@SkyHelpTeam hi, I am on my second sky glass tv as the first one had an issue. The second one which I have only had for a couple of weeks now has the same issue. Please can you resolve this for me as this is becoming pretty annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam my landline issue has now been going on almost a month, nothing seems to be being done . Openreach keep saying speak to my provider and you just keep saying follow the online help !

@SkyUK absolutely so done with sky. After their MASSIVE mistake & being promised a call back today between 5-6pm I'm still waiting and nothing resolved. 5 people I was passed to from Saturday to try to and cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam Connection check confirmed all is good. Which is frustrating as it absolutely is not. I upgraded to the best speed I could get to make sure I didn’t have issues along with a booster but I still have as bad internet as I did before with you

What have you done with your night? I’ve spent it getting no help from @NetflixUK trying to re-link my account with Sky, after previously raising a complaint with Sky and getting referred to Netflix. Guess what? Netflix referred me back to Sky. Now sat back on hold to @SkyUK… 🤦🏻

@SkyHelpTeam It appears Sky glass has an issue, multiple programs are no longer available to view and the playlist option has lost multiple programs, FBI, Westworld to name a couple.
