  @LukeTheBiz @Maverick4886 @SkyUK If your service still hasn't been installed/activated, you can cancel at any time. Once it's activated, you then have a further 31 days to cancel. You'll be disappointed with their BB anyway to be fair.

  @SkyHelpTeam OK but I work from home so within 5 working days isn't ideal. Also why hasn't their been any info provided? Why have I had to do the chasing? I guarantee you, there is no fault, the engineer just disconnected us incorrectly, never checked and left.
