    @TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over Β£3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

    @TalkTalk How do I get an engineer out? My parents go a new modem and an engineer was meant to come they didn’t show, trice. This was months ago I tried to set up the new modem but there seems to be a bit missing? Current internet is πŸ’©We need help been customers since 2008

    @rellierae Also β€˜TalkTalk’ Indian call centre is selling customer info to hackers as had several accounts tried to be setup using the email I have only used to setup TalkTalk account (alias that goes to catch-all account that has only been used for that purpose).

    No internet. Contact @TalkTalk They do everything online now. Which requires internet. No internet... I would say "utterly foreseeable problem", which is maybe why I don't work for them.
