    @SkyHelpTeam My next action will be to move my broadband service and refuse to pay any early termination fees as @SkyUK have basically failed to provide me with the service I am paying for. Upon moving I am also ready for legal action if Sky insist on early termination charges.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not wishing to be blunt, but I've tried three times over three months and had no response. I'm sure you'll agree that that is dreadful service. Please don't role out the Covid excuse, I'm sick of hearing it from big businesses.
