    @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam can you resolve the issue with Channel 4 On Demand content please. The GBBO ep 2 is still not on demand & ep 3 is tonight. Ruins the whole point of watching a TV competition if you loose a week!!

    @Verocs_ @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, if you are watching on demand there aren't any subtitles due to third party platform restrictions unfortunately. It's something we are actively working to improve, because we know it's an issue for a lot of our viewers.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you confirm that broadband is down in the Southport area? We’ve had no internet since last night and multiple people are reporting the same thing. One firm have called in all their home workers because of the situation yet Sky say everything is fine!!!
