    @SkyHelpTeam @VodafoneIreland having newly installed Vodafone fiber broadband this is a constant message on both the main sky Q box & mini Q. Is this a sky or Vodafone issue. I do have constant issues with Mini Q of no network

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah that will tell me what I already know . There's an issue in the area . I'm asking for an update as in oh we hope in the next 4 hours or its possibly gonna be days . You know like an update !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. It's any of the Sky Sports channels where I am watching live - the worst hit seem to be Sky Sports Main event HD (401), Cricket HD (404) and Formula 1 HD (406). Every other channel seems to be pixellation-free!
