@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk I’ve had an engineer out appointment between 7-9am as I need the broadband on ASAP. He tried a different router but same problem still flashing orange. I’m now told I will have to have a BT engineer which will take 5 days? This isn’t good enough.

@TalkTalk I’ve dm’ed you previously just to be shown a link stating everything is fine with you service status. Then gone to our account which also states everything is fine. Gone on web chat to go through same steps of turning off and on the router.

The new @TalkTalk advert 'Dinner for Two' isn't funny, it takes a joke too far suggesting unfairly that restaurants add 'fake' costs to customer bills. Not helpful in this climate. #NotFunny #NotHelpful
