@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk dont go with them. You uograde after years of being a customer, an agent cancelled your account in error and they wont re activate immediately. No cctv on my dog now, when im on holiday and they say I need an engineer to visit. I was a customer 72hrs ago!!!

@thestud1990 @skytv Same. If you look on Sky Community under Sky Q or Sky +, are lots of people having the same problem. Common link appears to be that everyone has TalkTalk. Hopefully, it gets sorted out soon.

Tells you how bad @TalkTalk are when agent can't put you through to complaints team as they're too busy... Manager supposed to call back 6 hrs ago.Instead they sent a text with complaints ref number... already wasted 5 hrs, ******* garbage!! 10 yrs of this **** bigger fool me!

I’ve been with @talktalk for years and just renewed for 24 mos in July. Now full fibre is available to me and other nearby houses. As a new customer they would charge me £25pm; to upgrade they want £40.95pm (atm it costs £24). So much for loyalty.

@TalkTalk is there a customer service email I can contact instead of the live chat option? I’m a bit frustrated with my last two bills despite talking to someone on live chat last month and my issue hasn’t been resolved and it’s actually been made worse.
