    @SkyHelpTeam Hi have tried on several occasions to get through. Waiting anything from 30-60 minutes. Still having issues. Maybe @virginmedia would be the answer as sky you are useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam truly rubbish online help experience, what a joke, I'm going round and round on website. Last week went to cancel contract was talked into stopping with Sky now you've gone silent can't seem to find the correct help approach on the web. Fed up! Wish I'd of canceled!
