    @SkyHelpTeam Right I’m completely raged off now done all what you said to try and am sat watching Man U v Wolves and the sound is miles out . I’ve been a customer since 1999 and I am not happy with this at all . I’m paying extra for uhd and I have not been able to watch for months

    @SkyHelpTeam With respect I want to watch what I’m paying for in UHD and not muck about with switching off etc! It’s affecting lots of people and it’s not our box problem!

    @jheptinstall24 @SkyHelpTeam My UHD is awful. It's so dark and dull. Thought the UHD HDR was meant to make the picture brighter.

    @thebigspaniard @SkyHelpTeam Not that lucky to get HDR did have sky glass but that was awful so sent it back
