@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk after a lengthy complaints procedure due to various issues with my service I’ve now had my internet turned off despite making payment when due 4 days ago. No one to talk to on the phone or live chat as usual. Absolutely shocking service.

@talktalk business - you do need to respond to complaint emails you know. Particularly when you have confirmed that an account has been cancelled but then proceed to still send letters and then forward on to debt recovery firm.
