    @clivebush3645 @l_herdman @SkyUK Most use the same cabling from the same BT exchanges to the box on your wall. You’re just paying a brand who’s bought x-amount of bandwidth at wholesale cost off BT. Issues will be mostly the same unless you go for virgin, truespeed or someone who has their own network.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any known issues currently with Sky TV? I'm being told to insert viewing card. It was already in. I've removed it, reinserted it, also reset the box, but the same error.

    So my Sky Q mini box has stopped working, I’ve been searching online on how to contact sky about this to get a replacement. There is nothing, can anyone help as @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK are making it very difficult to get an answer. Thanks
