@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

to wait for Jerec! I have made a formal complaint about service and customer service and @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup don’t respond, instead just advise lie after lie that some one will call - please see the notes on the system as this is factual evidence

Anyone else in the Bristol area had problems with the #talktalk network. Internet has gone offline every day for a while. Gone off every eve for at least half an hour since Thursday and only getting d/l speeds of 3mb with .69 up. Not great for working from home.

@TalkTalk terrible customer service. Problem with WiFi speeds consistently changing at evening, neighbour has same issue on same Fibre package and you refuse to admit any liability, trying to charge for an engineer visit. Shocking
