    @SkyHelpTeam It's gone wrong again. Been on to your Tech team, who advise engineer still needed. Best guess it was intermittent connection, problem is at green junction box.

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, there is possibly an engineer coming to a junction box in IG6. How can I get that visit cancelled, as you have resolved the problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam I could understand if I was cancelling outright, but £60 to cancel one channel? Absolutley dispicable.

    @IamCasey4 They are lazy,it's easier to spew rubbish on skysports,talking down on a much younger coach,while they are hiding behind the microphone, Neville did and didn't last 6 months,reason England don't have many coaches,they are all taking the easy route of punditry.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a survey through from Sky asking me to rate how well my complaint was being dealt with. What’s the point of that when no-one has bothered doing anything with it? I’ll just wait and see how long it takes them to do so.
