    @SkyHelpTeam Ongoing ping spikes and packet loss. Engineer booked to attend then never turned up and I've hears nothing since. Literally running down the contract at this point.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I talk movies with you? Is there any chance of a discount or a deal like our free Netflix for Disney+. It would seem a lot of amazing films will no longer be on sky. Skycinema is now barely watched so may cancel to buy Disney+ with the bonus of more shows too

    @SkyHelpTeam Its fixed itself now, came back 7 hours later, why does this happen so regular?, I don’t seem to be the only person experiencing this Sale area of Manchester seemed to be down most of the night, that cant be just my setup causing an issue…?

    @SkyHelpTeam Update on the Glasgow outage? Anything being done to resolve it? No internet since Friday. Told to keep checking for updates but its said the same thing for almost a week, that there’s an outage in the local area and it’ll be fixed in a couple hours? It’s been days. Thanks
