    @OpenreachHelp how many times is the internet going to go down in the m28 area? Had the same problem not two months ago, @SkyHelpTeam automated messages is not good enough with no help last time.

    @SkyHelpTeam there is a widespread Internet outage. This can be seen on down detector, and twitter. Your status page says nothing, and your replies give no information or an ETA. Please contact who you need to to have the status page updated, and get an update for us

    @spanishsam @SkyHelpTeam Cancel while you can and go back to BT or get a 5g router. I had the same issue no problems in 20 years with other ISPs and am now a week without internet with Sky. Run while you can before you get locked into the contract
