    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @SkyUK are you guys trying to win a "Worst Customer Service" award or something? Who closes all tech support lines at once rather than rotating training? Why is there noone I can talk to about having in home broadband for last 3 hours?

    @SkyHelpTeam When I call I just her through to a message saying there has been a fault with our exchange and that it’s being worked on and will be resolved ASAP but it’s been like this for 3 days. 0.15mbs download speeds mean using the network to work from home is impossible! What’s happening

    Sky Broadband has been down all day, tried calling customer services and all phone lines are closed for training...feel like staggered training days may have been sensible - anyone online who can help @SkyHelpTeam?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it does, it’s been saying it for 3 days! How long does it take for these to resolve! I’ve never had this kind of outage for this long with any other provider?
