    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk I’m having issues with my router. Every couple of hours I lose connection to wifi then the Ethernet loses connectivity and the only way to resolve is to power off and then on again. Been happening more regularly as the week goes on
