    @SkyUK our sky was supposed to be activated today. We have waited since December and now a customer rep is telling me that an engineer came today and we weren’t in. This is incorrect. We now have to wait until 19th May? This is appalling

    @skyhelpteam hello, hoping you can help... I took out a different the ultimate TV contract 6 months in to my existing contract. I thought this would replace the previous one... Why am I not just paying that price for the remainder of the 18 months?
