    @SkyHelpTeam We’re currently being told by one of your team that open reach won’t come into our property yet in our previously house at the height of lockdown they did!! We had so many issues in the last house that open reach told us the first thing they would do is change the socket

    @SkyUK Do you have 4G Broadband only? My phone line was cut down by BT Openzone 2 years after I left BT and went to Virginmedia. It's a scam as BT are giving out customers info to guarantee repeat business, which I refuse to pay for. It was only installed 4yrs before they cut it down!
