    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not the unacceptable bit. Week for an engineer is not acceptable. You need to either hire more engineers or have better internet service in place.

    @SkyHelpTeam I phoned Sky and have been told there is a major outage in my area since 11am, so they have cancelled the engineer. However, when I go on the My Sky app it says there is no outage in my area. So now I am non the wiser and just need some help.

    @SkyHelpTeam No point moving house soon. You will lower price, offer new contract, I will cancel it when moved. Pay the penalty. You also have broken the DDebit rules. 10% increase and not telling me is disgraceful. @SKY #SKY

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, it just kicked in and started working. Can't seem to be able to cancel the engineer visit though

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve always found Sky’s service good but my Broadband router is no longer connecting to the internet, so I scheduled an engineer, but have to wait an entire week. I work from home so will be adversely affected by this. How come this isn’t classed as an emergency?

    @SkyHelpTeam We have three sky boxes two downstairs One upstairs. For some reason the one upstairs doesn’t work, the ones downstairs do work, option 4 isn’t working on sky help
