    @SkyHelpTeam It is too late for that. I have complained multiple times about poor broadband service. The problem is caused by high contention ratios. I had FTTP put in from Zen on 8/5/2021. It is fast all the time rather than occasionally, and zero drop-outs.

    @SkySports I think these patronising comments are part of the reason people are booing. Sick of been told what to do, what to like and if you don’t agree you need ‘educating’ Funny how nobody had any issue with the kick it out campaign. Maybe it’s Gareth who doesn’t understand

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello sky help team. I live in Hammersmith, and our broadband went down around midnight last night. Appears to be an issue with the exchange. Any ETA on when it will be fixed?

    @SkyUK Weird as an existing customer, best you can do for me is £56 a month. What's the difference with new customers and me for £7 a month variance or £126 over contract more?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam internet in West and SW London has been down since 12:30am. Tried all of the help steps, twice over. No improvement. Others in area also affected. Please Fix ASAP! Be honest and upfront with your customers!
