@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk All I've had is issues since being with you your customer service is absolutely trash my internet keeps going off you've had 2 people out to my house to tell me it's fine should be no issues it's constant issues had no WiFi since 1am! Utter joke

I confirm that @TalkTalk are still useless. I pay for a minimum of 58mbps, getting around 5mbps. “We’ve checked the line, the problem is in the home.” Sent an engineer (charged me £50) “All OK in the house, the probem is the line.” £50 worse off, still poor service.

@talktalk still no router! Unbelievable! The last person I spoke to (I’ve spoken to a different one daily) was supposed to be sorting my no internet issue and call me back surprise surprise hasn’t bothered! Over 3 weeks with no internet! You are the most disgusting company!

@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@talktalk you are actually useless first U never come to help/set up the wifi. nor do we receive the cable U allegedly send. I was told i could move & change over WITHOUT paying a thing. Sid, the customer service assistant told me. now i have a bill for over £100 & still not help
