    @SkyUK I record everything. I never watch live. Not everything on Sky is available for catchup. Hence a hard drive is a non-negotiable. #skyglass

    Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

    @SkyUK why do you keep asking me return my sky equipment when I have renewed? also providing a number that when you call you get told everyone is on training doesn't help either!

    @SkyUK A product that could have done well 5 years ago - Sky has missed the boat here. This won't sell in large numbers. Apps are where it is at in TV right now, not walled-garden hardware. Also - G rating (the worst) on energy efficiency = bad.

    Just heard about #skyglass @SkyHelpTeam . I’m dreading it coz our #skybroadband is bad. Broadband is ok in the South but up North here it’s not

    @ThisIsNoahEvans @Seallbay @SkyUK We dont have an aerial and can't get dish signal due to large trees behind my house so this would be ideal for us.

    @SkyUK So if you are in a middle of watching live football and the WiFi goes down you can only watch free to air channels by connecting an aerial?
