    @SkyHelpTeam having nuisance calls all hours of day tried to sort online no good phoned 20 mins at least on hold so much for help . Only solution is to unplug phone need sorted NOW

    @danhudsonmagic @SkyUK Did you manage to cancel? I’ve been trying and they have refused it and said they can reduce my bill by £8 a month but I have to pay £10 admin fee and then my contract will restart for another 18 months 😡😡

    @virginmedia No because last time I called I was on hold for 45 minutes before anyone answered! I’d rather have the number for your cancellation line as slower @SkyHelpTeam service is better than the terrible service you are providing!
