    16+ months, 25+ calls, 100+ hrs on hold — all for 1 extra Apple Pencil Pro I never asked for but got charged for. Same script every time: “wait 3 days.” Still no return label. This is beyond a joke. @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @njg330 @SkySports Sky Sports coverage has been very poor across the three days. Jumping about all over the place making it very difficult to actually keep track of what’s going on!
