    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp today. Waited 5 hours for an engineer to visit that was never going to happen. Only found out when I phoned @TalkTalk Looks like both companies don’t speak to each other regarding important info.

    @TalkTalk Been with Talk Talk for 10 years. Misbilled for 6 plus months. Took 2 months to get a refund, only to have them re-debited the entire amount again despite written confirmation they would. No response to my complaint since.

    @TalkTalk how many DM’s do you need, why should it take a paying customer over a week to have his access reconnected especially a customer who works from home…. it’s total madness 🤬

    @TalkTalk still no internet staff repeating the same crap to us turn router off has that fixed it? No oh ok turn it off again is it working now? No oh ok unplug it is it working now? No oh ok try turning it off for me again. Bunch of brain dead idiots

    @TalkTalk Hi, my parents signed up for a TalkTalk package around 3 weeks ago. They received an email asking them to get in touch as there was an issue with the order. They were told it was reordered and they would receive confirmation. Still nothing. Can you help?

    Worst experience ever @TalkTalk Full fibre installed y’day, numerous calls to customer care, finally told account not set up correctly, no wifi for 2-5 days till sync with their system. Then when I try cancel account surprise surprise you hang up!!!! Disgusting @CityFibre

    @NatalieDavisonJ @TalkTalk so true, the word needs to go out, absolutely ghastly customer service, will keep transferring you from one team or the other- total losers should not be operating really
