Can we please have an update to when we can expect the service we are currently paying for to be working (broadband WiFi) been down since Wednesday around midnight. @SkyHelpTeam

@KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia We were sent an engineer on Wednesday by error but it’s a known outage on skys end and he reckons sky won’t be quick to fix! You can log in online and watch all the games.

@SkySports So bad from the ref!! Should of stopped it way earlier he was just taking fat shots! 🥊

So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Tell them you are cancelling your gay- then Get your partner to apply for the broadband as a new customer to get the deal- I have done this in the past

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Just cancel it and move elsewhere....they only act when you cancel something and sometimes try to get you back

@Virgin @SkySports you have known you were going to stream all EFL games today for months, why is it only now you realise the red button doesn’t work!!!! Not like i pay a fortune for this level of service..shower of ****.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

@SkyFootball @SkySports @virginmedia no apology for the technicsl issues with red button matches today? How many seasons have subscribers had to put up these issues. Not good enough.

@SkySports @Kingballer_824Q It was stupid of them to put a deadline on a player that is not even in hot demand.
