@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Ah more dissatisfied customers, shocking... NOT! Such an incompetent company! When my contract is up I am going to change and never go back. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! PAY A FEW POUNDS MORE AND GET A COMPANY THAT TREATS THERE CUSTOMERS WELL & CAN DO A GOOD JOB! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

@jaxs30 @TalkTalk You are lucky then :) I have unfortunately been with them for longer. After first problem that lasted 3 months I gave them benefit of the doubt that it was a one off... nope! Lightening strikes twice and I have ran into the same problems of incompetence. I won't risk it again tho

@TalkTalk Talk talk is a big ****. I pay for Internet 80 Mbps(60guaranted) but I have max 39Mbps. Connection is a not stable, sometimes speed of my Internet is between 0 and 1 Mbps
