    @SkyHelpTeam Are they fixing it by fairy dust? Sky have said the issue is with the Redditch Telephone Exchange yet there are no engineers at any of the telephone exchanges in Redditch at all, no vans, no staff, all locked up!!

    @HanSparkle86 @SkyHelpTeam That sucks! Find an advert for Sky Glass and post the same thing and they will probably pay attention. I always found the quickest way to get probs sorted with the TV service was to phone the upgrade line rather than waiting an age for the complaints depart to bother answering

    @SkyHelpTeam unable to watch the football on my mobile despite paying you a fortune each month. Says I need to upgrade - wrong, I have it all from you and never had this issue. Annoyed to say the least.

    @SkyHelpTeam Than you for the update .. I presume we will be reimbursed for the lack of broadband service as well as the TV services i pay for that rely on the internet such as Sky box sets, Netflix, Disney+ which I currently can’t use ..

    @SkyHelpTeam Any update on the outage in Redditch? Lots of people rely on the Internet at home for work these days and I've personally lost out on a whole day of wages. We need a concrete estimate beyond "it'll be fixed when it gets fixed".

    @Wieghorst98 @SkySports They just can't help themselves. The narrative has been set. No-one at the SFA / SPFL does anything to mange our games PR either.
