    @SkyHelpTeam what's up with broadband? Ever since your email saying prices are going up, the service has been shocking. Connection constantly drops out. 5 times today alone the router has lost connection. Really not helpful when WFH (on a wired connection too, not WiFi).

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for reply Heather, what is the reason it keeps dropping? I keep restarting it, unplugging.Have a green light,than after few minutes blinking orange light and than no light at all.Its started few day ago. Is it a router issues?

    @SkyUK One big issue. No hard drive to record to. Also any wifi/broadband issues and you have no TV at all as no satellite receiver for back up !! Poorly thought out.

    @SkyHelpTeam That means I lose 19 years of Sky Benefits, and involves you taking my Q boxes (so I lose all the films I’ve paid for) only to replace them - which is utterly ludicrous and environmentally unsound. What exactly is the rationale for such a customer unfocused ‘business decision’?

    @SkyUK Absolute bag of ****. Far better spec TV’s out there. Get one of them and stick to SkyQ. There will be a Sky Glass tv app soon as this is a lemon

    @SkyHelpTeam is there actually a way of contacting sky without spending an age on the phone? My broadband (yet again) is shocking and if I hear someone tell me to switch it off and on again as a solution I will likely scream 🤯
