    I can’t believe that @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are advertising a deal for ‘new and existing customers’ I’ve rang four times and been told ‘no, I can’t have offer’ yet I’m a new customer??? 0/10 for service

    @SkyHelpTeam I just did this. I have been going in circles. I'm sure you haven't been personally given an update on my current problem but is it too much to ask for someone to take some initiative and try and find out for me because I've exhausted all my options?
