    @SkyUK your customer service is shocking. Called today regarding house move 8 mins for automated verification eventually spoke to a "person" had to repeat every question. In addition you make it almost impossible to speak to a knowledgeable person.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am trying to sign in to access #HBO max but the QR code takes me to Amazon and it doesn't give me any other providers to choose from. This is the same for #Paramounttv too. I've reset passwords, made sure they are the same etc. Paramount has never worked & now HBO

    @imzftbi What made it even worse was that @SkySports saw this, grabbed it and made it 100x worse. They championed them knowing it would damage our club.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK spent nearly 2 HOURS on the phone today with an issue that still wasn’t resolved. Yet again my bill is going up while the service keeps getting worse. Loyal customers deserve better than this. Very poor customer service. #SkyTV #CustomerService

    @tntsports @SkySports That unfortunately isn't the case. Take the game today. I have to pay for a month of @tntsports . I have to pay extra for normal resolutions. I have to furnish them with all my details. I have to agree to a reoccurring payment, and I have to cancel it manually........

    @SkyHelpTeam tried to speak to someone in your team about issues with a SKY+ HD box and been hung up on 3 times 26 years a member and treated like that
