    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Internet keeps cutting out and slow. Its awful. Sometimes get 20mbs download speed which is awful when minimum is 36mbs. Please call me to discuss. British advisor too please, not south african as they are very rude anf not helpful.

    I live in zone 2 and no company provides ultrafast internet to my address. That company that does 1Gb/s caters to some of the flats on my road but not my house. Virgin don’t supply my area. Even talktalk’s new 900mb/s doesn’t. It’s 2021, I don’t live in Enfield, fix up.

    @virginmedia @LozzaFox Talktalk have been brilliant all through pandemic, no loss of service and 2 of us working from home, no problems at all unlike my colleagues on virgin media!

    @TalkTalk You arbitarily disable Teamviewer access to your customers, close your accounts portal and we cannot get thorugh to you on customer services. Please advise of a number where we can actually SPEAK to comeone.
