@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@SkyUK @skytv Please explain to me how there is a 'known outage in the area' but no area listed is anywhere near me, nor is it midnight 21st January yet (when that is noted to occur based on works and upgrades) and we have been without broadband or phone for 3 days already?!

@SkyUK unable to WFH due to unstable home broadband. This is costing me time and money. Can't speak to a human. Support line says you're aware and are working on it. It's been like this for 2 days. It's getting worse. Any idea of when it'll be resolved? Postcode is SN5.

@SkyHelpTeam Connection appears stable but I regularly get chrome telling me this web page took too long to respond, Echo devices report poor internet connectivity, extended load times etc

@SkySports Halfwit wannabeeeeee fanboys will tell you it's part of the never-ending process. Wannabeeee bleat on about not having enough fit players to field a team. Keeping 11 on pitch would help ..... instead of missing games through poor discipline. Hapless manager and halfwit fanboys.
