@O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile a couple streets/roads within our estate have become “black spots” overnight for signal. Hundreds of people left with little/no mobile signal. As soon as you move away from said street/roads signal is fine! Who is responsible & what is being done?

@SkyHelpTeam your saying Southampton isn’t down on your page but I can clearly see it is because I got no WiFi and neither do any of my neighbours ? You need sort it out because the fault clearly with sky ( which isn’t a surprise) .

@SkyHelpTeam I have already rang and had an engineer do a line test, it came back fine. I was told I needed a visit. However with other people I know also having issues with Sky, I can’t see how it’s a problem with my kit

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah the point is you're not helping... what you're doing is going through the motions of appeaing to help, while avoiding the real issue that the app has a bug. & Why would you ask me to try landscape when the app DOESN'T have landscape mode! I know that, surely so should you?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has gone down, along with my neighbour (Sky customer), my brother in law (Sky customer) and his neighbours (also Sky customers). I rang and was told no outages, but there must be? I’ve got a family of 4 tethering to 4G for work and learning.

@O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile this has been like it now for 3/4wks. Your sites show no mast/signal issues, but something has happened to cause this issue...who is taking responsibility to identify & fix the issue? You have customers who can’t make or receive contact with anyone!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that and contacted. An engineer is booked for Christmas Eve! But surely my neighbour, my brother in law and his neighbours all being down indicates a major fault your end?

@SkySports Lampard! He is an awful manager. He has no tactical knowledge and no idea how to get the best out of them. His experience as a manager is 6th place for Derby. He is out of his depth. Chelsea haven’t beaten any of the top 6 or beaten any half decent team.
