    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried. Rest failed, now your site is saying ‘ooops that didn’t work. Looks like our tests are unavailable at the moment’ - presumably too many people running the test. Downdetector says you’re down too (so not just me)

    @SkyHelpTeam are you aware of any broadband issues in SE6 area? Because a neighbour and I have no internet yet the hub displays internet is available. VOIP partially working yet everything else isn't and the status page says everything is okay on my acc. Wut 👀 ?

    @SkyHelpTeam internet is down South Wales Bridgend area all checks completed green lights on router but no connection issue is with either your equipment or service provided

    @SkyHelpTeam The initial check confirmed no known local issues, but couldn’t connect to the hub. I see other comments saying it’s your DNS system - which it was at 2am too.
