    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve wasted a morning trying to get through to anyone who can help me. Every one of you ‘customer care (!) numbers runs through automated menus then hangs up.I guess you really don’t care. Not that you will notice it’s time for me to cancel my contract I guess

    @ZubyMusic I point this out all the time when I’m listening to @talkSPORT Ever since @SkySports got their greasy paws involved with them they’ve pushed the same agenda especially on their news segment When covid numbers are low there’s always a “BUT” or “STILL” ... never a positive spin

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by a Sky Customer service agent that if someones Sky TV bill increased by 10% or more, then they were entitled to leave the contract without charges. Is that actually the case?

    @InfoSecPS @SkyUK It's stupid isn't it? Now I'm probably going to take out a 7 day free trial to Now TV and then cancel it, rather than PAY ACTUAL MONEY to rent the film

    @agbnufc_ @SkySports The real issue is that , journalists etc are supporters of the other teams . They won’t come out and say “it should have been us” so they cry and winge on trying to block the sale using anything but the truth as a reason to stop it . The real reason of course is jealousy!

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t cancel because your conman operative Andrew said he would take a phone charge off. He didn’t say anything about a NEW CONTRACT or I’d have said NO. Now told I’m in Sky until next year. Absolute joke.

    @PlanetGridders @SkyHelpTeam I'll back him up on that one. Over 2 hours on the phone with Sky yesterday. Had to pay extra for broadband boost to seemingly fix the problem which feels a bit wrong...

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply ER, I was hoping someone was able to give a time estimate on the repair, I have been following the updated information but so far it's talking about switches down. It originally says it takes a couple of hours which started at 10:45 and just want an estimate.
