkyHelpTeam no option for ultra hd on the Liverpool vs arsenal game. Has some red button option but once clicked nothing happens. Usually it’s just a banner that pops up and you click it. Already rebooted at the mains. What’s the issue please?

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you think it'd acceptable for your services to be down the last two weeks and all I get on your website is "known issues in your area?" Get it fixed. You're not following The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

    All the money we pay for @SkySports & we still haven’t got a red button service that can show replays or be in HD. Like watching football in the Wogan-era

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - is Ultra HD not working on the Liverpool game? Have tried restarting. Had this issue earlier in the season it’s not ideal.
