    Well, @ThreeUK broadband is pretty ****, ngl. Constant downtime. Unreliable speeds. Sudden drops. Won't be renewing this, I'd rather have pathetically slow @SkyHelpTeam that works consistently.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having issues with using broadband on most devices, it’s been temperamental for the last couple of months - tried all your online help and still have the ‘warning’ when testing the broadband. Took me ages to get online this morning (currently WFH). Can you help?

    Help @SkyHelpTeam trying to set up Discovery+ Plus free trial through SkyQ account but keeps asking me to enter card details to create account? Why would payment not come from my usual direct debit once trial is up?

    @virginmedia That’s really unfortunate. I’ve just spoken with @SkyUK and they can set us up much quicker and we can be one of their new customers. This isn’t great service and we would expect a refund for the full week we are losing of being able to work!!

    @Synkrox @SkyHelpTeam Agreed. NGL I think 4G is struggling to cope too. Painfully slow speeds with terrible latency too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Pointless really. No online chat service either. Not very easy for your customers to resolve things other than to sit in an indefinite phone queue

    @SkyHelpTeam I notice that you offer new customers a fast broadband and tv package for £39. I've checked if there are any offers for me as an existing (out-of-contract) customer and it looks like there are only options to upgrade. It's interesting🙄
