    @SkyHelpTeam Hi are landlines impacted by this known issue as mine will not allow outgoing calls or is this known fault only for mobile phones.

    @SkyHelpTeam I just rang my mum and it rang, but signal dropped, so I rang her back and it said number doesn’t exist again. I think I’m just going to end up camping out in this field tonight with the cows 🥱😴

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam services been restricted due to charges for sky cinema that I never asked for. Told last week it would be removed and taken off my bill. Still not happened and now restricted and a late fee!! Sat online to a robot since 6:10 and waited for a advisor!

    @SkyHelpTeam Any updates, please? I use sky mobile for work and not able to make an urgent call. It has been 5 hours now and this isn’t the first time this problem has occurred in last 2 weeks.
