    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Folks, are there any issues in the Aberdeen area? For the last few days I've been getting high ping / packet loss during the evenings approx. 1930 to 2300. Never normally any issues at this time. Is something broken on the Sky network?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah weirdly it was working on Sky Go app on my phone but now it’s not working on any device.

    @SkyHelpTeam No it's speeds on everything ethernet and wifi the ping sky rockets and the speeds nosedive. Your broadband checker is quite useless, It is not calculating actual speed, but the potential line speed. The issue is the current speed. It's designed this way so yous take no liability

    @SkyHelpTeam I just spoke to Chat Help and they said they can’t help with that query either as they don’t know about watching on devices?

    @SkyUK Your broadband is ****!!!! Everyday it decides to turn itself off and on!!! I’ve just missed a goal because it’s so ****!!! Every time I ring they say ‘It’s fine’! Well let me tell you, it’s certainly not ‘fine’!!!

    @vyrmu @SkyHelpTeam I am also wondering the same and beginning to get very frustrated with it myself. Not only does the ping spike up to 200Ms, but the speeds slow down from 60Mb/s to 0.30Mb/s. Have you had any luck getting through to these guys?
