@SkyHelpTeam I wish to be contacted directly seen as you team want to keep hanging up on me. you have charged me for a service I’ve never had installed. Now have cut me of my wifi that I pay for each month. I work from home and need my wifi !!!

@SkyHelpTeam hello, i contacted your customer service dept. regarding our very expensive bill , lack of regard or contact by Sky not informing us we were out of contract - loyal to sky for 30 years adding charges for netflix that we were told were included inSky Q package .

@SkyHelpTeam I have, they were useless. Complete waste of an hour of my life. Basically i have been lied too and now am stuck with no internet. Very poor customer service throughout, I will use this period to cancel and will cancel my TV subscription also.

@SkyUK 13 years as a loyal customer and broadband/phone line cut off (skys error) and likely to be without both for 3-4 weeks. Pretty unfortunate when you work from home as key worker. Dont EVER use sky. #poorcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam trying to get through for nearly an hour. Box isn’t working. Tried everything, no I don’t want to talk to a robot, answer loads of questions or enter your pointless online maze of stupid questions. Paying for a service which isn’t working sort it out and answer!
