Call attempted at 14:36. I asked to be contacted between 18:00 and 19:00 but can’t get through. You are over charging me £70 a month!

This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

The US ruling is ridiculous but appealing this sets an awful example for younger players (and youngsters in general) that you can just complain to get what you want and face no repercussions for your mistakes.
