    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry my bad. It says there is an outage in my area BUT when I go to the explanation, it cites West Midlands as having the issue. Sorry for not being clear ;)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! Had a mini Sky Q box installed today and now it’s doesn’t work. There is no connection. I’ve been through all the trouble shooting issues and it still doesn’t work. When can someone fix this as it’s pretty pointless paying for something that doesn’t work.

    @skytv @SkyUK WOW ! I’ve been paying you £17 a mntb for 9-10 mnths for a service you’ve never really provided ( my broadband) at YOUR contractual speed. You advised I should leave you and you have offered me 1 payment of £17 back, out of £153 worth of payments I made already 🤬
