    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. My home wifi isn’t working. On the broadband box all the circles are green however whenever I attempt to connect to the wifi it says that the network is unavailable. This happens on all my devices and on my siblings devices as well

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm going round in circles trying to activate a replacement SIM, been trying for hours now. got cut off from a customer service person. now no network available. only option offered is code by text, but texts don't work.... HELP!!! Please!

    @SkyUK The worst broadband by a long stretch. Wi-Fi drops out at least twice per day. Constant buffering on streaming services. My second and third boxes constantly freeze and epg always has channels missing. Get told to reboot and reset broadband box and nothing changes. Sh#t%

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last 2 months my internet has been on and off yet again it’s down someone has been out and said all ok getting annoyed now about paying and having no internet which with 2 children in the house doesn’t work

    @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the engineer that installed my WiFi put the wiring in the wrong place. My neighbour is going nuts. I tried contacting Sky via WhatsApp and even offered to pay to have it redone but they have refused. It is a matter of moving a wire. Help??
