    @SkyHelpTeam hello. My sky q remote just suddenly stopped working… I’ve tried all the self help methods online (and obviously changed the batteries!) but nothing is working. Its definitely the remote as other remotes work. Are the remotes covered? Can i get a replacement please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just constantly freezing and battery life drains quick for a phone with not that many apps. Phones never been dropped or damage and it’s mid through a contract so I don’t expect it to start freezing constantly and sometimes the keyboard won’t work.

    @SkyHelpTeam Both of my Sky Mobiles reporting weak to no signal, then full signal. Calls and texts fail to send receive. Started doing this, this morning. Birmingham.
