    @SkyHelpTeam No none at all. It's been a problem since day 1. I just assumed there would be updates and the problem would get rectified. It's very annoying and takes the pleasure out of watching TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam I also find it difficult to understand how a company the size of Sky, with an obligation to so many customers, can’t get an engineer out to me for 9 days. And then charge £15 for it! If that’s going to be the case, I’d expect some kind of rebate for the outage, surely?

    Absolutely diabolical how you are paying for a subscription from @SkyUK . Yet you've had NO BROADBAND with an ongoing issue between them and @BTOpenreach1. For over 4 weeks now. With home remote working none existing They just pass the issue from one another. #ABSOLUTEJOKE!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope. Plugged in at 5pm last night. But let's be honest here, it's not going to be that that but it's a reason to close this fun little exchange we are having isn't it? We both know it's because Sky never considered people have a single email address for all accounts
