    @SkyHelpTeam It’s an external issue with open reach… but no one can tell me when someone will be coming to look at the external issue and it’s hard to plan my work schedule (only allowed in the office so many days due to covid) without knowing when they will fix it, it’s been 3 days…

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband is in hospital and his only contact with us is his phone but his reception is so poor we can't him hear when he calls. What can we do to improve this? He is with Sky Mobile.

    @Venners09 @SkySports @LawGWilliams They set kids up like this to fail. Need to take him out the limelight and let him enjoy his football at such a young age and see where it takes him.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam why must you charge so damned much to activate your fibre? No point sending an engineer out to try and fix my issues when the only issue he can find is that my bb is criminally slow! But upgrading is out of reach! 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam im having problems with my signal for certain channels mainly itv & showcase. live in a flat, contacted property management who sent an Engineer. I have good signal 80/90 engineer checked the communal & there were no problems so it looks like the issue is with my box

    @SkyUK it’s Groundhog Day!!! Frozen picture, black screen and then no live TV. 2 weeks with Glass and not a day goes by without these annoying issues. Your answer is please DM me.. i am beyond fed up
