    Hey @SkyHelpTeam In September you put a charge on account for "non returned equipment" that you actually said wasn't needed when upgrade took place. Cost to customer: £50 Last week another text, the same, "A charge has been added to your account" Charging twice for same thing?

    @8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam What you are doing is trolling and bullying from behind a screen. It's just uncalled for. Yes two weeks is a big illness. Illness can't be helped. However I refuse to believe openreach have one engineer in all South East England who can fix this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to someone on tbe phone last night and I was told there was a problem in cf24 to do withxthe green cabinet I was wondering if it has been fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. All of the above, re connected, disconnected, spent about 9 hours on the phone to sky in two months. Keep getting messed about. Service is terrible
