    @TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

    @TalkTalk my internet is down. Again. Last time I was sent a replacement modem, and was signed up to a new 3 year contract without my consent, or being informed about it.

    @TalkTalk Been on the phone for like 2-days and our peace and the coat call as do not know what they're doing and I don't understand what is the problem you know if you're paying £36 you don't expect to pay another £25 on top 4 calls

    Signed up to @bt_uk after a total nightmare with @TalkTalk . BT wanted £127 to set up. Called to cancel when they told me that. Now getting texts saying they plan to come set up on Christmas Eve. Don’t waste your engineers time. @SkyUK I choose you! You better not be ****!

    @JohnStealer @TalkTalk I’ve just renewed with sky 😬 Not the best, but don’t like the others either. Oh for the free nationalised broadband service we might have had 😓

    Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

    @TalkTalk please read my DM. I was supposed to have a call regarding my complaint between 2-4pm and nobody has called
