    @SkyHelpTeam I have had an sky engineer visit today he has sorted the signal etc , but he said I need a line check as my network connection is constantly dropping

    @SkyHelpTeam Never get that option, just around all the cable replugging and resetting the router... Was back up for about 20 minutes and has now gone down again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Okey dokes, thanks! Hopefully resolved soon 😣 I’ve been with you guys 5 years, but recently moved & re-signed up. It’s just frustrating I guess as I’ve never had anything like this happen, not to my knowledge anyways! Apologies for my frustration tweet. Have a good evening.

    @SkyHelpTeam No issues and says it’s triple the MBPS but not always the case upstairs and I have to come off the wifi and finish off what I’m doing using 4G just tried a laptop and it was 33Mbps. Not sure what I can do to get it to reach upstairs.

    Never get a sky q box I have had nothing but issues @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK having to reset the box everyday is not good and now 3 days in still won't stay on for longer that 5 mins I want my money back the amount I pay aswell joke

    Will be in the next 48 hours,so Im expected to take another day off when #DPD decide to deliver. it’s been at local depot since Thursday yet can’t deliver when promised.even by cancelling my @SkyUK account im still £150 out of pocket. Sky won’t even help by contacting the courier

    @SkyHelpTeam Not been able to use apps on my sky box for 3 days - including Netflix, Prime, Disney + and Apple TV 🤬 Just constantly says the apps are not available right now. Even after resetting my box, refreshing my Apps in the secret menu etc… Losing the plot now. Help!?
