    @SkyHelpTeam it’s now been over two working days since an outage began in my area, so I’m entitled to compensation. Presumably this is for the TV features I can’t access too, as well as broadband? Any updates on repairs would also be appreciated.

    @SkyHelpTeam just tried to activate my new sim and got an error message saying you are experiencing technical issues. I tried doing this for my gran last week also and got the same error. What's going on? Why has this same thing happened twice in one week?

    @SkyHelpTeam You colleague just provided a complaint link! I will be complaining formally, I just want this sorted now. No call from a manager which is over 24 hrs later now. I spoke to two people yesterday to be told a manager can speak and we need to wait 24 hrs That’s past @lovemoney_com
