@MrWilliams1882 @SkyUK Little to no help online? Except all of the articles that give troubleshooting steps for intermittent wifi, advice on broadband speeds and the ability to run a test on your specific line? Give it a rest and take some ownership of your own services rather than ranting online

I relent and let him fit the cable... After all of that, I honestly hoped that I'd at least get a while without needing any support from @SkyUK but no...the Internet gets knocked out by the recent storm... ...I'm told they can get someone to me, maybe, on Thursday
