Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

They received an email asking them to get in touch as there was an issue with the order. They were told it was reordered and they would receive confirmation. Still nothing. Can you help?

Then when I try cancel account surprise surprise you hang up!!!! Disgusting @CityFibre
