@BritishGas Why is it so hard to get an electricity meter moved and a gas meter removed? 6 hours on the phone (3 hang ups), 1 failed and 1 cancelled appointments. Still not arranged. Worst company I've dealt with, ever, including TalkTalk.

@virginmedia I needed to delay the start if my Virgin contract, to coincide with the end of my agreement with TalkTalk. I managed to speak to someone online, via live chat on your website, & they SEEM to have resolved the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently did nothing 🙄
