@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk We keep getting told it’s an ongoing issue in the area but we have contacted people in our local area who are not experiencing this issue. It is affecting everything and I am disgusted that nothing has been done! This needs to be resolved urgently!

This company @TalkTalk owes me well over £200 and I’m running out of patience. In the midst of a cost of living crisis, I have 3 children to feed and am barely managing to make ends meet this month. I can’t believe this is how you treat your customers. What will my children eat?!

@TalkTalk I just finished wasting time with your colleague. She thinks changing username password for internet connectivity will resolve the issue. Something that sounds quite strange to me.
