  @SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster

  @SkyHelpTeam This problem started in November. Sky initially denied the problem but it’s now been going on for too long. Can’t complete our favourite series. Come on Sky. Please get this fixed.

  @SkyHelpTeam If you can provide service after over 3 weeks then you can’t provide service. Let another company have a go please. Im not paying another penny for any of our Sky services until this is resolved, tv included.

  @SkyHelpTeam Is there outages in certain areas, or somewhere I can check if it's an area outage as broadband has been off for an hour now

  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca, there has to a process where you can refer this to your manager. They can then contact the applicable customer service manager. Someone somewhere has the ability to get things going. Calling them appears to be getting me nowhere.

  @SkyHelpTeam Tried to make enquiries about changing to sky glass at sky stand in town and they said my account is block due to an ongoing dispute so they can't help I'm paying my bill and still watching sky so what's the dispute???
