    @SkyHelpTeam this is where the problem lies someone came to dig up the drive said he needed a different tool and the team would be out to me they never came so somewhere someone has told lies because if the drive didn’t have concrete under the paving the work would have been done

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet and my home phone have been down 2 days now,They say on the website when I test my connection that it’s an outage in the area and should be sorted in a couple of hours but when I ring up the people on the phone don’t seem to know what day it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's got nothing to do with what we can do, it's the app that's always been awful. You need to develop a proper app for Windows like Netflix and Disney+ and put it in their store. They work perfectly.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi team, I keep getting phone calls from someone proclaiming to be from Sky Broadband stating they have traced a fault to my router resulting in slow internet performance. I never disclose information to them as they don’t sound legitimate, but they are persistent.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done all that. They advised it was a localised issue not specific to us.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. The problem is quite clear, the hub is power cycling. Its one for 10 secs then off again back to red light. Then sequence starts again.
