    @SkyHelpTeam Can we have an update as to estimated fix time for GRANTHAM, is it an hour, a day, a week? so frustrating to get nothing meanginful back in 6 1/2 hours since it went down. Kids can't do schoolwork, I work from home and am struggling away on 4g..... GIVE US A PROPER UPDATE.

    @SkyHelpTeam neighbours have been told 2-5 days for the outage in Lincs and Leics - is this true? Homeschooling and wfh not happening here... Will we get compensation for the service we're paying for, but not getting?

    @MCFCMase @DoveyReds @SkySports Why you going on about followers? But then cry when ppl mention your clubs empty seats and zero fan base? Besides 99.9% of your followers don't even communicate with you, pipe down about followers plastic.

    @SkyHelpTeam how long is my broadband going to be down for!! All I keep getting when I can is an automated message - we are working hard to resolve this... not idea when you work from home and trying to home school!

    @virginmedia Yes and no issues. Cuts out every day typically mid zoom call. None of my friends with @SkyUK seem to have this issue... .plus they seem to pay a lot less than me!

    My wifi with @skytv just gets worse.. Tele actually went off yesterday due to no signal, & been using my 4g on my phone all week @SkyHelpTeam .#Sky
