They clearly divert everyone to chat live online or automated to go online and then they hang up so they don't have to deal with the situation .

I’ve restarted the router, unplugged it from the wall and nothing works. I thought TalkTalk was bad, however, this is the worst service in the world bar none. #SkyNoBand

HPsauce (@hpsauce43) reported@TalkTalk what is happening about my Broadband being down for over 24 hours? Apparently an engineer was called & dealing with the issue "within 24 hours". I expect a refund. Absolute Jokers & Fraudsters. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

They'll never resolve your problems. My broadband is still not working, after spending an afternoon talking with them.
