@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

If @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup cannot maintain its broadband service I am off @WhichUK. Pathetic service, low upload and download speeds. The south coast service is abysmal and random.

Too long #talktalk Well after about 5 weeks of slow stop start internet and 2 Eng visits. Talktalk sent me a new router. Now I am not going to say problem fixed yet just shows that they can do the right thing if they try. My problem is how long it took. Testing on going.

@TalkTalk I can not believe the service your giving , November I was supposed to be connected, everything’s in and still no connection just fobbed off with there’s a fault all the time so frustrating , poor talk talk staff getting it in the ear about how still nothings resolved !

@TalkTalk awful service. Renewed my contract in Nov. told I needed a new router for which I had to pay ONLY for delivery. I checked my recent bill in December and I have been charged £50. Contacted Cust Serv and they gave me credit on the 27th Dec via mail. Now been charged £50!
