    I, like me, you struggle with using telephones never, ever, ever get @skyuk they won't let you leave. I just want to leave, they won't let me without a telephone call. I can't call. They don't want to provide a service for no money - I don't want the service this is stupid

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t need to run a test line. Internet is down all over the village! First thing I did when it went off yesterday was run tests! Just wondered if Sky are “aware” of the problem yet and if we have a possible timescale

    @SkyUK I need a way to speak to you that doesn't involve telephones. I have major issues with telephones having spent 10 years in a phone room and just can't do it. Your virtual assistant bot is useless. Please give me an email address to use

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusting! You have restricted my services due to me not returning my kit...even though I have got an email from you in April saying THANKS FOR RETURNING IT!! Your customer services phone line won't put me through to a person until I pay 75!!! WTAF!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I don’t really want to leave as it’s a good deal but sadly the signal is unreliable and it’s getting worse, plus you still don’t offer e-sims so I cannot connect a watch to your service.

    @SkyHelpTeam No connection at all. Router is on but with an orange light. I can see from Twitter that others are having the same issue as well as local shops not being able to accept card/contactless payments etc so I assume it must be fairly widespread.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK My broadband has gone down and Sky can’t get an engineer to me for 11 days! I work from home, but it’s ok they won’t charge me for the 11days I’m without internet! They won’t even put some free data on my daughters phone to get her through! 😩 Not Happy! 😞
