@SkySports still employing poor pundits @jobimcanuff7 and Goodman. Fee goes up but the quality goes down. Both reckon that penalty was “close”

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

@SkySports @Kingballer_824Q It was stupid of them to put a deadline on a player that is not even in hot demand.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had this with virgin I went through and cancelled Then got a call from the cancellation team two days later offering me a cheaper deal than the new customer one. They are all scamming ***** it just depends on who you talk to

@virginmedia @SkySports explain why I am paying for red button service to watch matches and the service is not working....

  • RustyRover852

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Call them and ask " If I cancel my contract with you, how much time must pass before you consider me a new customer for re-joining?".

  • Itisretro

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam The irony is they are doing the same to the new customer as they are to you. Offering a lower rate knowing they will eventually ramp it up once they take the bait.
