@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Leave. I’ve never stayed with the same provider for more than 3 years. Yes it’s a faff moving, but saves a lot of money by doing so.

@SkyUK are customers going to get compensation for the outage? It has been ongoing for ages. You could give at least £5 compensation per customer.

@KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia We were sent an engineer on Wednesday by error but it’s a known outage on skys end and he reckons sky won’t be quick to fix! You can log in online and watch all the games.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky comes down Openreach fibre, like most other providers, so it is very easy to move elsewhere. They act like they have a monopoly on Broadband and TV, but the world has changed. They don't.

    Andy Conroy (@old_doozer) reported

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I recently switched to Sky from NOW (owned by Sky) who had offered me a similar choice for their "Powered by Sky" service. Not only did I get it direct from Sky for £27, I also picked up a £105 new customer gift card.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yep. They couldn’t care less about current customers. Sky mobile are the most pathetic company when it comes to customer service. Can’t wait to be out of contract and will NEVER return!!

  • Itisretro

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam The irony is they are doing the same to the new customer as they are to you. Offering a lower rate knowing they will eventually ramp it up once they take the bait.

@SkyHelpTeam I love when u are close to the end of contract and everything keeps going into muppet mode and not working. You have to ask the question is it a ruse to claim better products and charge u more??????? Maybe it’s time for a change !!!!!

  • actionjaxon666
    Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam A 14 year Sky contract is incredibly below average. Means **** all. You’re not a hostage either - you’re choosing to be, loyalty rarely pays; move your broadband to another company.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Your all new customers at one point of service, so everyone gets that initial discount. After that, you pay the standard prices, don’t see anything wrong with that.
