@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@ageukcampaigns hi any advise please @TalkTalk have now left my elderly,recently widowed and poorly dad totally uncontactable for nearly 3 weeks he can't even summon help. We've reported his vulnerability several times and they don't care. Any tips??

@TalkTalk gave 30 days notice for the end of our broadband contract and it has been cut off in 6 days. Plus received a bill for November?! Customer service absolutely useless. Been on the phone for 2 hours passed around from person to person. Both work from home. Thanks(!)

@TalkTalk Customer service a joke… 4th day in 7 with you chat team. On line over an hour being passed to different teams n connection dropped. My landline connection down 2weeks n u promise but don’t fix #LiarLiar
