    @SkyHelpTeam can you help. I've had no Internet since Friday morning. I can't work. Cant use catch up, multiroom or anything on my sky. I've also used up most of my allowance. And I'm just being fobbed off by your customer service team. It's a disgrace. I pay a fortune for sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Its from the sky glass homepage, the tile that offers sky sports in uhd. It makes no odds how I access it doesn't work. Tried it all ways. Same result

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Virgin Media. Great speed from their direct fibre connection and no real alternative here as BT based fibre services are maxed out. Customer service has always been good when we’ve had problems, though it can take some time to get through to them.

    @Ofcom @SkyUK Can Automatic compensation only be offered as a credit on an existing account? 50 days and counting a total loss of service. No resolution offered until at least the 29th of November.

    @clinicalandy @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Seconding this heartily! Tech support has been spotty for us though, and they don't half spam your postal address with bumf, but the service itself is solid!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, everytime I keep trying to link my sky mobile to my sky Id it keeps saying it's already linked but I've never been able to do it, can you help please

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Been with @virginmedia for 11+ years at two properties and never had a problem. Currently on 350+ Mbps and almost always get higher than the advertised speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just accepted a free 4 week trail for sky cinema. If I choose not to keep cinema after that time can you advise how I’d cancel on line? Thanks.

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Sky internet is very good where I am, miles better than previous BT and TalkTalk plans, it's just the Q Boxes that are **** for me.
