    @SkyHelpTeam No it isn’t because I’ve tried your “online help guid” many times before. The best way to resolve my issue is to leave sky or sky provide a decent service that actually works. I dare you to search “sky broadband issues” on Twitter. Go on, give it a go!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having problems with pictures on live TV - constantly breaking up/showing 'no satellite signal. We get no sky channels so don't think I should pay for a service I'm not getting. Pls help #skytv #noservice

    @SkyUK I cancelled my service in March 2021 but Sky is still taking payments! When I cancelled the Direct Debit (which they should do) I got emails threatening penalties…and at the same time they sent cancel confirmation! Shoddy, disjointed, fail.

    @DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Sorry, a bit late to this, but we had this problem a few years ago. Finally a persistent BT engineer traced the issue to a poorly insulated connection 3 doors down being affected by moisture. So changing provider wouldn’t have helped!
