Call attempted at 14:36. I asked to be contacted between 18:00 and 19:00 but can’t get through. You are over charging me £70 a month!

No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍
