@drummerJoshG @SkyHelpTeam Tbh mate i would normaly cancel it right after the last race of the season and that was it next bill it would be gone. I would then have to put up with a load of calls asking me to add it to my package again with cheaper offers. Would then just add it right before the season

@SkyHelpTeam Even going from fibre to super fast fibre I asked your phone tech if this will help the stability issue and he replied it might do. Well as you can see it has made no difference what so ever and even going to another isp wouldn't fix the problem.this is a external fault.

@SkyHelpTeam When entering the contract with you I made it clear I wanted the connection for online gaming and streaming and as you can see the service you provide is not good enough to game let one stream at the same time. Who wants to see someone stuck in lobbies for 5-60 minutes.
