    @SkyHelpTeam when the connection works, the url takes me to Sky homepage. when the connection is not working, then error 404 message is shown. I have gone through the hub "fix" option which pops up - the steps recommend checking the phone cable connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam currently on a call to one of your call centres, agent can’t answer my question and says he’s transferring me. He’s actually got me on mute waiting for me to hang up. I know this because he’s unmuted me a couple of times

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q main box - playback of recordings keeps freezing, skipping, lists of failed recordings due to "software issue". Have factory reset box and updated software but still same issue. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam good Evening FYI ITV hub on sky glass just crashed the whole telly. I have just turned it off at the plug turned it back on after a couple of mins and is now working again. As I have said many a time ITV lets the whole package down everything else is getting so much
