    @SkyHelpTeam an update and some information on what is happening with the multi exchange outage would be informative for customers, this is basic customer service!! Difficult to work from home and I have an online exam in the morning...will it he fixed by then??

    @SkyHelpTeam The whole area is out. We know this already. I want to know when service will be restored. Not had internet or landline access all day. This is exacerbated by the extremely poor levels of customer service and your failure to communicate effectively with your customers. #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam it is now down in M33. I need this for work and given its been down most of today and cannot get through to anyone at Sky to know when will this be resolved?
