    @SkyHelpTeam my sky mobile has not worked since the emergency alert! But you keep claiming you are not aware when many users are having calls failed and texts failed!!

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with my sky mobile? Can’t send or receive texts? Can’t ring out and nobody can ring me? But got full 4G apparently and I’ve checked my coverage checker and it says everything is fine but I know multiple people are having these issues

    @GerryMa84372823 @SkyHelpTeam Exactly the same issues! But apparently they arent aware of any issues but clearly from all these tweets they are aware that since the emergency alert MANY users SKY phones are not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hiya, I'm having problems where I can't connect to 4G in my own home and the normal WiFi calling symbol isn't there but the rest of my family is having no issues. Is there anything you could do to help me? Many thanks!- Teddy

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a broadband issue in South Wales at the minute? Our upload speed is struggling to get above 1 megabit/second and the phone line isn’t working

    @SkyHelpTeam Pathetic you can't find out what is wrong with the mast in SE England that means I can't make texts or calls or barely use mobile web. Nor provide compensation. What sort of crap deal did you strike with O2 who runs the mast?
