    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet has been down three or four times this month (had an engineer out) and is still not working properly since your national outage yesterday. We have followed all the steps in your help guide, any updates please? HP19 area.

    @Julia07500 @SkyHelpTeam I agree I guess there’s people who rely on it but you’ve got to expect that internet providers have problems sometimes and swearing at them doesn’t make them fix it faster

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you can fix the internet issue myself and the other 161 people are having? in a call with another person with sky internet and both getting 60 ping and 17% package lose / we usually 20 ping and 0 packet lose

    @SkyHelpTeam your Internet has been down all day,I've had to buy extra data for my daughters phone as we can't use the WiFi. I've contacted you but had no response. And to think we left @virginmedia for you as you was ment to be better.
