@SkyHelpTeam I don't need help with my bills. I have been a customer for a number of years, never missed a payment but my contract with yourself expires next month. However you have increased my broadband payment this month and I was looking for a better deal.

@SkyUK I've been trying to get hold of some one but seem to failing. I've had notification that I've signed up to Disney+ and will be charged on my Sky bill. I haven't signed up for this with you as I already subscribe. I need to cancel this and can't find a way online. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam 5 TIMES TODAY my wifi has cut out?! I work remotely, and it’s so embarrassing to keep missing parts of meetings because of my shoddy internet It cuts out for around 2 minutes each time.. never long enough for your website to diagnose a problem! Help please

@SkyUK can you tell me why an advisor has JUST told me that the "deal" I'm offered when asking if my package can change depends on the advisor? Currently on hold to change my package, just got told 1st deal offered will change if advisor changes! WTF?!
