@SkyHelpTeam our broadband keeps going offline. The middle light on the hub goes orange and connection drops out for minutes at a time. This is happening multiple times daily. I can't find a solution online

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam 30 mins in the call (and counting) and 3 operators you still can’t figure out how to stop charging customers who closed the contract with you months ago. This is some excellent customer experience!

@SkyHelpTeam Why is it always so difficult to get through to speak to an actual human being.. Constantly directing to forums etc or departments that won't help when trying to arrange an engineer visit! Can't wait to cancel when my contract runs out, awful service.
