    Hi @SkyHelpTeam youve sent 3 engineers but our internet still doesnt work properly can i get out of the contract as its frankly shocking now.

    I got @ParamountPlusUK on sky since yesterday but we can’t stream every movies and shows because loading screen doesn’t work on my app. Is there any chance you can fix this issue ? @askparamount @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently we have to wait for sky to fix this issue as it’s a common fault… yet they were unsure how long this would take (days, weeks, months, years) You are a multi million pound company with awful customer service and just shaft loyal customers 🤯 Why sell dodgy TV’s? 🤬
