@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk It just stopped working as I was on a WhatsApp call that ended just after 4 and hasn’t come back on since. Turned it off for over two hours to no change in status - just a solid red light. Have tested and reported the problem on your site which might see it fixed soon? Thanks

I have been sent a new router when I renewed which is supposed to be better but I can't face connecting my devices to it. I must do it. I think it's my Samsung TV that's the problem. More of the @talktalk scam tricks! After letting me put of service for more than 20 days now they are not just not paying my compensation but charging me for the engineer… and the issue was in their comms station on the road not even in my place! Outrageous. @TalkTalk is BAD!!!
