    @SkyHelpTeam The trouble is with your website is its near impossible to get the right help. Unless your upgrading then its very easy as I found. I filled in a form for complaints and requested email response but you don't even send a receipt of it with a reference so it may as well be lost

    Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK Q? All day I’ve connectivity issues and the thing keep freezing and disconnecting. I hate it and it’s starting to wind me up🤬🤬🤬
