    @SkyHelpTeam It says connection is fine but then I keep losing connection. Internet is still not working for me and phone line is down too. Has there been any reports of an outage in certain parts of London?

    @LCFC no honesty on football at the top level at all. Any diving and cheating, excuses are made. 'Contact'...you wouldn't fall over in Tesco's after contact. @SkySports are the worst

    @SkyHelpTeam The voice LED on my Sky Q router is orange and the internet LED is dim green rather than bright green. We have no internet access. Please can you help?

    @em_j_b @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely agreed - we have it all the time. I still can’t share one of my favourite TV shows with Ell because there are no subtitles! Should be standard on all TV and film. Sorry you’ve had bad experiences too!!
