    @TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over Β£3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

    Bloody hopeless my internet has been terrible the last few days anyone else with @TalkTalk fed up turning on my 4g on my phone 😑

    Beware TalkTalk. What a diabolical experience I've just had with TalkTalk. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me Β£75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    @TalkTalk again.. your broadband is going up and down every minute since early this morning! How people are supposed to work?? This is getting ridiculous as it’s not the first time! Time to change the ISP provider!
