@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@TalkTalk for the last few days my internet connection has been very sporadic. Up and down randomly throughout the day. Any explanation? Can you please fix! It’s very annoying. Have dropped out of work calls, Netflix cuts out randomly. This is not what I’m paying for!

@TalkTalk As relationships go I just want to say that your wifi is a vibe that is hurting my soul. If your customer service team see this hopefully they can let the healing begin. Why does your connection have to be so poor in the South? 💔
