    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think it’s being managed, that’s the issue, any request for escalation seems to go ignored / played down. I need someone senior to engage with me - it’s always down to me to constantly chase & re-explain everything over and over.

    @SkyHelpTeam There seems to be a real glitch this morning as my Glass TV cannot play any channels as "there is a technical fault". I have already switched the unit off and on which solved the problem for about 30 minutes. In respect of your reply, for our family Sky Q was far superior!

    Dear @SkyUK "press the backup button on the Sky box" Problem: the buttons on the Sky box have no labels. I've tried to Google its diagram but couldn't find it. BTW, according to Google thousands of others have been doing similar searches. Incomplete instructions are useless.
