    @SkyHelpTeam @CommunityFibre But when I got through to broadband help team they said they can’t fix my fibre cause I’m out of contract. The upgrade team seemed lost by this when I was transferred.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, thanks for this. I have been on network status and there is a known fault with Fibre in the area, however no update as to how long the issue is going to take to fix.

    @SkyHelpTeam One option for support is not "services". It's "service", singular -if you can even call it a service. The only other option then is to pay money up front and wait 3 weeks for an engineer to turn up and tell me that I'll still get poor coverage?

    @SkySports Boxing is a farce. UFC gets the big fights done no problem, no ducking and 3 fight deal bollocks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that, you say there's no problem (like you always do) yet other sites like down detector (@DowndetectorUK ) say the opposite. Your service is bad and you know it 😢

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says we have detected a problem with your setup. But my setup has been the same since it was installed by one of your engineers. I just don’t think it’s fair given the current pandemic and 4 of my children are trying to do their schooling at home.
