    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyHelpTeam @nicleppan28 Absolutely abhorrent and tragic customer service. Imagine water being off for 48 hours with no answer and still paying. Some work from home on weekends. This pompous little tweet has sent me over the edge and I am cancelling my service now and not even waiting until Monday.
