    Why has every companies customer service gone **** since Covid? You spend an hour to get through, then get cut off half way through talking about your problem @SkyHelpTeam @child-maintenance , and nobody call you back.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah. Reset my router as well. All the usual. Even checked to see if there were any issues locally and there doesn't seem to be.

    @SkyUK Sky must have the worst customer service. I ring and ask for an upgrade and I get put straight through to somebody within seconds. Ring again to find out about lowering my bill because my contract has expired and put hold for 40 minutes and still counting... Absolute joke

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

    @SkySports Behave, just sounds like he wanted his ego stroking... I’m a fan of pogba, got great ability but using this stuff as an excuse is poor, he and untied have been poor. Simple.
