Chelle (@Blonde_Nutter) reported@SkyHelpTeam The engineer only had 4 jobs today. Why supply a faulty box? Failed to rectify after a 40 minute reset. You even had the audacity to ask if he wanted to be put though to the cancellations dept. this is not good enough when he is such a long standing customer I'm afraid.

Ritchie (@MistahRitchie) reported@SkyHelpTeam I have had a couple of issues with the ordering of my Sky Glass. I got through to the part where you sign and agree and it threw up an error, went through the process again and it says Im unsuccessful. Is this a common issue? If so how can I fix?
