    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service i have ever received. Not enough to put me on hold for over an hour with no resolution to my call what so ever, its now cost me over £45 to ring you. Being pushed to several different departments its appealing!

    Rubbish service from @TalkTalk Was meant to switch to them next month but now we're moving, so I ring them to tell them and see what package we could get, all to waste half an hour for them to tell me the order hadn't actually gone through! And I was clueless!

    @talktalk so you email to say the price is increasing, call to cancel and I get a great saving to stay, which is less than I pay. Got to say I'm happy with the saving, but I would have happily carried on my current plan. Why annoy customers mid contract, just wait till the end?
