    @bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

    Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    @SkyHelpTeam No - but it was never a problem previously. It’s not a phone issue. The phone had very strong reception prior to “upgrading”. Not so much anymore.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have taken you up on your 4 week free trial of Sky Cinema, but I have found no information on how to cancel if I so wish to do. How do I cancel, and how far in advance do you need notice? I can't even find an end date online.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope, still not working. Sports app on our tablets still have a padlock on the live tv section and says we don't have a subscription for sports

    @Saturday3pmko @qukety @SkySports Not all fouls are bad.. some are genuine attempts to win the ball and are mistimed and are viewed as such.. others are reckless or deliberate and so are judged differently.. even someone supporting a PL club can see that a 2 footed tackle is different to an honest slide tackle.

    @SkySports Watford players staying down after every tackle stop, start throughout the whole game kicking AFC players when they could not giving them the ball was correct Watford got what they deserved for play acting and not playing the game in the way the game should be played

    NEED HELP!😭 Do I have to be a sky costumer to use Sky Go? I’ve read you can just get a subscription for Sky Go but I’m seeing no option anywhere and I REALLY need to watch Dexter! Why can’t I just pay to watch it?! @SkyUK @skytv

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already been through this with the tech team already which they're very unhelpful and they haven't got a clue about customer's security when it comes to antiviruses. I need to contact my lawyer to get it removed
