    @SkyHelpTeam My internet speed is shockingly slow and I’ve just had a letter recently saying my bills is now getting increased again. I’m barely getting 10mbps. I’m very unhappy and wish to cancel my contract because of this.

    @jgill1986 @atpoetry @SkyUK Yep my thoughts too trying to work out how to work! Might have to take leave. Going on the £8 daily refund sky is supposed to give we should get about 50 quid back but hardly compensation for the problems it's causing

    @electron_greg @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Because they are like EVERY media company... They give zero ***** about their customers, or service, and if they mess up enough; they change their name, and start the cycle again.

    Why is @SkyUK broadband so bad? Literally always have to hotspot and use my mobile data for EVERYTHING.
