@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

Bit perplexed why @TalkTalk are charging me £50 (refundable if they find an issue) to send out an engineer - TalkTalk Router is not connecting to net. Swapped with an old router and internet worked fine. Can’t you just send a replacement? I’d happily return the broken router.

@BulbUK is honestly the worst company I’ve ever experienced… even worse than @TalkTalk and that’s saying something!! Was paying around £55 a month then all of sudden you’ve decided to up it to over £100 wtf!! And now can’t get hold of anyone cos you all on ya jollys!!

Me: my new provider is taking over on 30th December. @TalkTalk: no problem, your Internet will be disconnected on 30th December and you will not pay anything after that. 27th December - @TalkTalk disconnects our Internet Worst company to call too - this is never being sorted

@TalkTalk Hi Ian, I will do tomorrow if what now have done doesn't work. Seems the problem could have been with openreach and talk talk not responding.
