    @stedraper @SkyHelpTeam Been out since about 2am and on their page says could take 2 days to fix. Zero communication and info from them. Garbage service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any further info on why it's down in Lancashire and ETA on resolution. I'm in BB7 (Clitheroe) and it's been down since last night at around 11:30pm. We have multiple connections and BT is fine.

    @SkyUK just idea for sky broadband is might with make a sky q hub That a mobile sim backup for home internet so if the internet goes down long time it kick in like like a date plan That you 5 mouth for so if go down for 4 to 8 hour it kick in

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible customer service from Sky, broadband/internet down for almost 20 hours, no updates, no resolution timeline, can’t talk to them on the phone, online chat takes 2 hours to respond to message.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been dropping out all day and now completely gone. Your service checker is never up to date and others are complaining about the same outages elsewhere. When will M28 outage be resolved?
