@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@O2 @TalkTalk just spend 1hr 15 minutes trying to get my vulnerable elderly dad’s mobile transferred to 02 as his phone is broken - £5 per month sim only - but he only has a building society account. @O2 apparently can’t facilitate this without a bank card! He’s 82 & shielding!

Hi @TalkTalk - I've been plagued with ridiculously slow speeds over the last couple of days, making working from home very tricky. Any known faults in the W14 postcode I should be aware of? I have less than 1mbps at times! Rebooting resets it sometimes, but then it slows again?!
