    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed in your services right now. I saw an advert to add multi screen reduced from £15 extra down to only £10 extra so I go on to add it to my account only for the box to arrive and I'm getting charged the original £15!! Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam NOT only that but only 10 minutes after I set the multi room box up you send me an email offer to reduce it from £15 to £8!! So I phone your customer service team only to be told it cannot be reduced because its already added! What an absolute joke!!

    @SkyHelpTeam When I try to download a programme it says I have to upgrade my subscription I have never had this problem in the past

    @SkyHelpTeam Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a free trial of Sky Cinema? It’s not possible to do it online or via your app. You only allow cancellation if I ring you. I’ve just tried and it’s a 20 minute wait! Something so simple shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been on hold for over an hour eventually got through to be told by one of your advisors they are not trained on sky q sky on hols again to try and speak to someone poor customer service!!!
