@LettyReigns_x @SkyHelpTeam Oh wow, maybe it’s not a local issue after all!

  • Letmewinabet connor (@Letmewinabet) reported

@SkySports Anything to do with Paul Merson is a bad idea. Shite

  • WalkinCalamityy Some Loser (@WalkinCalamityy) reported

@SkyHelpTeam It didn’t, Her account was set up first and mine was later and the one with the problem

  • TheAshMorgan Ash (@TheAshMorgan) reported

@8gzd8k76nM @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Hey genius guess what. In a world where things go wrong you’re allowed to complain about it. Sky have an obligation to know what speed they can provide before explicitly stating it to a customer. It was their original error, and a customer can switch if they won’t to. Jog on

  • The_secret_doc Alexandar Charles (@The_secret_doc) reported

@SkyUK hey guys! We needed to ensure internet on day one of our new move. We called you 2 weeks ago to book a technician etc, well in advance. Now you’re saying it’s delayed. There’s no phone signal there. Delay will cost me hundreds of pounds a day. Can this be looked at?

  • hawkzmatt Matthew Hawkes (@hawkzmatt) reported

@SkyHelpTeam are there any outages in the RG40 region? I’ve had no internet all day. Have been through the diagnostics and still not working

  • _Levvelz LevveLz (@_Levvelz) reported

@TheAshMorgan @8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam Imagine someone agreeing to a contract for a specific speed and time and being let down on both points, 4 times, without a valid explanation. I’m not allowed to speak to OR, so, surprisingly, I’d like an explanation from Sky, who I’m paying to provide a service? Go touch grass

@SkyHelpTeam One of my neighbours has reported a similar issue. Is anyone looking into this? Many thanks.

  • 8gzd8k76nM Mark Hankin (@8gzd8k76nM) reported

@_Levvelz @TheAshMorgan @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, might be worth you factoring network demand and increased bandwidth taken up by others using a higher mbps in your area

  • 8gzd8k76nM Mark Hankin (@8gzd8k76nM) reported

@TheAshMorgan @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Exactly - look at all of us losing out on this situation. Lets all take a stand and fight the oppression of big corps taking our money and trying to provide us with a service
