Jim (@open_rocking) reported@SkyHelpTeam getting really fed up of your Netflix app not loading on Q. Everything else works fine and it’s just Netflix. So it’s not my connection. Sometimes loads. Sometimes just won’t open up. Really poor and frustrating. Box reboots don’t solve either.

Nick Bohane (@NickBohane) reported@SkyHelpTeam So… I can just cancel… as an out of contract… and would get a better deal than as an existing customer?
-
Natalie (@natatatlie) reported@SkyHelpTeam can you also explain why your customer service are like ‘well it’s an annual increase’ I would understand if I had had this contract for over a year. But day 1? Not acceptable. That’s a YOU problem if you don’t update your packages.

Chris Downs (@Daywalker0084) reported@SkyHelpTeam So I'm eligible to pay more than someone else. Essentially, I'm punished for being a loyal customer. Careful, creeping into a treating customers unfairly scenario here. Thank you for the link, doesn't work. What number can I call. I'd rather speak with someone about my concerns.

Don (@WeFellaDon) reported@SkySports after a 7-0 derby game you don’t have carragher and Neville on MNF. Wow. What a shambles. For both to break down the game blow for blow would have been class. Not surprised
-
Laura MacDonald (@mackemmayhem) reported@SkyHelpTeam could someone help with my shocking internet. The last week has been bad enough and this evening has just been stupid! I work from@home and it’s just not good enough
-
Nancy Louise (@NancyLouise_) reported@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my mother in law has been without a landline (which she relies on) and broadband since Friday. Customer Services not helpful - no indication at all of when it will be back on. Can you help?
-
Chris Downs (@Daywalker0084) reported@SkyHelpTeam Well thank you for that generic response. It does not answer my question though. Is good customer service as you mention above include making one customer pay more than another for exactly the same service?
-
Laura MacDonald (@mackemmayhem) reported@SkyHelpTeam We got a new router not long ago but the engineer said the problem is not in our house it’s an outside issue, bt even came out to check everything and said the same

Natalie (@natatatlie) reported@SkyHelpTeam also your terms state a price increase of 10% may be applied once every 12 months. It’s day 1. The only time I knew it was going up was after it was installed and you sent me an email about my bill… awful customer service
