    @ukfan1111 @SkyHelpTeam They have put my bill up by £4 for broadband as of April as I looked at my future bills online the other day so if they say they are currently looking at bills at the moment then that is crap because they already know what they are going to change as of April

    @SkyUK Sky Glass keeps disconnecting. We've tried connecting with an Ethernet cable and WiFi. The TV guide takes ages to load and when finally watching something it'll show the spinning wheel and then disconnects. All our other devices are connected so it must be an issue at Sky.

    Honestly Sky's customer service is just shocking, even when you ring they can't get the simple things right! Puts you off been a customer @SkyHelpTeam @skytv

    @das_munch @idlewildgirl @SkyHelpTeam We had no issues with Virgin for years but the internet just kept falling over. It took a full day of wrangling for them to finally accept that I was leaving them

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    @idlewildgirl @SkyHelpTeam If u cancel they will be make you offers as you near your 30 day cancellation day. I eventually got them down to £33 for the same package from £76. Waited right until 30th day.
