    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesn’t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpIreland you single handedly have the worse customer support of any business I’ve ever had to deal with, trying to speak to a real person is impossible, honestly feel like it would be easier to get into Area 51 then to talk with a real person! You are a joke!!
