@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@CityofYork Who do I talk to about your decision to let @TalkTalk deliver #UFO in York? You gave them this contract. They are not competent to deliver it. I want to know what oversight they are subject to, and what measures you have to ensure quality of service.

@TalkTalk Eventually. They don’t know what an ACN is, or why it was not supplied. They also couldn’t tell me how I was supposed to know that my order had been rejected so I could re-order it - or why TalkTalk couldn’t do that for me. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

@TalkTalk Just spoken to yet another one of your staff: no managers available. That is ridiculous. They made it clear that, despite not being told my order had been rejected, I had to to cancel it and then, 24 hours later, re-order it. How was I expected to know? Telepathy?
