    @jacobtomostyler @SkyHelpTeam it's not your sky box, it's the tv channel itself broke down. music channels are mostly automated so nobody on the other end to notice. been like this all afternoon

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing it says it’s recording but on my recordings page it’s only the normal channel I’ve jsut got a blue screen and it says no signal even though every other channel works so it can’t be a signal issue

    @SkyHelpTeam don’t know if this an issue on the broadcast end but channels 354-358 inclusive are just black screens and logos for me. All other channels, so far, look ok

    @SkyHelpTeam I've purchased JoshuavUsyk but none of mine or my housemate's devices can sign in. Error code PPV_2000. Also, no solutions available through the 'chat to expert' chat. How do I fix?
