    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just escalated an ongoing formal complaint after nearly 2 weeks without reliable broadband, 2 failed engineer appointments & no promised follow-up from your Complaints Team. I submitted a formal complaint today & requested a response in writing. Please escalate

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel your contact and if you have someone else living in your household ask them to open a new account with sky to receive the new deals for new customers then do the same again when that’s up for a renewal Keep changing customers and keep bills down

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Leave. I’ve never stayed with the same provider for more than 3 years. Yes it’s a faff moving, but saves a lot of money by doing so.

    Trying to watch the Cincinnati Open on @SkySports Problem is, you can’t see the ball half the time because of the colour of the courts.

    @SkySports still employing poor pundits @jobimcanuff7 and Goodman. Fee goes up but the quality goes down. Both reckon that penalty was “close”

    @virginmedia @Smallworth_xx We pay for a service and you are not delivering the required service will you or @SkySports be offering us a refund?? Watching it on a tablet, phone or laptop is not the same...
