    My internets currently been dead for 40+ minutes and this is the 5th outage in around 2 weeks. Now to wait 9 hours for @SkyHelpTeam to even be open.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have requested to cancel my sky. I did this on the 29th September after getting sent a link on here from a sky advisor. However sky are claiming to have not received this (typical) and are seemingly trying to reconnect me when I have now have a contract in place with virgin!!

    @ThistleIsla @SkySports It vastly reduces the wrong decisions. I’d much rather wait a couple minutes and not have my team 1-0 down incorrectly rather than play on beating cheated

    @SkyHelpTeam Therefore an engineer should never have been requested and I received a call from an openreach engineer today stating he's fixed the fault but it was a nightmare job and he'd been working on it for hours but finally resolved the issue. The only issue is the sky's lack of service!

    @SkyHelpTeam your 4G sim for iPad is getting speeds less than 3mbps. It’s ridiculous can you fix this or help me cancel
