    @SkyHelpTeam hiya, I’m looking for prices for a 12 month broadband package. Doesn’t seem to come up on site. Lease for property is only 12 months. Will go longer but can’t commit as yet. Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband been down for over 24 hours, all we’ve been told is it’s a known issue in the area. No estimated time of it being fixed. Phone lines don’t open until 8am...

    @SkyHelpTeam Wife has now had to use up almost of her mobile data as she had no choice other than to do some work from home. No service all day is not on, not acceptable. We will require compensation for your failure to supply us the service we pay you at SKY for. How do we claim this please

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve asked 3/4 times for packing to send back a mini box and now a router but never received it l, I’ve now got an Amazon box but no stickers to send it back can you help
