@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@crossjacktar #DidoHarding has a “good” (if that’s the correct word) LYING quality. It could suit this government. I remember this woman on @BBCNewsnight LYING to Kirsty Wark about the extent of the lose of customer data when she was CEO @TalkTalk LIAR, LIAR, LIAR!

@SophieEB @virginmedia Had nothing but trouble with Virgin and when I came to leave them their customer service assistant turned to rudeness & bullying tactics. Thankfully we have Ultra Fibre Optic from @talktalk highly recommend.
