    @SkyHelpTeam All I would like please is a good service I pay nearly £80 a month and STILL NO INTERNET ON A REGULAR BASIS. Last time NO HOUSE PHONE AND NO BROADBAND, my young daughter as just spent nights in hospital NO contact is SHOCKING. But when rural living isn't enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam is it possible to tailor ads? My ad skipping is not working and I find alcohol ads triggering
