He never managed again. You'd be better asking a manager in Tesco or Asda !!

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

Knight (@billy_knight) reported@SkyUK my 87 year old dad has someone else’s Netflix attached to his sky account. I’ve called and been told I have to call Netflix. I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!
