    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @DayDreamZUK Awh dude, i had NOTHING but trouble with TalkTalk, constant overcharging/bill increases without notifications, totally internet dropouts.. i feel your pain! look into Sky mate, pretty cheap for what you get.

    @MartinSLewis have you had any dealings with TalkTalk, do you have any info on their complaints dept. I took out broadband on 11/06 & they have said the order was never put through but they can't tell me what's happened to all the information I provided including my bank details.

    @talktalk more crap service from them have blocked tesco from sending me any emails permanently don't know why cant wait for December to come when I can tell tt where to stick their poor service

    @TalkTalk I CALLED TO TAKE OUT BROADBAND ON 11TH JUNE AND PROVIDED MY BANK DETAILS. YOU NOW CANT FIND MY ORDER AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY INFORMATION HAS GONE. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO MY CALL RECORDING AND TAKE MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY ASAP!! 2\2
