    @SkyHelpTeam @peteh678 After the massive letdown by EE on my home move and I'm still without telephone and broadband, as an old Sky customer I wish I still had them. Sadly I have recently signed a new contract with EE. 😥

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s a shame you can not deliver what you promise . I talked my mother in law into changing to sky . She has now had 3 visits from yourself and virgin . She was told today it would all be working . Yet again she has been left let down . Our parents are in the 70’s

    @SkyHelpTeam hey, we’ve been customers for 20 years, and are experiencing terrible breadboard speeds. Currently paying almost £90 a month for phone, tv and broadband but don’t get more than 15/20 download speed. Any good deals for such a long time customer?
