1/2 Very unimpressed with your service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I asked not o be called back today between 14:00 and 17:00 as travelling on a ferry. Call attempted at 14:36. I asked to be contacted between 18:00 and 19:00 but can’t get through. You are over charging me £70 a month!

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

@SkyHelpTeam having issues again today watching recordings on a mini box. Pixelated and jumping picture with no sound then it kicks in and loses it again. Same time exactly yesterday as well along with drop in internet performance as well. Is this a speed managed service now?

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a lovely woman called Carly today who assured me that she'd sorted whatever issue and that I'd be paying 49 a month. However she said I'd get an email and a message in my sky account through confirming changes to the costs but I haven't received anything. Any idea?
