    @SkyHelpTeam just a quick query. Can you explain to me how I can take out a full TV/calls/broadband package on an 18 month contract via live chat in 10 minutes, but am unable to cancel said package via live chat as retentions staff won't cancel packages 🙃

    @mooremoorev @SkySports You are right but, barnes injured and morgan hardly playing, i agree the attitude is poor but had we had maddison and perez available for the game at west ham, i dont think we would be sat here shitting ourselves about not getting european football at all... like we are now

    @MoneySavingExp Was always happy with @SkyUK until I called to renegotiate a better deal, got three different quotes that got more expensive as I got bounced round three different departments, really disappointed with customer service, will speak to Virgin as Sky don’t value customer retention

    @SkyHelpTeam are you aware of issues with Sky q atm? My main box won’t turn on and the mini box is not picking anything up at all!
