    @SkyHelpTeam no Wi-Fi since early hours, phoned told a sky problem. To now phone and be told an open reach issue probably won’t be looked at for a couple of days as don’t work weekends!! Not the best service when talked into the sky glass a couple of months! So NO WI-FI OR TV😡

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has dropped out 5 times in ths last 2 hours. I’ve completed all the steps. Your website gives no contact details. Your company makes it impossible to speak to a person. I’m now looking to cancel. Your service is rubbish to say the least.
