    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it’s not there, this has happened b4 I only recorded it last week! Been a customer since 2005, and you’re still trying to drain each and every pound out of me even tho I’ve paid thousands of pounds. It’s now available to buy or rent? What a surprise 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Again I’ve done all the steps and when you get through on the phone help is non existent and I’ve been hold then the phone gets put down customer service is shocking to be polite about it
