@SkyHelpTeam So I’ve upgraded my dads broadband for him (speeds he was getting for price was insane) but his account online has TV on which he doesn’t/shouldn’t have. He’s really poorly atm and is reliant on internet. Also, can I pay more to have his hub and service on quicker?

@SkyUK On hold with Sky yet again after being told again that my broadband upgrade will not be taking place. I have been given 4 different dates since mid November. I know there is a lot going on in the world right now, but I just though you should know your service is dreadful.

@SkySports Poor white people are significantly more discriminated against than black people. There are more poor white families than poor black ones. Nor do they benefit from being able to get jobs or university placements because of their skin colour.

@SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks and the support team are still sending me emails asking to describe the fault. They also say the app isn’t available for subscription... when it is.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already been through those steps and the broadband’s still down. I’ve tried calling but reached a dead-end due to their being a problem with the service locally (apparently). Can you confirm that’s the case? Or do I need to escalate the issue further??
