    @SkyHelpTeam Its awful @SkyUK dont do enough to support their loyal (9yrs) customers in these extremely difficult financial times with heating bills currently quadrupling! I asked to pause my TV package for 3 months and then continue to the end of the 18months ❌ #zeroflexibility

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes all 3 of our phones had 4g but wouldn’t work. It’s really bad to be fair. We were at a event and needed a signal

    I haven’t heard @HKane been abused yet, even @SkySports is showing support for him, just imagine if it was Rashford, Saka or Sancho, even Sterling that missed a penalty; like wat happened in euro, oh! D abuse would v been so much.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been sent a new router instead of a booster. This really frustrating as I spent over 60 mins in the telephone sorting this issue only to recoeve wrong equipment. Your customer service is atrocious.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t think it is down to the person receiving the goods to chase the product. Legally Its the sender who needs to chase it and then decide if a replacement is needed. The tracker shows it’s still at a national hub, which one? How long do I wait until a replacement is sent out?

    @SkyHelpTeam Everything is showing as green and 'no known issues in your area affecting your broadband' but clearly there are. Only 2 of the 3 lights on the skyq router are lit up. The middle one isn't lit
