    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it say 68mgbs but my hub is not giving out more than 3 I advised the box gets hot and I want a new router sent out to see if solves my issues and was told a manager would call me back

    @SkyHelpTeam These are not the problems we need to be focussed on. Please please focus on the conectivity & broadband issues I'm facing. I hung up because no one answered. Your website kept staring the book an engineer service was not currently available. Please now focus on my issue not yes.

    @SkyHelpTeam do you lot understand the concept of customer service and keeping promises? After yet another **** up today, you were supposed to have a manager call me at 18.00. No call. You're on a mission to really piss me off

    @SkyHelpTeam Liverpool based, broadband has been disconnecting regularly for past three days. Is there an issue with the service? Not interested in booking a home visit or any of your stock replies btw

    @SkySports really poor score app update. Striped all the player info, stats etc. plus the visual of the formations. It was never broken.

    @SkyHelpTeam I work with fibre broadband I know what happening the router is not giving out the correct speeds I have had your services for over a year now and I have had a constant 66mgbs on all my devices and now 3mgbs it’s not on and not been called back I will now need to log a complaint
