    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Elprincesso No, we're not connected. If there are lots of people in the area on Talktalk who all lose service at the same time it would cause extra strain to the mobile networks in the area though, this could be what you're experiencing. We're glad to hear it's working for you though. 💙

    @TalkTalk 23 days without service!!! Constant excuses and delays from your call centre. Over £100 spent on buying phone data so my child can attend school online in her GCSE year. ‘Chat’ button rarely works. No effective way to complain or escalate complaint. SHOCKING SERVICE.

    @talktalk internet down in s wales? Worst provider out of the lot imo down more times than it's running, this company should be condemned. Its awful in s wales area.
