    @justmotshull @SkySports Accidental or not it was due to poor tackling technique and going in high creating the high risk of a head collision. It’s a dangerous tackle.

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that ans it’s our own fault for not using the code sooner. We’ve let the kids down but not getting them the film they wanted! Just very frustrated this morning with how hard it is to get through to an actual person at sky. Your recorded phone system is a nightmare

    @SkySports It's a red as the laws stand but compared to the earlier yellow it looks more like a rugby incident, how the other one wasnt red I don't know

    @SkyHelpTeam So there's a confirmed problem with content on Sky, which you can replicate, but you're not prepared to offer any kind of support? I assume you're not acquainted with the UK law of contract then?

    @SkyHelpTeam this is terrible but I’m due to be charged for not returning my items back. I’ve just dropped them at the collect + store (and have my receipts!). Just wondering if you can hold the charge for a couple more days so I don’t have to pay it and then get it refunded. Ta!
