@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

@cjjc @SkyHelpTeam We chose Sky when we moved last. Every time we had an engineer show up we were told there was an issue with X, so every time I'd call Sky and say 'yeah, your guy needs X' and every goddamn time they showed up very surprised that they didn't have X.
