@SkyHelpTeam can you confirm if there is a broadband outage in the CF37 area. I've rang your service team waiting on a call from a virtual engineer and also got an engineer home visit booked for 2nd Feb. 3 people in my household trying to work from home #Frustration

@SkyHelpTeam Hi was wondering if you could help us. We are with sky broadband and unfortunately our dog has chewed through the power adaptor for our open reach modem and we are looking for a replacement ASAP as we work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam Could you update me on the problems with the fibre at cf37 (ynysybwl) please. No Internet today. Running a test tell me there are no local problems but it cannot find my router, I know many people in the area have no Internet. Many thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply, but as I'm saying it's not my house that's the problem. Lots of people in the area have lost their connection. I can't be the only 1 to have reported a problem. Why is the app telling me that there are no problems in the area?

@SkyHelpTeam You need to sort your broadband out, just came over from BT and you’re 100x ******* worse. I can’t even connect to my PlayStation because of how bad your servers are! Haven’t even had sky broadband for 2 days and you’re already terrible. Big mistake swapping over.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems to be working now which means just a morning of work lost. Does Sky acknowledge that an inability to even find out whether an issue is being worked on is unacceptable? Broadband is an essential service - wait and hope can't be your official advice, surely?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes test connection says there is an issue, but then service status shows no issues. There's no way to get any actual update on if / when it might be fixed. Seems like the only option is to sit tight and hope for the best which is infuriating and really poor service.
