    @SkyHelpTeam ..2.. and nothing worked. I tried calling but it keeps hanging up on me before I get a human on the phone. As my mobile is with 02 I am worried that this is going to cost me. Also I pay for certain subscriptions for internet games, streaming etc. If I mis a day no problem but....

    Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have not been able to watch h any sky TV for which is now the last 4 days keeps saying no signal rebooted taken plug out wait put back in and nine if our sky q boxes are working

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband is constantly dropping the signal on all devices whether wireless or direct connection…..sky is supposed to check our broadband every day!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It has been an issue since we renewed our contract. Speed instantly dropped when we changed the router and open reach couldn’t improve it, not a fault apparently. Haven’t heard anything from sky for about 6 months.

    @SkyHelpTeam We are a SKY customer at number 83, our neighbours are also a SKY customer at number 79. Two separate visits scheduled 4 days apart and there are still another 10 properties to fix.
