    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @TalkTalk Why send messages when we have spoke on the phone numerous times, your engineer has been out and he phoned his supervisor because he couldn't tune in the box so I am sure it can't be done by sending you a message. We were promised a new set top box so where is it? Poor service.

    Yo @VodafoneUK where's my (and thousands of others') internet!? We pay good money for an often subpar service which is now completely down! Once my contract is up, I'm off and you'll be on the blacklist right next to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk if you put up your prices, I would expect a service to reflect this. A service that is functional and actually works as described, which it does not. Is this a breach of contract on your part?

    @TalkTalk Absolutely rubbish router. Constantly crashes mid way through watching any streaming service. Then I have to re pair my printer to the router. 2 months then your history!

    @TalkTalk still failing to connect my broadband (since 28th March). No communication. Multiple calls made by me. All met with same response. Call back in two days. I raised a complaint. But have not had promised callback 11 days later. Worst customer service I have encountered

    @DavidLisser I was with talktalk. I'm rural and they were a good provider tbh. Changed to Vodafone and bill went up within 3 months and has been down twice before today's outage. Might go back to them.
