    How about posting on your page or on Twitter generally why Sky Internet is down and when it will be fixed? Going silent is poor customer service. @SkyHelpTeam

    Thoughts and prayers with @SkyHelpTeam this morning. Sky customer services though could help themselves by recognising that there has been an issue in S Wales since 8pm last night + by communicating this with their customers. It seems they’ve only acknowledged a prob this morn.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Taliska666 Replies like this really isn’t helping the issue and is just causing more anger, you clearly know there is an issue, it’s about time discounts was starting to be given, as your not providing a service that’s being paid for and the response from Sky has been appalling.

    It's now been 15 and a half hours without being fixed! Surely this is cause to be able to cancel any contract I have with @SkyUK? And the wait times to speak to someone are over an hour. Ridiculous!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. I can’t work until the problem is resolved so I’ll keep checking for updates. I’ve managed to reallocate time-sensitive tasks (like paying suppliers) to colleagues.
