    @SkyHelpTeam I have run all the tests, if I hit a time it is on then no problem otherwise I get to told to call an engineer

    @skyhelpteam I'm trying to help my Dad with his Sky 'Diamond VIP' account. Why is your Accessible Customer Service team so inaccessible? Email link doesn't work. Direct telephone line doesn't go direct to the team #useless

    @JayMUFC66 @SkyHelpTeam There is an issue. Sky know there is an issue at the Mercury Exchange located in Heald Green affecting all customers in the surrounding areas.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam. I have been speaking to various people through the customer support line, they said it’s an issue with open reach and might need an engineer to come and take a look inside the property. The signal/line keeps cutting out randomly where the lights go orange

    @SkyHelpTeam One time to call in but as we don't have a password set up they can't help. The other time just to call an engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam They said everything was ok, all seemed fine. I have just been on the phone now and they said there seems to be a problem in my area. I pushed 1 on my keypad and they said they’d text me when this was resolved. Do we know how long this takes?
