    Shocking behaviour from @virginmedia, my dad transferred his media account to his name after my mum passed away. You every so nicely increased his bill by £34per month. No changes to account aside from name. Lovely way to treat long standing customers. Ta da, moving to @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam - Am I right in thinking you will be adjusting people’s accounts accordingly given the lack of service that we have all paid for? Can I also assume that we can leave without termination fees given you can’t provide the service you advertise?

    SKY INTERNET have not fixed my internet in over 16 days. Worst service EVER. 3 Engineers later still does not work! @SkyHelpTeam Legal advice and Ombudsman next

    @SkyHelpTeam How can you not even have an estimated time for this to be repaired, you're *************** Sky. It interrupted home schooling for my child earlier, also this evening can't use internet. If it's still down tomorrow I take it you will be compensating us Homeworkers????

    @ChrisL224 @SkySports It's not hard mate, it's the way all teams play against us. Play the low block, congest the space then try and hit us on the counter. Would have worked last week if Pogba had scored. With our terrible form it may be worthwhile actually putting us under pressure. 🤷

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you but that’s not what I asked. I asked why your call centre are making appointments and your engineers cancel them ALL on the day even though Govt advice hasn’t changed. Instead of sending links can you answer that specific question please
