Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

I've attached my issues with them so far - in the hope that someone will finally be in touch to try and sort this out. Only 6 weeks before I can go to the ombudsman about how poor the treatment has been. Avoid talktalk if you can folks, they do not care about their customers.
