@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

So I’ve phoned @virginmedia who have set up my new fibre internet in less than 24 hours. Yet I am still out of pocket from @TalkTalk , unable to get anywhere with my cancellation of a contract I have NEVER agreed to and unable to speak to someone to advise. Worst service

@TalkTalk Why am i getting frequent disconnects and latency issues, openreach box stops receiving internet but telephone etc is fine i hoped this would pass but jy T hasnt

@TalkTalk Honestly over 2 months of trying to upgrade. 4times ordered 4 times canceled. Hrs and hrs on the phone. Getting to be a joke. Last time before leaving. Not a good service at all after over 12 years with them

@BRYN_BORANGA @TalkTalk I had a job interview once which was door knocking and trying to sell talktalk and SO MANY ANGRY ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOUTED AT ME ABOUT TALKTALK. Would it help if you shouted at me?

@TalkTalk Same thing customer service department say sorry but cannot help as we cannot do that. Our process, but your process has failed well here you go to fix sign up for a longer contract or leave Talktalk

@TalkTalk How do I check status of @BT as apparently outage is affecting various Internet providers and on social media there reports its the line provider that has a problem not Internet providers, been like this since Tuesday morning, im in Goldsithney in Cornwall
