@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for several years now, but the service that I am getting now is really unacceptable. Broadband goes down one every week and now it has got to almost daily. I have reported it regularly but it looks like they dont want to send out an engineer.
