@OpenreachHelp Already done that. Nothing to be done apparently. Engineer said he was leaving for bad light and would be back the next day. Nothing happened. Now it’s the 15th jan. Obviously I’m complaining to @SkyHelpTeam but @OpenreachHelp are the ones not being helpful here
