    @SkyUK my broadband is down for over a month since we shifted to sky super fast broadband. Forget super fast even the normal service has been shut down. Every time speaking with diff agents and no solution at all. Not sure what else needs to be done..

    @lairy72 @SkyUK @bt_uk Bt gave wrong change of number to a vunerable adult who gets abusive calls as a result as it was owned by a business. Bt ceo away no compensation nothing for the suffering. Disgusting bt service wrote to press.

    @SkyHelpTeam It should be far simpler these days, especially when staff are reduced due to the pandemic. I’m not very happy about having to sit on hold just to take off some channels that I was told I could cancel anytime.

    @SkyHelpTeam Same response again.. pls do help us resolve this. My old setting was working amazingly well now because of super fast neither is working and ur agent says they are having issues reverting old working setting..
