@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

Anyone else having problems with @TalkTalk? Their customer service is appalling. They're making it impossible to close my account I've been trying since July 2022. I've tried to complain by email but only receive automated unhelpful emails @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis please help?

@TalkTalk Talk Talk are a terrible company. Don’t use them. Charging me a 100 pound for a service I’ve not used. Customer service are garbage. I got passed around three times and threatened with a collections agency. Stay away.
