@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@NOWHelpTeam Just done a full box reset and still the problem persists. I'll have to contact TalkTalk on Tuesday and see what they suggest. Pretty annoying when I'm paying £25 a month and I can't even watch it properly.

@bt_uk My understanding was this was provided to keep to compensate for the failure to transfer over the service. I will give it back to the engineer if they show up. Appreciate BT is busy. Do you want to cancel my contract now so I can go to @vodafone or @TalkTalk?

@TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my broadband contract but it says the phone lines are closed despite the website saying they’re open 24/7, 365 days a year. I have also tried to cancel the contract via my online account but that seems impossible. Could you help please?

Loyal customer for 5 years and not even had an apology for the stress caused. We've had to fork out for our own dongle & data sim (which are not cheap btw( just so my husband can work. The stress levels are through the roof. @TalkTalk ....

@Daftdruers We're on TalkTalk now, never had a problem with then in years, but PlusNet is nearly a tenner a month cheaper. Can't get Virgin diwn our way, but I'll have a look into EE thanks

@TalkTalk They don’t bother replying. Talk talk are awful for customer service. This is the 4th time I’ve had bad issues. I will not be renewing once my year is up. Avoid.

@TalkTalk our fibre broadband still won't connect to the internet, despite receiving a new router yesterday. Your phone line says your closed, no response on live chat. How do we get some actual customer service from you?
