@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk I am very frustrated that I can't have a live chat as I did on Saturday to sort a issue, I tried yesterday and today again as I was advised by Lusanda todo so Why Why!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 9/10 years but what going on lately is disgusting treatment

@AppleSupport How do I block a particular wifi network on my device? Another flat in our building has wifi with @TalkTalk and there seems to be some interference, as it’s causing major difficulties when I try to use my device.
