@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Unfortunately, due to a nationwide internet outage on the TalkTalk network, we are experiencing an issue delivering some of our remote teaching. Our internet service provider is working to resolve this and they hope connectivity is restored soon. We will update you ASAP.

@TalkTalk hi I have an open complaint since 19th Jan your engineer visited on 2nd Feb and suggested an openreach engineer as the issue is outdoor. Numerous attempt to complain on live chat have yielded no results please help

@TalkTalk our internet’s been down since yesterday afternoon. Tried all the resets etc with no joy! It comes on for 5 mins and then goes off again. Really not helpful when we are all suppose to be working from home! Any advice?
