    @SkyHelpTeam @drew_wwwwd Ive also tried a different brower and that doesnt work neither, same issues, can access facebook and twitter, but thats about it

    @BigSammyJ @SkyHelpTeam And when I run the test it says its having trouble atm. It also wants to connect to my router, which there's no point doing as there's no internet!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "There are no known issues affecting your Sky Broadband service." which isn't true. At all. It isn't true for me, and it isn't true for the other thousand people messaging you with issues too. When are you going to acknowledge it's clearly a wider issue?
