    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, My mobile which has been working perfectly for last 18 months is not able to make calls. Not registered on network and emergency calls only are some of the messages. The account is up to date with no overdue payments.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no mobile signal - can someone tell me what is happening? Your service status online says no issues and everything is working fine…….that does not seem to be the case!! Any chance of some useful and decent information? Thanks.

    @SkyUK broadband keeps cutting off all the time, technical are no help & to top it off iv no signal on my mobile now and that’s not even sky broadband what’s going on sky !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you, I’m back home now and currently relying on BT wifi which is working but daughter still with no data use and no calls so I hope the issues are fixed soon
