@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@Opportuning_In And notice, too, that it was an 'invited' review - i.e. @talktalk specifically requested an individual write that review. The picture of performance would be very different if @talktalk weren't so selective in their invitations. That's why I'm trying to help them out :-)

Absolutely crap WIFI @TalkTalk - logged onto work less than an hour ago and it's already gone off!!! And all they can do is send an engineer as they have done 3 times already!!!
