    @SkyHelpTeam I did that. I was put through to the customer complaint department. Was left hanging for 45 minutes and then was cut off and nobody called me back.

    @stephenfry @SkyUK Maybe because the scientific part of your mind is trying to figure out the mass of an episode, to what extent it is influenced by the Earth's gravitational field, and whether air resistance could act on it to slow its descent.
