    @SkyHelpTeam Have a SkyQ box and 2 mini box’s. Screens keep going black and says ‘technical fault’. Constant issues with the SkyQ, it’s painful. How can you resolve this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Team, Vodafone, o2, ID network all allow you use your data and calls in Spain. You are charging my family £2 per day per phone. Why? Years of being a customer and now we will be moving as you’re adding nearly £80 to our bills.

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible to get through to anyone! I’ve had no internet or phone line for at least 16 hours! Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

    @stockoooo @SkyHelpTeam If your speeds are below MALS then you can leave the contract without ETCs but in reality you are going to have this problem with any provider you go to. Changing the cable is down to to Openreach not Sky and OR are not going to change an old copper line when FTTP is being...

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that but apparently there’s no issues in our area which isn’t right because we haven’t had any internet or phone line for Damn near 6 hours now
