    @SkyHelpTeam my mum's internet drops out several times a day (for years). When she calls to report is told "it's working now". Really just needs you to send openreach in to fix this. Help!

    @SkyUK why are you ripping people off with trying to tell them that it’s because you need to pay in advance when they did now four months down the line it has happened again this time they have kept all phone conversations and emails to prove that you are in the wrong

    @SkyHelpTeam Since the outage last week we have not been able to record/pause any programmes or download anything. Have done everything that your website suggests but it’s still not working

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q subtitles are not working on either of our TVs for live tv or our recordings, despite asking via the 'speak' button on the remote and switching on manually via Settings. What else can I try?
