@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I called to report my router not work, the Internet is not working again, last week I had gone 5 days without it and now again. I called and the customer service was disgusting. I am crying because of it I just want the Internet on as I work from home!

@TalkTalk Yes pls! I have spent 7hrs today trying to help my 84yr old mum access her account! We are still blocked! She is paying £30-35/mth JUST FOR A LANDLINE! AND her bill is going up by £14 next month! Disgusting! We will be sending an official complaint! @TalkTalk @Ofcom

@TalkTalk It took me so long last time to get @TalkTalk to send someone out because the issue is with the junction box and corroded wires that I’m not inclined to go through the process again of checking this and that which I can’t do with limited mobility
