  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Exactly the same as me but also with their TV service. Quoted me a price, then couldn’t actually honour it. Spent a week or so ringing to try and get the deal to be told no. Left and never looked back. TV services are overpriced. Their broadband felt throttled all the time. Leave

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky customer for almost 27 years. Price jumped to £180. New customers get a similar package for £71. Only difference was I had sky Q the new one was sky stream. Tried to haggle but their best price was nowhere near the new customer price. Needless to say I start virgin next week

  If anyone’s @virginmedia red button plus channels aren’t working for the football the best thing to do is login to the sky sports app/website. Click login with virgin media. Once logged in you can watch the games. 👌🏼 #virginmedia #skysports

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for 32 years and due to not agreeing with something they did last year when I got 2 mobiles I have decided to leave them. I thought my tv ended next week as well but I got caught out on another call in December (my bad for not reading terms) Gigaclear £27 pm

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was a customer with three for around 25 years phone contract renewal for similar package was £35 now gone up to £80 with 2 increases to come during contract went to giffgaff £14 pm

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue for years was stuck on an old package that they didn’t offer anymore and the price would get increased every year it got to like £50 a month for just a 20mb line. They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds
