    @SkyHelpTeam My sky Internet has now been down for 9 hours. It came back a couple of times for about 30 mins each time but is down again. When will it be restored fully ? I live in Portsmouth.

    @SkyHelpTeam when my gas/electric/water supply fails, the supplier gets in touch with me to let me know they know about the issue, then give me a time that it’s going to be fixed by. Sky just say ‘Goodnight, Sweet Dreams’ and shut down for the night, in an age of WFH. Shocking
