    @SkyHelpTeam elderly person not a sky customer, got letter saying someone moving into their property and you’re connecting sky. Can’t afford to phone Sky to query letter, Ref ALT-672200147 . Can you contact please, because looks like generated letter , but now worried.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done - dealt with an automated service who booked in another visit. Is there anything else you can do? Speed up the time it takes for another visit maybe??

    @Ofcom I have recent price hikes from both @VodafoneUK and @SkyUK I took out a contract saying I would use their service for the agreed time at the price offered. Why are they allowed to then increase the price before the end of the time - surely that's the point of a contract?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my skyQ V2 box was replaced recently due to issues but i was sent a V1 box which isn’t HDR compatible and have been told no HDR compatible boxes are available currently. When will these be back in stock?

    @SkySports People forget that we are still in a pandemic. If vaccine passports help to get sport, holiday firms, entertainment venues etc back on their feet then why not? Some people will miss out which is unfortunate but it's nothing personal. Surely it's better than everyone missing out?
