@SkyHelpTeam I have logged this with customer services numerous times but we never get a resolution. I really don’t want to move providers but feel I’m not being left with a choice now that it’s affecting my job.

  • bobbigeorgiee Bobbi Georgie (@bobbigeorgiee) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I’m due to move in 4 weeks time, my sky account is currently in my name and I won’t be needing the services once I move. Can I change the service to someone else’s name? Or do I need to cancel my contract?

  • 1dLorna Lorna (@1dLorna) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Another day another tweet. Can’t wait to start my new contract with a different provider!! Pathetic service

  • aewood20 Adam Wood (@aewood20) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. No I wasn’t told about it. I was initially going to be charged more for my broadband service which is when the discount was applied.

  • jaimz33 james (@jaimz33) reported

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie. No, just the printer. Its saying no WiFi signal received. I moved it as close to the router as I could. And moved the router as much as the cable would allow, so its about 8 feet now but still no signal received. Is there a setting in the router to boost it? James.
