@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

Today I have argued with: - Apple over not loading Safari on my laptop and phone - TalkTalk over crappy connection, so changing Broadband provider - Apple over an issue with the charger cable keeps dinging while plugged in All while defending Michael’s honour on Twatter!

@TalkTalk @telegraphmoney 12 days and counting without internet. Chat agent told me I'm on my own (unless I pay for an engineer). No response to emails. Looks like the only way to restore broadband service is to change to a provider with customer service that actually exists.
