    @Sargy7 @FouldsAilsa @SkyUK Ask for proof with a reference number you can check. If they can't provide it, they can't prove "later than expected delivery". When I was with VM they allowed a month to post stuff back, but offered to collect it. Awful company to deal with.

    @SkySports Putting the MNF Chelsea v Fulham knowing they were in the League cup draw. 9 L1 games had to be moved for your armchair audience convience. Now thousands of match going fans have to change their plans for your poor scheduling.
