    @SkyUK @smithythfc75 So the answer to his question is ‘no’ then Relative of mine was without Sky Broadband for four days recently - ‘technical issues’, no compensation, no apology In this case they’d be without TV as well….

    @PeterWellDone @SkyUK No. Mostly because their Mesh is crap and you can’t use your own routers and mesh ffs

    @SkyHelpTeam I finally got hold of customer services. Apparent I need a new viewing card and will not have sky tv until it arrives 😡😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please check and confirm whether there is an outage in Abingdon Oxon please. I have had no internet or phone for the last hour and trying to work.

    @SkyUK The internet you provide us is so slow as we cannot get fibre so this won’t even work. You cannot get apps to work properly on the current system so no thanks
