    @SkyHelpTeam How convenient. The fact is that you are selling identical packages at prices that differ by £80 per month. That is shameful. 20+ years of custom and treated like a piece of trash. Twitter or call centre, the support is non existent.

    @SkySports Mainly because the standard of women's football is pish. I watched the "2 best international teams" play at the last WC to give it a chance. 3 foul throws. In one match. If the club I support had 3 in a season I'd be disappointed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Same problem here. Like someone has turned down the brightness just for the first premier league match. I’ve got an HD tv and it’s been fine until this one programme. So what do I need to do?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have received a text or two but the biggest issue is with Open Reach - I am unable to contact anyone at Open Reach to find out if a Wayleave for the works needed has been completed. So frustrating. They have AWFUL internet speeds and I’ve reached the end of my rope with this

    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why as an existing ‘platinum’ customer I have to pay more than a new customer. To the sum of £10 a month? How can this be possible? @MartinSLewis can you help? I have screen shots of both quotes!
