    .@SkyHelpTeam what is the point of asking for a verification for an email if you never send the bloody code to verify it? I have been trying to get in to MY email since 3pm to access an important medical letter - I don't have ANOTHER email to use, so what do you suggest? FUMING.

    48 minutes into another call about the same issue with @SkyUK and have pretty much lost the will to live. Absolutely fuming at the inability of staff to accurately confirm details and take necessary action before we even talk about the patronising manner of the first contact.
