    @SkyHelpTeam It's just not good enough - day four without internet and still no decent explanation of what's wrong. Not being able to give a timescale isn't acceptable. How can I claim a refund for the time that it's been down?

    @SkyHelpTeam Firstly that you were not aware of any issues and would I like to take out a sim with sky mobile - this seems to be the only priority everytime I call. Then there is a local outage and no update was available and maybe try contact openreach for an update.

    @SkyUK currently oversees. Unable to tether my new iPhone 13 - worked ok on iPhone 8 with Sky . Message says contact Sky .Help please .

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Liam, I have checked, but neither of these service issues are effecting my area. Could this be possibly due to storm Eunice or Franklin? Awaiting your reply :)

    @SkyHelpTeam I would do If I had broadband, but it’s been down since Friday. And by the way your customer support is awful, 16 years a customer now looking elsewhere.😡😡😡😡

    @galaxyssimplest @SkyHelpTeam Ours has also been down for 48 hours in Gravesend…just keep getting told it’s being looked into. Now having to travel up to the office just to get wifi😕
