@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam awful service again for my mum asking her to resolve a complaint she has made to you, her provider not to mention a loyal customer, she has had months of her Internet going down with hospital appointments online! I will make sure this goes to the ombudsman

@SkyHelpTeam Still no call from adviser. But I’ve spoken to a Sky Engineer who is working in my area and he has told me what the problem could be and has advised me to get my device changed. D/M and I’ll give you info..

@SkyUK Hi Sky, do think if you stopped making your truly awful Sky Original movies (Twist, Blythe Spririt, SAS Red Notice etc - check out IMDB!) you wouldn't have to put up my monthly bill.
