    @SkyHelpTeam The speed and strength of the signal is not anything that I can control, that’s to be improved from your end. I don’t need to test it, it’s not acceptable that’s why I have got in contact

    @SkyHelpTeam just got your FTTP fitted today. I can make outgoing calls but can’t receive. Phone support has been no help. Landline plugged into UK phone port on router

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I have noticed for this months bill I have been charged £7.00 for sky HD but on previous bills I have never been charged for this? Can I have some help please thanks
