@SkyUK my Internet has already been non functional for 10 days and now I have to wait for another month because your engineer (that supposedly didnt need to come in) never knocked on my door hard enough. I was in the flaming living room.

@SkyHelpTeam was meant to have an engineer out today between 8-1. I called sky at 2 because no one came. Was put in a call back queue and told my callback would be within an hour and here we are 2 hours later... no one bothered!! Shocking service for a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam can’t get reliable WiFi in the office. Working from home has become the normal but can’t use the office upstairs because connection is awful. Followed all the guidelines to try and make it better, no better. Any help? Booster?

@OpenreachHelp But that's exactly the problem: you are NOT working with my provider (@SkyUK) to sort this. They have 0 information from you, no updates, nada — because you're not engaging with them, which is why they concluded my order is now "stuck". If even Sky is throwing in the towel — WOW.

@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I followed your advice and after going through everting, I’m still no better off. Still left with poor signal and no offer of sending me any device to improve it. I love sky but feel I’ve just been fobbed off again. Graham Mayes
