    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - Is the outage in Lancashire the same one that is affecting me in Walkden, Manchester (M28), or is this a separate issue? And do you have a timescale for repair as I work from home and am currently offline?

    @SkyHelpTeam There are no options to consider, I want to cancel my order and close my account, I'm not under contract for my existing services and in cooling off period for the new order which I no longer want.

    @SkyHelpTeam The whole area is out. We know this already. I want to know when service will be restored. Not had internet or landline access all day. This is exacerbated by the extremely poor levels of customer service and your failure to communicate effectively with your customers. #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam @altrinchamtoday Still no updates! It is saying there is still an outage in my area WN7, and it has been down since 0100. Can't get on internet for work or record or anything on Sky Q. What am I paying you for again?

    @SkyHelpTeam no internet since 7am, and not a peep from anyone to tell us when it’s going to be resolved? Poor customer service as usual. Quick enough to take our bills aren’t you.
