@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

Now that we've exited the EU have we lost our customer's rights? @TalkTalk's online site pushes the most expensive option which I navigated past, the bill then included a £60 set up fee not mentioned previously, they then included £20 security I never wanted. What's going on?

@TalkTalk We are now down to 5mbps ffs, we are contacting sky because my wife works for NHS interviewing and can not go without internet the way we are, we are working off next doors sky and had no issues you hit 12 hours, you’ve had 48 months and still it’s rubbish!
