    @SkyHelpTeam why am I being forced to SKY Cloud when I try to access offers from my latest VIP e-mail, and failing to get them as apparently cloud is down. I'm not interested in cloud, just my offers. And when I click for FB help am I being told its for accessibility users only.

    @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam have just tried to alter some@of my packages after over 10 mins of trying to be sold other packages I didn’t want I found myself at the age of 50 being patronised. I ended the call no resolution. Appalling customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam We don’t have fibre in this area so can we please stop assuming. This is all provided in the same way. I just don’t understand why my services via you are so poor considering the exact same set up flat next door is so much better.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there done that. Everytime I contact you I get the same scripted response. Then an openreach engineer comes out, pokes around gets the speed a hair above the minimum. Then a month later I'm back here again. At this point it would be cheaper for you to fix it properly!

    @SkyHelpTeam Useless service from Sky yet again. Trying to book a house move. Go to website, log in. use the link to send message via Facebook then it tells me that's for accessibility requests only!! If I can't move easily today online I will call to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, my Sky Broadband was connected 8 days ago. I appreciate that speeds may vary for the first 14 days, but I’ve had 35mbs everyday since it was connected; never gone up or down. It falls well short of the minimum guaranteed speed of 52mbs.
