    @SkyUK I have sky q and my kids (8 & 5) said Disney plus into the remote and it bought up plus size porn. I was with them and put the Disney on but I’ve gone on the parental controls and you can’t seem to restrict this content for children as it doesn’t appear to be rated. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a sky tv account and pay you for BT sport. BUT I can’t watch BT sport on my tablet without a BT account, which I don’t have. But if I cancel BT sport with you, to get app, I can’t watch on my TV. Please advise what I can do to get BT sport which I am paying for on tablet
