    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my WiFi is not working, it has been a solid amber light all day. I’ve tried everything about a dozen times. Nothing is working. I was told to get an engineer out will cost £65. Surely this is incorrect when the issue is with a Sky service I am paying for and not receiving?

    Would think that stringing together a sentence with words that make sense and making them intelligible was a basic requirement for Soccer Saturday. Apparently not. It is unbeliveable how crap this programme is now. Shame. #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you having a problem with Sky Go app? I can't watch live or recorded tv. Keep getting 50-9-503 error. Can watch catch up TV though. Have deleted & reinstalled app, also forgotten network & hard reset iPad. Still no joy. Pls help.

    @SkyHelpTeam there is a problem accessing Disney plus via my Sky Q box, says error code 1027. Any advice?
