    @SkyHelpTeam my broadbands been down for over half hour now. The internet light is off on the router. Tried your steps online but hasn’t fixed it. Paying extra for the broadband guarantee as well

    @SkyHelpTeam I seem to have been overcharged this month and future bills are showing the same amount. I’ve over a year left on my contract so not sure why my bill is now considerably more. Can someone help please?

    So working from home. Yesterday sky broke down and I blamed the BT workmen on the corner of the road. Today same time and same internet access flickering in and out! Wtaf @SkyHelpTeam you get paid, now provide me with the service!

    @SkyUK service has been nothing short of frustrating at the moment. Sky box has been playing up for days now 🙃
