    @SkyHelpTeam POOR SERVICE! I have been on the phone over an hour with someone at Sky saying that the problem is at my end and have booked an engineer for Sunday which has cost my a fee with it being a weekend call out and i mentioned that SkyHelpTeam posted this and she advised didn’t know?

    @SkyHelpTeam Only had my broadband with Sky for about 6 months and last night it went down. Been told that an engineer will be able to see me in 11 days . What a joke !

    @SkyUK i can't talk to anyone about my internet not working for 2 days! Im getting sent a link but i can't get on this with my 4g phone in my new house! Can someone help? No internet and no phone. 😫
