    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Il call customer services as I can only get online via 4G which doesn’t allow me to carry out troubleshooting through the router.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I keep getting call supposedly from BT open reach saying there is an issue with my router. My contact is with Sky, my internet is fine. I am not sure whether to trust these calls

    @SkyUK getting really annoyed with how rubbish and slow the broadband has been in the last week. Trying to run Google classrooms for 3 kids home schooling and it either doesn't work or is so slow it kicks us off. Contracts up on 19th thinking of leaving

    @SkyUK could someone please explain that my partner was meant to get a call back from customer relations about money owed to me and my partner as weve taken u to court and u still cannot call us and give us back our money.

    @SkyHelpTeam We had issues with the connection last week and they were sorted. But there is no issues now when we do a line check. But it's so slow and cuts out constantly. No good when we have 3 kids home schooling and I'm trying to teach remotely
