@SkyHelpTeam Last time I spoke to one of your colleagues she said she could see a huge dip in speeds and yet the online tools show that it’s been at 40mbps forever. We have never been able to connect with that speed since we moved to this substandard service.

Anyone with Sky Q.....when you got it installed did it wipe out your broadband and how did you fix this please? Seems to be a very common problem but no fix seen! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam tried getting the 30 day free trial for Prime Video through apps on my sky box and was charged the monthly fee straight away. Amazon refunded me but said it's a problem on Sky. How do I get the free trial via Sky?
