@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping out and quality is very poor. This has been ongoing for months. I have just carried out all the check suggested on your website and it says there are no issues yet a few minutes later it has cut out again.

@SkyHelpTeam @KramG4 Absolutely the same problem just happened to us. Weather gave us the blue screen of death and an hour later it was back on but the HD channels are now in the 800s? Xx

@SkyHelpTeam Totally separate no link. I need to be able to use my data and household sky package for free as billed. And be recognised as an actual customer. My parents need to be able to link there new sky ID created today by me to Sky Mobile so they can sign their agreement

The Salford v Castleford match kicks off and yet again, sadly, the Super League club owners let down their fantastic players; 1) a pathetic half-hearted attempt at marking out the pitch properly & 2) allowing @SkySports to employ an in-game summariser that detracts from the game

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for understanding.. Literally only 1 day earlier. Surely a complete outage of the service should get her bumped up the list?

@rachaelgibbonss @SkyHelpTeam @MarkMounfield I just took a look at my Now Broadband account and it says the replacement part that took 24 hours to get delivered did not solve the issue. So the engineers are at square one with no clue. Just ridiculous! For a whole town to be out of service this long is terrible
