    Can you help? I ordered a laptop on 11 August. It was shown in stock and was ordered in time for next day delivery. I also ordered a sim to go with it and the dongle. It has still not arrived. I get messages asking me to activate the sim, but it is not here @SkyHelpTeam

    Do yourself a favour. DO NOT use the one touch switch service with @SkyUK or @virginmedia. Still paying for both for weeks. Virgin continues to bill me despite me having sent back their equipment. The whole thing is a con. Be warned. @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam On every episode of The Office Movers on Sky Comedy via Virgin On Demand, your subtitles are covering the humorous captions that are burnt into the programme. This happens regularly. Could someone please fix this by top-aligning subtitles when there’s burnt in text?

    @SkyHelpTeam I know an elderly gentleman who has a landline fault and can't get through the AI systems to speak to someone on the phone. Can someone kindly take some initiative and call him as he's very stressed. I'm not with him to help him call.
