    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I had the entertainment package with Netflix and suddenly the Netflix app has disappeared off my tv. It’s still showing as having the package on my Sky account though? Can you please help?

    @SkyUK You're charging us £80 for an engineer to come and fix our broadband (which we desperately need for work) and the person is now 1.5h late (no call or anything). We've been waiting since 8am! How about a refund?

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you please give any indication as to when the problem in the DY area will be fixed? I have urgent work which must be completed by tomorrow, so I need to know whether I will have to make plans to find somewhere else to get this done. Thank you
