@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’m having HDMI/ARC handshake issues between my SkyQ and AVR (common problem reading your forums) All software up to date and using your HDMI cable. Does the v3 SkyQ box fix this issue, and if so how can I swap my v2 box for a v3 box?

@agitatedgoose @SkyHelpTeam So frustrating! We have to go through an elaborate restart process to get a picture/sound back. Problem only exists with the Sky box, never had a problem with AppleTV connected in the same way. When it does work though it looks/sounds great

@SkyHelpTeam I have spent hours trying to resolve my broadband dropping in and out. It still persists. Please help me arrange an engineer visit ASAP. I am a headteacher trying to coordinate a school from home and this is incredibly frustrating
