@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk my signal is still awful. I’ve been caring for my mum for 3 weeks and now returned home. Hoped for a relaxing time with Netflix catch up but talktalk provides only constant buffering. I hate this service it’s the worst company I’ve ever experienced.

@RosieisaHolt It Gov eyes Harding is fully qualified to run the NHS, having run TalkTalk when 157k customer accounts were hacked, been on the Jockey Club board when the Cheltenham superspreader event was held and run track and trace chaos. Oh, and she said nobody can predict a virus changing.

@Jbengz_10 @justkatee__ FYI: BY Sky and EE (and talktalk etc) are all the same networks system being sold as different packages from different companies... so when choosing, it's the customer service team and 'offered features" yoyre choosing between and not the network. It's all Telefonica
