    @PoveyChris @SkyHelpTeam @mariannet91 Fully agree on this - no 120hz support makes this a downgrade - either a box or an app for a selection of existing streaming boxes would have made more sense, and that’s just by browsing replies here + other sites.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting a black screen and tech fault on my sky tv on BBC 1, BBC News is fine, is this a sky fault or a problem with the beeb. All other channels are fine through the sky box.

    @M_Shaw1 Nice build up to the Grand Final on Sky TV - but the all pervasive black cloud in the room - we're going to have to endure the awful incessant input of "tez & baz". How much longer before @skysports sorts it out?!

    @AskPS_UK Have done this, and even called @SkyHelpTeam who advised a hard reset of our router. We've done this and both our PS5s are still unable to sign in. @SkyHelpTeam have you made any configuration changes to your network please?

    @SkyHelpTeam please can you help. Had visit from BT OPENREACH this afternoon as there was a fault with broadband. He’s fixed the broadband but now my phone does not work! OPENREACH came through you so I have no way to contact the engineer
