@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk 4 weeks without broadband openreach engineer been today visits by your technical department have said there is a fault many phone calls later i have been passed to different departments. Openreach engineering has never known such a F**** up so still no internet

@dbrose25 @TalkTalk I’m now on day 6 with nothing further done. The only thing I got was to inform me payment had been successfully taken for my talk talk service!! What service? I’m grossly out of pocket right now & still paying for something I’ve not received! I’ll look in to how to claim losses.
