@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk No reply from that account. 🤷 I was planning to switch my residential broadband from virgin media to talk talk because it's cheaper but after this experience I don't believe you'd be able to provide a good service, or even any service.

@sofie_marchant @TalkTalk They're asking me the same. I can confirm it's specifically no signal on the incoming fibre line. I've tested this at a point before the modem, so the outage sits before customer equipment

@TalkTalk pls help. 1/2 My elderly and infirm in-laws have not had a second of broadband service at their new address. Engineers have been and haven’t sorted it. So they have cancelled the service and returned everything to you.
