@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk absolutely rubbish service, still charging my elderly parents for broadband which they cancelled several months ago. Why send them a new router, they have never asked for it. Free calls still be charged. RIP off TalkTalk

Has anyone ever successfully raised a complaint with @TalkTalk ? I am going round in circles here. Apparently I can raise a complaint via live chat but the live chat just keep giving me the link that tells me I can complain via live chat! How exactly?

@TalkTalk Such poor customer service and when a retentions agent says “we do as we told and pass it on, welcome the the wild wild west of TalkTalk Towers” it explains why service is so poor perhaps @MartinSLewis could investigate the horrors of poor #CustomerService

I would advise anyone who is with @TalkTalk for their broadband to take the words of customer services very lightly and change provider as soon as. Awful after care and follow up. Avoid.

@philengland1 @TalkTalk I know but they aren’t being consistent with the dates etc. It’s been two weeks now and it’s cost me £30 for data. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting.
