    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - it will just show it is now working. When it regularly goes down it shows an issue with Broadband connection

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m unable to access any of my bills for my broadband both via the app and online. Keeps telling me to try again later or it’s restricted. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca, I wouldnt expect you to be able to replicate earlier issues now. I raise the matter again because there were similar notifications last night which I thought someone to whom you could refer would confirm. I'm asking if on screen notification is generated by the TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky. I have two very disappointed children today as they were expecting Matilda to be released but it’s totally disappeared from the menu and we had pre-ordered. Is there a problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Doesn’t really cheer my 5 year old up, not a great service, pay for a film then just told to wait no communication from sky about an issue unless you complain, if you went to the cinema and they said at some point we will put the film on not sure you would be happy with that

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is your modems doesn’t give out a great signal for wifi. Unless you want to send me a better one I don’t think you can help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I would appreciate for someone to contact regarding the services am paying for and not receiving. The language barrier with customer service need to be addressed. It’s really hard when you can’t understand what the other party is saying vice versa. 😩😩😩😩😩
