@SkyHelpTeam bit of cheek calling your broadband “Superfast” when it’s crap. Should be doing the “Ultrafast” for the same price and actually give your customers something worth there money!

@SkyHelpTeam No idea what a value team is. As a “VIP” customer of over 20 years I’ve called about 6 times since Monday. Nothing gets done. @openreach says it is up to Sky. But they’re obviously not “doing” the work.

Dear @SkySports & @btsport as someone who pays silly money for your services please could I advise you not to put Liverpool vs Chelsea on TV ever again....its never a good game and primarily a snoozefest. Many thanks
