    @SkyHelpTeam what’s the issues with downloading things from on demand? Been unable to download entourage on to sky box for 2 days. Works fine on phone! Very strange

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help? We’ve had Sky Glass for just over a month. We’ve had to put up with start up issues, freezes and numerous others bugs.

    @SkyHelpTeam after 17 years as a customer, I’m finally at the end of my tether with SkY Q, mini boxes freezing, proximity error and gaps in audio….. I had to stream the F1 qualifying on now tv because it was so bad…
