    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve told us that we’ll be without internet for the next week because of an IT issue your end. Offered no compensation, or solutions. Customers for over a decade. Will it be easier if we just cancel and go to another provider?

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t access that as we all have forgotten login info we only have broadband not even a landline so it’s hard to communicate I mean you could just ask a team member/someone higher up or use the tools provided just to give a yes or no answer it’s not MI5 information is it 👀

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told it would be done by a third engineer on Tuesday afternoon. Then told Wednesday. They did connect up a neighbour then but not me. Spoke to team yesterday but it didn’t happen today either. Have only been a customer for a few days it looks very bad. Can you chase?
