@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk The manage Lisa King was unhelpful as didn’t have any awareness of my case , when I then explained my case she still seemed unaware as, this was displayed in her response ie, said I didn’t report the lost of service .

@TalkTalk Of course you have a choice, in any case I have raised a formal compliant about my case. What I an pointing out is that you are still advertising fixed rates which aren't, you should take this claim down as you are deliberately misleading others into signing up to these deals.

@iampetmutton She IS making a habit of losing customer data, isn't she? First when she was head of TalkTalk, and now for T&T. She should go work for the Home Office, where her "not lost - just misplaced" talents would be actually appreciated.
