@Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

@uiXBL @bsivakanth @SkyHelpTeam Are you okay? Do you not understand that many people need the wifi to work to make a living? Do you also not understand that a broadband provider repeatedly going down for hours each time is not acceptable when paying for the service?
