@RankinPeter @Girlwithvoiceuk @SkyUK Cityfibre provide FTTH but they do also have a national network. Backhaul is largely the responsibility of the ISP. That could be OR or another network provider. CF have an agreement with Vodafone. I would assume that uses the VF national network.

@SkySports why is it that when you broadcast football matches that are not in HD the picture is so bad? Is it to make us pay for the HD channels? When subscribing to BT Sports we automatically get ultra HD!

@SkyHelpTeam my sky fibre broadband has been down for over 24 hours. You can’t get through to your contact centre with a wait time of an hour!!!! You charge a premium for poor service …. When will my broadband be back on?

@SkyHelpTeam we signed up to the ROXI music app and it worked fine for the first night but now it doesn't work at all. We have reset the box and updated the software but it still hasn't resolved the issue.
