    @SkyHelpTeam I have tested my line and it has drastically drooped below min speed again this is getting ridiculous now and very poor service from sky and you are left waiting for excessive amount of time to get connected to an agent on the phone!

    @Gillysixpence @SkyUK Thats not a Sky production/channel therefore its not down to Sky to produce subtitles its down to whoever produces it. Contact whoever that is

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a wider problem in the area? I have done all the checks and although it says my router and broadband are fine, I still cant connect. My neighbours have lost connection too, they are on different internet providers

    @SkyHelpTeam The link you sent me doesn't work plus I need 2 labels because I'm having to box up the stuff separately. I've just tried calling your team again! And I was told the wait would be 10 mins. I can't afford the phone call nor do I have the time to wait that long. I'm so tired of it.

    @Mr_PaulDavis91 @SkyHelpTeam I take it you have a domestic broadband service - if so there is no liability for working unfortunately. And to answer your question no it won’t get resolved today sounds as though there are about 4 steps that need to happen first so you’re probably looking at a month

    @CharleyWills @SkyHelpTeam 2 things: 1. Take the tinfoil hat off Charl, you’d probably get a world record for distance at how far you jumped to that conclusion. 2. Using a domestic broadband service for work is against TCs and breaches your contract so probably best to not moan about it online hey
