    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

    @SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    @SkyHelpTeam This leaflet does not work. It’s states to put it in the packaging sent, by yourselves. We have been through this numerous times with no resolution.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have booked one over the phone through the automated service, it states i don’t have to be in… I won’t be in so I don’t have any charges for this reason.

    Sick & tired of having to call up @SkyHelpTeam @skytv THREE times to fix my broadband price. Was promised a call or text on thursday & guess what SHERLOCK?? Nada FIX IT or il move my internet.meant to be a platinum VIP customer too. #shambles

    @SkySports absolute genius Sky, a few overs left in a semi-final IPL match and it just disappears without any warning. Wtf would you do that, completely useless.

    after no loyalty from @skytv @SkyHelpTeam after 16 years being with them i am nowgoing with virgin Tv, stick your sky glass up ya *** and your stupid £100 per month, you are losing lots of loyal customers bye bye 👋
