    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Jason. My issue is that I joined sky broadband on Monday and since then my work computer’s connection is really slow. Capped at 22mbps, as low as 3mbps. Other devices are fine. Wondering if there anything in the settings I can find. Any suggestions?

    @SkyHelpTeam Have been trying for 3 days to get into Sky Go using Windows 10, on my laptop. I’ve tried various browsers, uninstalled, reinstalled God knows how many times, but nothing….”Cannot connect you”….can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam well what a shower you are - call my dedicated VIP line - cut off twice - online assistant couldn’t help but tried to sell me sky cinema - wanted to move broadband from BT - but can’t talk to anyone - even suggested I ask the Sky Community 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I've done it all in the past, had enough of doing it all, "engineers" out, new box, signal extenders, channel changes, it's just not consistent
