    @SkyHelpTeam My wifi is working and all my devices can use it on the internet. However, my Sky box says the internet connection has been lost and to check my sky router and broadband. It has been fine all day. Any way to solve this or reason for the issue specific to my sky box?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi! I got an extra remote for my sky q about 6 weeks ago but it’s still not turned up. Can’t seem to do anything thru any of the apps and have been on hold loads over the last few weeks! Help me @SkyHelpTeam you’re my only hope

    @SkyHelpTeam 5 phone calls later, 5 promises to call me back which never happened & my billing issue is still yet to be resolved. Horrific customer service, can someone please reach out to resolve this ASAP please.
