    @SkyUK No internet to house, been told an engineer needs to come and fix something at the exchange box, but wife works from home and apparently it can take up to 5 days for an engineer to make the fix?? Any suggestions for how she's meant to work in the meantime?

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to be sent some packaging to return my old Sky Q hub. I cannot find any way of doing this from the sky broadband website. Please help?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had no internet all day. Ive tried your help page but the tests won't work. The internet light is orange/red. The others are green. I'm in CH61. Im supposed to be working from home
