    @SkyHelpTeam Been there done that, had a new router, now told pay for boost or simply accept that wifi will keep dropping out and half of rooms have no service. Can't maintain stable connection <1m from router. Twitter is last resort, not first option. #embarrassing #skyfraudband

    @SkyHelpTeam The broadband speed is slow and there was a fault detected online sent engineer and he wasn't interested in router box

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it so bloomin difficult to booked an engineer to come out !!! No signal all day. .. ring up on hold for 40 mins then told to book through the app ... app not working

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. It doesn’t resolve the issue. Pressing the wps button resolves the issue-I just wanted to know if there is anything I can do to permanently fix it...or why it keeps doing it every 48 hours. X

    @JodieMarsh @SkyHelpTeam They won't even upgrade my fathers original router which is giving piss poor broadband speed to a new one unless he upgrades and pays more . He's been with them for 20+ years disgusted to say the least

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we had sky fitted engineer never told us our pin, we’ve reset it but it keeps saying incorrect pin still any help?
