    @SkyHelpTeam Who am I talking to please? Your attitude is not acceptable and I will be complaining. I have gone through all the steps and it doesn’t give a number at all. Do your job and help your customers.

    Well hacked off with @SkyUK as they can't add @SkySports for me to watch @EnglandRugby. Apparently an issue they can't fix this weekend. Any suggestions where else I can watch the rugby?

    @SkyHelpTeam when are you going to sort out the Netflix issues on Sky Glass? I’m in my 14 days and close to cancelling my package, it’s an absolute joke and there’s posts about it all over your forums so don’t try to suggest that this is user error or Wi-Fi. It’s the TV.
