  @WestDiscGolf @SkyHelpTeam Ah properly busted then. That sucks. I suspect our dish is misaligned (engineer visit next week). I was just fishing for it maybe being a problem at their end.

  @SkyHelpTeam Now at 36hrs since it was repaired , Guess its a con to sign up then? How do i get the broadband boast removed at no penalty as Sky isn’t keeping there part of contract. Not right if i have to fight for this everytime your down!

  @SkyHelpTeam Hello, both my house and my mums house do not have a network connection. I’ve checked online but it says it is fine. This is accurate as I can’t gain access to the internet. Thanks
