Telling me it's my responsibility to get Openreach to fix it. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Theyll see me in court

Joe (@plumbeing) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue for years was stuck on an old package that they didn’t offer anymore and the price would get increased every year it got to like £50 a month for just a 20mb line. They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds

Richy (@MTFC_RIch) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Over the years I stayed with Virgin. BB only - £70/m(1gb). Changed to YouFibre 2 yrs ago now, again 1gb, halved cost to £39. Just had a call to renew, it’s now £30! They said bcos im a loyal customer! Not heard that before 👏 Fire stick and BB. Cheaper by more than 50%
