    @SkyHelpTeam Did the help suggestions still have issues.Very unpredictable when it won’t work. The issue that pushed me over the edge and prompted my last complaint happened to be a national outage. I give up complaining. I’ll go back to BT when I’m out of contact. Sky only care about money

    @SkyHelpTeam It working but extremely slowly or sometimes not at all in the kids bedroom. I pay for sky boost. I’ve run all the tests and followed all the advice but still not working!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam just had Sky Q installed. Multi room dropping connection all the time. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Sent to online support that achieved nothing. Ridiculous and a joke

    @Markhalley1 @SkyHelpTeam We tried for ages even the sky box account thing on the TV.....nothing. Felt like weeks trying to sort our issue.
