    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam the time issue has still not been resolved and my sky+ is still showing one hour ahead. Your help article's indicated this would be resolved by update on 4 Nov but still not resolved.

    @SheffUtd25 @HARNINIO @SkySports Not at all. They’re an example of what a pundit should be. Why they have Defoe, O’Hara, Redknapp and Jenas alongside those three exceptions is beyond me. They were dog **** as players and they’re dog **** as pundits

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help, new order placed 22 October for services Inc mobile. Mobile yet to be delivered, log in to the account which is unhelpful, says sign contract which is impossible to find, what can I do to sort this out? Thanks

    We have a Sky Q box. It's been dropping out on recordings and live channels. The @SkyUK troubleshooting goes all the way to factory resetting = deleting everything on your DVR. Thats not troubleshooting. Its just ensuring the customer won't do that step... and you can't progress.
