@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk Supposed to be activated today. Engineer turned up, said it couldn't be done then walked off. Rang Talk Talk, passed through to three people, last one said she's trying to contact the interplanetary galactic service team (or whatever) to escalate problem.

@StephenPie @TalkTalk I know, and BT weren’t willing to actually spend the money fixing the problem thats clearly between us and the box. We’d hoped @TalkTalk would help but I’ve had more success with a bloody clairvoyant. We’re really stuck. Line is buggered but nobody will fix it

complaints to @talktalk have either been ignored or answered with an email thats barely literate. Promised phone calls are not answered and as we notified of the awful service on the last day of the cooling off period we want to leave, but cant actually speak to anyone to do 2/2
