    @SkyUK As a customer of 13 yrs (who pays for insurance on our sky box) we have often been offered an upgrade to Q for free. We now have a new tv & so wanted to upgrade & we’re told we’d have to pay £99. Considering we pay about £70 pm I’m not impressed with your cust service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Did you not read my comments I have already gone down this route and an engineer came out. There are tons of people suddenly having internet issues. Mine was dropping out all day it’s terrible and so stressful.
