@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Day 7 still no WIFI and horrendous customer service from @TalkTalk got told yesterday the 4 hours I'd already spent on the phone were pointless as the agent didn't even escalate the problem so I've been waiting4 a city fibre engineer to contact me but they weren't ever going to

@bigleftyben @TalkTalk Where in Brighton are you? I'm in Portslade. They said they'd be sending out an OpenReach engineer in 24-48 hours so if the problem isn't fixed by mid-day tomorrow I'm a) escalating a complaint and b) changing suppliers.
