    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Does this mean Sky Glass has an internal router or do you need to connect via WiFi signal socket (like the Virgin media socket in my wall) please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any status update on restoring service, I have so far used an additional approximate 20GB from my piggy bank across multiple phones. You only gave me 2GB

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam . My sister in law has no mobile/text service in Leyburn, North Yorkshire. According to her researches there has been phone mast work in her area in last 24 hours but all should now be sorted. Can you comment?? 🤔

    Trying to cancel @SkyUK. Online they tell you to give notice but not how to. Doesn’t seem to be a way of doing it online. A phone number takes quite some searching and then the wait time is over 30 mins. They appear ti think they can prevent cancellation by making it hard.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve cancelled my contract and already swapped numbers with new network. I’ve received confirmation from sky my account is closed, I’ve requested pre paid package to return device and nothing, I can’t get through to anyone without having to wait 35 minutes.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Monkletons Big issue with ITV as it the only channel that’s a problem, you can’t just record one program but it picks up the whole series. Difficult to navigate at times and you can’t search a channel by days but you have to search by the hour. It’s 50/50 for me whether I keep it or not?

    @SkyUK Just completed a military move that wasn’t our choice but no we have to pay out £238 to BT bc you didn’t tell them we had moved and didn’t cancel our contract!! livid.
