    @SkySports It wasn’t lethargic, there was no shape, no system. It was like watching a Sunday league side. Every player was just doing whatever they wanted. They did try to press but it was a shambles. I’ve never seen such a disorganised side.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks Paul, the issue is I’ve been calling @SkyHelpTeam every day for the last month and this is what happens: (1) they blame openreach, (2) schedule a new appointment, (3) no confirmation and nobody comes (4) I call again. How do I break this cycle?

    @SkyHelpTeam 7 days doesnt add over £100 to my bill amd never has. Its fine i just cancelled the DD as i cannot speak to anyone on your team on that number because for the 5th time of trying it has cut me off.

    @Aligoodwin1970 @SkyHelpTeam This has been going on for 2 weeks its a problem with IP addresses thats what the engineer told me when he came to fix a different problem.. its beyond a joke DO NOT FuLL RESET it doesn't work and u end up loosing everything its pointless.. had an update last nite and still broke
