    @SkyHelpTeam Just got off the phone with customer services. They are sending me a new router and sky Q box to boost the signal. Let’s hope this works thnx, if not I’ll no doubt be back on here venting my frustrations 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam right that's my parents phone line down now. NOW is your time to either try to run a diagnostic or send an engineer out. Don't bother linking me your contact numbers as they have tried that countless time. My contact through BT has told me this is a sky problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of an update on broadband outage in Ditchling Common/Burgess Hill area please??! Can’t find any decent updates anywhere and we’ve been without internet since I woke up at 8am this morning - bit of an issue when everyone is working from home!

    @SkyUK is there a way to speak to an actual human being to discuss broadband issues? Cannot connect at all and the online guidance doesn’t help

    @Birchy_Steve @SkyHelpTeam We are also experiencing problems with our broadband in Bristol! Trying to home work!!!😡 have run the checks suggested online and there is a problem and will be fixed overnight-surely not 🤬 got to wait this long??
