    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, there’s still a broadband outage in Southampton. At 9:28 it said it would be fixed in a couple of hours but it’s now 4 hours and nothing-please can you update? I can’t find any information/contact numbers and am missing meetings/can’t access work files! Thanks

    @SkyUK been a loyal customer with SKY for 4 years paying £45, my contract finished and they started charging me £79😡 downgraded my package but they had the cheek to charge me an extra £10 for admin fee. #disloyal#nocustomerservice

    End of a era next week with the closure of the Sky One brand. I suppose Sky Showcase makes sense, but I fail to see the point in Sky Max. Sky One is a brand that everyone knows. Big mistake @SkyUK I feel.
