@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

Nice one @TalkTalk we've had no Internet for 9 days and the issue is no closer to being resolved? We were told by an engineer a field team were required to switch our ports as that may be the issue. Your call team have been useless and were told...

@TalkTalk Too much apologising not enough effort from every single one of you ! DO NOT USE @TalkTalk I DIDN’T EVEN GET LIVE WIFI AND THE HASSLE AND LACK OF UNDERSTANDING IS RIDICULOUS If you have anxiety with phoning companies and dealing with bad service STAY AWAY , they make it worse!

Every night my internet completely shuts off for a few minutes between 12 and 2 am. I know this for two reasons. 1) if I'm watching something it stops loading. And more importantly 2) when I am downloading my work for the next day the download crashes and stops. **** talktalk.

@KeithSNewman @TalkTalk It's to install full fibre (i work at home have seen openreach installing fibre in neighbourhood) but we also never asked for it and can't find any info about it including if it costs anything. Why they forcing it on us? Would you be able to let me know what they say? The cheek.

@TalkTalk I have spoken to about 6 different employees from your company including 2 managers and yet NO ONE can get me an engineer out or can’t see my account ! Never dealt with a company so bad I WOULD NEVER recommend to ANYONE
