How can @SkySports have the clueless Steve Morison on as an analyst? A man who put together the worst Cardiff squad in 20 years, signing 15 plus players, but no striker! Resulting in us probably getting relegated.

@skyhelpteam @weareopenreach HELP! I only just ordered broadband from you & already want to quit. I got a text saying openreach will install on Sat. I thought we already had it. The text told me to ring Sky, where a robot directed me to a website. Pls could I just speak to sb?

@SkyHelpTeam my internet increasingly dropping connection from the exchange down the road. 24hrs ago raised an engineer investigation - how long do I need to wait for an update? Internet is dropping every 20 minutes...

Well we are now 7 days from the end of a era. 13yrs 11mths as a @SkyUK customer for TV/BB will come to an end in 7days time. No one from @SkyHelpTeam has even bothered to attempt to reach out to address the fact that they are losing a loyal customer due to their Agent's actions.
