@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@arthurliverpool @Hepworthclare @TalkTalk It's a scam. I've had similar messages supposedly from companies that I've never done business with. Either send it on to the company being impersonated or bin it. There's no point in getting steamed up.

@TalkTalk absolutely awful... cancelled back in April, told not to pay the final bill by the lady on the phone as I didn’t use the service. Didn’t pay it. Then charged me a bloody late payment fee and are asking for the payment plus the late payment fee... infuriating #talktalk

@TalkTalk Obviously. Your crap broadband has just stopped working. With no warning and now I can’t work. Loosing money because of a unplanned issue again. What makes it worse that as a company you never take responsibility for this.
