@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk and i was told the systems are down. You need to do better at looking after customers. I will be pulling out from the service when i can finally get through and i want my money back for the time my internet keeps dropping out. I will be contacting the ombudsman

@OpenreachHelp I've tried to escalate this with Talktalk and they cannot confirm a Welfare Ref Case number to me. Apparently they are having 'technical issues'. My vulnerable father has now been without his landline for 3 weeks, with an estimated fix date of 26 October, according to Talktalk.

Tell you what. @TalkTalk are the most difficult company to deal with. Cancelled in my cooling off period because they're customer service was awful. Hadn't set up my account. Took three phone calls, the last one being 70 mins, to do this. Confirmed cancelled. Two weeks later 1/4

@TalkTalk Hello - how best to get in touch with you? the helpline takes in excess of 30 mins to get through and then goes dead. I am desperately trying to get a frail and elderly man reconnected on his only phone line. please advise as this is a safety issue.
