@SkyHelpTeam is there anyone I can DM please? A vulnerable customer signed up to Sky TV & Broadband, specifically asked for payment to the taken on a certain date. The money showed as pending in the bank. Turns out payment wasn't taken, person has accrued charges & out of pocket

Getting really sick of costs rising for services that are providing less or not working as well as when I originally contracted them. Yes @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK you are the main culprit of my frustration!

@SammydunnSd @SkyUK Same here, been with @skytv for 22 years but thinking this layaway price increase and the unwillingness to do anything for a long term and loyal customer is the final straw! We’re in contract so we can’t cancel but will be doing so when we can.

@SkyHelpTeam 6-7 weeks without internet, without telling me & no communication, is unacceptable! Someone came out 3 weeks ago to find any issues, so they knew already. I was still told 23rd of Feb. Waited for 5hrs for someone to come! Won't have WiFi or full use of my TV service until April!

@SkyHelpTeam issue with four in a bed on channel 4 on sky stream 5pn weekdays when selecting watch from start the remote stops working and have to unplug if you try again same happens other channels ok has happened all week

@sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam Sky is a luxury, not an essential. If you can’t afford it, cancel. Good luck with other options seeing as pretty much every company is hiking prices across all products and services.
