  @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

  @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

  @TalkTalk Mine has been like this for months, reported it multiple times and not fixed. Can't make or receive call and asked for a call divert to be set up to my mobile and the agents wouldn't do it. So paying for a service that's useless

  @LauraMBlumberg Vodafone nearly reeled me in just now. Their Gigacube is £60 a month and superfast - it's twice what I am paying TalkTalk right now, but then I am getting a terrible service from them.

  @TalkTalk usual poor service. Lost access to an email account and your agents in SA are unable to assist. 2.5 hours on phone and no resolution. HELP.
