    @SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues in the Aberdeen area today. I have done the full factory reset on the Sky Hub and ONT. 3 green lights on the Hub and ONT but no response to ping or DNS lookup on the Hub (I do have a call raised just in case)

    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue with watching FBI on Sky Witness via Sky Glass. It says I need to upgrade to watch it but I know I already have this Channel as can watch it live. When I do try & upgrade it says I’m already subscribed. Help

    @ScotlandSky No wonder people are paying for IPTV. For £65 a month, maybe more just for sports and this is the level of idiot asked to come on and talk about our game? @SkySports at least **** Turpin wore a mask ffs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’ve got issues with our BT Master Socket 5C. I’m not sure who is responsible for it…homeowner, BT or Sky? It’s basically falling to pieces and needs rewiring.

    @SkyHelpTeam And if someone does stuff like that, and it doesn't solve their problem, and they contact you, you are less than useless. You often call stuff like this the "best" way. I suppose compared to you, it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky go is not working, it says technical difficulties and error [0]. This how now been the same for several weeks....can you help
