    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Heather, yeah I can see it’s quite embarrassing from SKY’s point of view, and their incompetent management of this issue. Still no service. 2 days now in effect. Cost to me equates to lots of lost time, and money. Will DM later to save any further embarrassment on your part.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has totally shut down. The box appears dead. I’ve done several checks of wires etc and I have no flashing lights. Box totally lifeless. Please help
