    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    Sky: We’ve gone digital so that your signal never goes down even in bad weather. Also Sky: We cannot connect your signal right now. This may be due to bad weather. Useless @SkyUK. Useless.

    @richiePencoed @SkyUK Don’t bother! You get an automated message saying it should be resolved by Thursday. Their broadband has been down as well since 1.30pm!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam sky box not working. No satellite signal. Done all instructions and my lock indicator says not locked / null. Need an engineer but confused why there would be a charge when it literally just turned off today

    @SkyHelpTeam Any ideas why I can’t access Catch up TV on my Sky+ box? Keep trying to download a programme from ITV Hub and getting failed message. Checked network and rebooted Sky box without success

    @SkySports Never mind I'm sure Gaza will turn up with his fishing rod and a fish supper to try and help out. The deep rooted problem is Levy
