    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Oh @TalkTalk come on! Husband, software dev WFH calls because the internet is down. No fault found. 5 mins later a text saying there’s a fault and a 2-3 DAY WAIT!!???!!!! He literally cannot work for three days and gets 21 days hols a year. Come in! Sort it out please!

    @TalkTalk any reason my broadband is down for the last 12 hours again, for the umpteenth time this year? And when it is connected I'm generally averaging less than 1-2mbps on my computer over WiFi? This broadband has been astronomically terrible.

    @FionaThomas1 @TalkTalk Switch companies! I did. Never been happier or better off. Six months hassle over. Well before I’d heard of Dido but I’m assuming nothing got better

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy. I have been with @virginmedia for 5 months, new install paying £29 a month for the hub 3 broadband only. Do you have a solution that works, for similar money?

    @TalkTalk Your helpline certainly hasn't been able to. We are switching over to Fibre tomorrow and haven't received the new router. On Friday you said it would arrive over the weekend. Today you say one was never requested

    @TalkTalk Thank you. I phoned you yesterday and they said they couldnt find a problem but if I paid another £5 pm they could make it faster as it's only .08 speed at the moment which they agreed is too slow for my contract. .

    @virginmedia I don't have a service, haven't for a few weeks. 4 engineer visits, still zero service. Call up to terminate and there is a termination fee? I don't think so lads. @TalkTalk call me please.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup another day, another no show appointment. That’s 29 days after my agreed go live date and a total of FIVE no show appointments. Appalling customer service!
