@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

Be aware - if you're an existing @TalkTalk customer looking to accept the free "upgrade" to CityFibre line, after 5 months off effort having line installed and multiple orders cancelled they won't upgrade my @CityFibre line. Most likely due to @virginmedia purchase bid. #Shocking

@TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful service. Full fibre with free Wi-Fi booster. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours being told there is no free Wi-Fi booster. Why have you got your salesmen going to peoples doors offering lies?
