    @SkyUK just wondering why you put my bill up a substantial amount then blocked my number leaving the only option to pay ridiculous bill online? Called as a new customer & was told to ‘141 my number’ or I’ll never get thru😳 (FYI doesn’t work) Absolutely appalling behaviour!! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently says all is fine, but as I mentioned, it's an intermittent issue. Dropped out for around 2 minutes 6 times in an hour this morning

    @SkyHelpTeam I called. It is down in the area but your service checker still thinks it’s working. I’m on day 3 of no broadband, tv or phone

    @SkyHelpTeam Every time I called on the 5th May, I got cut off with a message saying your too busy and to call cack later or use chat service..... this had become very frustrating for such a simple task

    So done with @SkyUK have ran all the tests but our internet has been going in and out all week, WiFi only works in one room, account says we have a new hub but we were never sent a new sky Q hub, and we are paying for what should be fibre levels of connection??
