@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

I think that sums it up. @TalkTalk have THE worst customer service I've ever seen. And you know the funny thing? They'll end up contacting me on Twitter to 'run diagnostics', and I won't speak to a human. Do yourself a favour, avoid TalkTalk.

@DavidShepherdNW @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Ahh, sub-contractor Britain, where it's never the fault of the entity you contracted with - it's always the fault of the other contractor. A great way to avoid responsibility, while skimming as much profit as possible for "managment" through out the whole process.

@TalkTalk I have a missed called regarding an issue I’ve raised and are asked to call back to keep the ticket open. Try to do that and all I get are is a call centre who won’t help with my issue…..

Happy with the @TalkTalk Fibre, NOT happy that we have to pay for the @BT engineer who came out - it was a talktalk issue not ours - and MASSIVELY not happy that there is no mention of any compensation for not having internet connection for a month. #talktalk #Unbelievable #joke

@TalkTalk how difficult is it to speak to a real person on your customer service team? Our broadband has cut off YET AGAIN, and as per usual, we can’t get through to anyone because of your stupid automated system. Sort it out or we’ll take our business elsewhere.
