@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I was receiving error 001 messages on SkyGo so downloaded your beta version. It fixed that problem but this version has no “continue watching” and does not register where you left off in what you were watching. As it also closes unexpectedly this is a real pain.

Why has every companies customer service gone **** since Covid? You spend an hour to get through, then get cut off half way through talking about your problem @SkyHelpTeam @child-maintenance , and nobody call you back.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

@SkyUK Sky must have the worst customer service. I ring and ask for an upgrade and I get put straight through to somebody within seconds. Ring again to find out about lowering my bill because my contract has expired and put hold for 40 minutes and still counting... Absolute joke

Thank you to @SkyUK who have my broadband up & running with the greatest of ease! 👍🏻 no thanks to @virginmedia who failed miserably repeatedly over the past 3 months to actually install awful service 👎🏻
