    @SkyHelpTeam Yes they say they will be in touch but no one has contacted us from Sky with an an update at all. We’re spending literally hours calling & trying to speak to customer services

    @SkyHelpTeam can you fix your dodgy *** inconsistent internet service please. Or is videos buffering every half a second part of your service, just written in fine print?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. It’s Sky Q. Everything else appeases to be working without an issue (Prime, Disney, Apple TV etc). It just seems to be an intermittent problem with Netflix.

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I am trying to connect my Xbox to my Glass Tv. My HDMI is not connecting and not compatible. Have tried all solutions to fix. Puck HDMI supplied by Sky works. Now need an extra HDMI to use with Puck. Can this be supplied ? Ta
