@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry, but that doesn’t work. I have tried to re-order it and it just takes you to the pre-ordered site, which is a blank screen. There is clearly a technical problem your end. How do I solve this?

@SkyHelpTeam my mum has been a customer for over 5 years, she is over 80 and has had a bereavement recently, yet her contract keeps renewing for the same, new customers getting special deals but not existing! Will b calling to cancel next week and go to BT for phone broadband &tv

Day 3 of internet dropping out for no apparent reason, impacting wifi, tv, everything. “No known issues” apparently 🙄. Got to love paying ridiculous money for a rubbish service. @SkyHelpTeam

@bwollox @SkyHelpTeam Mine kept doing the same. I cancelled ( bought it 6 times in all) and then started again from main screen. You can’t just order by pressing record like you usually can. Massive pain in the arse. It’s not like I pay Sky hundreds a pound a month for the service either!
