    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken with your engineer, apparently it's a known issue caused by a sofrware updated (nice of you to let me know yesterday). Assume you will be automatically refunding me for TV during the period it's not watchable?

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called 3 weeks ago to arrange for broadband to be set up on the 20th at my new address. It was supposed to be activated on Monday as I’m working from home. We’re now onto day 3 without any connection and you can’t tell us when it’ll be sorted. Very poor.

    @AsharieH4 @SkyUK My account also got hacked and help center wasn’t helpful until I was referred to #ACCESSREGAIN on Instagram I was scared of being scammed at first but was surprised when he finally got my account back successfully you can try him out too +1 (213) 980-4867
