Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

They can't call you, all they could do was book an engineer for you to then review the request and hopefully you'll realise the issues linked and call me with an update.

Jodi Paris (@JParis1993) reported@TalkTalk absolutely outraged to hear how you have treated my elderly grandparents!!! 85 years old and haven’t been able to watch tv for 6 weeks since their box arrived. Numerous calls to resolve and 2 “engineers” came out and didn’t resolve! Shocking want to cancel!!!

Less providers available on full fibre. Putting in a complaint to ofcom that poorly rolled out at consumers penalty.
