    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Internet dropped out last night and now tonight at 8:30 , it’s now 22:23 and I haven’t had a connection since. I’ve called up and all they did was sell my mum some Wi-Fi adapter that makes the internet worse so I don’t even use it and now I’m having issues with it.

    @TalkTalk none of my bbc channels are working. All other channels are fine and I have restarted the tv box and router. I’m having to watch the match via iPlayer is there an issue that you are aware of?

    @TalkTalk you need to write notes on my account apparently saying I'm entitled to cancel b4 cancellations can do their job.because I refuse to accept the fees. When I have paid my bill for 2 months and not received any Internet the entire time.
